本发明涉及机械领域,具体涉及一种布料染色机用滚筒。
背景技术
布料为了达到五颜六色多种多样的选择,通常需要染色来实现,布料染色时需要用滚筒拖拽运输,用滚筒挤压使布料拖拽到染色筒中,布料染色前通常要水洗,增加布料的松弛织物张力及内应力,可以使布料松弛后方便上色染色,染色均匀,但经过滚筒挤压拖拽后又容易压紧,使布料死板,所以需要对滚筒进行改进,避免将布料再次压死,染色不均匀的情况出现。
发明内容
为了解决上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种布料染色机用滚筒。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:
一种布料染色机用滚筒,包括滚筒,滚筒一端为通孔,另一端为盲孔,所述盲孔和通孔内插入有与其旋转连接的转轴,滚筒弧面上插入有多个与其滑动连接的竖杆,所述竖杆的轴线与转轴的轴线垂直并且相交,所述竖杆一端固定有挡块,另一端固定有弧形板,弧形板与滚筒外壁贴合,挡块和滚筒内壁之间设有弹簧,转轴上固定有与挡块对应的凸块,转轴上靠近通孔的一端固定有挡环,所述挡环与滚筒内壁贴合,滚筒上套有将弧形板包裹住的海绵层,所述滚筒固定在电机A的转轴上,转轴固定在电机B的转轴上,所述电机A和电机B同为正向转动。
优选的,所述弧形板(7)的厚度为0.5-3cm。
优选的,所述竖杆设置为可伸缩式竖杆。
优选的,所述挡块的宽度大于竖杆的直径。
优选的,所述弧形板的厚度为1cm。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明设计合理,制作简单,此滚筒在布料进行染色前一边滚动布料一边对布料不同部位进行反复挤压和晃动,增加布料松弛织物张力及内应力,松弛后的布料更容易染色,染色更加均匀,避免出现普通滚筒挤压后布料死板,染色不均匀的情况。

如图1、图2、图3、图4所示,一种布料染色机用滚筒,包括滚筒1,滚筒1一端为通孔14,另一端为盲孔12,所述盲孔12和通孔14内插入有与其旋转连接的转轴2,滚筒1弧面上插入有多个与其滑动连接的竖杆3,所述竖杆3的轴线与转轴2的轴线垂直并且相交,所述竖杆3一端固定有挡块4,另一端固定有弧形板7,弧形板7与滚筒1外壁贴合,挡块4和滚筒1内壁之间设有弹簧5,转轴2 上固定有与挡块4对应的凸块6,转轴2上靠近通孔14的一端固定有挡环13,所述挡环13与滚筒1内壁贴合,滚筒1上套有将弧形板7包裹住的海绵层8,所述滚筒1固定在电机A10的转轴上,转轴2固定在电机B11的转轴上,所述电机A10和电机B11同为正向转动,所述弧形板(7)的厚度为0.5-3cm,优选弧形板7的厚度为1cm。所述竖杆设置为可伸缩式竖杆,所述挡块的宽度大于竖杆的直径。所述
工作原理:本发明涉及一种布料染色机用滚筒,电机A10控制滚筒1顺时针旋转,电机B11控制转轴2顺时针旋转,所以滚筒1和转轴2相对转动,转动过程中凸块6反复顶起挡块4,然后再由弹簧5的弹力将其归位,通过挡块4使竖杆3来回滑动,弧形板7反复挤压海绵层8,此滚筒在布料进行染色前一边滚动布料一边对布料不同部位进行反复挤压和晃动,增加布料松弛织物张力及内应力,松弛后的布料更容易染色,染色更加均匀,避免出现普通滚筒挤压后布料死板,染色不均匀的情况。

  1. 一种布料染色机用滚筒,其特征在于:包括滚筒(1),滚筒(1)一端为通孔(14),另一端为盲孔(12),所述盲孔(12)和通孔(14)内插入有与其旋转连接的转轴(2),滚筒(1)弧面上插入有多个与其滑动连接的竖杆(3),所述竖杆(3)的轴线与转轴(2)的轴线垂直并且相交,所述竖杆(3)一端固定有挡块(4),另一端固定有弧形板(7),弧形板(7)与滚筒(1)外壁贴合,挡块(4)和滚筒(1)内壁之间设有弹簧(5),转轴(2)上固定有与挡块(4)对应的凸块(6),所述挡块(4)和凸块(6)接触面均为弧形,转轴(2)上靠近通孔(14)的一端固定有挡环(13),所述挡环(13)与滚筒(1)内壁贴合,滚筒(1)上套有将弧形板(7)包裹住的海绵层(8),所述滚筒(1)固定在电机A(10)的转轴上,转轴(2)固定在电机B(11)的转轴上,所述电机A(10)和电机B(11)同为正向转动。
