Description

Sanitary tissue packaging
The present invention relates to a film-packaged sanitary thin paper package in which a thin paper bundle such as tissue paper is packed with a film or the like.
As a package of sanitary thin paper such as tissue paper, a paper box type (also called box tissue) in which a bundle of thin paper is stored in a paper storage box called a carton is well known. Many of the paper box type sanitary thin paper packages are formed by popping up a stack of 120 to 250 sets of two to four sets of sanitary thin paper.
In addition, the sanitary thin paper package is formed by compactly folding a set of two to four sanitary thin paper sheets, stacking 10 to 20 sets of thin paper sheets into a bundle of thin paper sheets, and wrapping the bundle with a flexible resin film. There is also a type for use (also called a pocket tissue).
On the other hand, there is also a film packaging type sanitary thin paper package in which a paper box type carton is replaced with a flexible film made of resin in order to reduce packaging materials and improve transportation costs and portability by downsizing. References 1-3). The sanitary thin paper package of the film packaging type is used as a substitute for a paper box type or for refilling, and is also used as a substitute for a pocket tissue. For example, for those who frequently have a runny nose, such as hay fever and allergic rhinitis patients, and those who use a lot of other stuff, it is convenient because it has more storage capacity than pocket tissue and is more portable than paper box type It is highly likely.
Conventionally, the outlet of this film-packaged sanitary thin paper package has a slit perforation formed by arranging one perforation on the upper surface in a straight line, and a substantially rectangular upper surface. Or, a generally rectangular or substantially elliptical opening formed by forming a substantially elliptical annular perforation and peeling off the portion is common. The former is common in portable types, and the latter is common in paper box types.

However, the conventional sanitary thin paper package has a problem that it is not easy to tear open perforations for forming an outlet.
Therefore, a main object of the present invention is to propose a sanitary thin paper package such as a film package type in which a perforation for forming an outlet can be easily opened.
The sanitary thin paper package which solved the above-mentioned subject is as follows.
<First aspect>
A sanitary tissue package comprising a tissue bundle in which a plurality of sanitary tissue papers are stacked, and a package for packaging the tissue bundle,
The upper surface of the package has a film portion made of a flexible film,
The film portion has an outlet forming portion where an elongated outlet is formed,
Between the film portion and the thin paper bundle, having an elongated member extending at least both end portions of the outlet forming portion,
The film portion has a first fixed portion and a second fixed portion respectively fixed to portions located at both ends of the outlet forming portion in the elongated member,
A perforation extending in a direction connecting the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion in the film portion is formed,
The film portion includes a knob portion including the first fixing portion provided on the first fixing portion side of the perforation, and the second fixing portion provided on the second fixing portion side of the perforation. Having at least one of a knob portion including a portion,
The knob is separated from its surroundings or can be separated,
A sanitary thin paper package characterized by the above.
(Effect)
In the present sanitary thin paper package, an outlet for taking out the sanitary thin paper can be formed as follows. That is, a knob provided as a part of the film portion is pinched and separated from the surroundings, and moved toward the opposite side of the perforation while lifting the knob. At this time, the slender member is fixed to the knob, and the slender member is fixed to a portion ahead of the opposite end of the perforation, so the slender member is pulled up so that the knob side is higher, Pressed at the perforation. As a result, when the knob is moved toward the side opposite to the perforation while being lifted, the perforation is torn by the elongated member pulled up along with the knob, and at least the portion where the knob is removed and the portion where the perforation is split open. Thereby, an outlet for taking out the internal sanitary thin paper is formed. Therefore, in the present sanitary thin paper package, the perforation for forming the outlet can be easily opened by one action of pinching and pulling the tab.
On the other hand, for example, in the case of a conventional film packaging type sanitary thin paper package, it is common to hold the both sides of the perforation with both hands and push the perforation to both sides with the thumb to split the perforation. However, (a) the position of the thumb is moved without tearing only the portion close to the portion to which the force is applied, and a plurality of push-opening operations are required. (B) The force is too large and the perforation is performed. There are problems such as tearing beyond the end, and (c) it is difficult to push open the perforation itself when the bundle of thin paper is tightly wrapped, and the tearing of the perforation is not easy.
<Second aspect>
The periphery of the knob has a first edge portion located on the end side of the perforation and a second edge portion located on a side far from the end of the perforation,
The first edge portion can be separated from the periphery by a branch perforation branched in two directions from the perforation,
The second edge portion is separated from its surroundings;
The sanitary tissue package of the first aspect.
