冰箱内通常设有存放物品的抽屉,为充分利用抽屉内存储空间,现有设计中,一些冰箱抽屉内增设有进一步将抽屉划分成多个区域的分割件。然目前抽屉中所涉及的分割件与通常与抽屉本体固定连接,如此用户不能根据自己的实际需求调整各区域的分配比例。此外,在现有具有分割件的抽屉设计中,抽屉内部通常包括纵、横两个方向的分割件,在冰箱的实际使用过程中,基于用户的使用习惯,抽屉的内侧分割区域往往无法得到有效利用;而且纵、横两个方向同时被分割的抽屉无法适应一些长度较大的物品储存。
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种改进的抽屉结构以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术存在的技术问题之一,为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了一种柔性分割抽屉及具有该抽屉的冰箱,其具体设计方式如下。
一种柔性分割抽屉,包括形成有收容腔的抽屉本体,所述柔性分割抽屉还包括至少一个左右移动设置于所述收容腔内用以分割所述收容腔的分割件,所述分割件的前、后两端分别朝所述抽屉本体前、后侧壁方向突伸形成有突伸部,所述抽屉本体的前、后侧壁上分别形成有与相应侧所述突伸部配合以供所述分割件沿左右方向移动的滑槽,所述滑槽穿透所述抽屉本体的侧壁以将所述收容腔连通至所述抽屉本体外部。
进一步,所述柔性分割抽屉还包括两根分别固定于所述抽屉本体前、后侧壁外对所述分割件移动进行导向的滑杆,所述滑杆上滑动地设置有与所述突伸部连接固定的滑动件。
进一步,所述滑动件包括供所述滑杆穿过的滑动部及设置于所述滑动部下侧与所述突伸部连接固定的固定部。

本发明的有益效果是:基于本发明所涉及柔性分割抽屉的结构,用户可以根据实际使用需求调整分割件位置以实现对抽屉收容腔各区域的合理分配;此外,在柔性分割抽屉具体应用于冰箱的场景中,由于收容腔内只具有左右方向移动的分割件,用户可以较好的利用抽屉收容腔的内侧空间;且设置于抽屉本体上供分割件移动的滑槽可以作为箱体内部制冷冷气进入抽屉收容腔的通道,从而有利于抽屉收容腔内部物品的储存。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图所示的各实施结构对本发明进行详细描述,请参照图1至图9所示,其为本发明的一较佳实施方式。
参考图1所示,本发明中所涉及的柔性分割抽屉包括形成有收容腔10的抽屉本体1,柔性分割抽屉还包括至少一个左右移动设置于收容腔10内用以分割收容腔10的 分割件2。具体在本实施例中,收容腔10内平行的设置有两个分割件2,两个分割件2可以将收容腔10分割成三个空间可调的储存区域。在本具体柔性分割抽屉的使用过程中,两个分割件2还可以分别贴合至抽屉本体1的左右两个侧壁,从而使得抽屉本体1内的收容腔10形成一个连续的大容积收容空间。
结合图1、图5、图6所示,本发明中所涉及分割件的前、后两端分别朝抽屉本体1前侧壁11、后侧壁12方向突伸形成有突伸部25,抽屉本体1的前侧壁11、后侧壁12上分别形成有与相应侧突伸部25配合以供分割件2沿左右方向移动的滑槽。具体于本实施例中,滑槽包括设置于前侧壁11上的第一滑槽110及设置于后侧壁12上的第二滑槽120。
本发明中,第一滑槽110、第二滑槽120分别穿透抽屉本体1的前侧壁11、后侧壁12以将收容腔10连通至抽屉本体1外部。
本发明还提供了一种冰箱,该冰箱包括箱体(图中未示出)以及本发明中所涉及的柔性分割抽屉。

参考图1、图2所示,柔性分割抽屉还包括两根分别固定于抽屉本体1前侧壁11及后侧壁12外对分割件2移动进行导向的滑杆3。在本发明柔性分割抽屉的具体使用过程中,滑杆3兼具有加强杆的作用,用于分担抽屉本体1内储存物品时所承受的压力,可有效的减小抽屉本体1在承受重物时的变形,降低抽屉本体1受损的概率。
于本具体实施例中,抽屉本体1的前侧壁11、后侧壁12外沿滑杆3的长度方向分别间隔设置三个用于固定滑杆3的固定凸起30。具体参考图1、图2所示,于前侧壁11外,第一固定凸起301、第二固定凸起302、第三固定凸起303依次设置于前侧壁11的左侧、中部、右侧位置处,并分别对滑杆3的左端、中部、右端位置处形成固定。基于三个固定凸起30的设置,滑杆3能够较好的起到加强杆作用,且不会影响两个分割件2的独立运行。
结合图7、图8、图9所示,滑杆3上滑动地设置有与突伸部25连接固定的滑动件4。基于突伸部25与滑动件4之间连接固定,分割件2滑动的配合于滑杆3上,使得分割件2可沿滑杆3的长度方向移动。
分割件2的突伸部25装配至滑动件4的过程为:分割件2前、后两端的突伸部 25分别自收容腔10内部穿过抽屉本体1前侧壁11、后侧壁12上的滑槽,然后与抽屉本体1外相应侧的滑动件4连接固定。在需要将分割件2从抽屉本体1上拆除清洗时,按以上装配过程的相反方向操作即可,本发明所涉及柔性分割抽屉中分割件2与滑动件4的装配方式大大简化了装配工序,方便用户操作。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,参考图8所示,在突伸部25连接固定至滑动件4前,滑动件4在滑杆3上转动可调,基于该结构,可以降低柔性分割抽屉各构件的制造精度要求。换而言之,在将分隔件2连接固定至滑动件4上时,若分割件2的尺寸存在一定的偏差,滑动件4绕滑杆3转动一定角度即可适应该偏差,而不会在分隔件2、滑动件4连接固定造成相关结构之间的扭曲,从而确保装配后分割件4在滑杆3上能够顺畅滑动。
