本发明涉及一种氨基酸配方粉及其制备方法,特别涉及一种不含有蛋白质的氨基酸配方粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,婴幼儿食物过敏的发生率呈逐渐上升趋势。婴幼儿时期90%的食物过敏与牛奶、鸡蛋、大豆、小麦、花生、鱼、虾、坚果类等8中食物有关。
牛奶蛋白过敏或不耐受(CMPA/I)在婴儿和低龄儿童中是最常见的食物不良反应,5%-15%的儿童存在疑似CMPA/I的症状,发病率实际为2%-3%。单纯特应性皮炎(AD)中CMPA/I发生率37%,1岁内的CMPA/I儿童AD发生率40%-50%。牛奶中的某些蛋白质如α-s1酪蛋白和β-乳球蛋白是目前公认的过敏原。正常情况下,如果这两种蛋白质能被人体消化吸收则不会引起人体的过敏反应。但是,如果人体的消化能力不足,则这两种蛋白质可能以未被消化的形式进入人体,从而引起过敏反应。医学上称此为“牛奶蛋白过敏症”,它的临床表现为一种或多种下述症状:特应性皮炎、唇或眼见肿胀、血管性水肿、非感染性荨麻疹、反复反流、呕吐腹泻、便秘、便血、缺铁性贫血、非感染性流涕、慢性咳嗽及喘息,持续肠痉挛甚至过敏性休克等等。
按照对蛋白质水解的程度,可将防过敏奶粉分为三类,分别是氨基酸奶粉(AAF)、高度水解配方奶粉(eHF)和部分水解奶粉(pHF)。由于适度水解蛋白配方诱导免疫口服耐受,完全水解蛋白配方避免激活肥大细胞,因此其中AAF对牛奶蛋白过敏有治疗作用,pHF对高风险婴儿有一级预防作用,eHF有二级预防/治疗作用。氨基酸粉把蛋白质全部分解成氨基酸,宝宝的肠胃不直接接触到蛋白质分子,因而完全阻断了过敏原,这已经不能称为奶粉,因为没有任何“奶”的成分。
因此,开发无蛋白质的配方粉对于预防和治疗婴幼儿蛋白过敏有重大意义。微量元素作为婴幼儿配方奶粉中不可或缺的一部分,配合以氨基酸,维 生素,多糖等配方组成了新型的氨基酸配方粉,以解决蛋白过敏婴幼儿的营养问题。

