  • the metal sheets 2, along their longitudinal edges, are arched inwards forming additional longitudinal vertical reinforcements 2a which protect the supporting beam 3 against warping, which in turn increases the load-bearing capacity of the building object.
  • the longitudinal vertical reinforcements 2a are connected to the supporting beams 3 by adhesive bonding or mechanically by screws or by means of nails 12.
  • a tube 9 is set transversely in the opening 6 to maintain flow through this opening in the heat-insulating core 1.

Abstract

Cette invention concerne un système de panneaux sandwich structuraux fait de panneaux assemblés par des éléments de fixation sous la forme de bords latéraux profilés, ledit système étant constitué de panneaux sandwich structuraux de base (A) interconnectés au moyen d'une connexion interne (P), le panneau sandwich structural de base (A) contenant une âme d'isolation thermique (1), sur les deux surfaces de laquelle sont collées des tôles (2), des poutres de support (3) sous la forme de lattes en bois composite (3a) et (3b) étant placées dans les plans latéraux le long de la longueur entière du panneau, tandis que les tôles (2), le long de leurs bords longitudinaux, sont arquées vers l'intérieur de sorte à former des renforts verticaux longitudinaux (2a) qui sont fixés aux poutres de support (3) par collage ou par liaison mécanique. Entre les renforts verticaux longitudinaux (2a) il y a un espace (2b) avec au moins un élément d'étanchéité souple (7) disposé à sa périphérie, tandis que dans les plans supérieur et inférieur à l'intérieur du panneau sandwich structural de base (A), sur toute sa largeur, des contre-poutres (11a) sont installées entre les poutres de support (3), et sont fixées sur les sections de canal terminales extérieures (11), tandis que dans le plan du panneau sandwich structural de base (A) il y a des ouvertures latérales (6a) pour fixer les poutres de support (3) des panneaux sandwich structuraux de base (A) au moyen de vis pour aggloméré (13).
