有益效果
实施本发明的显示系统及安装支架,具有以下有益效果:安装支架方便显示装置等待安装件的安装和维护,同时安装座与固定座结合成的超薄平行结构,有利于显示装置紧贴墙面安装,还能让显示装置等待安装件旋转后轻松地再次固定,旋转过程不需要借助工具,满足了大显示屏等安装件的应用需求,提升用户体验感。

本发明的最佳实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1、图2所示,本发明一个优选实施例中的显示系统包括安装支架1和安装在安装支架1上的显示装置。
安装支架1包括用于预先安装到安装面的预固定机构11、以及用于供待安装件预先安装的预安装机构12,待安装件在本实施例中为显示装置,在其他实施例中,待安装件也可为其他的设备或物品。待安装件先安装到预安装机构12后,再整体安装到预固定机构11上。
预固定机构11包括固定座111,预安装机构12包括安装座121、以及与安装座121转动配合的转动座122,安装座121可拆卸地安装到固定座111上。
转动座122与固定座111可拆卸连接,转动座122与固定座111之间设有让预安装机构12相对固定座111的位置可调的调节机构112,以在安装座121与固定座111分离并相对固定座111转动后,能让安装座121相对转动座122转动后重新安装到固定座111。
安装支架1方便显示装置等待安装件的安装和维护,同时安装座与固定座结合成的超薄平行结构,有利于显示装置紧贴墙面安装,还能让显示装置等待安装件旋转后轻松地再次固定,旋转过程不需要借助工具,满足了智能电视屏、广告屏、视频会议屏、智能电子白板屏、艺术展示屏等大显示屏等安装件的应用需求,提升用户体验感,吸引用户、开发商及资本方投资智慧家庭系统,从而为智慧家庭普及化应用奠定基础。
结合图1至图4安装座121包括板状的面板1211以及在面板1211背面设置的转动轴1212,优选地,转动轴1212位于面板1211的背面中部。面板1211的周边设有向转动轴1212所在一侧延伸的侧壁1213,侧壁1213的高度通常为几毫米高,可以在安装座121的背面形成空间容置转动座122,尽量减小安装支架1的厚度,利于安装显示装置,特别是可以降低安装平面显示屏后的整体厚度占用空间。
在一些实施例中,侧壁1213上设有供线缆或接口从面板1211底部引出的引线槽121),显示装置的线缆或接口可以穿过面板1211从转动轴1212内引到面板1211背面,再从引线槽1217引出,在安装座121的转动过程中,线缆或接口不会受影响,提升了安全性和便利性。
转动座122为板状,减小转动座122在厚度上的占用空间,转动座122上设有套设到转动轴1212上的转动孔。转动轴1212与面板1211相对的一端设有防止转动座122脱离的挡板1214,挡板1214与转动轴1212可拆卸连接或焊接后固定连接,挡板1214为板状也可减小在厚度上的占用空间,让安装支架1尽量的薄。
为了让安装座121只在特定的角度范围内转动,面板1211和转动座122之间设有限定两者之间的转动范围的限位机构。限位机构包括在转动座122上绕转动座122的转动轴线设置的弧形导向槽1221,以及卡入到导向槽1221内的定位凸起1215,定位凸起1215相对面板1211的位置固定。
通常,定位凸起1215可以设置在面板1211上,也可设置在挡板1214上。定位凸起1215和导向槽1221的位置也可相互调换。弧形导向槽1221的弧度通常为90°,让安装座121能在90°范围内转动,让显示装置可以横屏或竖屏显示。
在一些实施例中,安装座121可拆卸地挂设到固定座111上,调节机构112让预安装机构12相对固定座111在高度方向移动。预安装机构12相对固定座111在高度方向移动,可以方便挂设到固定座111上,简化安装方式。在其他实施例中,调节机构112也可让预安装机构12相对固定座111在水平方向移动,或相对固定座111转动,能在预安装机构12移动后便于重新安装到固定座111上即可。
再结合图1至图6所示,优选地,固定座111为框体结构,各边为板状结构,与安装座121的面板1211平行,可降低安装支架1的厚度,让安装支架1整体看像是一块平面状结构,利于节省空间。
优选地,安装座121的侧壁1213的内圈外形尺寸大于固定座111的外形尺寸,让安装座121的侧壁1213内圈套设到固定座111外,能进一步减少安装支架的厚度。