(Effect)
In this aspect, since the second edge portion is separated from the surroundings in advance, it is easy to insert the tip of a finger on the back side of the second edge portion and to grip the knob portion. Then, the perforations of the first edge portion are cut off by pinching the knob portion with the finger placed on the back side of the second edge portion and turning it up, and the entire knob portion is separated from the surroundings. Therefore, the perforation tearing operation becomes easier.
<Third aspect>
An end of the elongate member coincides with the second edge portion;
The sanitary tissue package according to the second aspect.
(Effect)
If only the knob portion is pinched and pulled, the knob portion may peel off from the elongated member, making it impossible for the elongated member to rupture perforations. On the other hand, in the third aspect, such a problem is unlikely to occur because the knob and the elongated member can be gripped together.
<Fourth aspect>
The packaging body is formed by overlapping packaging with a flexible film, so that at least a pair of opposing side surfaces has a sealing portion by welding,
A cut piece of the elongated member, extending from the second edge portion or its vicinity to the sealing portion, between the package and the thin paper bundle,
The cut piece is welded to the sealing portion,
The sanitary tissue package according to the third aspect.
(Effect)
When the end of the elongated member is made to coincide with the second edge portion as described above, a manufacturing method for cutting the second edge portion in a state where the elongated member is arranged to cross the position to be the second edge portion is simple. Yes and preferred. However, in this case, since the cut piece of the elongated member remains in the package, if the cut piece is not fixed, the cut piece may come out of the outlet with the sanitary thin paper during use. The cut pieces of the elongated member may not only become garbage, but may be used without being noticed while being attached to the sanitary thin paper. On the other hand, as described above, when the cut piece is welded to the sealing portion by using the overlapping packaging and utilizing the sealing portion formed by welding inevitably formed on the side surface, The resulting problem can be prevented.
<Fifth aspect>
In the tissue bundle, the sanitary thin paper is folded in half, and the folded pieces of other sanitary thin papers located above and below the folded inner side are located, and a plurality of sanitary thin papers are folded and stacked to be a pop-up type. Of a substantially rectangular parallelepiped,
The package is a film package formed along the outer surface of the tissue bundle,
The perforation is provided one along the longitudinal direction of the upper surface portion,
The film portion includes a knob portion including the first fixing portion provided on the first fixing portion side of the perforation, and a knob including the second fixing portion provided on the second fixing portion side. Has both parts,
The sanitary tissue package according to any one of the first to fourth aspects.
(Effect)
By providing the knobs on both the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion as in this embodiment, the tearing direction is not limited, and the perforation can be split from either side. Further, since both the knobs are connected via the elongated member, the perforation is cut open by pinching and pulling one of the knobs, and the other knob can be cut off and discarded as it is. . Further, since both ends of the outlet become openings formed by removing the knob, and between them become slits formed by tearing the perforations, the pop-up is excellent. In other words, having such a slit portion and an opening portion allows the sanitary thin paper to be taken out one sheet at a time, and the sanitary thin paper to be taken out next is held without falling into the package.
<Sixth aspect>
The edge of the film portion surrounding the knob portion has a shape in which the interval between one portion and the other portion increases from the end of the perforation toward the side opposite to the perforation side,
The sanitary tissue package according to any one of the first to fifth aspects.
(Effect)
In this aspect, when the knob is lifted and moved toward the opposite side of the perforation, the elongated member extending from the knob is guided to the end of the perforation along the edge of the film surrounding the knob. It becomes. Therefore, even if the positions of the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion with respect to the perforations are slightly displaced during manufacturing, the elongated member can easily hit the end of the perforations, and the tearing can be started smoothly.
According to the present invention, a perforation for forming an outlet can be easily split.

Hereinafter, the sanitary tissue package 1 will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the sanitary tissue package 1 includes a thin tissue bundle 3 in which a plurality of sanitary thin papers 2 are stacked, and a packaging body 4 that wraps the thin tissue bundle 3.
