本实用新型涉及自来水过滤装置的改进技术,尤其是智能反冲洗前置过滤器。
背景技术
过滤器(filter)是输送介质管道上不可缺少的一种装置,通常安装在减压阀、泄压阀、定水位阀,方工过滤器其它设备的进口端设备。过滤器由筒体、不锈钢滤网、排污部分、传动装置及电气控制部分组成。待处理的水经过过滤器滤网的滤筒后,其杂质被阻挡,当需要清洗时,只要将可拆卸的滤筒取出,处理后重新装入即可,因此,使用维护极为方便。
过滤器工作时,待过滤的水由水口进入,流经滤网,通过出口进入用户所须的管道进行工艺循环,水中的颗粒杂质被截留在滤网内部。如此不断的循环,被截留下来的颗粒越来越多,过滤速度越来越慢,而进口的污水仍源源不断地进入,滤孔会越来越小,由此在进、出口之间产生压力差,当大度差达到设定值时,差压变送器将电信号传送到控制器,控制系统启动驱动马达通过传动组件带动轴转动,同时排污口打开,由排污口排出,当滤网清洗完毕后,压差降到最小值,系统返回到初始过滤状,系统正常运行。过滤器由壳体、多元滤芯、反冲洗机构、和差压控制器等部分组成。壳体内的横隔板将其内腔分为上、下两腔,上腔内配有多个过滤芯,这样充分了过滤空间,显着缩小了过滤器的体积,下腔内安装有反冲洗吸盘。工作时,浊液经入口进入过滤器下腔,又经隔板孔进入滤芯的内腔。大于过滤芯缝隙的杂质被截留,净液穿过缝隙到达上腔,最后从出口送出。过滤器采用高强度的楔形滤网,通过压差控制、定时控制自动清洗滤芯。当过滤器内杂质积聚在滤芯表面引起进出口压差增大到设定值,或定时器达到预置时间时,电动控制箱发出信号,驱动反冲洗机构。当反冲洗吸盘口与滤芯进口正对时,排污阀打开,此时系统泄压排水,吸盘与滤芯内侧出现一个相对压力低于滤芯外侧水压的负压区,迫使部分净循环水从滤芯外侧流入滤芯内侧,吸附在滤芯内内壁上的杂质微粒随水流进穣盘内并从排污阀排出。特殊设计的滤网使得滤芯内部产生喷射效果,任何杂质都将被从光滑的内壁上冲走。当过滤器进出口压差恢复正常或定时器设定时间结束,整个过程中,物料不断流,反洗耗水量少,实现了连续化,自动化生产。
现有滤瓶免拆洗技术,由直冲型向反冲洗型转变,直冲型多采用100μm不锈钢滤网过滤残留肉眼可见杂质,通过打开冲洗阀门,利用自来水流动压力直接冲洗滤网表面杂质,缺点是杂质清洗不彻底,易堵塞管道,仍需要定期拆卸,操作仍然较为麻烦;原水反冲洗通过简单改变自来水进出流道,从内部冲洗滤网,由于自来水未经过滤,造成内网脏污,进而影响反冲洗进水压力不足,无法差滴清楚滤网表面杂质;具体免冲洗模式的利弊特征包括:单/双刮洗方式通过在滤瓶上设置刮洗条,利用滤网或刮条转动去除网外杂质;缺点在于无法取出镶嵌在滤网内的杂质;单虹吸型反冲洗通过在滤瓶上设置虹吸槽,利用自来水流动虹吸压力吸除滤网外以及网孔内的胶体类杂质。缺点包括主要是虹吸槽结构设计导致犀利不足,仅能去除部分滤网下部的杂质。

具体实施方式
本实用新型原理在于,内置滤网组件13配合刮洗组件16形成水力驱动自动 360度喷洗;工作时,一键式反冲洗模式,通过水利与弹簧作用,自动开启与关闭,通过精准的流体力学设计,使反冲洗水流高压高速对滤网由内而外进行强力冲洗,彻底除污;结合双面磨刮清洁,高压净水反喷洗,实现高压、高速、高效免拆洗排污。
本实用新型中,可以进一步改进增强配置,实现智能提醒排污,采用直屏触摸系统,提升操作体验。
