Description

Report output program, report output method, and report output device
The present invention relates to a report output program, a report output method, and a report output device. In particular, the present invention relates to a report output program, a report output method, and a report output device for outputting a report on a subject.
Japan's life expectancy has been remarkably prolonged due to the improvement of living standards, improvement of sanitary conditions, and improvement of medical care standards following the postwar economic growth. For this reason, coupled with a decrease in the birth rate, the aging society has a high aging rate. In such an aging society, an increase in the number of care recipients who need nursing care is expected due to illness, injury, aging, and the like.
In facilities such as welfare facilities for the elderly and hospitals, morning care, which is care after waking up, and evening care, which is care before going to bed, are provided to multiple subjects at a time. It is done. Such care affects the wake-up time or bedtime of each of the plurality of subjects, while the order of care for the plurality of subjects is usually determined by the convenience of the facility. For this reason, when the time of morning care or evening care is late, the subject may be kept waiting for a long time after getting up or before going to bed, or when the time of morning care is early, the subject may be woken up early. Occurs.
On the other hand, at such facilities, the sleep status of the subject at the facility is reported. As a technique for reporting a sleep state of a subject, there is, for example, a technique described in Patent Document 1 below. According to this technology, a sleep state history including a wake-up time and a bedtime of a subject (target person), and an evaluation report including a sleep state evaluation result and the like are output.
However, the technology described in Patent Literature 1 merely reports the sleep state of one subject. For this reason, it is difficult for the staff providing the report to consider the effective order of morning care or evening care for multiple subjects while comparing the wake-up time or bedtime of multiple subjects. There's a problem. In addition, satisfaction of the plurality of subjects for morning care or evening care is not improved.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems.
(overall structure)
FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating an entire configuration of a watching system, and FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating an example of a detection unit installed around a bed in a room of a subject.
As shown in FIG. 1, the watching system 1 includes a plurality of detection units 10, a server 20, an administrator terminal 30, and one or more staff terminals 40. These are communicably connected to each other by wire or wireless via a network 50 such as a LAN (Local Area Network), a telephone network or a data communication network. The network 50 may include a repeater that relays a communication signal, such as a repeater, a bridge, a router, or a cross-connect. In the example shown in FIG. 1, the staff terminal 40 is connected to the detection unit 10, the server 20, the administrator terminal 30, and a network 50 such as a wireless LAN (for example, a LAN according to the IEEE 802.11 standard) including an access point 51. They are communicably connected to each other.
The watching system 1 is provided at an appropriate place according to the target person 70. The target person 70 (watching target person) is, for example, a patient who needs nursing due to illness or injury, a cared person who needs nursing care due to a decrease in physical ability due to the elderly, a single person living alone, and the like. In particular, from the viewpoint of enabling early detection and early coping, the target person 70 may be a person who needs to be detected when a predetermined inconvenient event such as an abnormal state occurs in the person. For this reason, the watching system 1 is suitably disposed in buildings such as hospitals, welfare facilities for the elderly, and dwelling units according to the type of the subject 70. In the example illustrated in FIG. 1, the watching system 1 is disposed in a facility building including a plurality of rooms (rooms) in which a plurality of subjects 70 enter and a plurality of rooms including a nurse station.
The detection unit 10 is arranged in each living room, which is the observation area of the subject 70. In the example illustrated in FIG. 1, the four detection units 10 are arranged in the rooms of the subjects 70, A, B, C, and D, respectively. The bed 60 is included in the observation area of the detection unit 10. The staff 80 who performs care (eg, care) for the target person 70 such as nursing or nursing carries the staff terminal 40 which is a portable terminal. However, the position, the number, and the like of each component included in the watching system 1 are not limited to the example illustrated in FIG. For example, the server 20 may not be located at the nurse station, and may be an external server unit connected to the network 50.