(Sanitary thin paper)
The sanitary thin paper 2 is, for example, rectangular and has a ply structure in which one base paper or a plurality of base papers of the same shape are stacked. A ply means a layer, and a two-ply is a superposition of two base papers. The number of base paper layers (number of plies) in the laminated sanitary thin paper 2 is not particularly limited. For example, two plies, three plies, four plies, or a plurality of plies or more may constitute one set. Can be. Generally, the ply structure is from 2 plies to 4 plies. When the sanitary thin paper 2 having the ply structure is used, this number of plies is particularly suitable. In addition, the sanitary thin paper 2 is counted by the number of sets. This is different from the number of plies, which is the number of layers of base paper.
The basis weight of the sanitary thin paper 2 is not particularly limited, but is preferably in the range of 10 to 25 g / m 2 per sheet. When the basis weight of the sanitary thin paper 2 is less than 10 g / m 2 , it is difficult from the viewpoint of improvement in softness, but it is difficult to properly secure sufficient strength for use. Conversely, if the basis weight of the sanitary thin paper 2 is more than 25 g / m 2 , a process such as applying a lotion agent is required to make a thick and soft sheet, and ordinary papermaking techniques become too hard, Is likely to be bad. This range of the basis weight is particularly suitable for the use of the sanitary thin paper 2 as tissue paper or kitchen paper. In addition, the grammage refers to a grammage measured by JIS P 8124 (1998).
The crepe rate of the sanitary thin paper 2 is not particularly limited, but is preferably 10 to 30%. If it is less than 10%, the sheet will not be stretched during use, resulting in a poor feeling of use, and the sheets will adhere to each other during compression, making it difficult to restore. If it exceeds 30%, the surface properties of the paper are rough and the feeling of use is inferior, and the paper is easily stretched when compressed and hardly restored.
(4) The thickness of the sanitary thin paper 2 may be appropriately adjusted. For example, the thickness is preferably 90 to 130 μm for tissue paper and 150 to 220 μm for kitchen paper. The paper thickness mentioned here is obtained by sufficiently adjusting the humidity of the test piece under the conditions of JIS P # 8111 (1998), and then using a dial thickness gauge (thickness measuring device) "PEACOCK @ G type" (manufactured by Ozaki Seisakusho) under the same conditions. It is measured using the thickness of the product sheet, not the thickness of the base paper. When the sanitary thin paper 2 has a laminated structure, it is not necessary to unify the thicknesses of the base papers constituting each layer.
The sanitary thin paper 2 may or may not be appropriately embossed. The sanitary thin paper 2 may be a so-called wet type impregnated with a chemical solution, but is preferably a dried dry type. The dry-type sanitary thin paper 2 may be one in which a chemical solution such as a suitable humectant or softener is carried by internal or external addition, or one in which these are not carried.
(Base paper)
The base paper constituting the sanitary thin paper 2 can be manufactured from a papermaking raw material for a thin paper using raw pulp as a main raw material. Raw pulp is not particularly limited. An appropriate raw material pulp can be selected according to the specific use of the sanitary thin paper, and can be used after being appropriately blended.
Examples of the raw material pulp include wood pulp, non-wood pulp, synthetic pulp, waste paper pulp, and more specifically, groundwood pulp (GP), stone ground pulp (SGP), refiner ground pulp (RGP), and pressurized pulp. Mechanical pulp (MP) such as groundwood pulp (PGW), thermomechanical pulp (TMP), chemithermomechanical pulp (CTMP), bleach chemithermomechanical pulp (BCTMP), chemical mechanical pulp (CGP), semi-chemical pulp ( Kraft pulp (KP) such as SCP), hardwood bleached kraft pulp (LBKP), softwood bleached kraft pulp (NBKP), and their unbleached pulp, soda pulp (AP), sulfite pulp (SP), and dissolved pulp (DP) ), Such as chemical pulp (CP), nylon, rayon, polyes Pulp, synthetic pulp made from polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), waste paper pulp such as deinked pulp (DIP), waist pulp (WP), pulp pulp (TP), cotton, flax, hemp, jute, manila hemp, ramie, etc. From rag pulp, straw pulp, esparto pulp, bagasse pulp, bamboo pulp, kenaf pulp and other stem pulp, bast pulp and other auxiliary pulp, and one or more types can be appropriately selected and used. .
The raw material pulp is preferably a mixture of NBKP and LBKP. Recycled paper pulp may be appropriately blended, but it is preferable that it is composed only of NBKP and LBKP in terms of texture and the like, and in that case, the blending ratio is NBKP: LBKP = 20: 80 to 80:20 NBKP: LBKP = 30: 70 to 60:40 is particularly desirable.
