在本实施方式中,所述第一包角部14具有两个,第二包角部27具有两个,第二包角部27和所述第一包角部14保护手机5的四个角,由于所述滑条11可以在所述滑槽21中滑动时,会使得所述第一本体10和所述第二本体20之间产生位移,所以在滑动时会使得所述第一包角部14靠近或者远离所述第二包角部27。
进一步的,所述第一包角部14、所述第二包角部27上均设有保护块140、第一定位孔141、第二定位孔142,所述保护块140包括第一定位块143、凸块144,所述第一定位块143插入所述第一定位孔141中,同时所述凸块144插入所述第二定位孔142中。
在本实施方式中,所述第一定位块143、凸块144可以手动地安装在第一定位孔141、第二定位孔142中,或者手动拆卸出来,设置保护块140进一步增加对手机5四个角的保护。
进一步的,所述第一本体10上设有第一凸台15,所述第二本体20上设有 第二凸台26,当所述第一本体10扣合所述第二本体20时,所述第一凸台15和所述第二凸台26叠套在一起。
在本实施方式中,所述第一凸台15和第二凸台26错位凸出,当所述第一本体10扣合所述第二本体20时,所述第一凸台15和所述第二凸台26叠套在一起,通过所述第一凸台15和第二凸台26定位配合,进一步增加所述第一本体10扣合所述第二本体20的准确度。
进一步的,所述滑条11上还设有凸起端110,所述第二本体20上设有与所述滑槽21相通的卡槽24,当所述第一本体10扣合所述第二本体20时,所述凸起端110卡进所述卡槽24中。
在本实施方式中,当所述第一本体10扣合所述第二本体20时,所述凸起端110卡进所述卡槽24中,增加扣合时所述第一本体10与所述第二本体20之间的固定力。
进一步的,所述第二本体20上设有一对对称设置的散热孔25,所述散热孔25设于所述第二本体20的转角处。
进一步的,所述散热孔25呈弧形。
在本实施方式中,设置散热孔25用于手机5装入伸缩手机壳时对手机5进行散热,相比传统伸缩手机壳散热不佳,本发明的手机5很好的解决了上述问题。
在本实施方式中,所述第一本体10、所述第二本体20的侧面镂空,不影响手机5信号的接收和发射,且进一步加快手机5散热,且装上伸缩手机壳后,使用者一样可以直接触摸手机5的裸感,手感好。
进一步的,所述第一磁吸部13、所述第二磁吸部23均设有多个收容部230, 所述收容部230内设有对应的磁吸元件231。
在本实施方式中,所述磁吸元件231可以为具有磁性的磁铁,设置收容部230收容磁吸元件231,不影响伸缩手机壳的美观,且使得第一本体10和第二本体20之间具有足够的固定力。
实例2
请参考图7-图9,本发明提出一种伸缩手机壳,所述伸缩手机壳包括第一本体10和第二本体20,所述第一本体10上设有滑条11、至少一个第一磁吸部13,所述第二本体20上设有滑槽21、至少一个第二磁吸部23,所述滑条11可以在所述滑槽21中滑动从而导致所述第一本体10和所述第二本体20之间可以产生相对滑动以使得所述第一本体10扣合所述第二本体20或者打开,所述第一本体10扣合所述第二本体20形成一个与手机5外形相适配的容纳腔30,且所述第一磁吸部13与第二磁吸部23对吸。
在本实施方式中,所述滑条11具有两个,对称设置在所述第一本体10的两侧,对应地,所述滑槽21也具有两个,所述滑条11和所述滑槽21的配合使得所述第一本体10和所述第二本体20之间在手动施加力的时侯可以滑动,从而使得所述第一本体10扣合所述第二本体20或者打开,当所述第一本体10相对于所述第二本体20打开时,所述第一本体10相对于所述第二本体20滑动拉出,本发明的伸缩手机壳容积变大,此时将手机5放入其中,再手动所述第一本体10相对于所述第二本体20滑动以扣合,本发明的伸缩手机壳容积变小,此时形成一个与手机5外形相适配的容纳腔30,即伸缩手机壳紧密接触手机5,达到保护手机5的作用,且同时所述第一磁吸部13与第二磁吸部23对吸,使得所述第一本体10相对于所述第二本体20在没有手施加外力的作用下保持扣合状态。
在本实施方式中,所述所述第一本体10和所述第二本体20的下部分呈弧形,是为了于手机的外形适配而这样设计,容纳腔30的形状并未局限本实施方式的形状,在其他实施方式中,容纳腔30可以根据不同款式的手机的不同外形进行相适应调整设计,这些调整变化均在本发明的保护范围中。
在本实施方式中,本发明的伸缩手机壳的第一本体10和第二本体20之间可以滑动以打开或者关闭伸缩手机壳,方便手机5放入伸缩手机壳中,利用第一磁吸部13和第二磁吸部23对吸可以使得第一本体10和第二本体20固定稳固,实现伸缩手机壳保持关闭状态,相比传统的金属伸缩手机壳,无需螺丝固定和组装,操作更简单,使用更方便。
进一步的,所述第一本体10上设有至少一个第一包角部14,所述第二本体20上设有至少一个第二包角部27,所述滑条11可以在所述滑槽21中滑动从而使得所述第一包角部14靠近或者远离所述第二包角部27。
在本实施方式中,所述第一包角部14具有两个,第二包角部27具有两个,第二包角部27和所述第一包角部14保护手机5的四个角,由于所述滑条11可以在所述滑槽21中滑动时,会使得所述第一本体10和所述第二本体20之间产生位移,所以在滑动时会使得所述第一包角部14靠近或者远离所述第二包角部27。
