本申请要求与2018年7月5日提交中国专利局、申请号为2018107294377、申请名称为“资金管理方法、装置、计算机设备及计算机可读存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及电子金融技术领域,特别是涉及一种资金管理方法、装置、计算机设备及计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
目前,国内有许多公司或者集团,他们的经营方式是以总公司-分公司的形式运行的,即有一个总公司,总公司旗下有多个分公司独立运行,且分公司有自己独立账本,这些独立账本与总公司的总账本是分开的,这样,分公司与总公司之间便会存在许多资金往来。其中,盈余资金是一项非常重要的资金类型。随着电子金融技术的飞速发展,对于一笔盈余资金,总公司在对盈余资金进行管理时,可以将盈余资金转换为借款、还款等,达到将盈余资金分配给分公司的目的,使得总公司和分公司的账本可以互相平衡。相关技术中,总公司在对盈余资金进行管理时,通常需要分配业务人员,由业务人员对盈余资金相关的数据进行处理,进而计算为各个分公司分配多少额度的盈余资金。
在实现本发明的过程中,发明人发现相关技术至少存在以下问题:由于业务人员需要手工处理盈余资金相关的数据,因此,需要耗费大量的人力物力,容易发生错误,导致对盈余资金的管理较为复杂,智能性较差。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请提供了一种资金管理方法、装置、计算机设备及计算机可读存储介质,主要目的在于解决目前需要耗费大量的人力物力,容易发生错误,导致对盈余资金的管理较为复杂,智能性较差的问题。
依据本申请第一方面,提供了一种资金管理方法,该方法包括:接收资金管理指令,创建虚拟合同,所述虚拟合同指示待资金管理的分公司与总公司之间的关联关系;接收资金提取指令,根据所述资金提取指令的指示,在所述分公司中提取待管理资金;当接收到所述总公司的资金操作指令时,执行对所述待管理资金的资金管理操作,所述资金操作指令至少为分配指令、还款指令和回拨指令。
依据本申请第二方面,提供了一种资金管理装置,该装置包括:创建模块,用于接 收资金管理指令,创建虚拟合同,所述虚拟合同指示待资金管理的分公司与总公司之间的关联关系;提取模块,用于接收资金提取指令,根据所述资金提取指令的指示,在所述分公司中提取待管理资金;执行模块,用于当接收到所述总公司的资金操作指令时,执行对所述待管理资金的资金管理操作,所述资金操作指令至少为分配指令、还款指令和回拨指令。
依据本申请第三方面,提供了一种计算机设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器存储有计算机可读指令,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现上述第一方面任一项所述方法的步骤。
依据本申请第四方面,提供了一种计算机非易失性可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现上述第一方面中任一项所述的方法的步骤。
借由上述技术方案,本申请提供的一种资金管理方法、装置、计算机设备及计算机可读存储介质,与目前业务人员手工处理资金相关的数据的方式相比,本申请接收资金管理指令,创建虚拟合同,并接收资金提取指令,根据所述资金提取指令的指示,在所述分公司中提取待管理资金,当接收到所述总公司的资金操作指令时,执行对所述待管理资金的资金管理操作,使得在提取到待管理资金后,即可执行对待管理资金的分配、还款和回拨等资金管理操作,无需分配业务人员手动统计资金相关的数据,节省了大量人力物力,避免发生错误,简化了对资金管理的过程,智能性较好。上述说明仅是本申请技术方案的概述,为了能够更清楚了解本申请的技术手段,而可依照说明书的内容予以实施,并且为了让本申请的上述和其它目的、特征和优点能够更明显易懂,以下特举本申请的具体实施方式。

本申请实施例提供了一种资金管理方法,可以达到提取到待管理资金后,即可执行对待管理资金的分配、还款和回拨等资金管理操作,无需分配业务人员手动统计资金相关的数据,节省了大量人力物力,避免发生错误,简化了对资金管理的过程,智能性较好的目的,如图1A所示,该方法包括:
101、当接收到总公司的资金管理指令时,在资金管理指令中提取总公司标识和分公司标识,基于总公司标识和分公司标识,创建虚拟合同。