The papermaking raw material is made into thin paper through, for example, a known papermaking process, specifically, an inlet, a wire part, a press part, a dryer part, a calendar part, and the like. In papermaking, for example, fiber dispersants such as PEO, retention agents, pH adjusters such as caustic soda, defoamers, preservatives, dry paper strength agents, wet strength agents, softeners, soft humectants, bulkiness An appropriate chemical such as an agent, a dye, a fixing agent, a slime controlling agent, a release agent for adjusting the sticking of the wet paper to the dryer, and an adhesive can be added as necessary.
(Thin paper bundle)
The thin tissue bundle 3 is formed by laminating the above-described sanitary thin papers 2. In general tissue paper, kitchen paper, and the like, as shown in FIG. 2, the rectangular sanitary thin paper 2 is substantially folded in two, and the folded piece 2B is located between the folded pieces of vertically adjacent thin paper 2A. In many cases, the layers are stacked while alternately overlapping. Such a thin paper bundle 3 has a pair of long sides 3B on which the folded edges 2C of each sanitary thin paper 2 are arranged, a pair of short sides 3A on which the folded edges 2C are not arranged, and further has a short side 3A and a long side. It has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape having a pair of flat surfaces (upper and lower surfaces) 3C connected to 3B. Here, “substantially” means that a slight turn of an edge formed in manufacturing is allowed.
(4) The thin paper bundle 3 having such a laminated structure is for enabling a so-called pop-up system to be pulled out. That is, in the thin paper bundle 3 having the laminated structure, when one folded piece 201 located at the uppermost position is pulled up, another folded piece 202 immediately below the folded piece 201 is dragged upward and lifted. Therefore, when this thin paper bundle 3 is accommodated in a packaging body 4 described later, when the first sheet 201 (one sheet located on the uppermost surface) is pulled out from the outlet formed on the upper surface portion, As in the example shown in FIG. 10, a part of another sheet 202 located immediately below the part 202 is exposed.
The thin paper bundle 3 having such a laminated structure can be manufactured by a known multi-stand type, rotary type inter folder.
Although the number of laminated sheets in the thin paper bundle 3 is not limited, the typical number of laminated sheets of this type of product is 75 to 240 sets, and is 100 to 240 sets for a general two-ply tissue paper product. .
Although the dimensions of the thin paper bundle 3 can be determined as appropriate, the width Wi (dimension in the direction along the folded edge in the case of the pop-up method) can be about 160 to 240 mm in the usual case, and the depth Di (width and (The dimension in the direction perpendicular to) can be about 80 to 130 mm, and the height Hi can be about 30 to 100 mm.
(Package)
The package 4 is preferably a film package 4 entirely made of a flexible film as shown in the illustrated example. However, as long as the package 4 has a film portion made of a flexible film on the upper surface, a paper packaging box (carton) is used. (Also referred to as a box), an opening may be formed in the upper surface, and a film may be provided to close the opening. The film portion may be composed of a single-layer film or a multilayer film.
The packaging structure of the film package 4 is not limited, and includes, for example, three-side closed packaging, four-side closed packaging, overlap packaging (also called caramel packaging or fin seal), pillow packaging, gusset packaging, deep drawing vacuum packaging, and the like. Known film packaging can be adopted.
Although these packaging structures are well-known technologies, as a precautionary explanation, in the overlap packaging, as shown in FIG. 1, an object to be packaged (thin paper bundle 3) is wrapped with a wrapping film, and the wrapping direction. And a portion extending beyond the packaged object in a direction perpendicular to the winding direction is folded from two opposing edges toward the packaged object, and a triangular piece formed at that time Alternatively, it is a packaging structure in which the trapezoidal pieces 4f are sealed with each other at the end portions or the like. When the above-described laminated structure of the pop-up type sanitary thin paper 2 is employed in the overlap packaging, the side sealing is performed at a position facing the short side surface 3A where the folded edge 2C of the sanitary thin paper 2 in the thin paper bundle 3 is not aligned. It is preferable that the stop 4s is located. In particular, since the sanitary thin paper package 1 is sometimes piled up and sold at a store, it is desirable that the sanitary thin paper package 1 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape or a cubic shape, has some rigidity, and is excellent in shape retention. Therefore, the film package 4 is generally not suitable for such a sales form. However, the overlap package can be formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape or a cubic shape, and has high rigidity due to welding of the side sealing portion 4s. Therefore, the film package 4 is suitable for the above-mentioned sales form.