进一步的,所述第一包角部14与所述第一本体10一体成型;所述第二包角部27与所述第二本体20一体成型。
在本实施方式中,设置所述第一包角部14与所述第一本体10一体成型;所述第二包角部27与所述第二本体10一体成型,可以节省工艺制造成本。
进一步的,所述第一本体10上设有第一凸台15,所述第二本体20上设有 第二凸台26,当所述第一本体10扣合所述第二本体20时,所述第一凸台15和所述第二凸台26叠套在一起。
在本实施方式中,所述第一凸台15和第二凸台26错位凸出,当所述第一本体10扣合所述第二本体20时,所述第一凸台15和所述第二凸台26叠套在一起,通过所述第一凸台15和第二凸台26定位配合,进一步增加所述第一本体10扣合所述第二本体20的准确度。
进一步的,请参考图5,所述滑条11上还设有凸起端110,所述第二本体20上设有与所述滑槽21相通的卡槽24,当所述第一本体10扣合所述第二本体20时,所述凸起端110卡进所述卡槽24中。
在本实施方式中,当所述第一本体10扣合所述第二本体20时,所述凸起端110卡进所述卡槽24中,增加扣合时所述第一本体10与所述第二本体20之间的固定力。
在本实施方式中,所述第一本体10、所述第二本体20的侧面镂空,不影响手机5信号的接收和发射,且进一步加快手机5散热,且装上伸缩手机壳后,使用者一样可以直接触摸手机5的裸感,手感好。
进一步的,所述第一磁吸部13、所述第二磁吸部23均设有多个收容部230,所述收容部230内设有对应的磁吸元件231。
在本实施方式中,所述磁吸元件231可以为具有磁性的磁铁,设置收容部230收容磁吸元件231,不影响伸缩手机壳的美观,且使得第一本体10和第二本体20之间具有足够的固定力。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施方式,基于本实施方式,本领域的普通技术人员在没有做出任何创造性劳动的前提下所获得其他实施方式,都属于本 发明所保护的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种伸缩手机壳,其特征在于,所述伸缩手机壳包括第一本体和第二本体,所述第一本体上设有滑条、至少一个第一磁吸部,所述第二本体上设有滑槽、至少一个第二磁吸部,所述滑条可以在所述滑槽中滑动从而导致所述第一本体和所述第二本体之间可以产生相对滑动以使得所述第一本体扣合所述第二本体或者打开,所述第一本体扣合所述第二本体形成一个与手机外形相适配的容纳腔,同时所述第一磁吸部与第二磁吸部对吸。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的伸缩手机壳,其特征在于,所述第一本体上设有至少一个第一包角部,所述第二本体上设有至少一个第二包角部,所述滑条可以在所述滑槽中滑动从而使得所述第一包角部靠近或者远离所述第二包角部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的伸缩手机壳,其特征在于,所述第一包角部、所述第二包角部上均设有保护块、第一定位孔、第二定位孔,所述保护块包括第一定位块、凸块,所述第一定位块插入所述第一定位孔中,同时所述凸块插入所述第二定位孔中。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的伸缩手机壳,其特征在于,所述第一包角部与所述第一本体一体成型;所述第二包角部与所述第二本体一体成型。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的伸缩手机壳,其特征在于,所述第一本体上设有第一凸台,所述第二本体上设有第二凸台,当所述第一本体扣合所述第二本体时,所述第一凸台和所述第二凸台叠套在一起。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的伸缩手机壳,其特征在于,所述滑条上还设有凸起端,所述第二本体上设有与所述滑槽相通的卡槽,当所述第一本体扣合所述第二本体时,所述凸起端卡进所述卡槽中。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的伸缩手机壳,其特征在于,所述第二本体上设有 一对对称设置的散热孔,所述散热孔设于所述第二本体的转角处。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的伸缩手机壳,其特征在于,所述散热孔呈弧形。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的伸缩手机壳,其特征在于,所述第一磁吸部、所述第二磁吸部均设有多个收容部,所述收容部内设有对应的磁吸元件。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的伸缩手机壳,其特征在于,第一本体上还设有第一弧形结构,所述第二本体上还设有第二弧形结构,所述第一本体扣合所述第二本体后,所述第一弧形结构与所述第二弧形结构扣合形成一个与手机摄像头相适配的摄像孔。