(Detection unit 10)
FIG. 3 is a block diagram illustrating a hardware configuration of the detection unit. As shown in FIG. 1, the detection unit 10 includes a control unit 11, a communication unit 12, a camera 13, a nurse call unit 14, and a voice input / output unit 15, which are interconnected by a bus.
制御部11は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)、およびRAM(Random Access Memory)、ROM(Read Only Memory)等のメモリにより構成され、プログラムにしたがって検出部10の各部の制御および演算処理を行う。なお、制御部11は、メモリとして、さらにHDD(Hard Disk Drive)を備えてもよい。 The control unit 11 includes a CPU (Central Processing Unit), a RAM (Random Access Memory), and a memory such as a ROM (Read Only Memory), and performs control and arithmetic processing of each unit of the detection unit 10 according to a program. Note that the control unit 11 may further include an HDD (Hard \ Disk \ Drive) as a memory.
The communication unit 12 is an interface circuit (for example, a LAN card) for communicating with another device such as the server 20, the administrator terminal 30, or the staff terminal 40 via the network 50.
The camera 13 is arranged, for example, on the ceiling of a living room or on an upper part of a wall, and captures an area including the bed 60 of the subject 70 as an observation area, and outputs a captured image (image data). Hereinafter, an image captured by the camera 13 is also simply referred to as a “photographed image”. The captured image includes an image including the target person 70. The photographed images include still images and moving images. Although the camera 13 is a near-infrared camera, a visible light camera may be used instead, or these may be used in combination.
The control unit 11 recognizes the behavior of the target person 70 from the image captured by the camera 13. Recognized actions include, for example, “wake up” in which the target person 70 gets up from the bed 60, “gets out of bed”, “falls down” on the floor surface, and “falls down” that falls off the bed 60. included.
The control unit 11 detects a silhouette of an image (hereinafter, referred to as a “human silhouette”) from a plurality of captured images (moving images). The human silhouette can be detected by, for example, extracting a range of pixels having a relatively large difference by a time difference method of extracting a difference between images whose shooting time is before and after. The human silhouette may be detected by a background difference method that extracts a difference between the captured image and the background image. Whether the user wakes up, gets out of bed, falls, or falls is determined by the posture of the subject 70 (for example, standing, sitting, lying down, etc.) based on the detected human silhouette, and the relative positional relationship with the objects installed in the living room such as the bed 60. And so on. Such recognition may be performed by a program processed by the CPU of the control unit 11 or may be performed by a built-in processing circuit. The present invention is not limited to this, and the server 20 may perform all or most of these processes, and the control unit 11 may transmit only the captured image to the server 20. When recognizing any of the actions, the control unit 11 transmits a notification to the effect that the action has occurred to the server 20 or the like.
The control unit 11 may recognize “entering the floor” where the target person 70 enters the bed 60 from the captured image captured by the camera 13 and notify the server 20 or the like. In addition, from the captured image captured by the camera 13, the control unit 11 determines that the state where the target person 70 is in the observation area is in the living room (ie, “occupied”), and that the target person 70 is not in the observation area is not in the living room (ie, "Absence") may be recognized and notified to the server 20 or the like.
The staff 80 is a person who performs various responses to the target person 70 according to the business. Services include medical services and nursing care services. In a case where the service of the staff 80 is a care service for the target person 70, if each event related to the target person 70 is determined, the staff 80 responds to the target person 70. The staff 80 performs, for example, wheelchair transfer, walking assistance, and the like when the event of “leaving from the bed” is determined. In addition, the staff 80 includes, as regular (regular) events other than the event determined by the detection unit 10, beverage and meal assistance, excretion assistance, wheelchair transfer, walking assistance, postural change (pressure ulcer prevention), morning care, Perform evening care. Morning care includes facial cleansing and brushing assistance, dressing assistance, denture wearing, and the like. Evening care includes facial cleansing and tooth brushing assistance, excretion assistance, dressing assistance, administration of a sleep inducer, and the like. For these periodic events, an alert may be generated by the nurse call unit 14 or the like at a fixed time.
