下面结合附图和实施例,对本申请作进一步的详细描述。特别指出的是,以下实施例仅用于说明本申请,但不对本申请的范围进行限定。同样的,以下实施例仅为本申请的部分实施例而非全部实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
本申请的说明书和权利要求书及上述附图中的术语“内”、“外”等指示的方位或者位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或者位置关系,或者是该申请产品使用时惯常摆放的方位或者位置关系,仅是为了方便描述本申请合简化描述,而不是指示或者暗示所指的装置或者元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。

请参见图1所示,图1是本申请第一实施例的感应装置的拆解示意图。该感应装置10包括壳体11、电路板12、感应线圈14、第一盖板15和密封元件16。
其中,壳体11包括主体111、第一侧壁112和第二侧壁113,第一侧壁112和第二侧壁113相对设置在主体111上,如图1所示。主体111、第一侧壁112和第二侧壁113形成一壳体11的收容空间,壳体11的收容空间可用于放置物体(图未示)。
第一侧壁112设置有收容空间114,电路板12设置在第一侧壁112的收容空间114内,例如电路板12通过螺丝固定在收容空间114内。
在其他实施例中,电路板12的电源(例如电池)可以设置在该收容空间114内,例如电路板12的电源先设置在收容空间114内,然后将电路板12固定在该电路板12的电源上。
第一盖板15设置在电路板12上,用于保护电路板12。其中第一盖板15固定在第一侧壁112上,第一盖板15可以通过卡扣或者螺丝等方式固定在第一侧壁112上。此外,第一侧壁112可以设置有凹槽(图未示),在凹槽内设置防水胶条,第一盖板15固定在防水胶条上,以提高感应装置10的防水性能。
第一盖板15设置有一通孔151,密封元件16设置在通孔151内。密封元件16用于密封第一盖板15的通孔151,密封元件16可以为密封胶圈。
感应线圈14设置在主体111上,与电路板12连接,用于判断物体是否从壳体11的收容空间取出。感应线圈14可为软质FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit,柔性电路板)感应线圈,因此感应线圈14可以通过粘贴的方式设置在主体111上。感应线圈14可以和第一侧壁112同 侧设置在主体111上,以减少感应线圈14和物体之间的距离。
在物体从壳体11的收容空间取出时,感应线圈14用于产生感应信号,电路板12根据感应信号产生控制信号。控制信号可以用于控制其他装置工作,例如电路板12与报警装置建立通信连接,电路板12将控制信号发送给报警装置,则报警装置发出报警信号,以避免物体被取出。
本实施例的感应装置10通过电路板12设置在第一侧壁112的收容空间内,感应线圈14设置在主体111上,感应线圈14与电路板12连接;在物体从壳体11的收容空间取出时,感应线圈14用于产生感应信号,电路板12根据感应信号产生控制信号;因此本实施例能够避免使用金属感应器,减少感应装置的体积和重量,便于携带,提高用户体验。
请参见图2所示,图2是本申请第二实施例的感应装置的拆解示意图。其与第一实施例的感应装置10的不同之处在于:该感应装置还包括开关单元13和第一螺母18,开关元件13设置在第一侧壁112远离第二侧壁113的侧面上,即开关元件13设置在第一盖板15和密封元件16上,开关元件13可通过螺丝固定在第一侧壁112上,即开关元件13的一端固定在第一侧壁112上,开关元件13的另一端设置第一螺母18。
其中,开关元件13可为弹性元件,密封元件16设置在开关元件13和电路板12之间。开关元件13用于控制电路板12和感应线圈14工作;在物体已经从壳体11的收容空间取出或者物体位于壳体11的收容空间时,由于开关元件13具有弹性,开关元件13通过密封元件16预压电路板12,此时电路板12断开,感应线圈14停止工作。在物体从壳体11的收容空间取出时,用户通过第一螺母18将开关元件13的另一端往远离壳体11的方向移动,开关元件13松开,即开关元件13没有通过密封元件16预压电路板12,此时电路板12通路,电路板12和感应线圈14正常工作。
本实施例的开关元件13用于控制电路板12和感应线圈14工作, 能够节省电量。
请参见图3和图4所示,图3是本申请第三实施例的感应装置的拆解示意图;图4是图3中感应装置的立体示意图。其与第二实施例的感应装置的不同之处在于:该开关元件13可为弹片,弹片13设置在第一盖板15和密封元件16上。其中开关元件13的形状可与物体的形状相匹配,即弹片13的形状与感应装置10放置的物体的形状相匹配。
弹片13还可以设置有一凹槽131,该凹槽131用于容纳密封元件16,以使得密封元件16设置在弹片13和电路板12之间。