本发明中,滑动件4包括供滑杆3穿过的滑动部41及设置于滑动部41下侧与突伸部25连接固定的固定部42。
于本实施例中,参考图5、图6所示,突伸部25于抽屉本体1外具有与滑杆3长度方向一致的条形杆251;结合图8、图9所示,固定部42形成有供条形杆251插入固定的插槽420。
进一步,结合图6、图8所示,本实施例中的突伸部25还具有穿过滑槽以连接分割件2与条形杆251的连接杆252,滑动件4于条形杆插251入的一端设置有卡扣部43。结合图9所示,在条形杆251插入插槽420内后,卡扣部43卡扣连接杆252,从而锁定分割件2与滑动件4之间的位置关系。在具体实施过程中,卡扣部43包括上下相对设置的一对卡接片(图中未标示),两卡接片中形成有供连接杆252嵌入固定的空间,两卡接片的头部形成有用于防止连接杆252脱离滑动件4的凸起(图中未标示)。
参考图9所示,本实施例中的滑动部41包括间隔固定设置的两个凸耳,即第一凸耳411与第二凸耳412,第一凸耳411与第二凸耳412均形成有供滑杆3穿过的滑孔(图中未标示)。两个凸耳的设置方式,可以确保滑动件4在滑杆3上稳定滑动。
具体实施过程中,为使得在装配前滑动件4可绕滑杆3转动,凸耳上的滑孔与滑杆3的横截面均呈圆形。
参考图3、图4所示,本发明一具体实施例中,分割件2包括分隔板20以及围设于分隔板20边缘与分隔板20固定连接的边框。其中,分隔板20呈矩形。
具体地,边框具有位于前后两端的端部件,即图示中第一端部件21与第二端部件22。本实施例中,第一端部件21、第二端部件22分别与相应侧突伸部25一体成型;作为本发明的优选实施方式,第一端部件21、第二端部件22分别与相应侧突伸部25通过注塑工艺一体成型。端部件与突伸部25采用一体成型侧工艺可简化分割件2的组装流程,进而提高柔性分割抽屉的组装效率。
本实施例中的边框还具有位于分隔板20上下两侧的侧部件,即图示中上侧部件23与上侧部件24,上侧部件23与上侧部件24均采用挤出工艺成型。由于上侧部件23 与上侧部件24的形状较为规则,采用挤出工艺成型可实现快速批量化制作,有效提高生产效率。
本实施例中的第一端部件21、第二端部件22通过螺丝27锁紧至上侧部件23、上侧部件24的两端,结构简单,容易实现。为较好的固定分隔板20,第一端部件21、第二端部件22、上侧部件23、上侧部件24的内侧均形成有供分隔板20嵌入固定的凹槽(图中未标示)。
为方便用户调整分隔板20在收容腔内部的位置,本实施例中上侧部件24的中间位置处固定有供左右移动分割件20的把持部26。
可以理解的是,本发明中所涉及的左右方向与滑杆3的长度方向一致,前、后等涉及到方位的描述均可参考柔性分割抽屉在冰箱内部推拉方向。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种柔性分割抽屉,包括形成有收容腔的抽屉本体,其特征在于,所述柔性分割抽屉还包括至少一个左右移动设置于所述收容腔内用以分割所述收容腔的分割件,所述分割件的前、后两端分别朝所述抽屉本体前、后侧壁方向突伸形成有突伸部,所述抽屉本体的前、后侧壁上分别形成有与相应侧所述突伸部配合以供所述分割件沿左右方向移动的滑槽,所述滑槽穿透所述抽屉本体的侧壁以将所述收容腔连通至所述抽屉本体外部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性分割抽屉,其特征在于,所述柔性分割抽屉还包括两根分别固定于所述抽屉本体前、后侧壁外对所述分割件移动进行导向的滑杆,所述滑杆上滑动地设置有与所述突伸部连接固定的滑动件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的柔性分割抽屉,其特征在于,所述滑动件包括供所述滑杆穿过的滑动部及设置于所述滑动部下侧与所述突伸部连接固定的固定部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的柔性分割抽屉,其特征在于,所述突伸部于所述抽屉本体外具有与所述滑杆长度方向一致的条形杆,所述固定部形成有供所述条形杆插入固定的插槽。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的柔性分割抽屉,其特征在于,所述突伸部还具有穿过所述滑槽以连接所述分割件与所述条形杆的连接杆,所述滑动件于所述条形杆插入的一端设置有在所述条形杆插入所述插槽内后卡扣所述连接杆的卡扣部。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的柔性分割抽屉,其特征在于,所述滑动部包括间隔固定设置的两个凸耳,两个所述凸耳均形成有供所述滑杆穿过的滑孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性分割抽屉,其特征在于,所述分割件包括分隔板以及围设于所述分隔板边缘与所述分隔板固定连接的边框,所述边框于所述分隔板的前后两端分别与相应侧所述突伸部一体成型。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的柔性分割抽屉,其特征在于,所述边框于所述分隔板的上侧中间位置处固定有供左右移动所述分割件的把持部。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性分割抽屉,其特征在于,所述收容腔内平行的设置有两个所述分割件。
  10. 一种冰箱,包括箱体,其特征在于,所述箱体内设置有如权利要求1所述的柔性分割抽屉。
