香薰装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及空气净化技术领域,特别涉及一种香薰装置。
背景技术
现有技术的香薰装置,例如用于车载的座式香薰盒,包括彼此连接的盖体和座体,座体设容置腔,香薰设于容置腔内,在盖体或容香座上设有散香孔,香薰通过散香孔散香,在车内无人的情况也香薰也一直在挥发,造成极大的浪费,使得香薰的使用时间缩短,需要频繁更换香膏或补充香料。
因此,为了解决此问题,亟待设计一种新型的香薰装置。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型提供一种香薰装置,能通过简易操作即可打开和闭合散香通道,有效控制散香速度,延长香薰的使用时间。
本实用新型香薰装置,包括上盖、隔板及盒体,所述上盖包括顶板及与所述顶板连接的第一侧壁,所述顶板上设有第一散香孔,所述盒体包括底板及与所述底板连接的第二侧壁,所述底板和所述第二侧壁共同形成用于容置香薰的容纳腔,所述盒体在所述容纳腔的顶部设有开口,所述底板与所述顶板相对设置;所述第一侧壁设有第一螺纹,所述第二侧壁设有第二螺纹,所述第一螺纹与所述第二螺纹配合使所述上盖与所述盒体螺纹连接;所述隔板设在所述开口处,所述隔板上设有第二散香孔,所述第一散香孔和所述第二散香孔均为通孔,所述隔板与所述顶板之间可以形成间隔空间;通过旋转所述上盖可使所述上盖相对于所述盒体在靠近或远离所述隔板的方向上移动,以调节所述间隔空间的闭合或打开,从而控制所述第一散香孔、所述间隔空 间及所述第二散香孔所形成的散香通道的闭合或打开。
进一步地,所述顶板包括位于所述顶板的中心的第一中心区域和位于所述顶板的边缘的第一边缘区域;所述隔板包括位于所述隔板的中心的第二中心区域和位于隔板的边缘的第二边缘区域;所述第一中心区域和所述第二中心区域相对设置,并且所述第一边缘区域和所述第二边缘区域相对设置;所述第一散香孔设置在所述第一中心区域,并且所述第二散香孔设置在所述第二边缘区域。
进一步地,所述第一散香孔的数量为一个,所述第二散香孔的数量为多个;所述顶板为圆形,所述第一散香孔的直径为所述顶板的直径的1/5至4/5。
进一步地,所述顶板包括位于所述顶板的中心的第一中心区域和位于所述顶板的边缘的第一边缘区域;所述隔板包括位于所述隔板的中心的第二中心区域和位于所述隔板的边缘的第二边缘区域;所述第一中心区域和所述第二中心区域相对设置,并且所述第一边缘区域和所述第二边缘区域相对设置;所述第一散香孔设置在所述第一边缘区域,并且所述第二散香孔设置在所述第二中心区域。
进一步地,所述第二散香孔的数量为一个,所述第一散香孔的数量为多个;所述隔板为圆形,所述第二散香孔的直径为所述隔板的直径的1/5至4/5。

本实用新型香薰装置,通过第一侧壁和第二侧壁上的螺纹配合使上盖与盒体螺纹连接,上盖的顶板上设有第一散香孔,上盖和盒体之间设有隔板,隔板上设有第二散香孔,隔板与顶板支架形成间隔空间,旋转上盖可使上盖相对于盒体靠近或远离隔板移动,以调节间隔空间的闭合或打开,从而控制第一散香孔、间隔空间及第二散香孔所形成的散香通道的闭合或打开,结构简单,操作简便,能有效控制散香速度,延长香薰的使用时间。

本实用新型香薰装置,包括上盖1、隔板2及用于容置香薰的盒体3,上盖1包括顶板11及与顶板11连接的第一侧壁12,顶板11上设有第一散香孔10,盒体3包括底板31及与底板31连接的第二侧壁32,底板31与第二侧壁共同形成用于容置香薰的容纳腔30,盒体3在容纳腔30的顶部设有开口,底板31与顶板11相对设置;第一侧壁12设有第一螺纹13,第二侧壁32设有第二螺纹33,第一螺纹13与第二螺纹33配合使上盖1与盒体3螺纹连接;隔板2设在容纳腔30顶部的开口处,隔板2上设有第二散香孔20,第一散香孔10和第二散香孔20均为通孔,隔板2与顶板11之间形成间隔空间40;通过旋转上盖1可使上盖1相对于盒体3在靠近或远离隔板2的方向上移动,以调节间隔空间40的闭合或打开,从而控制第一散香孔10、间隔空间40及第二散香孔20所形成的散香通道的闭合或打开。