在本申请实施例中,总公司旗下可以包括多个分公司,分公司在运营的过程中会存在诸如盈余资金的待管理资金,分公司对这些待管理资金并没有支配的权利,需要总公司对待管理资金进行管理,这样,总公司便具有在多个分公司中任一分公司提取资金进行管理的权限。为了满足总公司在各个分公司中提取资金进行管理操作的需求,总公司的终端中可以搭载资金管理系统,由资金管理系统为总公司提供资金管理服务。资金管理系统是在imsp_pare(综合多业务)平台上开发的系统,资金管理系统可以采用http(Hyper Text Transport Protocol,超文本传输协议)接口的形式对接到资金系统和制证系统。其中,资金系统就是从银行获取到流水信息,资金系统自动辨别流水信息涉及的资金是属于何种类型,实际支付或者实际收款多少钱;制证系统也即生成财务上的凭证,将每一个流水信息记录。总公司的管理人员可以登录至资金管理系统中,并在资金管理 系统中请求对哪一个分公司的资金进行管理操作。另外,资金管理系统可以提供管理人员等级设置服务,总公司可以为固定的管理人员设置资金管理权限,只有具有资金管理权限的管理员才可以代表总公司对分公司中的资金进行管理,从而避免不法分子对分公司中的资金进行盗取等不法操作。其中,总公司可以下载资金管理系统的客户端,并在客户端中进行注册。客户端在总公司的终端中提供资金管理入口,当客户端检测到总公司触发该资金管理入口时,显示虚拟合同创建页面,获取管理人员在虚拟合同创建页面中输入的总公司标识和分公司标识,并确定接收到总公司的资金管理指令,基于总公司标识和分公司标识,创建虚拟合同,虚拟合同指示待资金管理的分公司与总公司之间的关联关系。其中,虚拟合同创建页面可参见图1B。如图1B所示,虚拟合同创建页面中可以包括项目名称、合同类型、合同名称、所属公司、经办人和提取主体。其中,项目名称用于指示待管理资金涉及的项目;合同类型用于指示当前创建的合同为虚拟合同;合同名称由创建合同的管理人员自行设置,以便后续管理人员根据合同名称查询虚拟合同;所属公司用于指示总公司;经办人用于指示该资金需要由哪一管理人员审核;提取主体用于指示提取待管理资金的分公司。另外,考虑到一些项目中存在一些情况需要向经办人说明,因此,还可以在虚拟合同创建页面中增加备注,以便管理人员在备注中添加需要说明的情况。另外,由于资金管理系统中可能存在某一个总公司分别与多个分公司之间的多个虚拟合同,为了将多个虚拟合同进行区分,避免混淆,当虚拟合同创建成功后,可以为每一个虚拟合同分配一个唯一的合同编号,并将虚拟合同与合同编号对应存储。需要说明的是,由于每个总公司旗下的分公司发生变化的频率较低,在多数情况下一个总公司旗下的分公司通常是固定的,且对于一些总公司来说,仅存在一个与其对应的分公司,因此,资金管理系统中可以设置在数据库中设置如下述表1所示的关系对应列表,将每一个总公司与其旗下的分公司对应存储,这样,如果管理人员并未在虚拟合同创建页面中输入分公司标识,也即资金管理系统接收到的资金管理请求并没有携带分公司标识,则资金管理系统可以根据总公司标识,在分公司数据库中确定总公司标识对应的分公司标识,并获取该分公司标识,基于总公司标识和该分公司标识创建虚拟合同;如果管理人员并未在虚拟合同创建页面中输入总公司标识,也即资金管理系统接收到的资金管理请求并没有携带总公司标识,则资金管理系统可以根据分公司标识,在分公司数据库中确定该分公司标识对应的总公司标识,并获取该总公司标识,基于该总公司标识和该分公司标识创建虚拟合同。其中,本申请实施例对存储总公司标识与分公司标识的方式不进行具体限定。

在实际应用的过程中,如果资金管理系统接收到的资金管理指令中并未携带分公司标识,且资金管理指令中携带的总公司标识在关系对应列表中对应多个分公司标识,则资金管理系统可以获取多个分公司标识,基于多个分公司标识生成询问指令,向管理人员展示询问指令,以便询问管理人员将哪一个分公司作为后续进行资金提取的分公司,并将管理人员的选择的分公司标识提取出来,与总公司标识创建虚拟合同。
102、接收资金提取指令,根据资金提取指令,生成资金提取表单,资金提取表单至少包括总公司的收款账户、分公司的付款账户和收款金额信息。
在本申请实施例中,当完成了虚拟合同的创建以后,总公司便可以在虚拟合同指示的分公司中提取待管理资金。资金管理系统在其客户端中可提供资金提取入口,当检测到管理人员触发该资金提取入口时,显示资金提取表单生成页面,获取管理人员在资金提取表单生成页面中输入的总公司的收款账户、分公司的付款账户和收款金额信息,并确定接收到总公司的资金提取指令,基于收款账户、付款账户和收款金额信息,生成资金提取表单。其中,资金提取表单生成页面可参见图1C。如图1C所示,资金提取表单中可以包括收款账户、付款账户和收款金额信息;收款账户指示总公司用于收款的银行账户;付款账户指示分公司用于付款的银行账户;收款金额信息用于指示待管理资金的资金金额。