As shown in FIG. 9, the pillow wrapping wraps an object to be wrapped (thin paper bundle 3) with a wrapping film, seals edges overlapping in the wrapping direction, and further wraps the object in a direction orthogonal to the wrapping direction. This is a packaging structure in which both ends extending beyond the object are sealed without being folded. In the case of adopting the above-described laminated structure of the pop-up type sanitary thin paper 2 in the pillow packaging, the side sealing is performed at a position facing the short side surface 3A where the folded edge 2C of the sanitary thin paper 2 in the thin paper bundle 3 is not aligned. It is preferable that the portion 4s is located.
Although not shown, the gusset package is formed by inserting an object to be packaged (thin paper bundle 3) into a gusseted tubular body, and sealing both ends extending beyond the object to be packaged without folding. It is a packaging structure.
The sealing of each part in the film package 4 can be performed by welding of a packaging film (heat welding, ultrasonic welding, or the like), a hot melt adhesive, or the like.
The film package 4 can be formed of a flexible resin film material. As such a film material, a polyethylene film, a polypropylene film, a polyester film, a polyethylene terephthalate film, a nylon film, a vinylidene chloride film, a monolayer film of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, or a laminated film containing these films as appropriate Laminated films and gas barrier films obtained by subjecting such films to surface treatment such as aluminum deposition can be exemplified. However, a polypropylene film and a polyethylene film are preferred from the viewpoint of cost. The thickness of the film material can be appropriately selected in consideration of flexibility, cost, gas permeability, and heat sealability at the time of packaging, and can be, for example, about 25 to 100 μm.
(Portion forming part)
The film portion on the upper surface portion of the package 4 (the entire upper surface portion becomes the film portion in the case of the film package 4) has an outlet forming portion 10 in which an elongated outlet 20 is formed. The outlet forming portion 10 is a closed portion in a product state, and is a portion determined by a peripheral edge of a knob 11 described later and a perforation 12. The shape of the outlet forming portion 10 is determined according to the shape of the outlet 20 formed at the time of use. As long as the shape of the outlet 20 is an elongated shape, it may be an elliptical shape or an elliptical shape which is entirely open. However, as shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, both end portions (or only one end portion may be used). The opening 21 is desirably a slit 22 such as a straight line (see FIG. 6) or a wavy line (see FIG. 8) extending from the opening 21.
The position of the outlet forming portion 10 can be determined as appropriate. However, when the shape of the package 4 is a substantially rectangular parallelepiped, the longitudinal direction of the outlet forming portion 10 is preferably along the longitudinal direction of the upper surface. Further, it is preferable that the outlet forming portion 10 is located in the middle in the short direction, particularly at the center. In particular, when the above-described laminated structure of the pop-up type sanitary thin paper 2 is employed, the outlet forming portion 10 is provided substantially at the center of the upper surface of the product along the folded edge 2C of the thin paper bundle 3 as shown in the illustrated example. Is desirable.
The size of the outlet forming portion 10 determines the size of the outlet 20 and can be appropriately determined. However, in consideration of the pop-up property described above, the total width 10w of the outlet forming portion 10 (the total width 20w of the outlet 20) is considered. Is preferably 60 to 81% of the dimension of the thin paper bundle 3 in the longitudinal direction of the outlet forming portion 10 (the width Wi of the thin paper bundle 3 in the illustrated example).
(Elongated member)
Characteristically, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, at least an outlet is provided between the film portion of the package 4 (the entire upper surface portion of the package 4 in the illustrated example; the same applies hereinafter) and the bundle of thin paper 3. An elongated member 13 extending across both ends of the forming portion 10 is interposed. As the elongated member 13, a thread-like member, a string-like member, or a band-like member can be used, but a thin and strong member is preferable. For example, it is preferable that the thickness (width in the case of a strip) of the elongated member 13 is about 0.5 to 5 mm. The material of the elongated member 13 can be used regardless of whether it is natural or synthetic. For example, the material can be appropriately selected from the resins described above for the film material.
The elongated member 13 may extend longer than the outlet forming portion 10 at least as far as both ends of the outlet forming portion 10, and may extend, for example, to the side surface of the tissue bundle 3. It is preferable that the length be within the range.
