在一些实施例中,在上述实施例的基础上,如图1-2所示,还包括第二锁组件,第二锁组件包括第二插销和定位把手15,连接柱还包括中柱9,中柱9的左、右相背的宽侧面分别通过合页1与第二门扇17、第三门扇18铰接,且中柱9位于左框体13和立柱10之间。实施时,第二插销可部分参照上述上插销190和/或下插销191的实施方式实施,具体地,将上述上插销190和/或下插销191作为可被定位把手15伸缩控制的锁舌,并设于中柱9内,定位把手15设于中柱9的外部,以用于在门扇关闭时,将第二插销从中柱9的端部伸出并与上导槽111和/或下导槽121的侧壁抵顶卡固。作为一种优选实施方式,中柱9可参照立柱10,为断桥铝型材结构,相应包括外腔体、中腔体和内腔体,第二插销位于中腔体,中柱9还可根据不同抗风压要求通过参照上述套芯100实施方式进一步强固。
折叠时,中柱9可沿门扇折叠方向运动;关闭时,第二插销伸出固定后,能够承受风力,并相应地固定中柱9,因此在作为外门使用时,其能够进一步提高两相邻门扇之间连接安装结构的可靠性能并能够抗更高的风压,增强了密封及防水性能,固定效果更好。
优选任意相邻两门扇之间均分别与连接柱铰接,锁组件用于锁定沿风压方向(与折叠门垂直的方向)连接柱相对门框的位置,当以该结构在门扇完全关闭时锁止时,任一门扇的的两侧均被锁定位置,可极大地提高折叠门整体抗高风压的性能,使折叠门作为外门应用于建筑物外立面时,兼具传统外门和折叠门的优点,适用性更强,安全性更好,应用范围更广。
作为优选,上述的分体式的上滑接支架2还包括上铰接片21,上铰接片21与上固定座 22铰接并与门扇固接;和/或上述的分体式的下滑接支架3还包括下铰接片31,下铰接片31与下固定座33铰接并与门扇固接。该结构兼具滑接和铰接的功能,将传统的合页与滑接件融为一体,可提高组装质量和效率。承重轮32优选采用不锈钢材质,以保证配件的足够强度,提高防腐蚀能力。
优选还包括定位组件,一并参考图13所示,定位组件包括卡件4和扣件5,卡件4和扣件5分别固设于第二门扇17和第一门扇16的折叠相对面,以用于固定该两相邻门扇之间折叠状态时的相对位置。
使用时,一并参考图2所示:
a.门扇处于关闭状态,此时中柱9和立柱10均被插销沿风压方向锁定相对门框的位置;
b.通过锁把手7控制上、中、下三位的锁舌解锁,转动第一门扇16并折叠90°;
c.通过操作定位把手,打开定位把手15控制的上插销190和下插销191,通过拉手8使第二门扇17和第三门扇18离开原有固定轨道;
d.水平推动第一门扇16,一起联动第二门扇17和第三门扇18,推至门框边侧90°垂直位置;
e.此时折叠门扇完全折叠操作完毕。
为了使折叠门具有更好的防水效果,一并参考图3、图6、图14和图15,门扇与隔热玻璃之间的连接处通过玻璃胶条62密封,用于防水及节能;上框体11的外侧面处设有批水条110,以用于避免雨水沿着门框渗入门扇内侧;下框体12的外侧面贯设有排水孔6,排水孔6与下框体12的积水槽腔连通,以用于排出下框体12内的积水,排水孔盖60盖设于排水孔6上,用于避免大的台风时雨水倒灌,门扇底部的胶条61位于门扇与门框的邻接处,以在门扇完全关闭时,罩设在下框体12的外侧表面,用于在防水的同时使积水槽腔与外界等压,利于积水的排出,并提高了折叠门的防风、防水、节能效果。
在一些实施例中,在上述实施例的基础上,门框、门扇的主体结构、连接柱的材料优选为隔热断桥铝型材,具体地,如图16所示,该隔热断桥铝型材包括内铝材23、隔热条24和外铝材25,隔热条24位于内铝材23和外铝材25之间,并形成三腔结构,内铝材23和外铝材25可以实现室内和室外不同铝材颜色,使外立面和室内装饰颜色统一,同时在增加了保温隔热性能的同时,也提高了整个折叠门的隔音防噪效果;框防水胶条64通过卡头卡固安装并压紧的结构,防水效果更好;一并参考图17所示,互扣压紧胶条63通过卡头横向或竖向卡固安装于折叠门关闭时的各缝隙处,并通过内外两互扣压紧胶条63的相互配合的结构使得固定密封效果更好,因此可在高气压差的情况下防止渗水,进一步提高了折叠门的防水、节能效果。
当然,本实用新型的折叠门结构并不局限于以门的方式实施,也可以以窗的方式实施,其也在本实用新型的保护范围内。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本实用新型所附权利要求的保护范围。
上面对本实用新型专利进行了示例性的描述,显然本实用新型专利的实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本实用新型专利的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种改进,或未经改进将本实用新型专利的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本实用新型的保护范围内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种折叠门结构,包括固定边框、位于固定边框上的上滑道和下滑道、以及夹设在所述的上滑道和下滑道之间的多个门扇,其特征在于,还包括立柱、上滑接支架、下滑接支架和第一锁组件,其中,