另外,为了使对资金的管理更加明朗,保证后续在对每一次管理的资金进行相关信息的查询时均可以获取到,在资金提取表单生成页面中还可以添加收款类别、收款主体、付款主体类型、付款主体、和预计收款日期。其中,收款类别用于规定当前资金提取表单是用于资金的提取;收款主体用于指示总公司;付款主体类型用于指示付款的一方为分公司;付款主体用于指示付款的分公司的名称;预计收款日期用于指示盈余资金转移到总公司账户的时间。在实际应用的过程中,考虑到管理人员在一天的中可能需要处理大量的资金管理操作,对于生成的资金提取表单,管理人员可能会遗忘该资金提取表单是根据哪一个虚拟合同创建的,因此,还可以将虚拟合同添加至资金提取表单中,进而将资金提取表单与虚拟合同关联起来。需要说明的是,如果在步骤101中为虚拟合同分配了合同编号,则与虚拟合同对应的资金提取表单中也可添加与其对应的虚 拟合同的合同编号;如果在步骤101中没有为虚拟合同分配合同编号,则无需为资金提取表单添加新的合同编号。在实际应用的过程中,对于已经创建虚拟合同的总公司与分公司来说,总公司可能需要管理分公司中的多笔资金,这样,可以在一个虚拟合同下,创建收款金额信息不同的多个资金提取表单。由于多个资金提取表单中涉及的收款金额信息是不同的,且作用也是不同的,因此,为了区分同一个虚拟合同生成的不同的资金提取表单,可以为同一个虚拟合同的多个不同的资金提取表单分配唯一且不同的收款编号,以便对多个不同的资金表单进行区分。
103、基于资金提取表单,在分公司的收款账户中提取收款金额信息指示金额的待管理资金,将待管理资金存储至总公司的收款账户中。
在本申请实施例中,当完成资金提取表单的生成后,由于资金提取表单中包括有收款账户、付款账户以及收款金额信息,因此,资金管理系统便可以基于资金提取表单,在分公司的收款账户中提取收款金额信息指示金额的待管理资金,并将待管理资金存储至总公司的收款账户中。当完成对待管理资金的提取,并将待管理资金存储至总公司的收款账户后,考虑到总公司对于提取到的待管理资金可能仅向管理其中的一部分资金,另一部分资金总公司希望暂时不进行任何操作,这样,便需要将另一部分资金冻结,因此,资金管理系统在客户端中可以提供资金冻结入口。当检测到管理人员触发该资金冻结入口时,显示资金冻结页面,获取管理人员在资金冻结页面中输入的待冻结资金金额,确定接收到资金冻结指令。随后,资金管理系统在在待管理资金中提取待冻结资金金额指示的资金作为冻结资金,将冻结资金进行冻结。其中,冻结资金并不能用于下述诸如分配、还款和回拨等一系列资金操作。需要说明的是,资金管理系统在客户端中还可以提供资金解冻入口,当检测到管理人员触发该资金解冻入口时,将管理人员请求解冻的冻结资金进行解冻,解冻后的冻结资金便可以与其他待管理资金一同进行下述诸如分配、还款和回拨等一系列资金操作。
104、当接收到总公司的资金操作指令时,执行对待管理资金的资金管理操作,资金操作指令至少为分配指令、还款指令和回拨指令。
在本申请实施例中,当完成对待管理资金的提取后,便可以对待管理资金进行管理操作。资金管理系统的客户端可以提供资金操作入口,当检测到管理人员触发该资金操作入口时,显示当前可以对待管理资金进行的资金操作,具体可为分配操作、还款操作和回拨操作。当检测到管理人员确定执行分配操作、还款操作和回拨操作中的任一操作时,则确定接收到资金操作指令,并对应执行相应的资金管理操作。由于资金操作具体可以包括分配操作、还款操作和回拨操作,这样,参见下述情况一至情况三中分别描 述的资金操作指令为不同操作指令时的指令执行过程。
情况一、资金操作指令为分配指令。在本申请实施例中,当完成待管理资金的提取后,总公司可以采取向分公司还款的方式,将待管理资金分配给分公司,这时,债权人为分公司,债务人为总公司。这样,当接收到的资金操作指令为分配指令时,资金管理系统可以显示创建借款表单页面,获取管理人员在创建借款表单页面输入的第一预设金额和第一公司标识,基于第一预设金额和第一公司标识,创建借款表单,将第一预设金额的待管理资金分配至借款表单指示的第一目标分公司,第一公司标识指示待接收借款的第一目标分公司。另外,参见图1D,由于在情况一中创建的为借款表单,因此,创建借款表单页面中还可以包括债务人、债权人、起息日、到期日、利率、利息折算天数和费率。其中,债务人用于指示总公司;债权人用于指示第一目标分公司、起息日用户指示借款的日期;到期日用于指示需要对借款进行还款的日期;利率、利息折算天数和费率用于指示借款中产生利息的相关系数。
需要说明的是,上述创建借款表单的过程需要在资金提取表单实收之后创建,也即在资金提取表单实收到待管理资金之后创建借款表单,进而将部分或者全部待管理资金转为总公司对分公司的借款。