第一实施例
如图1所示,上盖1优选为圆柱形,上盖1包括顶板11及与顶板11的外边缘连接的第一侧壁12,顶板11包括位于顶板11的中心位置的第一中心区域和位于顶板11的边缘的第一边缘区域,第一散香孔10设在第一中心区域。顶板11为圆形构造,第一散香孔10的数量为一个,第一散香孔10的直径为顶板11的直径的1/5至4/5。第一侧壁12的内表面上设有第一螺纹13,用于与盒体3形成螺纹连接。
如图1至图3所示,盒体3优选为圆柱形,在其他实施例中也可为圆锥形或其他形状。盒体3包括底板31及与底板31的外边缘连接的第二侧壁32,底板31和第二侧壁32共同形成容置香薰的容纳腔30,盒体3在容纳腔30的顶部设有开口。第二侧壁32的外表面设有第二螺纹33,盒体3的第二螺纹33与上盖1的第一螺纹13配合,使上盖1和盒体3螺纹连接。由于上盖1的螺纹结构设在第一侧壁12的内表面,盒体3的螺纹结构设在第二侧壁32的外表面,因此上盖1的直径大于盒体3的直径,上盖1的第一侧壁12套设 在盒体3的第二侧壁32的外侧,换个角度讲,盒体3套接在上盖1的内侧,盒体3内的香薰进行防护。优选地,上盖1的第一侧壁12的内壁面在上盖1的轴向方向上的高度等于盒体3的第二侧壁32的高度,当上盖1旋至闭合位置时,即闭合散香通道时,上盖1的下边缘与盒体3的底板31外表面平齐,使整体外观更美观简洁。在其他实施例中,第一螺纹13也可设在上盖1的第一侧壁12的外表面,同时第二螺纹33也可设在盒体3的第二侧壁32的内表面,也同样能实现上盖1与盒体3的螺纹连接,使上盖1可相对于盒体3上下移动。另外,盒体3的第二侧壁32上进一步设有第三散香孔(未图示),当上盖1旋至闭合位置时,即上盖1相对于盒体3靠近隔板2移动且使上盖1的顶板11和隔板2贴合时,第一侧壁12遮挡第三散香孔(未图示);当上盖1旋至开启位置时,即上盖1相对于盒体3背离隔板2移动且使上盖1的顶板11与隔板2间隔一定距离的时候,第三散香孔(未图示)将盒体3的容纳腔30与外界相连通,使香薰能通过第三散香孔(未图示)挥发到外界,在其他实施例中,第三散香孔也可设在第二侧壁上,当上盖旋至散香通道闭合时,利用第一侧壁来遮挡第三散香孔。
如图1至图3所示,隔板2呈圆板状,隔板2设在容纳腔30顶部的开口处,隔板2与上盖1的顶板11之间形成间隔空间,优选地,隔板2装设在盒体3上。隔板2包括位于隔板2的中心的第二中心区域和位于隔板2的边缘的第二边缘区域,第二中心区域和第一中心区域相对设置,第二边缘区域和第一边缘区域相对设置,使得第二边缘区域可用于遮挡第一散香孔10,同时第二中心区域可用于遮挡第二散香孔20。在本实施例中,第一散香孔10和第二散香孔20为通孔,第一散香孔10设置在第一中心区域,第二散香孔20设置在第二边缘区域。优选地,多个第二散香孔20在第二边缘区域内呈等角度地分布,使香薰装置均匀散香。当上盖1旋至散香通道闭合时,隔板2遮挡第一散香孔10,同时上盖1的顶板11遮挡第二散香孔20。具体来讲,旋转上盖1使上盖1靠近隔板2移动而使顶板11和隔板2之间的间隔空间40闭 合时,隔板2的第二中心区域遮挡位于顶板11的第一中心区域的第一散香孔10,上盖1的第一边缘区域遮挡位于隔板2的第二边缘区域的第二散香孔20,如此形成第一散香孔10和第二散香孔20的错位设置,即可闭合由第二散香孔20、间隔空间40及第一散香孔10所形成的散香通道,从而使香薰不会挥发到外界。