The nurse call unit 14 includes a push-button switch, and detects a nurse call when the switch is pressed by the subject 70. Nurse calls include care calls and the like. The nurse call may be detected by a voice microphone instead of the push button type switch. When the switch of the nurse call unit 14 is pressed, that is, when a nurse call is detected, the control unit 11 sends a notification (nurse call notification) indicating that there is a nurse call via the communication unit 12 and the network 50. It is transmitted to the server 20 or the like.
The voice input / output unit 15 includes, for example, a speaker and a microphone, and enables voice communication by transmitting / receiving a voice signal to / from the staff terminal 40 or the like via the communication unit 12. The voice input / output unit 15 may be connected to the detection unit 10 via the communication unit 12 as an external device of the detection unit 10.
The detection unit 10 also includes a Doppler shift type body motion sensor that transmits and receives microwaves toward the bed 60 and detects Doppler shifts of microwaves caused by body movements (for example, respiratory movements) of the subject 70. May be further provided. The body motion sensor detects the body movement of the chest (up and down movement of the chest) accompanying the breathing movement of the subject 70, and detects a disturbance in the cycle of the body movement of the chest and a body movement of the chest that is equal to or less than a preset threshold value. When the amplitude is detected, it is recognized that the micro-body movement is abnormal.
In the present embodiment, the detection unit 10 recognizes the rising and sleeping of the subject 70 based on the posture of the subject 70 in the captured image, the relative positional relationship with the bed 60, and the like as described above. Then, the detection unit 10 measures the wake-up time (wake-up time) based on the wake-up of the target person 70 or measures the bedtime (sleep time) based on the sleep of the target person 70. The wake-up time may correspond to the wake-up time after wake-up, and the bedtime may correspond to the wake-up time before going to bed.
In addition, the detecting unit 10 detects the body movement of the chest of the subject 70 using the body motion sensor as described above, so as to more accurately measure the wake-up time of the subject 70, and The time may be measured more accurately. For example, instead of measuring the bed time of the subject 70 at bedtime based on the captured image, the detection unit 10 may accurately measure the sleep time by a body motion sensor.
When the detection unit 10 measures the wake-up time or bedtime of the subject 70, the detection unit 10 transmits (outputs) information about the wake-up time or bedtime of the subject 70 to the server 20.
{Circle around (2)} An event that is a change in the state of the subject 70 recognized by the detection unit 10 and that should be reported (notified) to the staff 80, such as getting up, leaving the bed, falling, falling, or abnormal body movement, is referred to as an event. The event includes a nurse call by the nurse call unit 14. That is, the detection unit 10 may detect a nurse call by the subject 70 as the movement of the subject 70 in the observation area. The detection unit 10 transmits (outputs) information on the event that has occurred and the captured image to the server 20. Note that the wake-up time or bedtime of the subject 70 as described above may be detected in the server 20 based on event information transmitted to the server 20 and a captured image.

The input control unit 211 receives the subject information for each of the plurality of subjects 70 via the communication unit 22 as described above. In the present embodiment, the input control unit 211 receives, for example, information about at least one of the wake-up time and the bedtime of the plurality of subjects 70, which is transmitted from the detection unit 10. Further, the input control unit 211 may further receive, for example, care result information of the plurality of subjects 70, which is input to the staff terminal 40 by the staff 80 and transmitted from the staff terminal 40. As described above, the care result information may be information included in the nursing record, and the input control unit 211 may include a plurality of target persons input to the staff terminal 40 by the staff 80 and transmitted from the staff terminal 40. The care result information included in the care record of 70 may be received.