情况二、资金操作指令为还款指令。在本申请实施例中,当完成待管理资金的提取后,如果分公司之前向总公司有债务,则总公司可以将部分或者全部待管理资金转为分公司对总公司的还款,进而抵消之前分公司对总公司的债务。这样,当接收到的资金操作指令为还款指令时,资金管理系统可以显示创建还款表单页面,获取管理人员在创建还款表单页面输入的第二预设金额和第二公司标识,基于第二预设金额和第二公司标识,创建还款表单,将第二预设金额的待管理资金作为第二公司标识指示的第二目标分公司对总公司的还款,第二目标分公司指示对总公司有债务的第二目标分公司。另外,参见图1E,由于在情况二中创建的为还款表单,第二目标分公司在本次的还款中可能并没有将全部的债务均还清,因此,在创建还款表单页面中还可以包括付款类别和应付款金额。其中,付款类别指示本次付款为借款付款;应付金额指示第二目标分公司与总公司之间债务的总额。在实际应用的过程中,由于在一次还款中可能并没有将第二目标分公司与总公司之间的债务一次还清,使得第二目标分公司与总公司之间仍然存在债务,因此,在创建还款表单时,还可以在还款表单中设置还款计划录入功能,并基于该还款计划录入功能,将下一次需要还款的还款方式、剩余本金、剩余利息、预计还款日、本次还款金额和本次还款利息等相关信息录入生成的还款表单中,便于下一次进行还款。需要说明的是,与上述情况一相同,创建还款表单的过程也需要在资金提取表单实 收之后创建,也即在资金提取表单实收到待管理资金之后创建还款表单,进而将部分或者全部待管理资金转为分公司对总公司的还款。
情况三、资金操作指令为回拨指令。在本申请实施例中,当完成待管理资金的提取后,总公司可以将提取到的待管理资金直接回拨给分公司,由总公司向分公司支付已经收到的待管理资金。这样,当接收到的资金操作指令为回拨指令时,资金管理系统可以显示创建资金回拨表单页面,获取管理人员在创建资金回拨表单页面输入的第三预设金额和第三公司标识,基于第三预设金额和第三公司标识,创建回拨表单,将第三预设金额的待管理资金回拨给回拨表单指示的第三目标分公司,第三公司标识指示待接收回拨资金的第三目标分公司。另外,参见图1F,由于在情况三中创建的为回拨表单,因此,在创建回拨表单页面中还可以包括回拨的待管理资金的来源,以及待管理资金的提取日期及待管理资金的总金额等。需要说明的是,由于总公司可能在多个分公司提取到多笔待管理资金,总公司可能希望将提取到的全部或部分待管理资金回拨给分公司,因此,在进行资金回拨时,总公司可以发起全部或者部分资金回拨,将多笔待管理资金汇总生成总资金,并将总资金的全部或部分回拨给分公司。在实际应用的过程中,由于资金管理系统可以提供资金冻结功能,因此,如果资金管理系统在提取到待管理资金后,对待管理资金进行了冻结操作,也即待管理资金中存在冻结资金,则接收到总公司的资金操作指令时,在待管理资金中确定除冻结资金外的可操作资金,执行对可操作资金的资金管理操作。
105、当完成资金操作指令的执行时,根据资金操作指令,生成操作信息,将操作信息添加至资金管理列表,资金管理列表包括至少一个操作信息。
在本申请实施例中,由于在资金管理系统中会涉及到资金提取、资金分配、资金还款和资金回拨等多种操作,为了对涉及到的操作进行记录,进而更加明确资金的转移方向,以便在后续对资金的操作进行检查,可生成资金管理列表,并在完成资金操作指令的执行时,根据资金操作指令,生成操作信息,将操作信息添加至资金管理列表。其中,操作信息至少包括资金操作指令的指令标识、金额信息以及收款时间。参见图1G,资金管理列表中可以包括已经完成的资金操作指令的指令标识、金额信息以及收款时间。另外,如果在步骤102中生成资金提取表单时,为资金提取表单分配了唯一且不同的收款编号,则在生成资金管理列表中可以将待管理资金对应的资金提取表单的收款编号也添加进去,本申请实施例对生成资金管理列表的方式不进行具体限定。在实际应用的过程中,由于资金管理系统中同一时间可能存在大量的资金管理操作,如果每当完成一个资金管理操作便对该资金管理操作进行记录,则可能造成资金管理系统中存在大量 并行的需要记载的操作信息,这样,对资金管理系统便会承受巨大的负载。为了避免资金管理系统在巨大负载下可能崩溃,资金管理系统可以采用下述两种方式对资金操作指令进行记录。
方式一、设置预设管理周期,每隔预设管理周期,对已经完成的资金操作指令进行统计并记录。在对已经完成的资金操作指令进行统计时,资金管理系统可以确定上一次进行统计的第一时间点和当前所处的第二时间点,对第一时间点和第二时间点之间完成的多种资金操作指令进行统计,将统计得到的多个操作信息添加至资金管理列表。进一步地,在将统计得到的多个操作信息添加到资金管理列表中时,还可以将第二时间点和统计得到的多个操作信息一起添加至资金管理列表中,以便明确多个操作信息添加到资金管理列表中的时间。