固定座111的水平两相对边上分别设有至少一个挂钩1111,安装座121上设有两组挂扣1216,两组挂扣1216在安装座121的转动方向错开设置,以在安装座121转动前后让每组挂扣1216分别与固定座111上的挂钩1111卡合。
通常,两组挂扣1216在安装座121的转动方向错开90°设置,让安装座121能在90°范围内转动,并在转动前后都能挂设到固定座111上,让显示装置可以横屏或竖屏显示。
优选地,固定座111的水平两相对边每边上上下分布有两个挂钩1111,共四个挂钩1111,安装座121上的每组挂扣1216则也包括四个挂扣1216,挂扣1216与挂钩1111卡合后能保证挂扣后的稳定性。挂钩1111的数量和每组挂扣1216的数量也可不做限定,能保证挂扣后稳定即可。
在一些实施例中,调节机构112包括连接在转动座122和固定座111之间的第一调节组件1121,第一调节组件1121的上下两端分别与固定座111和转动座122连接,以让预安装机构12可拆卸地吊设在固定座111上。
进一步地,第一调节组件1121包括调节单元1122,调节单元1122包括第一连接件1123,第一连接件1123的上下两端分别设有销轴1129,且第一连接件1123下端的销轴1129在高度方向的位置可调。第一连接件1123两端的销轴1129分别与转动座122、固定座111转动连接,以让预安装机构12能相对固定座111在高度方向移动。
在本实施例中,转动座122与第一连接件1123连接的一端设有供销轴1129沿水平方向穿设的调节孔1124,调节孔1124的断面为腰形,以让销轴1129沿调节孔1124上下移动,调节预安装机构12相对固定座111的高度位置。
在其他实施例中,在第一连接件1123的下端设有供销轴1129沿水平方向穿设的调节孔1124,调节孔1124的断面为腰形,以让销轴1129沿调节孔1124上下移动,调节预安装机构12相对固定座111的高度位置。
优选地,销轴1129可拆卸地与第一连接件1123连接,便于预安装机构12的拆装。在其他实施例中,第一连接件1123的上端也可设有调节孔1124,或者在上下两端同时设置调节孔1124,供两端的销轴1129穿设,并让销轴1129的高度位置能调节。
通常,第一调节组件1121包括一组调节单元1122即可,可以调节预安装机构12的高度位置。另外,在一些实施例中,第一调节组件1121也可包括沿高度方向串联设置的两组或两组以上调节单元1122,两相邻的调节单元1122的两个第一连接件1123之间通过销轴1129转动连接,两端的调节单元1122分别与转动座122、固定座111连接。各连接处的销轴1129在对应位置的调节孔1124内上下移动,便于调节预安装机构12的上下位置。
同一套安装支架1中,可以只单独设置第一调节组件1121或第二调节组件1125,也可以同时设置第一调节组件1121、第二调节组件1125。
可以理解地,上述各技术特征可以任意组合使用而不受限制。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种安装支架,其特征在于,包括用于预先安装到安装面的预固定机构(11)、以及用于供待安装件预先安装的预安装机构(12);
    所述预固定机构(11)包括固定座(111),所述预安装机构(12)包括安装座(121)、以及与所述安装座(121)转动配合的转动座(122),所述安装座(121)可拆卸地安装到所述固定座(111)上;
    所述转动座(122)与所述固定座(111)可拆卸连接,所述转动座(122)与所述固定座(111)之间设有让所述预安装机构(12)相对所述固定座(111)的位置可调的调节机构(112),以在所述安装座(121)与所述固定座(111)分离并相对所述固定座(111)转动后,能让所述安装座(121)相对所述转动座(122)转动后重新安装到所述固定座(111)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安装支架,其特征在于,所述安装座(121)可拆卸地挂设到所述固定座(111)上,所述调节机构(112)让所述预安装机构(12)相对所述固定座(111)在高度方向移动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的安装支架,其特征在于,所述固定座(111)的水平两相对边上分别设有至少一个挂钩(1111),所述安装座(121)上设有两组挂扣(1216),所述两组挂扣(1216)在所述安装座(121)的转动方向错开设置,以在所述安装座(121)转动前后让每组所述挂扣(1216)分别与所述固定座(111)上的挂钩(1111)卡合。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的安装支架,其特征在于,所述调节机构(112)包括连接在所述转动座(122)和所述固定座(111)之间的第一调节组件(1121),所述第一调节组件(1121)的上下两端分别与所述固定座(111)和所述转动座(122)连接,以让所述预安装机构(12)可拆卸地吊设在所述固定座(111)上;