    所述立柱与所述门扇铰接;
    所述上滑接支架,位于所述立柱的上端部处,包括上滑轮和上固定座,所述上滑轮固设于所述上固定座并滑设于所述上滑道;
    所述下滑接支架,位于所述立柱的下端部处,包括下滑轮和下固定座,所述下滑轮固设于所述下固定座并滑设于所述下滑道;
    所述上、下固定座固设于所述立柱,并通过所述上、下滑轮将所述立柱夹设在所述上、下滑道之间;
    所述第一锁组件包括第一插销,所述第一插销装设于所述立柱内,其端部从所述立柱的端部伸出,以用于与所述上滑道和/或所述下滑道卡固。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种折叠门结构,其特征在于,还包括中柱和第二锁组件,所述中柱相背的两侧面分别与所述门扇铰接,所述第二锁组件包括第二插销和开关手柄,所述第二插销位于所述中柱内,所述开关手柄位于所述中柱的外部,以用于在所述门扇处于关闭状态时,将所述第二插销从所述中柱的端部伸出并与所述上滑道和/或所述下滑道卡固。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种折叠门结构,其特征在于,所述上滑道包括上导槽,所述上导槽呈倒U形,所述上滑接支架包括左上滑接支架和右上滑接支架,所述左上滑接支架包括左上导向滑轮和左上固定座,所述左上导向滑轮固设于所述左上固定座,所述右上滑接支架包括右上导向滑轮和右上固定座,所述右上导向滑轮固设于所述右上固定座,所述左上、右上固定座呈倒L对称形,并对称固设于所述立柱相背的两宽侧面,所述左上、右上导向滑轮呈一字形排列并滑设于所述上导槽,所述第一插销包括第一上插销,所述第 一上插销伸出的头部位于所述左上、右上导向滑轮的中部,并顶抵所述上导槽的内侧面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种折叠门结构,其特征在于,所述下滑道包括下导槽,所述下导槽呈U形,所述下导槽两侧壁的顶部为下滑轨,所述下滑接支架包括左下滑接支架和右下滑接支架,所述左下滑接支架包括左下滑轮和左下固定座,所述左下滑轮固设于所述左下固定座,所述右下滑接支架包括右下滑轮和右下固定座,所述右下滑轮固设于所述右下固定座,所述左下、右下固定座呈L对称形,并对称固设于所述立柱相背的两宽侧面,所述左下、右下滑轮包括下导向轮和下承重轮,所述下导向轮呈一字形排列并滑设于所述下导槽,所述下承重轮滑设于所述下滑轨,所述第一插销包括第一下插销,所述第一下插销伸出的头部位于所述左下、右下滑轮的中部,并顶抵所述下导槽的内侧面。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种折叠门结构,其特征在于,所述上滑接支架还包括上铰接片,所述上铰接片与所述上固定座铰接并与所述门扇固接;和/或所述下滑接支架还包括下铰接片,所述下铰接片与所述下固定座铰接并与所述门扇固接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种折叠门结构,其特征在于,所述立柱为断桥铝型材结构,包括外腔体、中腔体和内腔体,所述第一插销装设于所述中腔体。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种折叠门结构,其特征在于,还包括套芯,所述套芯位于所述外腔体内,以用于强固所述立柱。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的一种折叠门结构,其特征在于,所述中柱为断桥铝型材结构,包括外腔体、中腔体和内腔体,所述第二插销装设于所述中腔体,还包括套芯,所述套芯位于所述外腔体内,以用于强固所述中柱。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种折叠门结构,其特征在于,还包括定位组件,所述定位组件固设于相邻两所述门扇折叠的相对面,以用于在折叠时固定该相邻两所述门扇之间的相对位置。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种折叠门结构,其特征在于,所述固定边框上部的外侧 设有防渗水的批水条,其下部的外侧面贯设有排水孔。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的一种折叠门结构,其特征在于,该折叠门密封所用的胶条包括互扣压紧胶条。
