Description
本发明涉及一种染料,尤其是一种纺织染料。
纺织染料随着科学技术的不断进步,人们的生活水平得到大幅提高,导致人们对自身穿着服装的面料的要求也越来越高,面料已有2800多年的历史,品种繁多,染色工艺水平高,现有的低碳染料适用范围比较小,不适合现在大规模的生产纺织染料,且印染均匀度差。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种纺织染料,其原料组成为:甲基紫24~26份、酸性品红23~26份、美蓝14~16份、枸橼酸钠10~16份、铁离子13~18份、海藻酸2~5份、豆芽粉10~12份、鱼粉17~20份、鸡血藤6~9份、种子液11~18份、葛粉21~24份、鱼腥草9~10份、双氧水4~6份以及匀染剂1~2份。
本发明的有益效果是:一种纺织染料可以使得织物色泽稳定,上色均匀,不易变色、天然无异味,上色快,绿色环保,彻底改变常规产品的缺陷,提高染色的均匀度。
具体实施例:一种纺织染料,其原料组成为:甲基紫24~26份、酸性品红23~26份、美蓝14~16份、枸橼酸钠10~16份、铁离子13~18份、海藻酸2~5份、豆芽粉10~12份、鱼粉17~20份、鸡血藤6~9份、种子液11~18份、葛粉21~24份、鱼腥草9~10份、双氧水4~6份以及匀染剂1~2份。
本发明的优点在于:一种纺织染料可以使得织物色泽稳定,上色均匀,不易变色、天然无异味,上色快,绿色环保,彻底改变常规产品的缺陷,提高染色的均匀度。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选方式,应当指出,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,在不纺织染料脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干相似的变形和改进,这些也应视为本发明纺织染料的保护范围之内。
