为了增加洗衣机的洗涤容量,需要更大的旋转桶,即需要增加旋转桶的高度或直径。如果旋转桶具有更大的尺寸,则容纳旋转桶的桶及容纳桶的机壳也需要随着旋转桶的增大而增大。与洗衣机的外观对应的机壳的增大受到安装洗衣机的区域的空间的限制,一般的用户家中用于方式洗衣机的位置有限,增加洗衣机机壳来达到增加洗衣桶容量的目的不够现实,如如何在不增加洗衣机的机壳的前提下,增加旋转桶的容量成为困扰设计者的一大难题。
为了节省洗衣机的内部空间,旋转桶被设计成为无孔的桶,仅在上部设置用于脱水时排水的排水孔。旋转桶的外壁上一般会设置排水通道,用于在脱水时排水。目前,扩容洗衣机的排水通道一般是塑料结构,塑料件要有一定的壁厚,且为了确保足够的强度要有一定高度的加强筋,占用的空间比较大,不能满足扩容的极限化设计需求;且高速脱水时,腔体内的水对于水道的侧壁也有一定的压力,尤其是扩容需求,在水道出水口处设置的单壁结构,在高速脱水时会有变形或者异音。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种洗衣机的水道结构及洗衣机,本发明的水道结构为钣金结构,强度大,不需要设置加强筋,因此占用的空间小,能够满足扩容的极限化设计需求;同时,第一钣金水道部和第二钣金水道部密封固定形成排水通道,并与洗涤桶外壁之间密封固定,保证排水安全正常进行。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:
本发明的第一目的是提供一种洗衣机的水道结构,设置在洗衣机的洗涤桶壁上,包括第 一钣金水道部和第二钣金水道部,第一钣金水道部和第二钣金水道部密封固定并共同围成与洗涤桶的内部相连通的排水通道。
进一步的方案,所述的第一钣金水道部和第二钣金水道部在洗涤桶的圆周方向上的两侧边缘分别固定密封连接,共同围成与洗涤桶的内部相连通的排水通道。
进一步的方案,所述的第一钣金水道部/第二钣金水道部在洗涤桶的圆周方向上的两侧边缘朝相反方向翻折形成翻边,并且包覆第二钣金水道部/第一钣金水道部的圆周方向上的两侧边缘,以将第一钣金水道部和第二钣金水道部密封固定。
进一步的方案,所述的第一钣金水道部包括第一侧板,所述的第一侧板与洗涤桶的外壁贴合,并在洗涤桶的高度和圆周方向分别延伸一定的距离;
优选的,第一侧板圆周方向的两侧边缘分别沿着洗涤桶的径向方向,朝远离洗涤桶中心的方向延伸一定的距离,形成第一弯折板;所述的第一侧板与其两侧的第一弯折板围成第一凹腔。
进一步的方案,所述的第一侧板在圆周方向的两侧边缘或者第一弯折板远离洗涤桶的一端,沿洗涤桶的圆周方向朝远离第一侧板中心的方向延伸一定距离,然后向相反方向弯折,并朝靠近第一侧板中心的方向延伸一定距离,形成翻边。
进一步的方案,所述的第二钣金水道部包括第二侧板,所述的第二侧板与第一侧板在洗涤桶的径向方向上间隔一定距离相对设置;
优选的,第二侧板的圆周方向的两侧边缘分别沿着洗涤桶的径向方向,朝靠近洗涤桶中心的方向延伸一定的距离,形成第二弯折板;所述的第二侧板与其两侧的第二弯折板围成第二凹腔。
进一步的方案,所述的第二弯折板靠近洗涤桶的一端沿洗涤桶的圆周方向朝远离第二侧板中心的方向延伸一定距离,形成延伸板;所述的延伸板被包覆夹持在第一钣金水道部两侧的翻边内部。
进一步的方案,所述的第一钣金水道部和第二钣金水道部在洗涤桶圆周方向上相互固定密封的两侧还设置有用于安装固定件的连接通孔,固定件穿过连接通孔将水道结构与洗涤桶的桶壁固定连接;