The film portion of the package 4 has a first fixing portion 41 and a second fixing portion 42 fixed to portions of the elongated member 13 located at both ends of the outlet forming portion 10, respectively. In the portion between the first fixing portion 41 and the second fixing portion 42, it is preferable that the elongated member 13 and the film portion of the package 4 are not fixed, but they are fixed so as to be peelable or not to be peeled. You may.
The fixing between the film portion and the elongated member 13 in the first fixing portion 41 and the second fixing portion 42 is performed not only via an adhesive such as a hot melt adhesive but also by welding at least one of the film portion and the elongated member 13. be able to.
(Perforation)
Characteristically, one perforation 12 is formed between the first fixing portion 41 and the second fixing portion 42 in the film portion of the package 4 and extends in the direction connecting them. Further, the film portion of the package 4 is provided with the knob 11 including the first fixing portion 41 provided adjacent to the first fixing portion 41 side of the perforation 12 and the second fixing portion 42 side of the perforation 12. And a knob 11 including a second fixing portion 42 provided adjacent to the knob. The knob 11 can be separated from its surroundings.
In the sanitary thin paper package 1, the outlet 20 for taking out the sanitary thin paper 2 can be formed as follows. That is, as shown in FIG. 4A, the knob 11 is pinched and separated from the surroundings, and the knob 11 is moved toward the opposite side of the perforation 12 while being lifted. At this time, the elongated member 13 is fixed to the knob 11, and the elongated member 13 is fixed to a portion ahead of the end on the opposite side of the perforation 12. Therefore, the elongated member 13 is higher on the knob 11 side. And is pressed against the perforations 12. As a result, when the knob 11 is moved toward the opposite side of the perforation 12 while being lifted, the perforation 12 is torn by the elongated member 13 pulled up as shown in FIG. As shown in (1), an opening 21 formed of at least the opening 21 from which the knob 11 is removed and the slit formed by the tearing of the perforation 12 is formed. Therefore, in the present sanitary thin paper package 1, the perforation 12 can be easily torn open to form the outlet 20 by one action of pinching and pulling the knob 11.
In addition, by providing the knobs 11 on both the first fixing portion 41 and the second fixing portion 42, the tearing direction is not limited, and the perforation 12 can be split from either side. In addition, since both the knobs 11 are connected via the elongated member 13, as shown in FIG. 5, one of the knobs 11 is pinched and pulled to tear open the perforation 12, and then, as shown in FIG. Even the knob 11 can be separated and discarded. The knob 11 may be provided only on one of the first fixing portion 41 and the second fixing portion 42. In this case, the knob 11 and the elongated member 13 used for tearing the perforations 12 may be used while being connected to the film portion of the package 4 or may be torn off from the film portion and discarded.
The perforation 12 is formed along the shape of the intended outlet 20. Although the number of perforations 12 is not limited, as in the examples shown in FIGS. 6 and 8, if the number of perforations 12 is one, both ends of the outlet 20 become openings 21 formed by removing the knob 11. Is formed as a slit 22 formed by the cleavage of the perforations 12, so that the pop-up is excellent. That is, with such slits 22 and openings 21, as shown in FIG. 10, the sanitary thin paper 2 can be more reliably taken out one by one, and the next sanitary thin paper 2 to be taken out is placed in the package 4. It will be held without being depressed.
As shown in FIG. 7A, when a plurality of perforations 12 are provided at intervals in a direction orthogonal to a direction connecting the first fixing portion 41 and the second fixing portion 42, one of the perforations 12 is provided. After the perforations 12 are cleaved by the elongated member 13, as shown in FIG. 7B, the other perforations 12 are used without being cleaved or not shown, but the remaining The perforation 12 can be used in a state in which the perforation 12 is opened by hand and the entire outlet 20 is opened 21.
As shown in FIG. 7 (a), the entire periphery of the knob 11 may be cut off. However, in order to prevent dust or the like from being mixed into the package 4, a part or all of the periphery is removed from the periphery. It is preferable that the connection is made to be separable through a perforation or the like. However, if the entire periphery of the knob 11 is connected to the surroundings, it becomes difficult to grip the knob 11. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 8, it is desirable that a part of the periphery of the knob portion 11 be separably connected to the periphery through a perforation or the like, and that the remaining portion be cut off in advance.