In addition, the input control unit 211 transmits the event information and the captured image transmitted from the detection unit 10 and each living room of the subject 70 transmitted from the thermo-hygrometer having the wireless transmission function provided in each living room of the subject 70. Information about the temperature and humidity, weather, etc. transmitted from a government agency or the like that provides open data may be further received.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the input control unit 211 receives, via the communication unit 22, the designation of a plurality of subjects 70 for which a report is to be created, which is input to the input unit 34 of the administrator terminal 30. The plurality of subjects 70 for which a report is to be created may correspond to a group of the plurality of subjects 70 for which morning care or evening care is performed by the same staff 80. Alternatively, the plurality of target persons 70 for which a report is to be created may correspond to a group of the plurality of target persons 70 entering the same room, floor, or ridge. The report includes at least one of a chart, a table, and a graph (hereinafter, also referred to as a “visualization chart”) that visualizes at least one of the rising time and the bedtime of the plurality of subjects 70 to be created. , As a visualized result. Details of the report will be described later with reference to FIG.
Note that, instead of accepting the designation of the plurality of subjects 70, the input control unit 211 designates the staff 80 who performs morning care or evening care for the plurality of subjects 70, which is input to the input unit 34 of the administrator terminal 30. May be received via the communication unit 22. In this case, the plurality of subjects 70 for which a report is to be created correspond to a group of the plurality of subjects 70 for which morning care or evening care is performed by the same staff 80. Alternatively, instead of accepting the designation of the plurality of subjects 70, the input control unit 211 inputs the living room in which the plurality of subjects 70 enter, the floor of the facility, or the building of the facility, which is input to the input unit 34 of the administrator terminal 30. May be accepted. In this case, the plurality of target persons 70 for which a report is to be created correspond to a group of the plurality of target persons 70 entering the same room, floor, or ridge.
The input control unit 211 may further receive, via the communication unit 22, the designation of the user to whom the report is provided, which is input to the input unit 34 of the administrator terminal 30. The type of user may include, for example, a staff member 80 and a manager 90 of a facility where a plurality of target persons 70 move in. The input control unit 211 may further receive, via the communication unit 22, a comment of the administrator 90 or the like to be added to the report, which is input to the input unit 34 of the administrator terminal 30.
The storage control unit 212 accumulates the subject information for each of the plurality of subjects 70 by storing the subject information in the storage unit 23 as described above. The date and time stored in the storage unit 23 is given to the subject person information. In the present embodiment, the storage control unit 212 accumulates information on at least one of the wake-up times and the bedtime of the plurality of subjects 70 in the storage unit 23, for example. In addition, the storage control unit 212 may further accumulate the care result information of the plurality of subjects 70 in the storage unit 23.
The acquisition unit 213 acquires information necessary for creating a report, out of the subject information on each of the plurality of subjects 70 stored in the storage unit 23. In the present embodiment, the acquisition unit 213 stores the information on at least one of the wake-up time and the bedtime of the plurality of subjects 70 accumulated in the storage unit 23 during a predetermined period (for example, one week or one month). get. Further, the acquisition unit 213 may further acquire the care result information accumulated in the storage unit 23.
The calculation unit 214 creates a report including a visualized chart based on information acquired as information necessary for creating a report.
In the present embodiment, based on the acquired information on at least one of the wake-up time and the bedtime of the plurality of subjects 70, the calculation unit 214 calculates the tendency of at least one of the wake-up time and the bedtime of the plurality of subjects 70. Create a report that includes a visualized chart, table, and / or graph. The calculation unit 214 stores, for example, a visualization of the tendency of the wake-up times of the plurality of subjects 70, a report including a heat map or a histogram or the like visualized by accumulating the wake-up times of the plurality of subjects 70 for a predetermined period. Create Similarly, the calculation unit 214 stores the bedtime of a plurality of subjects 70 for a predetermined period as a visualization of the bedtime trends of the plurality of subjects 70, and visualizes the heatmap or the histogram. Create a report that includes
In addition, before creating the report, the calculation unit 214 further calculates, for each of the plurality of subjects 70, a time at which the probability of getting up is high for each of the plurality of subjects 70 based on the acquired information on the wake-up times of the plurality of subjects 70. Is also good. Similarly, the calculation unit 214 further calculates, for each of the plurality of subjects 70, a time at which the probability of going to bed is high for each of the plurality of subjects 70, based on the acquired information on the bedtime of the plurality of subjects 70 before the report is created. May be. For example, in the heat map or the histogram as described above, the arithmetic unit 214 calculates the wake-up time or bedtime, which is the mode, as the time with a high probability of getting up or going to bed. Then, for each of the plurality of subjects 70, the calculation unit 214 visualizes the tendency of the wake-up time including the time at which the probability of getting up is high, and visualizes the tendency of the bedtime including the time at which the probability of going to bed is high. May be.
