所述的连杆上形成有与所述的凹槽匹配的凸起式导向部,所述的导向部齐平于或低于底板底面。
所述的凹槽至少末端部分为T型槽,所述的连杆与所述的T型槽对应的形成有导向翅片。
本发明的优点和有益效果为:
本发明的自锁插头,对按键的按压通过连杆转化为对锁紧片的驱动,按键本身为杠杆式结构,其按压部受力时绕轴转动的动作与本发明的自锁插头的插入或拔出动作很好的融合,捏紧插头的动作和插入的动作一气呵成,符合操作习惯,很大程度避免了插销的划伤,提高使用安全性和寿命,而且,按键动作小,与周围部件干涉小,适于任何小操作空间。

具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明方案,下面结合附图1-12和具体实施例进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1
如图所示,一种自锁插头,包括主体1、设置在主体内且其上固定设置有至少一个插套20的插套座2、至少一个锁紧片3、受驱动沿所述的主体的轴向往复移动以实现所述的锁紧片在释放和锁紧状态间切换的连杆4以及设置在所述的主体上杠杆式按键5,所述按键的一端为按压部,另一端为与所述的连杆4传动连接以实现所述的轴向往复移动的驱动部。需要说明的是,本发明中以插销插入端为头端或前端,以与电源线连接端为尾端或后端,此定义仅为了便于描述说明,并不对保护范围构成任何的限定。
其中,所述的主体内一般设置有三个插套,如C14和C13等规格要求的样式,同时对应设置一个锁紧片,但是,本发明同样可以适用于一个插套或者两个插套,或者更多插套的情况,而且,对于锁紧片来说,也可以由按键通过连杆同步驱动两个甚至更多个,这都可以基于本发明的设计思想轻易实现,如三个插套和一个锁紧片的配合、三个插套和两个锁紧片的配合,两个插套与一个锁紧片的配合,两个插套与两个锁紧片的配合,一个插套与一个锁紧片的配合等情况。本发明以三个插套和一个锁紧片的配合进行示范性说明,锁紧片的位置和功能与现有技术类似,在此不做过多描述。
本发明的自锁插头,对按键的转动式按压通过连杆转化为对锁紧片的驱动,按键本身为杠杆式结构,其按压部受力时绕轴转动的动作与本发明的自锁插头的插入或拔出动作很好的融合,在动作时仅需拿持按压部并施力即可保证无论是插入还是拔出时锁紧片都处于释放状态,避免了锁紧片对插销的磨损,提高了使用安全性和寿命,而且,按键动作小,与周围部件干涉小,适于任何小操作空间。
其中,所述的按键与主体间设置有复位弹簧以使连杆向前伸出以维持锁紧片处于锁紧状态,即将所述的锁紧片向锁紧方向偏置。当然,还可采用所述的连杆与主体间或者连杆与插套间设置复位弹簧的方式。按键上复位弹簧的设置可采用扭簧等多种形式,当然,可以同时在按键和主体间以及连杆与主体或插套间同时设置复位弹簧以保证锁紧片的锁紧态的有效性。
其中,所述的主体1包括固定连接的底壳11和上盖12,所述的底壳11包括底板13、一体设置在底板13前端的头腔10以及尾端的出线槽14,所述的插套座前端 深入所述的头腔内且后端被设置在所述的底板上的定位台15限位,同时在所述的插座套的底面上设置有多个卡台19以与底板上对应的卡孔配合固定。其中,所述的上盖12的前端设置有可匹配地插入所述的头腔内的止口121,所述的头腔内设置有导向板101,所述的止口上设置有对应的导向缺口。利用止口设计保证了插入深度,实现连接稳定和密封效果,导向缺口和导向板的匹配设置,增强了连接强度,而且导向板的设置也增强了底壳上腔的强度。
所述的插套座的底部形成用以将所述的连杆定位导向的导槽21,所述的导槽内设置有弹簧定位台22,所述的连杆4设置有用以定位所述的复位弹簧40且后端开口的弹簧嵌槽41,弹簧嵌槽和导槽即构成所述的复位弹簧的容纳空间。
同时,所述的插套座的前端形成有锁紧片定位槽,所述的锁紧片定位槽和头腔内的锁紧片定位台相配合完成了锁紧片上端的定位,所述的连杆前端设置有用以对所述的锁紧片下端进行定位联动的嵌槽,所述的锁紧片上设置的锁紧孔的长度方向与连杆垂直,即实现对插销非接触侧的锁紧,避免插销的变形,而且借助非接触侧的糙面提高锁紧效果。
底壳在整个插头方向上延伸,辅以上盖的固定连接构成封闭腔,整体性强且安装便利,采用头腔和后部定位台的设置方式,装配便捷,而且利用插座套进行连杆的导向和复位弹簧的设置,提高了空间利用率,而且弹簧被限定在一个相对封闭的腔内,其稳定性提高,而且整体绝缘效果高。
实施例2
其中,具体来说,为提高操作感,所述的按键为对称设置的两个,所述的连杆,优选其尾部与两个按键同时传动连接。两个按键的同步动作,对连杆施力均匀,保证其平稳沿轴向运动,实现锁紧片的状态平稳切换。所述的底壳和上盖于尾端分别对应地形成有转孔19,所述的按键的转轴两端匹配地插入所述的转孔中并被夹持定位。采用夹持式定位,按键不会脱落,装配简单。
为实现所述的传动连接,所述的驱动部设置有驱动销,在所述的连杆的尾部设置有滑槽,或者,所述的驱动部设置有滑槽,所述的连杆的尾部对应设置有驱动销,需要指出的是,为实现转动与平动的转换,所述的滑槽为圆弧式设计,通过驱动销在滑槽内相对移动,即可实现按键对连杆的轴向平动驱动。