本实用新型包括:排污口1、排污球阀2、夹壳3、滤瓶4、接环5、顶壳6、排污按钮10、滤网组件13和刮洗组件16。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
实施例1:如附图1和2所示,滤网组件13外套接刮洗组件16,刮洗组件16 外套接滤瓶4,滤瓶4底部连接排污口1,排污口1外壁安装排污球阀2,一对夹壳3安装在滤瓶4外,同时夹壳3顶部外围通过套接接环5连接顶壳6,顶壳6内安装排污按钮10,滤网组件13和刮洗组件16呈中空管型结构,在壁上竖立安装矩阵虹吸反冲洗组件 1301,刮洗组件16管壁上竖立安装双面磨刮组件1601。
前述中,顶壳6后侧壁上连接安装万向头组件12,万向头组件12有十字形内腔,万向头组件12上连接有出水口7、进水口8、压力表9和进水阀11。
前述中,滤网组件13外壁围罩40微米滤网。
前述中,在刮洗组件16外壁上间隔镂空开孔形成环绕速洗结构。
前述中,如附图3所示,滤网组件13底端中部有向下突出的接嘴15,刮洗组件16底端内壁为六边形,滤瓶4内底中部有向上突出的六边柱台401,该六边柱台401有与接嘴15外壁形状相同的中孔,刮洗组件16底端套接在六边柱台401外缘上。
前述中,如附图4所示,滤网组件13顶部外缘均匀设置四个径向突出的凸点 14,刮洗组件16顶部边缘有四个凹槽1602,凹槽1602内壁形状与凸点14外缘相同。
前述中,如附图5所示,矩阵虹吸反冲洗组件1301上竖立排列设置有一组冲洗孔,这些冲洗孔边沿有切向旋转导向结构,矩阵虹吸反冲洗组件1301上下两端分别有插接或卡接结构。
前述中,如附图6所示,双面磨刮组件1601双面分别设置凸起的刮擦块。
本实用新型实施例中,矩阵虹吸反冲洗组件1301利用虹吸原理结合矩阵设计产生强大吸力,让水流发生反向冲洗,像吸尘器一样对滤网组件13进行清洗;双面磨刮组件1601旋转开启双面磨刮功能对滤瓶4内壁和滤网组件13表面进行刮洗除污;环绕速洗结构通过旋转排污按钮10带动矩阵虹吸反冲洗组件1301对滤网组件13表面以及网孔进行360°除污。
本实用新型实施例中,万向头组件12两端连接的出水口7、进水口8采用6 分接口,3吨每小时,大过水量,满足家庭全系统大流量需求;滤瓶17采用进口材质,不含双氯酚A,加上倍世康BSK改性配方可经手超低温冷冻测试;耐受爆破压力超过50公斤,耐受11公斤水锤15万次以上,超过NSF标准;滤网组件13采用SS316L食品级不锈钢, 40微米过滤精度,过滤效果显著;额定净水流量1m3/h,工作净水流量3m3/h,过滤精度 40μm,接头尺寸1"或3/4";适用水压0.15~1MPa,适用水温5~40℃,适用水质为市政自来水。采用长效控压技术,在4公斤安全值以内自动调压稳压,保障后端用水安全。
本实用新型实施例中,设计安装万向头组件12实现360°万向安装,解决管路贴墙难等问题,安装环境适应性增强。
本实用新型实施例中,装置的宽度即进水口到出水口距离151mm,装置的厚度即后接座到装置前侧壁间距为128mm,装置的高度即顶盖10顶面到排污口1底端的间距为261mm,排污口1下方需要安装预留40mm间隙作为排污空间。