如图1至图3所示,在本实施例中,第二侧壁32的内表面上设有台阶部34,换个角度讲,台阶部34是由盒体3的第二侧壁32的上表面靠近内表面的位置部分凹设而形成。台阶部34的直径大致等于隔板2的直径,隔板2放置于台阶部34上,且此时,隔板2的上表面与第二侧壁32的上边缘平齐。在其他实施例中,隔板2的周壁面上可设置第三螺纹,进而在盒体3的第二侧壁32的内表面设有第四螺纹,隔板2的第三螺纹与第二侧壁32上的第四螺纹配合,使得隔板2螺纹连接于盒体3的上缘。当然可以理解的,隔板2直接放置于第二侧壁32的上边缘,且位于上盖1和盒体3之间,此时的隔板2的边缘与盒体3的边缘重合。进一步地,隔板2外周壁也可设橡胶圈,使隔板2的外周壁与上盖1的内壁面不存在间隙,避免安装后因松动而造成异响。
如图1至图3所示,组装时,先将香薰(未图示)放置于盒体3的容纳腔30内,再将隔板2由上而下装设在盒体3上,最后将上盖1由上而下套接在盒体3上,使第一侧壁12的第一螺纹13与第二侧壁32的第二螺纹33配合,而使上盖1与盒体3螺纹连接,旋转上盖1,直至上盖1相对于盒体3靠近隔板2的方向移动,直至上盖1旋至最低位置,使顶板11与隔板2之间的间隔空间40闭合,第一散香孔10、间隔空间40和第二散香孔20所形成的散香通道也闭合,此时,上盖1套接在盒体3上且上盖1的第一侧壁12位于盒体3的第二侧壁32外侧。优选地,上盖1的下边缘与盒体3的底板31的外表面大致平齐,使整体外观简洁美观。这样便完成了香薰装置的组装过程。
如图1至图5所示,使用时,将香薰装置通过胶贴等方式粘贴固定于汽 车中控台,先绕上盖1的中心逆时针旋转上盖1(当然也可顺时针方向旋转上盖1,通常我们习惯开启上盖的方式为逆时针方向),上盖1相对于盒体3在背离隔板2的方向移动,上盖1和隔板2之间存在间隙,则上盖1的顶板11与隔板2之间的间隔空间40打开,使第一散香孔10、间隔空间40和第二散香孔20所形成的散香通道打开。具体地,盒体3内的香薰经由隔板2的第二散香孔20、上盖1的顶板11和隔板2之间的间隔空间40及上盖1的第一散香孔10,而挥发到外界环境,使车内空气清新怡人。当不需要散香,比如车内无人的情况下,只需顺时针方向旋转上盖1(若顺时针方向旋转而开启,则需要逆时针方向旋转而闭合),使上盖1相对于盒体3在靠近隔板2的方向上移动,当上盖1旋至最低位置时,上盖1的顶板11的内表面与隔板2的上表面贴合,及顶板11和隔板2之间的间隔空间40闭合,隔板2遮挡上盖1的第一散香孔10,同时上盖1的顶板11遮挡隔板2的第二散香孔20,而使第一散香孔10、间隔空间40及第二散香孔20所形成的散香通道闭合,香薰便不再对外界散香,避免香薰在不使用的时候挥发而造成浪费。本实用新型香薰装置通过简易操作即可打开和闭合散香通道,能有效控制散香速度,延长香薰的使用时间。
第二实施例
如图6所示,第二实施例的香薰装置与第一实施例的区别在于隔板2和上盖1的结构不同。具体地,上盖1包括彼此连接顶板11和第一侧壁12,顶板11为圆形,顶板11包括位于顶板的中心的第一中心区域和位于顶板边缘的第一边缘区域,在第一边缘区域设置有第一散香孔10。在第二实施例中,第一散香孔10设置的数量为多个,多个第一散香孔10绕顶板11的中心呈等角度地排布。
如图6至图8所示,隔板2为圆形,隔板2包括位于隔板2的中心的第二中心区域和位于隔板2的边缘的第二边缘区域,第二中心区域与第一中心区域相对设置,第二边缘区域与第一边缘区域相对设置,在第二中心区域设 有第二散香孔20。在第二实施例中,第二散香孔20的数量为一个,第一散香孔10的数量为多个,第二散香孔20的直径为隔板2的直径的1/5至4/5,使得第二边缘区域可用于遮挡第一散香孔10,同时第二中心区域可用于遮挡第二散香孔20。
