Definitions
- the present invention relates to water and waste water treatment technologies, particularly relates to an automatic integrated backwash filter background technique.
- the object of the present invention according to the above-described shortcomings of the prior art, to provide an automatic integral backwash filter, automatic backwash filters which has a function of raw water was filtered and the filter automatic cleaning of sewage, and when cleaning the sewage system uninterrupted water supply.
- the device has a high degree of automation, large capacity, backwash time is short, can be self-cleaning sewage, etc., and uninterrupted water supply, the advantages of wide application surface compared with the conventional filter and sand filter.
- An automatic sand filter combined with an automatic backwash screen filter comprising same housing and a filter disposed thereto cabinets, defines the water inlet and the filter housing on the water outlet, characterized in that: first part in outer side of body includes sand filters and water goes through it to bottom of filter.
- first part cleaning second part filter is substantially closed structure, and its upper and lower ends respectively pivotally connected to the rotating shaft of the housing, the filter provided in the end of the shaft line of a hollow structure with one end of the water filtered nozzle in communication, and the other end disposed in communication with the filter, the upper end is provided with a rotating housing, rotation of the shaft caused by hydraulic power of exhausting water directly driving the rotation of said shaft about the filter, the housing further defines there is a backwash water inlet and a water outlet.
- the water outlet opened in the bottom end of the housing.
- the tank space is provided with a longitudinal brush blade and suction nozzles, said brush blade attached to the outer end of said shaft and face of the filter and said suction nozzles assembled beside said brush blade.
- the control system comprises a filter, the upper case is provided with a differential pressure gauge and a pressure switch, the filtered water outlet provided with a pressure gauge and a pressure switches, and a control system connected to receive said pressure switches two or sent to a pressure signal, and controls the solenoid valves for backwash process.
- the brush blade length is not less than the height of the screen filter.
- the advantages of the present invention are: the use of integral filters combination avoid several filtering needs and help to reduce filtration station area.
- the use of the power of the brush blade rubbing help to remove particles easily and short washing time.
- Using no electrical or hydraulic driven motor avoid any electricity consumption and maintenance of any kind of motors. Having a certain space
- automatic filters are widely used in drinking water treatment, irrigation, fish farms , construction recycling water treatment, industrial water treatment cycle (most useful in baths, swimming pools, etc.), waste water treatment, mining, water treatment, golf course water treatment, construction, the forefront in the field of iron and steel, petroleum, chemicals, electronics, power generation, textile, paper, food, sugar, pharmaceuticals, plastics, automotive filters and other safeguards.
- an automatic backwash integral filter has included of 3 body parts named A, B and C, A for sand filter part, B for Screen filter part and C for backwash and drain part.
- reference numerals 1 -21 denote the total: the shell 1 , the filter screen body 2, the sand filter nozzle sheet 3, sand filter nozzle 4 , the screen filter element 5, the brush blade 6, the shaft nozzle 7, the hollow shaft 8, driven outlet 9, sewage inlet nozzle 10, the outlet nozzle 11 , the drain nozzle 12, the hand hole 13, manhole 14, support 15, two pressure gauges and pressure switches 16, 3-way valvel 7, drain valve 18, DP-switch 19, outlet valve 20 , the control system 21.
- An integral filter is composed of a reservoir (A), in which the secondary reservoir (B) is inserted.
- sand layers are mixed in varying degrees from coarse to fine, with the flow of water or other input fluids entering the INLET input first.
- the sand layers and filters installed on the flat on the coarse gravel (COURSE SAND) should be rejected and entered into the compartment (B).
- the equipment for hollow shaft filter (SHAFT) and nozzles (NOZZLE) and BRUSH at the end of that piece, Flash out is installed (compartment (C). All Parts are supported on SUPPORTS, which have two outlet and drain nozzles.
- the fluid flow alter entering the compartment B is passed through the cylindrical filter of a grid and leaks out to the outside of the cylinder, the particles with a maximum diameter (e.g., 120 microns) pass through the grid (in accordance with the design requirement) with the specified mesh.
- the adsorbed particles On the inside, the filter is laced.
- the control panel displays the backstop.
- the OUT VALVE is closed and the DRAIN VALVE opens.
- the flow tends to cross the nozzles onto a hollow shaft, and because of the total conduction of the current to the flash out and the angled exit, it is caused by the rotation in the shaft.
- the shaft separates the inner wall of the screen filter by brush, and the particles that are lined up are driven by the flow of fluid into the Drain nozzle and the output of the machine due to the turbulence generated by the flow through the nozzles on the shaft.
- This wash is set to 30 seconds by the designer, and then the outlet valve is opened and the Drain valve is closed, but at this time, the triple valve on the inlet nozzle (3-WAY VALVE) disconnects the input current And directs the flow to the output of the back trace. At this time, the liquid is fed from the outlet and directed from the inlet to the back trace and all the particles that are trapped in the gravel are driven out of the machine. After a specified time (up to 5 minutes), the three-way valve changes to the liquid state and returns to the main filtration state of the machine and resumes its normal operation system .