In particular, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 8, a first edge portion 11 a located on the end side of the perforation 12 in the periphery of the knob 11 is formed by a branch perforation branched in two directions from the perforation 12. It is preferable that the second edge portion 11b located on the side far from the end of the perforation 12 in the peripheral edge of the knob 11 be separated from the periphery. In this manner, when the second edge portion 11b is cut off from the surroundings in advance, it becomes easy to insert the tip of a finger on the back side of the second edge portion 11b to grip the knob portion 11 as shown in FIG. The perforation 12 of the first edge portion 11a is cut off by pinching and turning up the knob 11 with a finger placed on the back side of the second edge portion 11b, and the entire knob 11 is separated from the surroundings.
The boundary between the first edge portion 11a and the second edge portion 11b can be appropriately determined, but the second edge in the direction passing through the first fixing portion 41 and the second fixing portion 42 (the longitudinal direction of the package 4 in the illustrated example). The dimension w1 of the edge portion 11b is preferably about 2 to 25 mm, and the second dimension in a direction perpendicular to the direction passing through the first fixing portion 41 and the second fixing portion 42 (the short direction of the package 4 in the illustrated example). The dimension d1 of the edge portion 11b is preferably about 5 to 25 mm. When the size is within this range, it is easy to pick up from children to adults when the outlet 20 is formed, and it is difficult for dust and the like to enter the package 4 before and after the outlet 20 is formed.
The shape of the knob 11 is not particularly limited, and may be an appropriate shape such as a polygon, a circle, an ellipse, a semicircle, a semiellipse, and a tear shape (see FIG. 8). In particular, the edge of the film portion surrounding the knob 11 (the edge 21e of the opening 21) extends from the end of the perforation 12 to a certain portion on the opposite side of the perforation 12 from the distance between one portion and the other portion. Is preferably formed in an enlarged shape. Accordingly, when the knob 11 is moved toward the opposite side of the perforation 12 while being lifted, the elongated member 13 extending from the knob 11 causes the end of the perforation 12 along the edge of the film portion surrounding the knob 11. Will be guided to. Therefore, even if the positions of the first fixing portion 41 and the second fixing portion 42 with respect to the perforations 12 are slightly shifted during manufacturing, the elongated member 13 easily hits the end of the perforations 12 and the start of tearing is smoothly performed. Become like The edge of the film surrounding the knob 11 is formed when the edge of the knob 11 is formed.
The size of the knob 11 can be appropriately determined as long as it is the same as or larger than the size of the first fixing portion 41 and the second fixing portion 42. In the normal case, the first fixing portion 41 and the second fixing portion 42 The dimension w2 of the knob 11 in the passing direction (in the illustrated example, the longitudinal direction of the package 4) is preferably about 10 to 20 mm, and is perpendicular to the direction passing through the first fixing part 41 and the second fixing part 42 ( In the illustrated example, the dimension d2 of the knob 11 in the width direction of the package 4 is preferably about 10 to 20 mm. When the size is within this range, it is easy to pick up from children to adults when the outlet 20 is formed, and it is difficult for dust and the like to enter the package 4 before and after the outlet 20 is formed. The pop-up property at the time of withdrawal is hardly impaired.
If only the knob 11 is pinched and pulled without pinching the elongated member 13, the knob 11 may be peeled off from the elongated member 13, making it impossible to tear the perforations 12 by the elongated member 13. Therefore, the position of the end of the elongated member 13 can be appropriately determined. However, when the end coincides with the second edge portion 11b as in the example shown in FIGS. 1 and 6, the state shown in FIG. As can be understood, since the knob 11 and the elongated member 13 can be pinched together, such a problem hardly occurs.