感应装置还包括可调节螺母17,该可调节螺母17可以设置在弹片13上,其中弹片13的凹槽131还可以容纳可调节螺母17,如图3所示。可调节螺母17用于调节弹片13和电路板12之间的距离。例如,可调节螺母17顺时针旋转,此时弹片13和电路板12之间的距离增大;可调节螺母17逆时针旋转,此时弹片13和电路板12之间的距离减少。可调节螺母17通过调节弹片13和电路板12之间的距离,以调节弹片13的灵敏度;例如弹片13和电路板12之间的距离增大,则弹片13的灵敏度减弱;弹片13和电路板12之间的距离减少,则弹片13的灵敏度提高。
主体111远离第一侧壁112的一侧设置有卡槽115,该卡槽115可以用于固定感应装置,例如感应装置通过卡槽115固定在其他装置上。
本实施例的感应装置在弹片13上设置可调节螺母17,用于调节弹片13和电路板12之间的距离,进而调节弹片13的灵敏度,提高感应装置10的用户体验。
请参见图5-6所示,图5是本申请第四实施例的感应装置的拆解示意图;图6是图5中感应装置的立体示意图。其与第三实施例的感应装置的不同之处在于:感应装置进一步包括电池19和第二盖板116,其中电池19设置在第二侧壁113的收容空间内,电池19用于为电路板12供电。第二盖板116设置在电池19上,即第二盖板116固定在 第二侧壁113上;第二侧壁113可以设置凹槽,凹槽设置有防水胶圈,第二盖板116固定在防水胶圈上。第二盖板116可以通过卡扣或者螺丝等方式固定在防水胶圈上。
其中,主体111可以设置有连接线(图未示),该连接线用于连接电路板12和电池19。
本实施例的感应装置在第二侧壁113设置有可拆卸的电池19,方便用户更换电池,提高感应装置的使用体验。
请参见图7所示,图7是本申请第五实施例的感应装置的立体示意图。其与第四实施例的感应装置的不同之处在于:感应装置还可以包括垫片20,垫片20设置在第一侧壁112和第二侧壁113之间,用于调节第一侧壁112和第二侧壁113之间的宽度,进而调节壳体11的收容空间,用于放置不同尺寸的物体。
本实施例通过调节第一侧壁112和第二侧壁113之间的宽度,以使得不同尺寸的物体放置在感应装置。
请参见图8所示,图8是本申请第六实施例的感应装置的立体示意图。该实施例的感应装置70通过与拍摄装置71建立通信连接,在感应装置70产生控制信号时,感应装置70发送控制信号给拍摄装置71,拍摄装置71根据控制信号开启拍摄。其中,感应装置70为上述实施例所揭示的感应装置,在此不再赘述。
请参见图9-10所示,图9是本申请第一实施例的警用系统的结构示意图;图10是图9中感应装置装配在枪套上的结构示意图。该警用系统90包括感应装置91、枪套92、枪93和记录仪94,其中感应装置91为上述实施例所揭示的感应装置。感应装置91设置在枪套92上,记录仪94与感应装置91建立通信连接。
如图10所示,枪套92包括收纳部921和枪套开关922,收纳部921用于容纳枪93的扳机保护圈,感应装置91安装在收纳部921的外侧。枪套开关922的一端设置在枪套上,枪套开关922的另一端位于收纳部921上,感应装置91的第一螺母911设置在枪套开关922上。
在用户从枪套92将枪93拔出时,枪套开关922通过第一螺母911将感应装置91的弹片912往远离枪套92的方向移动,此时感应装置91的弹片912松开,感应装置91的电路板通路,感应装置91的感应线圈工作,用于产生感应信号,感应装置91的电路板根据感应信号产生控制信号,并将控制信号发送给记录仪94,记录仪94根据控制信号进行工作,以实现录制。
本实施例的警用系统90在枪93从枪套92取出时记录仪94工作,无需人工开启记录仪94,提高用户体验。
综上,本申请的壳体包括主体、第一侧壁和第二侧壁,第一侧壁和第二侧壁相对设置在主体上,壳体的收容空间用于放置物体,电路板设置在第一侧壁的收容空间内;感应线圈,设置在主体上,与电路板连接;在物体从壳体的收容空间取出时,感应线圈用于产生感应信号,电路板用于根据感应信号产生控制信号;本申请设置感应线圈判断物体从壳体的收容空间取出,并产生感应信号,避免使用金属感应器,减少感应装置的体积和重量,便于携带,提高用户体验
需要说明的是,以上各实施例均属于同一申请构思,各实施例的描述各有侧重,在个别实施例中描述未详尽之处,可参考其他实施例中的描述。可以理解,本申请各实施例可以单独使用,也可以结合其他实施例中的技术特征使用,本申请各实施例的组合仍属于本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种感应装置,其中,包括:
    壳体,包括主体、第一侧壁和第二侧壁,所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁相对设置在所述主体上,所述壳体的收容空间用于放置物体;
    电路板,设置在所述第一侧壁的收容空间内;
    感应线圈,设置在所述主体上,与所述电路板连接;
    在所述物体从所述壳体的收容空间取出时,所述感应线圈用于产生感应信号,所述电路板用于根据所述感应信号产生控制信号。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的感应装置,其中,所述感应装置还包括第一盖板、密封元件和开关元件,所述第一盖板设置在所述电路板上,所述第一盖板设置有一通孔,所述密封元件设置在所述通孔内,所述开关元件设置在所述第一盖板和所述密封元件上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的感应装置,其中,所述开关单元的一端固定在所述第一侧壁上,所述开关单元的另一端设置第一螺母;