方式二、对截止到当前时间点完成的全部资金操作指令进行统计并记录。在本申请实施例中,确定当前时间点,对当前时间点以前完成的全部资金操作指令进行统计,得到全部资金操作指令的全部操作信息,并基于得到的全部操作信息对资金管理列表中的内容进行覆盖,进而实现资金管理列表的更新。其中,本申请实施例对操作信息的生成时机以及将操作信息添加至资金管理列表中的方式不进行具体限定。
106、当完成执行资金操作指令后,如果检测到待管理资金存在剩余资金,则统计剩余资金的剩余资金金额,基于剩余资金金额,生成剩余资金提示,展示剩余资金提示。
在本申请实施例中,考虑到总公司在对待管理资金进行管理时,可能并没有将全部的待管理资金进行诸如分配操作、还款操作和回拨操作等资金管理操作,也即提取带的待管理资金存在剩余资金,这样,便需要统计待管理资金中剩余资金的剩余资金金额,基于剩余资金金额,生成剩余资金提示,并展示剩余资金提示,以便对总公司进行提醒,使得总公司获知当前待管理资金中还存在可以进行管理的剩余资金。
在实际应用的过程中,参见图1H,可以通过执行图1H的流程实现对资金的管理:
当接收到资金管理指令时,建立资金管理指令涉及的总公司与分公司之间的虚拟合同;随后,当接收到资金提取指令时,创建资金提取表单,在虚拟合同指示的分公司中提取待管理资金;最后,接收资金操作指令,如果资金操作指令为分配指令,则对待管理资金执行分配操作;如果资金操作为还款指令,则对待管理资金执行还款操作;如果资金操作为回拨指令,则对待管理资金执行回拨操作。
本申请实施例提供的资金管理方法,通过接收资金管理指令,创建虚拟合同,并接收资金提取指令,根据所述资金提取指令的指示,在所述分公司中提取待管理资金,当接收到所述总公司的资金操作指令时,执行对所述待管理资金的资金管理操作,可以 在提取到待管理资金后,即可执行对待管理资金的分配、还款和回拨等资金管理操作,无需分配业务人员手动统计资金相关的数据,节省了大量人力物力,避免发生错误,简化了对资金管理的过程,智能性较好。
进一步地,作为图1A方法的具体实现,本申请实施例提供了一种资金管理装置,如图2A所示,装置包括:创建模块201,提取模块202和执行模块203。该创建模块201,用于接收资金管理指令,创建虚拟合同,虚拟合同指示待资金管理的分公司与总公司之间的关联关系;该提取模块202,用于接收资金提取指令,根据资金提取指令的指示,在分公司中提取待管理资金;该执行模块203,用于当接收到总公司的资金操作指令时,执行对待管理资金的资金管理操作,资金操作指令至少为分配指令、还款指令和回拨指令。
本申请实施例提供的资金管理装置,通过接收资金管理指令,创建虚拟合同,并接收资金提取指令,根据资金提取指令的指示,在分公司中提取待管理资金,当接收到总公司的资金操作指令时,执行对待管理资金的资金管理操作,可以在提取到待管理资金后,即可执行对待管理资金的分配、还款和回拨等资金管理操作,无需分配业务人员手动统计资金相关的数据,节省了大量人力物力,避免发生错误,简化了对资金管理的过程,智能性较好。
在具体的应用场景中,如图2B所示,创建模块201,具体包括:提取子模块2011和创建子模块2012。该提取子模块2011,用于当接收到总公司的资金管理指令时,在资金管理指令中提取总公司标识和分公司标识;该创建子模块2012,用于基于总公司标识和分公司标识,创建虚拟合同。
在具体的应用场景中,如图2C所示,提取模块202,具体包括:生成子模块2021,提取子模块2022和存储子模块2023。该生成子模块2021,用于接收资金提取指令,根据资金提取指令,生成资金提取表单,资金提取表单至少包括总公司的收款账户、分公司的付款账户和收款金额信息;该提取子模块2022,用于基于资金提取表单,在分公司的收款账户中提取收款金额信息指示金额的待管理资金;该存储子模块2023,用于将待管理资金存储至总公司的收款账户中。
在具体的应用场景中,如图2D所示,该装置还包括确定模块204和冻结模块205。该确定模块204,用于如果接收到资金冻结指令,则在资金冻结指令中确定待冻结资金金额;该冻结模块205,用于在待管理资金中提取待冻结资金金额指示的资金作为冻结资金,将冻结资金冻结;相应地,该执行模块203,还用于当接收到总公司的资金操作指令时,在待管理资金中确定除冻结资金外的可操作资金,执行对可操作资金的资金管 理操作。
在具体的应用场景中,该执行模块203,用于当接收到的资金操作指令为分配指令时,基于分配指令,创建借款表单,将第一预设金额的待管理资金分配至借款表单指示的第一目标分公司,借款表单中至少包括第一预设金额和第一目标分公司的第一公司标识;或,当接收到的资金操作指令为还款指令时,基于还款指令,创建还款表单,将第二预设金额的待管理资金分配至还款表单指示的第二目标分公司,还款表单中至少包括第二预设金额和第二目标分公司的第二公司标识;或,当接收到的资金操作指令为回拨指令时,基于回拨指令,创建回拨表单,将第三预设金额的待管理资金分配至回拨表单指示的第三目标分公司,回拨表单中至少包括第三预设金额和第三目标分公司的第三分公司标识。