隔板2可与盒体3一体成型地连接在第二侧壁32的上边缘,此时,为了方便放置香薰,可将盒体3的底板31和第二侧壁32设置成可拆卸地连接,比如底板31外边缘设螺纹结构,第二侧壁32靠近下边缘的内表面设螺纹结构,使底板31与第二侧壁32形成螺纹连接而实现可拆卸连接。当然可以理解地,隔板2也可如第一实施例中那样,直接放置于盒体3的上边缘,或盒体3的第二侧壁32内表面凹设台阶部34来放置隔板2,在此不再赘述。
在其他实施例中,上盖1上的第一散香孔10和隔板2上的第二散香孔20,不一定设在中心位置或靠近边缘位置设置,第一散香孔10可设在上盖1的顶板11的任意位置,第二散香孔20也可设在隔板2上的任意位置,只要满足第二散香孔20能和第一散香孔10错位设置且能保证顶板11和隔板2贴合的时候第一散香孔10和第二散香孔20不相通的位置均可。例如,第一散香孔10和第二散香孔20的数量均为多个,多个第一散香孔10靠近顶板11的中心设置,多个第二散香孔20远离隔板2的中心而设置,或者多个第一散香孔10在顶板11上呈至少两个环状分布,多个第二散香孔20设在隔板2上对应两个环状之间的位置而设置,使第一散香孔10和第二散香孔20错位且不重叠地设置。
在其他实施例中,隔板2也可不设散香孔,通过连接件固定于盒体3内,隔板2与盒体3的上缘平齐,当上盖1旋至最低位置时,隔板2遮挡上盖1上的第一散香孔10,从而闭合香薰的散香通道,避免不必要的浪费。
如图6至图8所示,组装使用时,将香薰放置于盒体3的容纳腔30中,再将隔板2由上至下置于盒体3上,且处于上盖1和盒体3之间,顶板11和隔板2之间形成间隔空间40,最后将上盖1由上至下套接于盒体3上,使第 一侧壁12上的第一螺纹13和第二侧壁32上的第二螺纹33配合,进而使上盖1和盒体3形成螺纹连接,完成香薰装置的组装。先绕上盖1的中心逆时针旋转上盖1(当然也可顺时针方向旋转上盖1,通常我们习惯的旋盖方式为逆时针方向),上盖1相对于盒体3沿背离盒体3的底板31的方向移动,即上盖1在远离隔板2的方向上移动,上盖1和隔板2间隔一定距离,具体来讲,上盖1的顶板11与隔板2形成的间隔空间40打开,使得第一散香孔10、间隔空间40及第二散香孔20所共同形成的散香通道打开,此时盒体3内的香薰经由隔板2的第二散香孔20、上盖1的顶板11和隔板2之间的间隙及上盖1的第一散香孔10,而挥发到外界环境,使车内空气清新怡人。当不需要散香,比如车内无人的情况下,只需顺时针方向旋转上盖1(若顺时针方向旋转而开启,则需要逆时针方向旋转而闭合),使上盖1相对于盒体3在靠近隔板2的方向上移动,当上盖1旋至最低位置时,顶板11与隔板2之间的间隔空间40闭合,上盖1的顶板11的内表面与隔板2的上表面贴合,隔板2的第二边缘区域遮挡上盖1的第一散香孔10,同时顶板11的第一中心区域遮挡隔板2的第二散香孔20,而使第一散香孔10、间隔空间40及第二散香孔20所形成的散香通道闭合,不再对外界散香,避免香薰在不使用的时候挥发而造成浪费。当然可以理解的,通过调节上盖1相对于隔板2的距离,及顶板11与隔板2之间的间隔空间40的大小,即可控制盒体3内的香薰的散香速度。本实用新型香薰装置通过简易操作即可打开和闭合散香通道,能有效控制散香速度,延长香薰的使用时间。
综上所述,本实用新型香薰装置具有如下有益效果:
(1)通过第一侧壁12和第二侧壁32上的螺纹配合使上盖1与盒体3螺纹连接,隔板2设在上盖1和盒体3之间,隔板2上设有第二散香孔20,第一散香孔10和第二散香孔20均为通孔,隔板2与顶板11之间形成间隔空间40;通过旋转上盖1可使上盖1相对于盒体3在靠近或远离隔板2的方向上移动,以调节间隔空间40的闭合或打开,从而控制第一散香孔10、间隔空 间40及第二散香孔20所形成的散香通道的闭合或打开。