优选的,连接通孔设置在第一钣金水道部或第二钣金水道部两侧的翻边上;
优选的,第一钣金水道部的翻边和第二钣金水道部的延伸板的相应位置上设置有贯通的 连接通孔,所述的固定件穿过连接通孔与洗涤桶的桶壁固定连接。
进一步的方案,所述的第一钣金水道部的朝向洗涤桶的侧壁与洗涤桶的外壁之间设置有密封件,所述的密封件上设置有孔,所述的固定件依次穿过密封结构上的连接通孔和密封件上的孔,与洗涤桶的桶壁固定连接;
优选的,沿着水道结构的高度方向,第一钣金水道部和第二钣金水道部在洗涤桶圆周方向上相互固定密封的两侧分布有多个连接通孔,多个固定件分别穿过连接通孔与洗涤桶的桶壁连接;
优选的,连接通孔在水道结构的圆周方向的两侧的成对对称设置。
本发明的第二目的是提供一种洗衣机,包括洗涤桶,洗涤桶的外壁上设置有水道结构,所述的水道结构包括第一钣金水道部和第二钣金水道部,第一钣金水道部和第二钣金水道部密封固定并共同围成与洗涤桶的内部相连通的排水通道。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明的水道结构为钣金结构,强度大,不需要设置加强筋,因此占用的空间小,能在保证强度的前提下有效的节省空间,满足扩容的极限化设计需求。
2、本发明的第一钣金水道部和第二钣金水道部在洗涤桶圆周方向上的两侧密封固定,围成与洗涤桶的内部相连通的排水通道,保证排水安全正常进行。
3、本发明的第一钣金水道部和第二钣金水道部形成的水道结构与洗涤桶外壁之间密封固定,保证洗涤桶的密封性,保证水道结构的安装固定的牢靠性,避免出现噪音,增强用户体验。

实施例一
如图1-7所示,本实施例提供一种洗衣机的水道结构101,设置在洗衣机的洗涤桶100壁上,包括第一钣金水道部1和第二钣金水道部2,第一钣金水道部1和第二钣金水道部2密封固定并共同围成与洗涤桶100的内部相连通的排水通道3。
本实施例的水道结构101为钣金结构,强度大,不需要设置加强筋,因此占用的空间小, 能在保证强度的前提下有效的节省空间,满足洗衣机扩容的极限化设计需求。同时,水道结构101的第一钣金水道部1和第二钣金水道部2密封固定并共同围成与洗涤桶100的内部相连通的排水通道3,可以保证排水的安全正常进行,可以避免发生漏水的情况。
进一步的方案,所述的第一钣金水道部1和第二钣金水道部2在洗涤桶100的圆周方向上的两侧边缘分别固定密封连接,共同围成与洗涤桶100的内部相连通的排水通道3。
第一钣金水道部1和第二钣金水道部2在洗涤桶100的圆周方向上的两侧边缘分别固定密封连接,既能够保证水道结构101的密封性,还能够进一步将该连接处固定安装在洗涤桶100的外壁上,进一步起到加强密封紧固的作用。
第一钣金水道部1和第二钣金水道部2在周向两侧的边缘固定的方式可以包括多种,包括但不限于以下方案:
方案1,第一钣金水道部1和第二钣金水道部2在周向两侧的边缘通过铆钉连接,或者通过螺栓连接。第一钣金水道部1和第二钣金水道部2的两侧采用包边的方式固定。
具体的,第一钣金水道部1/第二钣金水道部2在洗涤桶100的圆周方向上的两侧边缘朝相反方向翻折形成翻边7,并且包覆第二钣金水道部2/第一钣金水道部1的圆周方向上的两侧边缘,以将第一钣金水道部1和第二钣金水道部2密封固定。
该方案中,可以采用第一钣金水道部1两侧边缘包覆第二钣金水道部2边缘的方式,也可以采用第二钣金水道部2两侧边缘包覆第一钣金水道部1边缘的方式,都可以实现第一钣金水道部1和第二钣金水道部2的密封连接。