植物油脂肪粉50-80%,葡萄糖浆干粉5-20%,复配氨基酸8-20%,二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)0-0.125%,中链脂肪酸0.8-1.2%,二十碳四烯酸(ARA)0-0.25%,维生素0.044-0.13%,矿物质1.195-4.717%,低聚果糖(Fos)0-6.45%,低聚半乳糖(Gos)0-6.45%,牛磺酸0-0.6%,L-肉碱0.006-0.5%,胆碱0.038-0.240%。
根据本发明的一种实施方式,所述复配氨基酸选自以下一种或几种游离氨基酸:L-丙氨酸、L-精氨酸、L-天冬氨酸、L-胱氨酸、L-甘氨酸、L-组氨酸、L-异亮氨酸、L-亮氨酸、L-赖氨酸、L-蛋氨酸、L-苯丙氨酸、L-脯氨酸、L-丝氨酸、L-苏氨酸、L-色氨酸、L-酪氨酸、L-缬氨酸、L-谷氨酰胺。
根据本发明的一种实施方式,所述矿物质选自以下一种或几种:碳酸钙、硫酸镁、氯化钾、亚硝酸钠、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌、硫酸锰、硫酸铜、硫化碘、钼酸钠。
根据本发明的一种实施方式,所述维生素选自以下一种或几种:醋酸维生素A、胆钙化醇、dl-α-醋酸生育酚、植物甲萘醌、L-抗坏血酸、硝酸硫胺素、盐酸吡哆醇、核黄素、盐酸氰钴胺、D-泛酸钙、叶酸、烟酰胺、氯化胆碱、D-生物素。
本发明的氨基酸配方粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)配料:将按预定比例称取植物油脂肪粉、复合氨基酸、麦芽糊精、中链脂肪酸、低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖、二十二碳六烯酸(DHA),二十碳四烯酸(ARA)以及维生素、矿物质、L-肉碱、胆碱等,经复核准确后备用;
(2)投料:将已称量好的原辅料经投料站输送至混合机中;投料时注意 将维生素、矿物质等质量比较小的原料放在大宗原料的中间投送,防止小料粘附在设备表面影响均匀性;
(3)混合搅拌:待所有的原辅料投送完毕,开启混合机搅拌,搅拌时间一般为8-12分钟(按混合的均匀程度确定混合时间);
(4)接料、暂存:将混合好的物料输送至粉仓中暂存,检验部门取样进行过程产品检验;
(5)包装:采用自动包装机进行产品包装;
(6)检验:检验部门取样进行终产品检测。
根据本发明的一种实施方式,所述混合搅拌步骤,推荐使用三维混合机,确定适宜的混合时间,以确保产品各项指标的均匀性。
本发明的氨基酸配方粉及其制备方法,与现有技术相比,采用无蛋白质的配方粉对于预防和治疗婴幼儿蛋白过敏有重大意义,配合以氨基酸,维生素,多糖等配方组成了新型的氨基酸配方粉,以解决了蛋白过敏婴幼儿的营养问题,适用于蛋白过敏的婴幼儿使用,实现本发明的目的。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
氨基酸配方粉由的组份如下:
植物油脂肪粉70%,复合氨基酸13%,葡萄糖浆干粉10.52%,中链脂肪酸1.2%,低聚果糖(Fos)0.6%,低聚半乳糖(Gos)0.8%,二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)0.1%,二十碳四烯酸(ARA)0.2%,维生素0.13%,矿物质2.9%,,牛磺酸0.3%,L-肉碱0.2%,胆碱0.05%。
制备方法如下:
(1)配料:将按预定比例称取植物油脂肪粉、复合氨基酸、麦芽糊精、中链脂肪酸、低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖、二十二碳六烯酸(DHA),二十碳四烯酸(ARA)以及维生素、矿物质、L-肉碱、胆碱等,经复核准确后备用;
(2)投料:将已称量好的原辅料经投料站输送至三维混合机中;投料时 注意将维生素、矿物质等质量比较小的原料放在大宗原料的中间投送,防止小料粘附在设备表面影响均匀性;
(3)混合搅拌:待所有的原辅料投送完毕,开启混合机搅拌,搅拌时间一般为8-12分钟(按混合的均匀程度确定混合时间);

实施例2
氨基酸配方粉由的组份如下:
植物油脂肪粉50%,复合氨基酸20%,葡萄糖浆干粉20%,中链脂肪酸0.8%,低聚果糖(Fos)0.492%,低聚半乳糖(Gos)6.45%,二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)0.125%,二十碳四烯酸(ARA)0.25%,维生素0.044%,矿物质1.195%,,牛磺酸0.6%,L-肉碱0.006%,胆碱0.038%。
制备方法如下:
(1)配料:将按预定比例称取植物油脂肪粉、复合氨基酸、麦芽糊精、中链脂肪酸、低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖、二十二碳六烯酸(DHA),二十碳四烯酸(ARA)以及维生素、矿物质、L-肉碱、胆碱等,经复核准确后备用;

氨基酸配方粉由的组份如下:
植物油脂肪粉79.4%,复合氨基酸5%,葡萄糖浆干粉8%,中链脂肪酸1.2%,低聚果糖(Fos)0.05%,低聚半乳糖(Gos)0.05%,二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)0.05%,二十碳四烯酸(ARA)0.063%,维生素0.13%,矿物质4.717%,,牛磺酸0.6%,L-肉碱0.5%,胆碱0.240%。
制备方法如下:
(1)配料:将按预定比例称取植物油脂肪粉、复合氨基酸、麦芽糊精、中链脂肪酸、低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖、二十二碳六烯酸(DHA),二十碳四烯酸(ARA)以及维生素、矿物质、L-肉碱、胆碱等,经复核准确后备用;
(2)投料:将已称量好的原辅料经投料站输送至三维混合机中;投料时注意将维生素、矿物质等质量比较小的原料放在大宗原料的中间投送,防止小料粘附在设备表面影响均匀性;