(2)上盖1的顶板11包括第一中心区域和第一边缘区域,隔板2包括与第一中心区域相对设置的第二中心区域及与第一边缘区域相对设置的第二边缘区域,顶板11的第一中心区域设有第一散香孔10,隔板2的第二边缘区域上设有第二散香孔20,隔板2的第二中心区域可用于遮挡第一散香孔10,顶板11的第一边缘区域可用于遮挡第二散香孔20,从而可闭合散香通道,使香薰不会挥发到外界,避免车内无人的情形下香薰一直挥发所造成的浪费。
(3)上盖1的顶板11包括第一中心区域和第一边缘区域,隔板2包括与第一中心区域相对设置的第二中心区域及与第一边缘区域相对设置的第二边缘区域,顶板11的第一边缘区域设有第一散香孔10,隔板2的第二中心区域上设有第二散香孔20,隔板2的第二边缘区域可用于遮挡第一散香孔10,顶板11的第一中心区域可用于遮挡第二散香孔20,从而可闭合散香通道,使香薰不会挥发到外界,避免车内无人的情形下香薰一直挥发所造成的浪费。
本实用新型并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节,在本实用新型的技术构思范围内,可以对本实用新型的技术方案进行多种简单变型,这些简单变型均属于本实用新型的保护范围。在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征,在不矛盾的情况下,可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合。为了避免不必要的重复,本实用新型对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。

  1. 一种香薰装置,其特征在于:包括上盖、隔板及盒体,所述上盖包括顶板及与所述顶板连接的第一侧壁,所述顶板上设有第一散香孔,所述盒体包括底板及与所述底板连接的第二侧壁,所述底板和所述第二侧壁共同形成用于容置香薰的容纳腔,所述盒体在所述容纳腔的顶部设有开口,所述底板与所述顶板相对设置;
    所述第一侧壁设有第一螺纹,所述第二侧壁设有第二螺纹,所述第一螺纹与所述第二螺纹配合使所述上盖与所述盒体螺纹连接;
    所述隔板设在所述开口处,所述隔板上设有第二散香孔,所述第一散香孔和所述第二散香孔均为通孔,所述隔板与所述顶板之间可以形成间隔空间;
    通过旋转所述上盖可使所述上盖相对于所述盒体在靠近或远离所述隔板的方向上移动,以调节所述间隔空间的闭合或打开,从而控制所述第一散香孔、所述间隔空间及所述第二散香孔所形成的散香通道的闭合或打开。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的香薰装置,其特征在于:所述顶板包括位于所述顶板的中心的第一中心区域和位于所述顶板的边缘的第一边缘区域;
    所述隔板包括位于所述隔板的中心的第二中心区域和位于隔板的边缘的第二边缘区域;
    所述第一中心区域和所述第二中心区域相对设置,并且所述第一边缘区域和所述第二边缘区域相对设置;
    所述第一散香孔设置在所述第一中心区域,并且所述第二散香孔设置在所述第二边缘区域。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的香薰装置,其特征在于:所述第一散香孔的数量为一个,所述第二散香孔的数量为多个;
    所述顶板为圆形,所述第一散香孔的直径为所述顶板的直径的1/5至4/5。

    且所述隔板的上表面与所述第二侧壁的上边缘平齐。

  9. 如权利要求1所述的香薰装置,其特征在于:所述第一螺纹设置所述第一侧壁的内表面,所述第二螺纹设置所述第二侧壁的外表面,所述第一螺纹与所述第二螺纹配合使所述盒体与所述上盖螺纹连接,所述上盖与所述盒体旋紧时,所述上盖的下边缘与所述盒体的底板平齐。
