其中,所述前壳1沿其内壁边沿设置有多个卡扣11,所述后壳2设置有与所述卡扣11相对应的卡接槽21,所述前壳1通过所述卡扣11而与所述卡接槽21相卡接,通过上述结构使得前壳1和后壳2之间实现稳定卡接。需要指出的是,卡扣11也可以设置在后壳2上,相应地将卡接槽21设置在前壳1,只要满足前壳1和后壳2之间设置卡扣结构即可,并不能局限于本实施例中卡扣结构的具体设置形式。进一步地,所述后壳2设置有多个所述密封槽6,所述密封槽6位于各所述卡扣11的外侧,且所述前壳1设置有与所述密封槽6相对应的凸 台8。需要指出的是,参加图4和图5,在本实施例中,由于密封条4稳定地设置在卡扣11内,并不会跑出,由此在位于前壳1卡扣11所在位置并未设有凸台8,而在其他未设卡扣11区域内,前壳1设置的凸台8能够与密封槽6进行配合,从而使得密封条4稳定设置于密封槽6内,从而保证前壳1和后壳2之间的防水性能良好。
为了实现相同的目的,本实施例还提供了一种智能镜,包括上述的智能镜防水模块,从而使得该智能镜的防水性能良好。
采用本实用新型实施例的智能镜防水结构,采用密封条4进行前壳1和后壳2之间的密封,进而实现前壳1和后壳2之间的防水,密封条4可根据防水壳体的尺寸自由裁切尺寸,不需要根据不同尺寸的防水壳体进行开模设计相对应的密封垫,由此减少了生产成本,此外,密封条4的安装更加方便,不容易发生密封条4从壳体跑出的情况,进而减少了密封条4的安装工时,提高了作业效率;连接线3上可活动地设置有密封圈5,连接线3设置在前壳1和后壳2之间的连接处,由此实现连接线3和防水壳体之间的密封,此外,在安装连接线3时能够根据需求调整密封圈5的位置,调整方便且使得密封圈5的安装更加便捷。
在本实用新型的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“顶”、“底”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本实用新型和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种智能镜防水结构,其特征在于:包括前壳、后壳和连接线,所述前壳和后壳相连接并形成防水壳体,所述连接线穿设于所述前壳和所述后壳之间的连接处;所述前壳和所述后壳之间设置有密封条,所述连接线的外壁可活动地套设有密封圈,所述密封圈安装于所述连接线和所述防水壳体之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能镜防水结构,其特征在于:所述前壳和后壳之间设置有密封槽,所述密封条安装于所述密封槽内,所述前壳和后壳之间设置有安装部,所述密封圈安装于所述安装部内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智能镜防水结构,其特征在于:所述安装部包括环形凸起,所述环形凸起设置于所述防水壳体的侧部,所述密封圈的外壁设置有与所述环形凸起相对应的环形卡槽,所述密封圈通过所述环形卡槽而与所述环形凸起相卡接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述智能镜防水结构,其特征在于:所述前壳设置有第一半圆环凸起,所述后壳设置有第二半圆环凸起,所述第一半圆环凸起和所述第二半圆环凸起相拼接构成所述环形凸起。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的智能镜防水结构,其特征在于:所述密封条为防水硅胶条,所述密封圈为防水硅胶圈。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的智能镜防水结构,其特征在于:所述密封圈过盈套设于所述连接线的外壁。
  7. 根据权利要求2至4任一项所述的智能镜防水结构,其特征在于:所述前壳和后壳之间通过卡扣结构固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的智能镜防水模块,其特征在于:所述前壳沿其内壁边沿设置有多个卡扣,所述后壳设置有与所述卡扣相对应的卡接槽,所述前壳通过所述卡扣而与所述卡接槽相卡接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的智能镜防水模块,其特征在于:所述后壳设置有多个所述密封槽,所述密封槽位于各所述卡扣的外侧,且所述前壳设置有与所述密封槽相对应的凸台。
  10. 一种智能镜,其特征在于:包括权利要求1至9任一项所述的智能镜防水结构。
