因此,设计一种应用于空调器的壳体,能够避免侧板被磨花,保护外观效果,防止进灰或进尘,这是目前亟待解决的技术问题。

有鉴于此,本发明实施例提出一种壳体和空调器,能够避免侧板被磨花,保护外观效果。
为达到上述目的,本发明实施例提供的第一种技术方案是这样实现的:

1.侧板4上对应面板2边缘的位置设置有扣手结构,扣手结构用于供手指伸入并抬起面板2,在保证壳体1外形美观的情况下,也能够使用户方便打开面板2,提高用户的体验感。
2.扣手结构设计为凹槽5,凹槽5能够提高侧壁的结构强度。
3.凹槽5内设置有植绒层,能够保护侧板4的外观,避免侧板4被磨花,还可以有效防止进灰或进尘,也可以降低噪音,并具有一定的绝热功能,能够一定程度地避免凝露现象的产生。
4.凹槽5的开口处设置有凸棱8,凸棱8能够保护植绒层的边缘,避免植绒层被刮伤,凸棱8结构还能够提高侧板4的结构强度。
第三实施例
本实施例提供一种空调器,该空调器包括第一实施例或第二实施例提供的壳体1。
本实施例提供的空调器采用了第一实施例或第二实施例提供的壳体1,不仅侧板4的外形美观,而且面板2打开轻松容易,能够提高用户的体验感。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种壳体,应用于空调器,其特征在于,所述壳体包括面板(2)、中框(3)和侧板(4),所述侧板(4)安装在所述中框(3)的相对两侧,所述面板(2)盖合在所述中框(3)和所述侧板(4)上,所述侧板(4)上至少部分区域覆盖有植绒层。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的壳体,其特征在于,所述侧板(4)上对应所述面板(2)边缘的位置设置有扣手结构,所述扣手结构用于供手指伸入并抬起所述面板(2)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的壳体,其特征在于,所述扣手结构为凹槽(5)、缺口或通孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的壳体,其特征在于,所述凹槽(5)内设置有所述植绒层。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的壳体,其特征在于,所述凹槽(5)的同一截面上,所述凹槽(5)的开口宽度小于所述凹槽(5)内部的最大宽度。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的壳体,其特征在于,所述凹槽(5)的同一截面上,所述凹槽(5)内部的最大宽度与所述凹槽(5)的开口宽度之差的范围为1mm至3mm。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的壳体,其特征在于,所述凹槽(5)的上边缘(6)与所述面板(2)的对应所述凹槽(5)的边缘平行。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的壳体,其特征在于,所述凹槽(5)的开口处设置有凸棱(8),所述凸棱(8)围绕所述植绒层的边缘。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的壳体,其特征在于,所述凸棱(8)的高度的范围为0.5mm至1.5mm。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的壳体,其特征在于,所述凸棱(8)的高度与所述植绒层的厚度相等。
  11. 根据权利要求3所述的壳体,其特征在于,所述凹槽(5)的形状为喇叭状。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的壳体,其特征在于,所述喇叭状的喇叭口背离所述面板(2)的铰接处、且延伸至所述侧板(4)的边缘。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的壳体,其特征在于,所述凹槽(5)的上边缘(6)设置有所述凸棱(8),所述凹槽(5)的下边缘(7)设置有所述凸棱(8)。
  14. 一种空调器,其特征在于,所述空调器包括权利要求1至13任一项所述的壳体。