方案2,第一钣金水道部1和第二钣金水道部2在洗涤桶100的圆周方向上的两侧边缘焊接连接。
不论采用哪种方式,均能够保证第一钣金水道部1和第二钣金水道部2在周向两侧的边缘固定密封,形成密封性好的排水通道3,避免出现漏水的现象。
实施例二
如图1-7所示,本实施例为实施例一的进一步的限定,本实施例的第一钣金水道部1在洗涤桶100的圆周方向上的两侧边缘朝相反方向翻折形成翻边7,并且包覆第二钣金水道部2的圆周方向上的两侧边缘,以将第一钣金水道部1和第二钣金水道部2密封固定。
第一钣金水道部1和第二钣金水道部2均为板状的钣金结构,围成的排水通道3在洗涤桶100的侧壁上沿着洗涤桶100的高度方向上下延伸,至少上端具有与洗涤桶100连通的开 口;排水通道3的下端为宽度由上向下逐渐放大的喇叭口形。第一钣金水道部1紧贴洗涤桶100的外壁,第二钣金水道部2在洗涤桶100的径向方向上位于第一钣金水道部1的外周。第一钣金水道部1在洗涤桶100的圆周方向上的两侧边缘形成翻边7,包覆夹持第二钣金水道部2周向上两侧的边缘。如此,第一钣金水道部1和第二钣金水道部2的连接之处可以固定密封连接,保证排水通道3的密封性,避免出现漏水现象。
进一步的方案,所述的第一钣金水道部1包括第一侧板4,所述的第一侧板4与洗涤桶100的外壁贴合,并在洗涤桶100的高度和圆周方向分别延伸一定的距离。
第一钣金水道部1的第一侧板4为与洗涤桶100的弧形外壁相匹配的弧形钣金板,与洗涤桶100的弧形外壁紧贴。第一侧板4在洗涤桶100的高度和圆周方向分别延伸一定的距离,从而保证排水通道3具有可以满足排水的长度以及宽度。
作为优选的方案,第一侧板4圆周方向的两侧边缘分别沿着洗涤桶100的径向方向,朝远离洗涤桶100中心的方向延伸一定的距离,形成第一弯折板5;所述的第一侧板4与其两侧的第一弯折板5围成第一凹腔6。
进一步的方案,所述的第一侧板4在圆周方向的两侧边缘或者第一弯折板5远离洗涤桶100的一端,沿洗涤桶100的圆周方向朝远离第一侧板4中心的方向延伸一定距离,然后向相反方向弯折,并朝靠近第一侧板4中心的方向延伸一定距离,形成翻边7。
本实施例中,为了保证水道结构101与洗涤桶100的外壁之间具有较小的间距,便于固定安装,第一钣金水道部1可以具有凹腔,也可以仅为一侧板,不具有凹腔。
当第一钣金水道部1不具有凹腔,仅为第一侧板4时,第一侧板4在圆周方向的两侧边缘分别向外延伸一定距离后朝相反方向翻折形成翻边7,从而包覆第二钣金水道部2的边缘;
当第一钣金水道部1具有凹腔时,第一钣金水道部1包括第一侧板4及两侧的第一弯折板5,此时,两侧的第一弯折板5远离洗涤桶100的延伸的一端沿洗涤桶100的圆周方向朝远离第一侧板4中心的方向延伸一定距离,然后朝相反方向翻折形成翻边7,从而包覆第二钣金水道部2的边缘。
以上两种方式均能够保证排水通道3的密封性,也有利于水道结构101与洗涤桶100的固定密封连接。
进一步的方案,所述的第二钣金水道部2包括第二侧板8,所述的第二侧板8与第一侧板4在洗涤桶100的径向方向上间隔一定距离相对设置。如此,第一侧板4和第二侧板8形 成排水通道3的内圈侧壁和外圈侧壁。第二侧板8也可以设置为与洗涤桶100的外壁弧形相匹配的弧形钣金板。
优选的方案,第二侧板8的圆周方向的两侧边缘分别沿着洗涤桶100的径向方向,朝靠近洗涤桶100中心的方向延伸一定的距离,形成第二弯折板9;所述的第二侧板8与其两侧的第二弯折板9围成第二凹腔11。