在具体的应用场景中,如图2E所示,该装置还包括信息生成模块206和添加模块207。该信息生成模块206,用于当完成资金操作指令的执行时,根据资金操作指令,生成操作信息,操作信息至少包括资金操作指令的指令标识、金额信息以及收款时间;该添加模块207,用于将操作信息添加至资金管理列表,资金管理列表包括至少一个操作信息。
在具体的应用场景中,如图2F所示,该装置还包括统计模块208,提示生成模块209和展示模块210。该统计模块208,用于当完成执行资金操作指令后,如果检测到待管理资金存在剩余资金,则统计剩余资金的剩余资金金额;该提示生成模块209,用于基于剩余资金金额,生成剩余资金提示;该展示模块210,用于展示剩余资金提示。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例提供的一种资金管理装置所涉及各功能单元的其他相应描述,可以参考图1A中的对应描述,在此不再赘述。基于上述如图1A所示方法,相应的,本申请实施例还提供了一种计算机设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器存储有计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现上述如图1A所示的资金管理方法。基于上述如图1A所示方法,相应的,本申请实施例还提供了一种计算机非易失性可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现上述如图1A所示的资金管理方法。通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本申请可以通过硬件实现,也可以借助软件加必要的通用硬件平台的方式来实现。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该软件产品可以存储在一个非易失性存储介质(可以是CD-ROM,U盘,移动硬盘等)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施场景所述的方法。
本领域技术人员可以理解附图只是一个优选实施场景的示意图,附图中的模块或流程并不一定是实施本申请所必须的。本领域技术人员可以理解实施场景中的装置中的模块可以按照实施场景描述进行分布于实施场景的装置中,也可以进行相应变化位于不同于本实施场景的一个或多个装置中。上述实施场景的模块可以合并为一个模块,也可以进一步拆分成多个子模块。上述本申请序号仅仅为了描述,不代表实施场景的优劣。
以上公开的仅为本申请的几个具体实施场景,但是,本申请并非局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员能思之的变化都应落入本申请的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种资金管理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收资金管理指令,创建虚拟合同,所述虚拟合同指示待资金管理的分公司与总公司之间的关联关系;
    接收资金提取指令,根据所述资金提取指令的指示,在所述分公司中提取待管理资金;
    当接收到所述总公司的资金操作指令时,执行对所述待管理资金的资金管理操作,所述资金操作指令至少为分配指令、还款指令和回拨指令。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收资金管理指令,创建虚拟合同,包括:
    当接收到所述总公司的资金管理指令时,在所述资金管理指令中提取总公司标识和分公司标识;
    基于所述总公司标识和所述分公司标识,创建所述虚拟合同。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收资金提取指令,根据所述资金提取指令的指示,在所述分公司中提取待管理资金,包括:
    接收所述资金提取指令,根据所述资金提取指令,生成资金提取表单,所述资金提取表单至少包括所述总公司的收款账户、所述分公司的付款账户和收款金额信息;
    基于所述资金提取表单,在所述分公司的收款账户中提取所述收款金额信息指示金额的待管理资金;
    将所述待管理资金存储至所述总公司的收款账户中。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收资金提取指令,根据所述资金提取指令的指示,在所述分公司中提取待管理资金之后,所述方法还包括:
    如果接收到资金冻结指令,则在所述资金冻结指令中确定待冻结资金金额;
    在所述待管理资金中提取所述待冻结资金金额指示的资金作为冻结资金,将所述冻结资金冻结;
    相应地,所述当接收到所述总公司的资金操作指令时,执行对所述待管理资金的资金管理操作,包括:
    当接收到所述总公司的资金操作指令时,在所述待管理资金中确定除所述冻结资金外的可操作资金,执行对所述可操作资金的资金管理操作。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当接收到所述总公司的资金操作指令时,执行对所述待管理资金的资金管理操作包括:
    当接收到的所述资金操作指令为所述分配指令时,基于所述分配指令,创建借款表单,将第一预设金额的所述待管理资金分配至所述借款表单指示的第一目标分公司,所述借款表单中至少包括所述第一预设金额和所述第一目标分公司的第一公司标识;或,
    当接收到的所述资金操作指令为所述还款指令时,基于所述还款指令,创建还款表单,将第二预设金额的所述待管理资金分配至所述还款表单指示的第二目标分公司,所述还款表单中至少包括所述第二预设金额和所述第二目标分公司的第二公司标识;或,
    当接收到的所述资金操作指令为所述回拨指令时,基于所述回拨指令,创建回拨表单,将第三预设金额的所述待管理资金分配至所述回拨表单指示的第三目标分公司,所述回拨表单中至少包括所述第三预设金额和所述第三目标分公司的第三分公司标识。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当完成所述资金操作指令的执行时,根据所述资金操作指令,生成操作信息,所述操作信息至少包括所述资金操作指令的指令标识、金额信息以及收款时间;
    将所述操作信息添加至资金管理列表,所述资金管理列表包括至少一个操作信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当完成执行所述资金操作指令后,如果检测到所述待管理资金存在剩余资金,则统计所述剩余资金的剩余资金金额;
    基于所述剩余资金金额,生成剩余资金提示;
    展示所述剩余资金提示。
  8. 一种资金管理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    创建模块,用于接收资金管理指令,创建虚拟合同,所述虚拟合同指示待资金管理的分公司与总公司之间的关联关系;
    提取模块,用于接收资金提取指令,根据所述资金提取指令的指示,在所述分公司中提取待管理资金;
    执行模块,用于当接收到所述总公司的资金操作指令时,执行对所述待管理资金的资金管理操作,所述资金操作指令至少为分配指令、还款指令和回拨指令。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述创建模块,包括:
    提取子模块,用于当接收到所述总公司的资金管理指令时,在所述资金管理指令中提取总公司标识和分公司标识;
    创建子模块,用于基于所述总公司标识和所述分公司标识,创建所述虚拟合同。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述提取模块,包括:
    生成子模块,用于接收所述资金提取指令,根据所述资金提取指令,生成资金提取表单,所述资金提取表单至少包括所述总公司的收款账户、所述分公司的付款账户和收款金额信息;
    提取子模块,用于基于所述资金提取表单,在所述分公司的收款账户中提取所述收款金额信息指示金额的待管理资金;
    存储子模块,用于将所述待管理资金存储至所述总公司的收款账户中。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    确定模块,用于如果接收到资金冻结指令,则在所述资金冻结指令中确定待冻结资金金额;
    冻结模块,用于在所述待管理资金中提取所述待冻结资金金额指示的资金作为冻结资金,将所述冻结资金冻结;