    在所述物体从所述壳体的收容空间取出时,所述第一螺母用于将所述开关单元的另一端往远离所述壳体的方向移动,所述电路板通路,所述感应线圈工作;
    在所述物体已经从所述壳体的收容空间取出或者所述物体位于所述壳体的收容空间时,所述开关单元通过所述密封元件预压所述电路板,所述电路板断开,所述感应线圈停止工作。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的感应装置,其中,所述开关元件包括弹片,所述弹片设置在所述第一盖板和所述密封元件上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的感应装置,其中,所述弹片设置有一凹槽,所述凹槽用于容纳所述密封元件。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的感应装置,其中,所述感应装置还包括可调节螺母,设置在所述弹片上,用于调节所述弹片和所述电路板之间的距离,以调节所述弹片的灵敏度。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的感应装置,其中,所述感应装置还包括电池和第二盖板,所述电池设置在所述第二侧壁的收容空间内,所 述第二盖板设置在所述电池上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的感应装置,其中,所述感应装置还包括垫片,所述垫片设置在所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁之间,用于调节所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁之间的宽度。
  9. 一种警用系统,其中,所述警用系统包括感应装置、枪套、枪和记录仪,所述感应装置设置在所述枪套上,所述感应装置包括:
    壳体,包括主体、第一侧壁和第二侧壁,所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁相对设置在所述主体上,所述壳体的收容空间用于放置所述枪套;
    电路板,设置在所述第一侧壁的收容空间内;
    感应线圈,设置在所述主体上,与所述电路板连接;
    在所述枪从所述枪套取出时,所述感应线圈用于产生感应信号,所述电路板用于根据所述感应信号产生控制信号;
    所述记录仪与所述感应装置建立通信连接,在所述枪从所述枪套取出时,所述记录仪从所述感应装置接收到控制信号,并根据所述控制信号进行工作。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的警用系统,其中,所述枪套包括收纳部,所述收纳部用于容纳所述枪的扳机保护圈,所述感应装置安装在所述收纳部的外侧。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的警用系统,其中,所述感应装置还包括第一盖板、密封元件和开关元件,所述第一盖板设置在所述电路板上,所述第一盖板设置有一通孔,所述密封元件设置在所述通孔内,所述开关元件设置在所述第一盖板和所述密封元件上。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的警用系统,其中,所述开关单元的一端固定在所述第一侧壁上,所述开关单元的另一端设置第一螺母;
    在所述枪从所述枪套取出时,所述第一螺母用于将所述开关单元的另一端往远离所述壳体的方向移动,所述电路板通路,所述感应线圈工作;
    在所述枪已经从所述枪套取出或者所述枪位于所述枪套时,所述 开关单元通过所述密封元件预压所述电路板,所述电路板断开,所述感应线圈停止工作。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的警用系统,其中,所述开关元件包括弹片,所述弹片设置在所述第一盖板和所述密封元件上。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的警用系统,其中,所述弹片设置有一凹槽,所述凹槽用于容纳所述密封元件。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的警用系统,其中,所述感应装置还包括可调节螺母,设置在所述弹片上,用于调节所述弹片和所述电路板之间的距离,以调节所述弹片的灵敏度。
  16. 根据权利要求9所述的警用系统,其中,所述感应装置还包括电池和第二盖板,所述电池设置在所述第二侧壁的收容空间内,所述第二盖板设置在所述电池上。
  17. 根据权利要求9所述的警用系统,其中,所述感应装置还包括垫片,所述垫片设置在所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁之间,用于调节所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁之间的宽度。