第二钣金水道部2具有第二凹腔11,无论第一钣金水道部1为一侧板,还是具有第一凹腔6,第一钣金水道部1和第二钣金水道部2均能够围成用于排水的排水通道3。第二弯折板9朝靠近洗涤桶100中心的方向延伸一定的距离,从而使第一钣金水道部1和第二钣金水道部2的两侧的固定连接处更加靠近洗涤桶100外壁,有利于水道结构101与洗涤桶100固定密封连接。
进一步的方案,所述的第二弯折板9靠近洗涤桶100的一端沿洗涤桶100的圆周方向朝远离第二侧板8中心的方向延伸一定距离,形成延伸板10;所述的延伸板10被包覆夹持在第一钣金水道部1两侧的翻边7内部。
本方案中,第二钣金水道部2的两侧的延伸板10与第一钣金水道部1翻边7的内壁紧贴,延伸板10与翻边7配合设置,将第一钣金水道部1和第二钣金水道部2固定密封连接。
第一钣金水道部1和第二钣金水道部2固定密封连接后,固定设置在洗涤桶100的外壁上,在洗涤桶100脱水时,将脱出的水排出。为了实现该目的,第一钣金水道部1和第二钣金水道部2组成的水道结构101上设置与洗涤桶100固定密封连接的结构。
进一步,具体的方案,所述的第一钣金水道部1和第二钣金水道部2在洗涤桶100圆周方向上相互固定密封的两侧还设置有用于安装固定件13的连接通孔12,固定件13穿过连接通孔12将水道结构101与洗涤桶100的桶壁固定连接。
所述的固定件13可以为铆钉或者螺栓,连接通孔12可以为铆钉或者螺栓的过孔。第一钣金水道部1和第二钣金水道部2两侧密封固定的边缘上设置连接通孔12,铆钉或者螺栓穿过通孔与洗涤桶100的桶壁固定连接,从而将水道结构101与洗涤桶100固定。
优选的,连接通孔12设置在第一钣金水道部1或第二钣金水道部2两侧的翻边7上;如此,固定件13固定连接够,可以进一步紧固第一钣金水道部1和第二钣金水道部2,增强密封性能。
优选的,第一钣金水道部1的翻边7和第二钣金水道部2的延伸板10的相应位置上设置 有贯通的连接通孔12,所述的固定件13穿过连接通孔12与洗涤桶100的桶壁固定连接。
进一步的方案,所述的第一钣金水道部1的朝向洗涤桶100的侧壁与洗涤桶100的外壁之间设置有密封件14,所述的密封件14上设置有孔,所述的固定件13依次穿过密封结构上的连接通孔12和密封件14上的孔,与洗涤桶100的桶壁固定连接。
本方案中,所述的密封件14可以为密封垫,设置在水道结构101与洗涤桶100的外壁之间。具体的,设置在固定件13的周围,固定件13穿过连接通孔12与洗涤桶100连接后,密封件14围绕在固定件13的周围,并被夹紧在第一钣金水道部1与洗涤桶100外壁之间。如此,一是可以填充第一钣金水道部1的两侧边缘与洗涤桶100之间的间隙,加强水道结构101与洗涤桶100的固定,避免随洗涤桶100的晃动产生噪音;二是对洗涤桶100上连接固定件13的孔起到密封作用,保证洗涤桶100的密封性,避免漏水。
优选的,沿着水道结构101的高度方向,第一钣金水道部1和第二钣金水道部2在洗涤桶100圆周方向上相互固定密封的两侧分布有多个连接通孔12,多个固定件13分别穿过连接通孔12与洗涤桶100的桶壁连接。
优选的,连接通孔12在水道结构101的圆周方向的两侧的成对对称设置。
水道结构101周向方向上两侧的固定件13和连接通孔12形成铆接结构或者螺栓连接结构,配合第一钣金水道部1或第二水道部两侧的翻边7结构,既可以保证排水通道3的密封固定,又能够保证水道结构101与洗涤桶100的外壁固定密封连接。
实施例三