In addition, based on the acquired care performance information of the plurality of subjects 70, the arithmetic unit 214 visualizes the results of the morning care for each of the plurality of subjects 70 in association with the tendency of the wake-up time, The results of care may be visualized in association with the tendency of bedtime. As described above, the result of morning care includes the time at which the morning care was performed, and the result of evening care includes the time at which the evening care was performed. The time at which each care was performed may be the time of each care performed most recently, or may be the center time of each care performed during a predetermined period (for example, one week or one month). May be. When the center time of each care performed in a predetermined period is used as the time at which each care is performed, the calculation unit 214 performs, for example, based on the acquired time at which each care for the predetermined period is performed. Alternatively, the time at which the mode is the most frequent value may be calculated as the center time of each care.
The output control unit (output unit) 215 outputs the created report via the communication unit 22.
FIG. 6 is a diagram showing an example of a report according to the present embodiment.
In the example shown in FIG. 6, a report is shown in the case where a plurality of subjects 70 for which a report is to be created are occupying rooms 101 to 105. In the upper part of the report, a diagram is shown in which the tendency of the wake-up time of the plurality of subjects 70 is associated with the time at which the morning care was performed and visualized. The lower part of the report shows a visualization in which the tendency of the bedtime of the plurality of subjects 70 is associated with the time at which the evening care is performed. Further, the tendency of the wake-up time includes the wake-up center time, and the tendency of the bedtime includes the bedtime. The wake-up center time corresponds to the time at which the probability of getting up as described above is high, and the bedtime center time corresponds to the time at which the probability of going to sleep is high as described above.
In the example shown in FIG. 6, the visualization chart includes a heat map obtained by accumulating and visualizing the wake-up time and the bedtime for one month of a plurality of subjects 70 in units of 10 minutes. Then, the wake-up time and the bedtime which are the most frequent values in the heat map are calculated as the wake-up center time and the bedtime, respectively, and are visualized. Furthermore, the time of the most recent morning care and evening care is visualized. Thereby, the user to whom the report is provided compares the tendency of the wake-up time with the time at which the morning care is actually performed for each of the plurality of subjects 70, and sets the wake-up care to an appropriate time with respect to the wake-up time. You can check if it was done. Similarly, for each of the plurality of subjects 70, the user compares the tendency of the bedtime with the time at which the evening care was actually performed, and determines whether the evening care was performed at an appropriate time with respect to the bedtime. Can be confirmed.
For example, for the subject 70 who enters the room 101, the time at which the most recent morning care was performed substantially coincides with the wake-up center time. In this case, the user can confirm that morning care has been performed at an appropriate time for the target person 70. On the other hand, the time at which the latest morning care was performed for the subject 70 who enters the rooms 102 to 104 is earlier than the wake-up center time. In this case, the user may have been woken up early to receive the morning care, and can confirm that the morning care was not performed at an appropriate time for the target person 70. In addition, the time at which the latest morning care was performed for the subject 70 who enters the room 105 is a time that is more than 30 minutes later than the wake-up center time. In this case, the user may have waited for a long time to receive the morning care for the subject person 70, and can confirm that the morning care was not performed at the appropriate time for the subject person 70.