本实用新型实施例中,如附图7所示,装置接入应用管线,进水口8前方为原水进口阀门,出水口7后侧管线连接地暖用水设备、厨卫用水设备、终端净水设备、洗衣机以及热水器,而且,提升地暖用水设备使用寿命20%,提升厨卫用水设备、洗衣机和热水器使用寿命17%,提升终端净水设备使用寿命32%。
本实用新型实施例中,正常刮洗或冲洗无法清除滤网组件13的滤网上的污物而且影响用水时,需要拆洗滤网组件13。先关闭进水阀11,打开排污球阀2,卸去压力,再用随机配送的把手逆时针旋开滤瓶17;取出滤网组件13,清洗滤网上的镶嵌污物;安装时,将刮洗组件16插入滤瓶17时,要让刮洗组件16下端带圆角的六边形孔对上滤瓶 17底部排水铜件上六边柱台1701,并插到底;安装滤网组件13,注意插入刮洗组件16内后,滤网组件13上端沿的四个凸点14要对上刮洗组件16顶部边缘部上四个凹槽1602,并插到底,滤网组件13底端接嘴15直接插入六边柱台1701中孔内。
本实用新型实施例中,装置有减压和稳压功能,能有效防止高水压或水锤对家庭用水管路以及用水设备造成的可能破坏,如需要对控参数进行调整,根据以下步骤进行:顺时针旋转调压旋钮10,调高出水压力,但始终低于进水压力;逆时针转动调压旋钮10,调低出水压力。

1.智能反冲洗前置过滤器,包括排污口(1)、排污球阀(2)、夹壳(3)、滤瓶(4)、接环(5)、顶壳(6)、排污按钮(10)、滤网组件(13)和刮洗组件(16);其特征在于,滤网组件(13)外套接刮洗组件(16),刮洗组件(16)外套接滤瓶(4),滤瓶(4)底部连接排污口(1),排污口(1)外壁安装排污球阀(2),一对夹壳(3)安装在滤瓶(4)外,同时夹壳(3)顶部外围通过套接接环(5)连接顶壳(6),顶壳(6)内安装排污按钮(10),滤网组件(13)和刮洗组件(16)呈中空管型结构,在壁上竖立安装矩阵虹吸反冲洗组件(1301),刮洗组件(16)管壁上竖立安装双面磨刮组件(1601)。
2.如权利要求1所述的智能反冲洗前置过滤器,其特征在于,顶壳(6)后侧壁上连接安装万向头组件(12),万向头组件(12)有十字形内腔,万向头组件(12)上连接有出水口(7)、进水口(8)、压力表(9)和进水阀(11)。
3.如权利要求1所述的智能反冲洗前置过滤器,其特征在于,滤网组件(13)外壁围罩40微米滤网。
4.如权利要求1所述的智能反冲洗前置过滤器,其特征在于,在刮洗组件(16)外壁上间隔镂空开孔形成环绕速洗结构。
5.如权利要求1所述的智能反冲洗前置过滤器,其特征在于,滤网组件(13)底端中部有向下突出的接嘴(15),刮洗组件(16)底端内壁为六边形,滤瓶(4)内底中部有向上突出的六边柱台(401),该六边柱台(401)有与接嘴(15)外壁形状相同的中孔,刮洗组件(16)底端套接在六边柱台(401)外缘上。
6.如权利要求1所述的智能反冲洗前置过滤器,其特征在于,滤网组件(13)顶部外缘均匀设置四个径向突出的凸点(14),刮洗组件(16)顶部边缘有四个凹槽(1602),凹槽(1602)内壁形状与凸点(14)外缘相同。
7.如权利要求1所述的智能反冲洗前置过滤器,其特征在于,矩阵虹吸反冲洗组件(1301)上竖立排列设置有一组冲洗孔,这些冲洗孔边沿有切向旋转导向结构,矩阵虹吸反冲洗组件(1301)上下两端分别有插接或卡接结构。
8.如权利要求1所述的智能反冲洗前置过滤器,其特征在于,双面磨刮组件(1601)双面分别设置凸起的刮擦块。