When the end of the elongated member 13 is made to coincide with the second edge portion 11b, a manufacturing method of cutting the second edge portion 11b in a state where the elongated member 13 is arranged to cross the position to be the second edge portion 11b. Is simple and preferred. However, in this case, since the cut piece 13c of the elongated member 13 remains in the package 4, if the cut piece 13c is not fixed, the cut piece 13c is removed from the outlet 20 with the sanitary thin paper 2 during use. There is a risk of coming out. The cut pieces 13c of the elongated member 13 may not only become garbage, but may be used without being noticed while being attached to the sanitary thin paper 2. Therefore, when the cut piece 13c of the elongated member 13 that extends from the second edge portion 11b or its vicinity to the sealing portion is included between the package 4 and the thin paper bundle 3, as shown in FIGS. When the cut piece 13c is welded to the sealing portion 4s by using the overlapped packaging with the packaging film for the package 4 and utilizing the sealing portion 4s formed by welding inevitably formed on the side surface, the cut piece 13c described above is obtained. Can be prevented. With such a structure, for example, before cutting the second edge portion 11b and the elongated member 13, the elongated member 13 is arranged so as to reach the side surface of the thin paper bundle 3, and sealing by side welding of the overlap packaging is performed. Then, only the packaging film or the packaging film and the elongated member 13 is melted by the heat of the sealing, and after the packaging film and the elongated member 13 are welded, the second edge portion 11b and the elongated member 13 are cut by a die cutter. It can be built by doing. Further, after sealing the side surface of the overlap package and further cutting the second edge portion 11b and the elongated member 13, the sealing portion 4s on the side surface of the overlap package is reheated to cut the cut piece 13c into a packaging film. Can be welded to the sealing portion 4s.
(Pop-up test)
Various samples shown in Table 1 were prepared, and an opening evaluation test and a pop-up evaluation test shown below were performed. The packages 4 of the samples 2 to 6, 11 and 12 have the same circular knobs 11 and 1 as shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 except that the diameter of the knob 11 and the total width 20w of the outlet 20 are different. It was common in that it was a polyethylene film (55 μm thick) package having a linear perforation 12. The packages of Samples 1 and 7 to 10 were common in that they had no knob and elongated member and had only one linear perforation except for the dimensions of the outlet. The dimensions of the package 4 are 200 mm in width (We) × 105 mm in depth (De) × 45 mm in height (He), and 150 bundles (2 plies) of the thin paper bundle 3 housed therein, and the dimensions of the thin paper bundle 3 are as follows. The width (Wi) was 195 mm, the depth (Di) was 103 mm, and the height (Hi) was 45 mm. The tissue paper 2 of each sample was tissue paper, the basis weight per sheet was 11.7 g / m 2 , and the thickness was 75 μm. As the elongated member 13, the same polyethylene film as that of the package 4 in the form of a strip having a width of 3 mm was used.
The openability evaluation test was carried out by six subjects according to the following procedure, and the presence or absence of tearing of the package at the time of opening, the presence or absence of tearing of the tissue at the time of opening, and the ease of opening were evaluated. Table 1 shows the evaluation results.
That is, the perforations of Samples 1 and 7 to 10 were cleaved by grasping both sides of the perforation with both hands and pushing the perforation open on both sides with the thumb. In this case, if even one person breaks the package beyond the edge of the perforation due to too much force, the tear of the package at the time of opening is evaluated as ×, and no such tear is found The tear of the package at the time of opening was evaluated as Δ. In addition, at this time, if the tissue inside the package is torn by one person, the tear of the tissue at the time of opening is evaluated as ×, and if there is no such tear, the tear of the tissue at the time of opening is evaluated.評 価 was evaluated. Further, at this time, seven levels of ease of opening (very easy to open: 7, easy to open: 6, slightly easy to open: 5, neither way: 4, slightly easy to open: 3, difficult to open: 2, fairly easy to open) Difficult: Sensory evaluation was performed according to 1), and the average value of six persons was rounded off to obtain an evaluation value.
The pop-up evaluation test was performed according to the following procedure, and the evaluation results are shown in Table 1.
A double-sided tape of 15 × 100 mm was attached along the depth direction (transverse direction) 5 mm inward from both ends in the longitudinal direction (width direction) on the back surface of the package 4 and fixed to the upper surface of the horizontal laboratory bench.
As shown in FIG. 10, the central portion of the tip of the sanitary thin paper 2 popping up from the outlet 20 is sandwiched between clips (trade name: eye clip Cree 16 manufactured by KOKUYO), and one pressing portion 51 a of the clip 51 is pressed. The hook 52a of the push-pull gauge (Z2-20, manufactured by Imada Co., Ltd.) is passed through the hole, and the push-pull gauge 52 is pulled in the vertical direction. Remove the thin paper 2.
-Take out all 150 sets of the sanitary thin paper 2 and count the number of times the sanitary thin paper 2 has fallen into the package 4 (even when the next sanitary thin paper 2 does not come out of the outlet to both ends, it was counted as a dip), and the number of drops Is less than 5 times, and was evaluated as し, and 5 times or more was evaluated as x.