Also, for example, for the subject 70 who enters the room 104, the time at which the most recent evening care was performed is later than the bedtime. In this case, the user may have been awaited for a long time or woken up in spite of going to bed in order to receive the evening care for the subject 70. It can be confirmed that it was not performed at a proper time.
{Circle around (2)} The staff 80 as a user can, for example, consider an efficient order in which morning care or evening care should be performed on the plurality of subjects 70 based on the confirmation result. For example, regarding the morning care, the user may consider performing the morning care on the subject 70 who enters each room in the order of the rooms 101, 102, 105, 103, and 104. . Similarly, the user may consider performing evening care on the subject 70 who enters each room in the order of the room 101, the room 104, the room 103, the room 102, and the room 105 in the order of the evening care. Good. Note that the user may also consider the time at which morning care should be performed for each of the plurality of subjects 70 so that morning care is performed at a time later than the wake-up center time. Similarly, the user may also consider the time at which evening care should be performed for each of the plurality of subjects 70 so that evening care is performed at a time earlier than the bedtime center time.
In the example illustrated in FIG. 6, in addition to the tendency of the wake-up time and the bedtime of the plurality of subjects 70, the wake-up center time, the bedtime center time, the time at which the morning care was performed, and the time at which the evening care was performed are also visualized. Have been. However, the wake-up center time, the bedtime center time, the time at which the morning care is performed, and the time at which the evening care is performed may not necessarily be visualized. Even in this case, the user can examine the efficient order of morning care or evening care for the plurality of subjects 70 while comparing the wake-up time or bedtime of the plurality of subjects 70.
In addition, in the example illustrated in FIG. 6, both the wake-up time and the bedtime tendency of the plurality of subjects 70 are visualized, but only one of the wakeup time and the bedtime tendency may be visualized. In addition, the report may include at least one of a table and a graph instead of a diagram in which at least one of the rising times and the bedtime of the plurality of subjects 70 is visualized. In this case, the wake-up center time, the bedtime, the morning care time, and the evening care time may be visualized by numerical values.
Further, a comment indicating the analysis result may be further added to the report. For example, a comment indicating whether morning care or evening care has been performed at an appropriate time may be further added to the wake-up time or bedtime of the subject 70. The analysis result is, for example, a program, which is used to create a visualized chart, and which is obtained by statistically processing information on at least one of the wake-up time and the bedtime of the plurality of subjects 70, and care performance information and the like. Or by analyzing facts corresponding to singularities. The analysis result may be automatically created by the control unit 21 using a machine learning technique such as deep learning. Further, as described later, a visualization chart scheduled to be included in the report may be temporarily displayed on the administrator terminal 30, and a comment input by the administrator 90 who has checked the visualization chart may be added to the report. In addition, special items described in the care record may be diverted to the comment.

In the present embodiment, the administrator terminal 30 is used as a terminal for the administrator 90. The administrator 90 is a person who is responsible for creating a report. The administrator 90 is, for example, a manager that supervises a plurality of staffs 80.
{Circle around (2)} The manager terminal 30 receives from the manager 90 the designation of a plurality of subjects 70 for which a report is to be created, and transmits the designation to the server 20. Note that, instead of accepting the designation of the plurality of subjects 70, the manager terminal 30 designates the staff 80 who performs morning care or evening care for the plurality of subjects 70, or a living room in which the plurality of subjects 70 enter. The designation of the facility floor or the facility ridge may be received and transmitted to the server 20. Further, the administrator terminal 30 may further receive the designation of the user to whom the report is to be provided, and transmit the report to the server 20. In addition, the administrator terminal 30 once displays the visualization chart to be included in the report transmitted from the server 20, receives a comment input by the administrator 90 who has confirmed the visualization chart, and transmits the comment to the server 20. May be.

The staff terminal 40 can be configured by a portable communication terminal device such as a tablet computer, a smartphone, or a mobile phone.