为提高整体性以及减少整体体积,所述的按键5为可将主体侧部嵌含其中的槽式结构,所述的滑槽或驱动销对应设置在驱动部的内侧壁上。所述的主体上与驱动部和 联动部对应形成有避让凹陷。即所述的按键的纵截面为U型或C型结构,同时在主体上设置对应的卡嵌式结构,对按键实现运动避让的同时,构成有效的限位和导向。而且,在按键的驱动部和按压部与主体间还可设置卡嵌连接结构,即扣合机构,其能保持位置状态的锁紧,这样在某些场合,可先通过按下的按压部与主体的锁合将插头保持在锁紧片的释放状态,完成插入后再切换到锁紧片的锁紧状态,插入时能完全不需对按压部的挤压,插后入用手或工具将按键状态切换即可,进一步满足对苛刻环境的安装,而且,锁紧式弹簧和按键与主体的扣合的双重锁定,进一步提升锁紧效果。同时,为提高操作感受,所述的按压部的接触面上设置有多道凸棱或凸点以增加摩擦。
其中,所述的按键中部与所述的主体轴接,所述的驱动部与按压部呈夹角设置,所述的夹角优选为直角,当然也可是其他任意角度,或者采用驱动部和按压部在一条直线的设计。
作为其中一个较佳实施方式,两个所述的按键对称地设置在主体的尾部并位于宽度方向的两侧,所述的驱动部的内侧壁上形成有矩形槽51,所述的连杆尾部与之垂直地形成有可匹配插入所述的矩形槽的矩形凸销42,所述的凸销的尾端面形成有圆弧导角,圆弧导角可实现矩形槽对凸销的擒入,保证整体联动效果,圆弧倒角之后构成类似死点设计,在自由态凸销完全在矩形槽内,此时锁紧片保持最大倾斜态,当需要插入时,按压按键,实锁紧片处于直立态即释放态,当释放按键后,复位弹簧促使按键复位并使锁紧片与插销锁紧,此时凸销的圆弧倒角末端与矩形槽整体接触,相抵接触保证了按键和连杆稳定性,而且,将按键设置在插头的尾部,这就避免了和其他的结构发生干涉。
实施例3
为实现连杆相对主体的轴向往复平稳运动,所述的底板的尾部形成有前端和尾端分别开口的凹槽18,所述的连杆上形成有与所述的凹槽匹配的凸起式导向部43,如内空的圆环形导向部,所述的导向部齐平于或低于底板底面,这样使得插头的底面为平面设计,满足不同场合的插接要求,减少与其他部件的干涉。所述的连杆的头段伸入所述的主体的内腔中并与锁紧片联动,所述的连杆的尾端采用外露设计并由凹槽导向,整体体积和整体外观并未变化,可适用于各种现有的应用场合。
进一步地,为提高对连杆尾部的约束,所述的凹槽至少末端部分为T型槽,所述的连杆所述的T型槽对应的形成有导向翅片44。连杆尾部侧向延伸的导向翅片与T型槽的配合,防止连杆尾端翘起,保证按键与连杆传动有效平稳。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自锁插头,其特征在于:包括主体、设置在主体内用以定位插套的插套座、至少一个锁紧片、受驱动沿所述主体的轴向往复移动以实现所述的锁紧片在释放和锁紧状态间切换的连杆以及设置在所述主体上的杠杆式按键,所述按键的一端为按压部,另一端为与所述的连杆传动连接以实现所述的轴向往复移动的驱动部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自锁插头,其特征在于:所述的按键为对称设置的两个,所述的连杆与两个按键同时传动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的自锁插头,其特征在于:在所述的连杆上设置有滑槽,所述的驱动部对应设置有驱动销,或者,所述的连杆上对应设置有驱动销,所述的驱动部对应设置有滑槽。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的自锁插头,其特征在于:所述的驱动销为设置在所述的连杆尾端两侧的凸销,所述的凸销的尾端面形成有圆弧导角,所述的滑槽为矩形槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的自锁插头,其特征在于:所述的主体包括固定连接的底壳和上盖,所述的底壳包括底板、一体设置在底板前端的头腔以及设置于底板尾端的出线槽,所述的插套座前端深入所述的头腔内且后端被设置在所述底板上的定位台限位。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的自锁插头,其特征在于:所述的插套座的底部形成用以将所述的连杆定位导向的导槽,所述的导槽内设置有弹簧定位台,所述的连杆设置有用以定位所述的复位弹簧且后端开口的弹簧嵌槽。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的自锁插头,其特征在于:所述的按键为能将主体侧部嵌含其中的槽式结构,所述的滑槽或驱动销对应设置在驱动部的内侧壁上,所述的主体上与驱动部和联动部对应形成有避让凹陷。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的自锁插头,其特征在于:所述底板的尾部形成有尾端开口的凹槽,所述的连杆尾端自主体内伸出并被嵌含在所述的凹槽中。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的自锁插头,其特征在于:所述的连杆上形成有与所述的凹槽匹配的凸起式导向部,所述的导向部齐平于或低于所述底板的底面。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的自锁插头,其特征在于:所述的凹槽至少末端部分为T型槽,所述的连杆与所述的T型槽对应的形成有导向翅片。