    所述第一调节组件(1121)包括至少一组调节单元(1122),所述调节单元(1122)包括第一连接件(1123),所述第一连接件(1123)的上下两端分别设有销轴(1129),且所述第一连接件(1123)至少一端的销轴(1129)在高度方向的位置可调,所述第一连接件(1123)两端的销轴(1129)分别与所述转动座(122)、固定座(111)转动连接,以让所述预安装机构(12)能相对所述固定座(111)在高度方向移动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的安装支架,其特征在于,所述第一连接件(1123)的至少一端设有供所述销轴(1129)沿水平方向穿设的调节孔(1124),所述调节孔(1124)的断面为腰形,以让所述销轴(1129)沿所述调节孔(1124)上下移动,调节所述预安装机构(12)相对所述固定座(111)的高度位置;
    所述销轴(1129)可拆卸地与所述第一连接件(1123)连接。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的安装支架,其特征在于,所述第一调节组件(1121)包括一组所述调节单元(1122);或,所述第一调节组件(1121)包括沿高度方向串联设置的两组或两组以上所述调节单元(1122),两相邻的所述调节单元(1122)的两个第一连接件(1123)之间通过所述销轴(1129)转动连接,两端的调节单元(1122)分别与所述转动座(122)、固定座(111)连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的安装支架,其特征在于,所述安装座(121)包括板状的面板(1211)以及在所述面板(1211)背面设置的转动轴(1212),所述转动座(122)为板状,所述转动座(122)上设有套设到所述转动轴(1212)上的转动孔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的安装支架,其特征在于,所述面板(1211)和所述转动座(122)之间设有限定两者之间的转动范围的限位机构。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的安装支架,其特征在于,所述限位机构包括在所述转动座(122)上绕所述转动座(122)的转动轴线设置的弧形导向槽(1221),以及卡入到所述导向槽(1221)内的定位凸起(1215);所述定位凸起(1215)相对所述面板(1211)的位置固定。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的安装支架,其特征在于,所述面板(1211)的周边设有向所述转动轴(1212)所在一侧延伸的侧壁(1213),所述侧壁(1213)上设有供线缆或接口从所述面板(1211)底部引出的引线槽(1217)。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的安装支架,其特征在于,所述固定座(111)为框体结构,所述固定座(111)的各边为与所述安装座(121)的面板(1211)平行的板状机构,所述安装座(121)的侧壁(1213)的内圈外形尺寸大于所述固定座(111)的外形尺寸。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的安装支架,其特征在于,所述转动轴(1212)与所述面板(1211)相对的一端设有防止所述转动座(122)脱离的挡板(1214);所述挡板(1214)与所述转动轴(1212)可拆卸连接或固定连接。
  13. 一种显示系统,其特征在于,所述待安装件为显示装置,所述显示系统包括权利要求1至12任一项所述的安装支架(1)和安装在所述安装支架(1)上的显示装置。