Note that the detection unit 10, the server 20, the administrator terminal 30, and the staff terminal 40 may include components other than the above components, or may not include some of the above components. .
The operation of the server 20 in the watching system will be described.
FIG. 9 is a flowchart showing an example of the operation of the server. This flowchart can be executed by the control unit 21 according to a program stored in the storage unit 23 of the server 20.
The input control unit 211 receives the subject information for each of the plurality of subjects 70 (Step S101). The storage control unit 212 accumulates the subject information for each of the plurality of subjects 70 received by the input control unit 211 by storing the subject information in the storage unit 23 (step S102). As described above, the storage control unit 212 accumulates, in the storage unit 23, information on at least one of the wake-up times and the bedtime of the plurality of subjects 70 and the care result information as the subject information. Note that the processing of steps S101 and S102 is performed, for example, every time a wake-up time or a bedtime is transmitted from the detection unit 10 or care result information is transmitted from the staff terminal 40 for each of the plurality of subjects 70. It shall be executed repeatedly.
Next, the input control unit 211 receives designation of a plurality of subjects 70 for which a report is to be created (step S103). In addition, instead of accepting the designation of the plurality of subjects 70, the input control unit 211 designates the staff 80 performing morning care or evening care for the plurality of subjects 70, or a living room in which the plurality of subjects 70 are occupied. Designation of a facility floor or a facility ridge may be accepted. In addition, the input control unit 211 may further receive designation of a user to which a report is to be provided.
The acquisition unit 213 acquires information necessary for creating a report from among the subject information on each of the plurality of subjects 70 stored in the storage unit 23 in step S102 (step S104). As described above, the acquisition unit 213 acquires information on at least one of the wake-up time and the bedtime of the plurality of subjects 70 and the care result information accumulated in the storage unit 23 during a predetermined period.
Based on the information acquired in step S104, the arithmetic unit 214 visualizes at least one of the wake-up time and the bedtime tendency of the plurality of subjects 70, that is, creates a report including a visualized chart (step S105). . As described above, the calculation unit 214 visualizes the tendency of the wake-up time including the time of a high probability of getting up, and the tendency of the bedtime including the time of the high probability of going to bed, for each of the plurality of subjects 70. May be visualized. In addition, for each of the plurality of subjects 70, the calculation unit 214 visualizes the results of morning care in association with the tendency of wake-up time, and visualizes the results of evening care in association with the tendency of bedtime. You may. In addition, when the operation unit 214 once transmits the visualization chart scheduled to be included in the report to the administrator terminal 30 and receives a comment to be added to the report from the administrator terminal 30, the operation unit 214 adds the comment to the report, Report may be created.
(4) The output control unit 215 outputs the report created in step S105 (step S106).
As described above, according to the report output program, a report including a result of visualizing the tendency of at least one of the wake-up time and the bedtime of the plurality of subjects 70 is output. Thereby, the user to whom the report is provided can easily examine the efficient order of the morning care or evening care for the plurality of subjects 70 while comparing the wake-up time or bedtime of the plurality of subjects 70. Therefore, the satisfaction of the plurality of subjects 70 for morning care or evening care is also improved.
Also, for each of the plurality of subjects 70, the time at which the probability of getting up is high is included in the tendency of the wake-up time and is visualized, and the time at which the probability of going to bed is high is included in the tendency of the sleeping time and visualized. Thereby, the time at which the probability of getting up or the time of going to bed is high for each of the plurality of subjects 70 is visualized so that the user can easily recognize the time. Therefore, the user can easily consider the efficient order of the morning care or the evening care for the plurality of subjects 70 while comparing the time at which the probability of getting up or the time of going to bed is high.