植物油脂肪粉60.47%,复合氨基酸15%,葡萄糖浆干粉15%,中链脂肪酸1%,低聚果糖(Fos)2%,低聚半乳糖(Gos)2.5%,二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)0.1%,二十碳四烯酸(ARA)0.2%,维生素0.13%,矿物质2.5%,,牛磺酸0.5%,L-肉碱0.4%,胆碱0.2%。
制备方法如下:
(1)配料:将按预定比例称取植物油脂肪粉、复合氨基酸、麦芽糊精、中链脂肪酸、低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖、二十二碳六烯酸(DHA),二十碳四烯 酸(ARA)以及维生素、矿物质、L-肉碱、胆碱等,经复核准确后备用;
(2)投料:将已称量好的原辅料经投料站输送至三维混合机中;投料时注意将维生素、矿物质等质量比较小的原料放在大宗原料的中间投送,防止小料粘附在设备表面影响均匀性;
(3)混合搅拌:待所有的原辅料投送完毕,开启混合机搅拌,搅拌时间一般为8-12分钟(按混合的均匀程度确定混合时间);

氨基酸配方粉由的组份如下:
植物油脂肪粉65%,复合氨基酸12%,葡萄糖浆干粉10.5%,中链脂肪酸0.9%,低聚果糖(Fos)6.45%,低聚半乳糖(Gos)1.1275%,二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)0.0625%,二十碳四烯酸(ARA)0.125%,维生素0.087%,矿物质2.956%,,牛磺酸0.4%,L-肉碱0.253%,胆碱0.139%。
制备方法如下:
(1)配料:将按预定比例称取植物油脂肪粉、复合氨基酸、麦芽糊精、中链脂肪酸、低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖、二十二碳六烯酸(DHA),二十碳四烯酸(ARA)以及维生素、矿物质、L-肉碱、胆碱等,经复核准确后备用;
(2)投料:将已称量好的原辅料经投料站输送至三维混合机中;投料时注意将维生素、矿物质等质量比较小的原料放在大宗原料的中间投送,防止小料粘附在设备表面影响均匀性;
(3)混合搅拌:待所有的原辅料投送完毕,开启混合机搅拌,搅拌时间一般为8-12分钟(按混合的均匀程度确定混合时间);

  1. 一种氨基酸配方粉,其特征在于,它所含的有效成分是由下述质量百分比的原料制成的:
    植物油脂肪粉50-80%,葡萄糖浆干粉5-20%,复配氨基酸8-20%,二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)0-0.125%,中链脂肪酸0.8-1.2%,二十碳四烯酸(ARA)0-0.25%,维生素0.044-0.13%,矿物质1.195-4.717%,低聚果糖(Fos)0-6.45%,低聚半乳糖(Gos)0-6.45%,牛磺酸0-0.6%,L-肉碱0.006-0.5%,胆碱0.038-0.240%。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的氨基酸配方粉,其特征在于,所述复配氨基酸选自以下一种或几种游离氨基酸:L-丙氨酸、L-精氨酸、L-天冬氨酸、L-胱氨酸、L-甘氨酸、L-组氨酸、L-异亮氨酸、L-亮氨酸、L-赖氨酸、L-蛋氨酸、L-苯丙氨酸、L-脯氨酸、L-丝氨酸、L-苏氨酸、L-色氨酸、L-酪氨酸、L-缬氨酸、L-谷氨酰胺。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的氨基酸配方粉,其特征在于,所述矿物质选自以下一种或几种:碳酸钙、硫酸镁、氯化钾、亚硝酸钠、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌、硫酸锰、硫酸铜、硫化碘、钼酸钠。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的氨基酸配方粉,其特征在于,所述维生素选自以下一种或几种:醋酸维生素A、胆钙化醇、dl-α-醋酸生育酚、植物甲萘醌、L-抗坏血酸、硝酸硫胺素、盐酸吡哆醇、核黄素、盐酸氰钴胺、D-泛酸钙、叶酸、烟酰胺、氯化胆碱、D-生物素。
  5. 一种氨基酸配方粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
