本公开涉及童车技术领域,例如涉及一种坐蔸及推车。
相关技术中,婴儿推车的坐兜大多数是不能折叠的,当折叠婴儿推车时往往需要先将坐兜拆卸下来单独放置,然后再对婴儿推车的主车架折叠,采用这种设计,给用户在操作和存放推车时带来了极大的不便。即使少部分婴儿推车的主车架带着坐蔸可以一同折叠,但是折叠后的婴儿推车的整体体积比较大,占用空间大,不利于携带和存放,尤其是需要长途运输时,增加了运输成本。
发明内容
本公开提供了一种坐蔸及推车,推车的坐蔸可以和主车架一起进行折叠,使得推车折叠后占用空间小,便于用户存放、携带和运输。

在一实施例中,在所述第一传动机构301和所述第二传动机构302中至少一个的所述坐杆31和脚踏杆5之间还设置有锁定件8,设置为将所述第一传动机构301和所述第二传动机构302中至少一个的坐杆31和脚踏杆5两者之间的锁紧和解锁。当坐蔸100需要折叠时,先解除上述的坐杆31和脚踏杆5之间的锁定,然后将脚踏杆5向靠近后蓬杆22的方向转动,以将脚踏杆5进行翻转折叠。当坐蔸100完成展开之后,将脚踏杆5转动至预设角度之后,将脚踏杆5和上述的坐杆31进行锁定,防止脚踏杆5转动,提高了安全性。
如图1-图2所示,为了增强整个坐蔸100结构的稳定性,该坐蔸100还包括两个设置于两个传动机构3之间的支撑杆组件7。其中支撑杆组件7包括第一支撑杆71和与第一支撑杆71平行设置的第二支撑杆72,第一支撑杆71、第二支撑杆72及两个坐杆31形成一个矩形框架结构。为了保证最佳的折叠效果,可以将脚踏杆5尽量翻转至该矩形框架结构所在的平面上,以节省整个坐蔸100结构的占用空间。在一实施例中,第一支撑杆71的第一端与脚踏杆5的转动轴的第一端同轴设置,所述第一支撑杆71的第二端与所述脚踏杆5的第二端同轴转动设置。第二支撑杆72的第一端分别与后蓬杆22的第二端的同轴设置。
如图7和图8所示,上述锁定件8包括卡簧81、卡齿82及按键83,脚踏杆5端部和坐杆31端部均设有与卡齿82相适配的卡槽,卡簧81设置于脚踏杆5端部的卡槽内,卡齿82抵压卡簧81,卡齿82能在脚踏杆5端部的卡槽和坐杆31端部的卡槽内滑动;按键83位于坐杆31端部的卡槽的原远离卡齿82的一侧,并可在坐杆31的端部内滑动,按键83上设置有斜面。其中,脚踏杆5端部为脚踏杆5的第一端和脚踏杆5中的第二端中的至少一个;坐杆31包括第一传动机构和第二传动机构中的至少一个的坐杆31。卡簧81和卡齿82均套设在上述的脚踏杆5端部和上述的坐杆31端部的转动轴上。
当脚踏杆5与坐杆31处于锁定状态时,卡齿82的第一端置于脚踏杆5的卡槽内,卡齿82的第二端置于坐杆31的卡槽内,此时,脚踏杆5与坐杆31不能发生相对转动。当按压按键83时,按键83在坐杆31的端部内滑动,并通过斜面挤压卡齿82,使卡齿82在脚踏杆5的卡槽和坐杆31的卡槽内滑动,并压缩卡簧81,直至 卡齿82完全置于脚踏杆5的卡槽内,此时,脚踏杆5与坐杆31解锁;当松开按键83,卡簧81复位,卡齿82在卡簧81的作用下,在脚踏杆5的卡槽和坐杆31的卡槽内滑动,直至卡齿82的第一端置于脚踏杆5的卡槽内,卡齿82的第二端置于坐杆31的卡槽内,脚踏杆5与坐杆31重新锁定。
本实施例提供坐蔸100的工作过程如下:
当坐蔸100需要折叠时,先将如图3所示处于展开状态的坐蔸100,通过锁定件8解除脚踏杆5和坐杆31之间的锁定,并将脚踏杆5向上翻转至接近支撑杆组件7和坐杆31所在的平面;然后通过锁紧机构6解除坐杆31和后蓬杆22之间的锁定,将上述坐杆31和后蓬杆22向彼此靠近的方向转动,形成如图4所示的坐蔸100半折叠状态;之后继续将后蓬杆22向坐杆31靠拢,即可将整个坐蔸100折叠至如图5所示的完全折叠状态。
当坐蔸100需要展开时,将脚踏杆5向下翻通过锁定件8将脚踏杆5和坐杆31进行解锁,同时将坐杆31和后蓬杆22向彼此远离的方向转动,并通过锁紧机构6将坐杆31和后蓬杆22进行锁定,即可将坐蔸100展开。
本实施例还提供了一种推车,如图6所示,该推车包括上述坐蔸100及主车架200,所述第一坐蔸接头41和第二坐蔸接头42可拆卸连接于所述主车架200上。
Claims (11)