    相应地,所述执行模块,还用于当接收到所述总公司的资金操作指令时,在所述待管理资金中确定除所述冻结资金外的可操作资金,执行对所述可操作资金的资金管理操作。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述执行模块,用于当接收到的所述资金操作指令为所述分配指令时,基于所述分配指令,创建借款表单,将第一预设金额的所述待管理资金分配至所述借款表单指示的第一目标分公司,所述借款表单中至少包括所述第一预设金额和所述第一目标分公司的第一公司标识;或,当接收到的所述资金操作指令为所述还款指令时,基于所述还款指令,创建还款表单,将第二预设金额的所述待管理资金分配至所述还款表单指示的第二目标分公司,所述还款表单中至少包括所述第二预设金额和所述第二目标分公司的第二公司标识;或,当接收到的所述资金操作指令为所述回拨指令时,基于所述回拨指令,创建回拨表单,将第三预设金额的所述待管理资金分配至所述回拨表单指示的第三目标分公司,所述回拨表单中至少包括所述第三预设金额和所述第三目标分公司的第三分公司标识。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    信息生成模块,用于当完成所述资金操作指令的执行时,根据所述资金操作指令, 生成操作信息,所述操作信息至少包括所述资金操作指令的指令标识、金额信息以及收款时间;
    添加模块,用于将所述操作信息添加至资金管理列表,所述资金管理列表包括至少一个操作信息。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    统计模块,用于当完成执行所述资金操作指令后,如果检测到所述待管理资金存在剩余资金,则统计所述剩余资金的剩余资金金额;
    提示生成模块,用于基于所述剩余资金金额,生成剩余资金提示;
    展示模块,用于展示所述剩余资金提示。
  15. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器存储有计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现资金管理方法,包括:
    接收资金管理指令,创建虚拟合同,所述虚拟合同指示待资金管理的分公司与总公司之间的关联关系;接收资金提取指令,根据所述资金提取指令的指示,在所述分公司中提取待管理资金;当接收到所述总公司的资金操作指令时,执行对所述待管理资金的资金管理操作,所述资金操作指令至少为分配指令、还款指令和回拨指令。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现所述接收资金管理指令,创建虚拟合同,包括:
    当接收到所述总公司的资金管理指令时,在所述资金管理指令中提取总公司标识和分公司标识;基于所述总公司标识和所述分公司标识,创建所述虚拟合同。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现所述接收资金提取指令,根据所述资金提取指令的指示,在所述分公司中提取待管理资金,包括:
    接收所述资金提取指令,根据所述资金提取指令,生成资金提取表单,所述资金提取表单至少包括所述总公司的收款账户、所述分公司的付款账户和收款金额信息;基于所述资金提取表单,在所述分公司的收款账户中提取所述收款金额信息指示金额的待管理资金;将所述待管理资金存储至所述总公司的收款账户中。
  18. 一种计算机非易失性可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现资金管理方法,包括:
    接收资金管理指令,创建虚拟合同,所述虚拟合同指示待资金管理的分公司与总公司之间的关联关系;接收资金提取指令,根据所述资金提取指令的指示,在所述分公 司中提取待管理资金;当接收到所述总公司的资金操作指令时,执行对所述待管理资金的资金管理操作,所述资金操作指令至少为分配指令、还款指令和回拨指令。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的计算机非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现所述接收资金管理指令,创建虚拟合同,包括:
    当接收到所述总公司的资金管理指令时,在所述资金管理指令中提取总公司标识和分公司标识;基于所述总公司标识和所述分公司标识,创建所述虚拟合同。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的计算机非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现所述接收资金提取指令,根据所述资金提取指令的指示,在所述分公司中提取待管理资金,包括:
    接收所述资金提取指令,根据所述资金提取指令,生成资金提取表单,所述资金提取表单至少包括所述总公司的收款账户、所述分公司的付款账户和收款金额信息;基于所述资金提取表单,在所述分公司的收款账户中提取所述收款金额信息指示金额的待管理资金;将所述待管理资金存储至所述总公司的收款账户中。