Also, for each of the plurality of subjects 70, the results of morning care are visualized in association with the tendency of wake-up time, and the results of evening care are visualized in association with the tendency of bedtime. Thereby, for each of the plurality of subjects 70, the user compares the tendency of the wake-up time with the time at which the morning care is actually performed, and determines whether the morning care has been performed at an appropriate time with respect to the wake-up time. Can be confirmed. In addition, the user compares the tendency of the bedtime with the time when the evening care is actually performed for each of the plurality of subjects 70, and determines whether the evening care is performed at an appropriate time with respect to the bedtime. Can be confirmed. Therefore, the user can easily determine whether the order of the morning care or the evening care for the plurality of subjects 70 should be changed.
The visualization chart is a heat map or a histogram obtained by accumulating and visualizing at least one of the wake-up time and the bedtime of a plurality of subjects 70 for a predetermined period. Thereby, the tendency of at least one of the wake-up time and the bedtime of the plurality of subjects 70 is visualized so that the user can easily recognize the tendency.
The configuration of the watching system described above is a main configuration in describing the features of the above embodiment, and is not limited to the above configuration, and can be variously modified within the scope of the claims. In addition, the configuration provided in a general watching system is not excluded.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, it has been described that in the report, the tendency of the wake-up time, the tendency of bedtime, the time of morning care, the time of evening care, and the like of the plurality of subjects 70 are visualized. . However, the present embodiment is not limited to this, and the report may further include a proposal of the order in which at least one of the morning care and the evening care for the plurality of subjects 70 should be performed. Hereinafter, a detailed description will be given with reference to FIG.
FIG. 10 is a flowchart showing another example of the operation of the server. Steps S201 to S205 in FIG. 10 are the same as steps S101 to S105 in FIG. 9, and a description thereof will be omitted.
The calculation unit 214 performs at least one of the morning care and the evening care for the plurality of subjects 70 based on the tendency of at least one of the wake-up time and the bedtime of the plurality of subjects 70 visualized in step S205. Is determined (step S206).
The calculation unit 214 confirms the order on the time axis of the time at which the probability that the plurality of subjects 70 wake up is high based on the tendency of the wake-up time, for example, and determines the confirmed order as the order to perform morning care. You may. The calculation unit 214 may provide, for example, the subject 70 who enters each of the rooms in the order of the room 101, the room 102, the room 105, the room 103, and the room 104 based on the wake-up time tendency illustrated in FIG. It may be determined that morning care should be performed. Similarly, the arithmetic unit 214 checks the order on the time axis of the time at which the plurality of subjects 70 have a high probability of going to bed based on, for example, the tendency of bedtime, and changes the checked order to the order in which evening care should be performed. May be determined.
Subsequently, the calculation unit 214 adds the proposal of the order determined in step S206 to the report created in step S205 (step S207). The output control unit 215 outputs the report to which the order proposal has been added in step S207 (step S208). Thus, the user can adopt the efficient order suggested in the report without considering the efficient order of morning care or evening care for the plurality of subjects 70 by himself.
In step S206, the arithmetic unit 214 also includes a time at which morning care should be performed for each of the plurality of subjects 70 so that morning care is performed at a time later than the time at which the probability of getting up is high. You may decide. Similarly, the calculation unit 214 also determines the time at which evening care should be performed for each of the plurality of subjects 70 so that evening care is performed at a time earlier than the time at which the probability of going to bed is high. Is also good. Then, in step S207, the calculation unit 214 may further add a proposal of the determined time to the report.
The function provided in the server 20 may be provided in the administrator terminal 30 or the detection unit 10.
The detection unit 10, the server 20, the administrator terminal 30, and the staff terminal 40 may each be configured by a plurality of devices, or any one of the plurality of devices may be configured as a single device.
In addition, some steps may be omitted from the flowchart described above, and other steps may be added. Further, some of the steps may be executed simultaneously, or one step may be divided into a plurality of steps and executed.
The means and method for performing various processes in the watching system 1 according to the above-described embodiment can be realized by either a dedicated hardware circuit or a programmed computer.