如图1-4所示,本实施例提供一种洗衣机,包括洗涤桶100,洗涤桶100的外壁上设置有水道结构101,所述的水道结构101包括第一钣金水道部1和第二钣金水道部2,第一钣金水道部1和第二钣金水道部2密封固定并共同围成与洗涤桶100的内部相连通的排水通道3。
洗衣机脱水时,洗涤桶100内部的水从洗涤桶100上部的脱水孔排出,进入排水通道3,排出。
优选的,本实施例的洗衣机的水道结构101具有实施例一或实施例二中的一个或多个技术特征。

- 一种洗衣机的水道结构,设置在洗衣机的洗涤桶壁上,其特征在于,包括第一钣金水道部和第二钣金水道部,第一钣金水道部和第二钣金水道部密封固定并共同围成与洗涤桶的内部相连通的排水通道。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机的水道结构,其特征在于,所述的第一钣金水道部和第二钣金水道部在洗涤桶的圆周方向上的两侧边缘分别固定密封连接,共同围成与洗涤桶的内部相连通的排水通道。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种洗衣机的水道结构,其特征在于,所述的第一钣金水道部/第二钣金水道部在洗涤桶的圆周方向上的两侧边缘朝相反方向翻折形成翻边,并且包覆第二钣金水道部/第一钣金水道部的圆周方向上的两侧边缘,以将第一钣金水道部和第二钣金水道部密封固定。
- 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种洗衣机的水道结构,其特征在于,所述的第一钣金水道部包括第一侧板,所述的第一侧板与洗涤桶的外壁贴合,并在洗涤桶的高度和圆周方向分别延伸一定的距离;优选的,第一侧板圆周方向的两侧边缘分别沿着洗涤桶的径向方向,朝远离洗涤桶中心的方向延伸一定的距离,形成第一弯折板;所述的第一侧板与其两侧的第一弯折板围成第一凹腔。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种洗衣机的水道结构,其特征在于,所述的第一侧板在圆周方向的两侧边缘或者第一弯折板远离洗涤桶的一端,沿洗涤桶的圆周方向朝远离第一侧板中心的方向延伸一定距离,然后向相反方向弯折,并朝靠近第一侧板中心的方向延伸一定距离,形成翻边。
- 根据权利要求4或5所述的一种洗衣机的水道结构,其特征在于,所述的第二钣金水道部包括第二侧板,所述的第二侧板与第一侧板在洗涤桶的径向方向上间隔一定距离相对设置;优选的,第二侧板的圆周方向的两侧边缘分别沿着洗涤桶的径向方向,朝靠近洗涤桶中心的方向延伸一定的距离,形成第二弯折板;所述的第二侧板与其两侧的第二弯折板围成第二凹腔。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种洗衣机的水道结构,其特征在于,所述的第二弯折板靠近洗涤桶的一端沿洗涤桶的圆周方向朝远离第二侧板中心的方向延伸一定距离,形成延伸板; 所述的延伸板被包覆夹持在第一钣金水道部两侧的翻边内部。
- 根据权利要求1-7任一所述的一种洗衣机的水道结构,其特征在于,所述的第一钣金水道部和第二钣金水道部在洗涤桶圆周方向上相互固定密封的两侧还设置有用于安装固定件的连接通孔,固定件穿过连接通孔将水道结构与洗涤桶的桶壁固定连接;优选的,连接通孔设置在第一钣金水道部或第二钣金水道部两侧的翻边上;优选的,第一钣金水道部的翻边和第二钣金水道部的延伸板的相应位置上设置有贯通的连接通孔,所述的固定件穿过连接通孔与洗涤桶的桶壁固定连接。
