Description

本发明涉及宠物器具技术领域,尤其是一种新型宠物牵引器。
背景技术
以前的宠物牵引器包括壳体、线轮、开关按钮、传动件和制动拨片,工作时,施加向前的外力于开关按钮,开关按钮抵压传动件的枢接端时,传动件通过弹簧抵压制动拨片自由端,弹簧被压缩,制动拨片转动,使得自由端卡于制动拨片的制动位中,此时,需要使用者不断按压开关按钮,否则,弹簧恢复弹性使得制动拨片复位,进而导致线轮上的牵狗绳自由出入,无法保证牵狗器的正常工作。
因此,现有技术有待于改进和提高。
技术问题
针对现有技术中存在的不足之处,本发明的目的是提供一种操作便捷、保证正常工作的新型宠物牵引器。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种新型宠物牵引器,包括壳体、线轮、开关按钮和制动拨片,壳体内设有线轮框,线轮框内转动安装有线轮,线轮上间隔设有与制动拨片自由端相配合的制动位,制动拨片通过销轴枢接于壳体内,销轴上套有扭簧,扭簧的一段固定于线轮框体上的凸起上,另一端抵止于制动拨片的内壁上,制动拨片上的制动部与开关按钮弧形底部相配合;开关按钮上设有与壳体内靠近开关按钮后部处的固定卡部相配合的活动卡部。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
由于采用上述的结构设计,不仅操作便捷,而且保证牵狗器正常工作。

本发明的最佳实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的详细说明:
请参见图1,本发明一种新型宠物牵引器,包括壳体1、线轮2、开关按钮3和制动拨片4,壳体1内设有线轮框5,线轮框5内转动安装有线轮2,线轮2上间隔设有与制动拨片自由端相配合的制动位6,制动拨片通过销轴7枢接于壳体内,销轴7上套有扭簧8,扭簧的一段固定于线轮框体上的凸起9上,另一端抵止于制动拨片的内壁上,制动拨片上的制动部10与开关按钮弧形底部相配合;开关按钮上设有与壳体内靠近开关按钮后部处的固定卡部11相配合的活动卡部12。
本发明工作时,使用者施加向前的外力于开关按钮,开关按钮的弧形底部抵压制动拨片的制动部,使得制动拨片逆时针绕销轴转动,扭簧被拉伸,此时,固定卡部与活动卡部相错开,然后向下按压开关按钮,开关按钮的弧形底部抵压制动拨片的制动部,使得制动拨片顺时针绕销轴转动,扭簧被压缩,进而使得制动拨片自由端卡于制动位中,然后施加向后的外力与开关按钮,使得活动卡部卡于固定卡部下方,此时使用者无需持续施加外力于开关按钮,同时还能保证牵狗器正常工作。
综上,本发明通过上述的结构设计,解决传统技术中存在的不足之处,具有结构合理、操作便捷等特点。