- 一种坐蔸,包括:扶手组件(1);蓬杆组件(2);第一传动机构(301)和第二传动机构(302),所述第一传动机构(301)和所述第二传动机构(302)均包括坐杆(31)、第一连杆(32)及转动连接于所述蓬杆组件(2)的第二连杆(33);所述第一传动机构(301)的所述坐杆(31)的第一端转动连接于所述第一传动机构(301)的所述第一连杆(32),所述第一传动机构(301)的所述坐杆(31)的第二端转动连接于所述蓬杆组件(2)的第一端,所述第二传动机构(302)的所述坐杆(31)的第一端转动连接于所述第二传动机构(302)的所述第一连杆(32),所述第二传动机构(302)的所述坐杆(31)的第二端转动连接于所述蓬杆组件(2)的第二端;且所述扶手组件(1)的第一侧的端部同轴转动连接于所述第一传动机构(301)的所述第一连杆(32)和所述第二连杆(33),所述扶手组件(1)的第二侧的端部同轴转动连接于所述第二传动机构(302)的所述第一连杆(32)和所述第二连杆(33);及第一坐蔸接头(41)和第二坐蔸接头(42),所述第一坐蔸接头(41)设置于所述第一传动机构(301)的坐杆(31)和所述蓬杆组件(2)的第一端之间,所述第二坐蔸接头(42)设置于所述第二传动机构(302)的坐杆(31)和所述蓬杆组件(2)的第二端之间,其中,所述第一传动机构(301)的所述坐杆(31)的转动轴、所述蓬杆组件(2)的第一端的转动轴及所述第一坐蔸接头(41)的转动轴同轴设置,所述第二传动机构(302)的所述坐杆(31)的转动轴、所述蓬杆组件(2)的第二端的转动轴及所述第二坐蔸接头(42)的转动轴同轴设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的坐蔸,还包括锁紧机构(6),所述锁紧机构(6)位于所述第一传动机构(301)和所述第二传动机构(302)中至少一个的所述坐杆(31)和所述蓬杆组件(2)之间,并设置为将所述坐杆(31)和所述蓬杆组件(2)两者锁定和解锁。
- 根据权利要求1所述的坐蔸,其中,所述蓬杆组件(2)包括前蓬杆(21),所述前蓬杆(21)的第一端转动连接于所述第一传动机构(301)的所述第二连杆(33),所述前蓬杆(21)的第二端转动连接于所述第二传动机构(302)的所述第二连杆(33),所述前蓬杆(21)的第一端的转动轴和所述第一传动机构(301)的第二连杆(33)的转动轴同轴设置,所述前蓬杆(21)的第二端的转 动轴和所述第二传动机构(302)的第二连杆(33)的转动轴同轴设置。
- 根据权利要求3所述的坐蔸,其中,所述蓬杆组件(2)还包括后蓬杆(22),所述后蓬杆(22)的第一端同轴转动连接于所述第一传动机构(301)的所述坐杆(31),所述后蓬杆(22)的第二端同轴转动连接于所述第二传动机构(302)的所述坐杆(31),且所述前蓬杆(21)的转动轴设置于所述后蓬杆(22)上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的坐蔸,还包括脚踏杆(5),所述脚踏杆(5)的第一端转动连接于所述第一传动机构(301)的所述坐杆(31)和所述第一连杆(32),且所述脚踏杆(5)的第一端及第一传动机构(301)的所述坐杆(31)和所述第一连杆(32)的转动轴同轴设置;所述脚踏杆(5)的第二端转动连接于所述第二传动机构(302)的所述坐杆(31)和所述第一连杆(32),且所述脚踏杆(5)的第二端及所述第二传动机构(302)的所述坐杆(31)和所述第一连杆(32)三者的转动轴同轴设置。
- 根据权利要求5所述的坐蔸,还包括设置于所述脚踏杆(5)和所述第一传动机构(301)和所述第二传动机构(302)中至少一个的所述坐杆(31)之间的锁定件(8),所述锁定件(8)设置为将所述脚踏杆(5)和所述第一传动机构(301)和所述第二传动机构(302)中至少一个的所述坐杆(31)锁紧和解锁。
- 根据权利要求6所述的坐蔸,还包括两个设置于第一传动机构(301)和所述第二传动机构(302)之间的支撑杆组件(7)。
- 根据权利要求7所述的坐蔸,其中,所述支撑杆组件(7)包括第一支撑杆(71),所述第一支撑杆(71)的第一端与所述脚踏杆(5)的第一端同轴转动设置,所述第一支撑杆(71)的第二端与所述脚踏杆(5)的第二端同轴转动设置。
- 根据权利要求8所述的坐蔸,其中,所述支撑杆组件(7)还包括第二支撑杆(72),所述第二支撑杆(72)的第一端与所述后蓬杆(22)的第一端同轴转动设置,所述第二支撑杆(72)的第二端与所述后蓬杆(22)的第二端同轴转动设置。
- 一种推车,包括权利要求1-9任一所述坐蔸。
- 根据权利要求10所述的推车,还包括主车架(200),所述第一坐蔸接头(41)和第二坐蔸接头(42)可拆卸连接于所述主车架(200)上。
