本发明的目的在于提供一种具有消毒功能的验钞机,在密闭环境下验钞,不会污染空气。

所述具有消毒功能的验钞机仍然采用紫外线杀菌灯进行杀菌,但并未采用喷洒消毒液进行消毒,因为喷洒装置体积较大,应用在常规的、便携式的验钞机中不太现实,另外为了解决验钞过程中,钞票翻转,污染空气的问题,在验钞机整体上未做大的变动情况下,特别在验钞机的出钞口处增设了密封罩5,所述密封罩的上半部51用于覆盖整个出钞口,保证整个验钞机处于半密闭状态(除了进钞口),密封罩上半部51内被污染的空气从通孔53处进入密封罩的下半部52,被空气过滤器7净化,最后被抽风风扇6抽出验钞机,验钞机内形成了一个空气净化循环通道,所以不会污染周围的空气。设置了密封罩5后必然会影响取钞,所以在密封罩的上半部51还设置了取钞活动门8,所述取钞活动门8包括滑板81和折页82,滑板81可以在水平方向滑动,或者叫做伸缩,折页82相对滑板81可以翻转。当需要取钞时,用手下压折页82翻转,并推挤滑板81,使滑板81缩回,取钞活动门8完全打开后,取钞的空间足够大,使手和钞票自由进出,取完钞票后,滑板81在复位弹簧83的作用下复位,折页82在扭簧85的作用下复位,取钞活动门8完全复位,形成密闭效果,以备下一次验钞。对现有的验钞机改动很小,改造成本低,有利于推广。
之所以采用这么复杂的结构主要原因在于:1、如果只设置旋转的取钞门,那么取钞门较长,在向下旋转的过程中,会与钞票干涉,影响取钞;2、如果只设置伸缩的取钞门,那么需要二只手操作,一手推动取钞门,一手取钞,会很不方便。
在本实施例中,所述密封罩5为透明材料制成,方便用户观察验钞情况。
在本实施例中,所述密封罩5上部设有滑槽55,所述滑板81设置在所述滑槽55内。滑 板81可顺滑地在滑槽55内水平滑动。
在本实施例中,所述密封罩5上部固定设有导向柱56,所述复位弹簧83套设在所述导向柱56上,所述滑板81尾部设有导孔811,所述导孔811套设在导向柱56上。复位弹簧83不会脱落,移位,稳定性好。
在本实施例中,所述折页82上还设有角度限定块821,用于限定折页82与滑板81之间的最大打开角度。其实不设置角度限定块也是可行的,因为扭簧都有初始的稳定角度,在扭簧未受力时,折页能处于预设的密闭位置,那么就是可行的,因为扭簧可以支撑折页。
现有的验钞机的捻钞机构包括本体、设置于本体上的捻钞轴和设置于捻钞轴上的捻钞轮,钞票放入捻钞轮与本体之间,由捻钞轴带动捻钞轮转动,通过捻钞轮与钞票之间的摩擦力将钞票送入走币通道,但由于捻钞轮的外圆周表面全部为橡胶面,在该捻钞机构工作时,钞票即被捻钞轮连续地送入走币通道,易出现跟币、叠币等现象,故在捻钞轴后侧还设置有拖动钞票以将钞票带出走币通道的过钞轴,过钞轴上的送钞轮转动的线速度大于捻钞轮的线速度,使得叠币的钞票可被分开,但这易导致钞票被拉断,并且钞票之间连续的跟币较多,易出现后续的计数等错误。
为了解决这个问题,中国专利文献“200510094210.2点钞机的捻钞机构”公开了一种只有部分橡胶面的捻钞轮,捻钞时可以将钞票分开送走币通道内,这样就使得钞票间隔一段距离地进入走币通道,从而将前后进入走币通道的钞票分开,以便于拖币皮带将钞票平稳地带出,即可避免出现跟币、叠币现象,又可防止钞票被拉断。捻钞橡胶块安装在捻钞轮上,事实上在直径不足2cm的捻钞轮上设置安装捻钞橡胶块是较为困难的事情,捻钞橡胶块是软质材料,体积又小,固定困难,反复受压变形,容易脱落,而且捻钞橡胶块的工作表面面积较小,容易磨损,磨损之后,捻钞轮需要全部更换,成本较高,有待改进。
作为本发明所述具有消毒功能的验钞机的实施例二,如图7至图9所示,本实施例中所述捻钞组件1包括捻钞轴11、捻钞轮12、捻钞胶圈13和捻钞板14,所述捻钞轮12套设在捻钞轴11上,捻钞胶圈13套设在捻钞轮12上,所述捻钞胶圈13上设有一圈完整的防滑纹131,所述捻钞轮12与捻钞胶圈13相配合处的轴向截面为D形。
所述捻钞胶圈13具有弹性,把捻钞胶圈13套设到捻钞轮12上是比较容易的,由于所述捻钞轮12与捻钞胶圈13相配合处的轴向截面为D形,所以捻钞胶圈13在安装后整体也为D形,在捻钞工作过程中,捻钞胶圈13大约只有一半的表面能与钞票接触,可以达到间隔送钞的效果,避免出现跟币、叠币现象;又由于捻钞胶圈13上的防滑纹131设有一圈完整的防滑纹,所以把捻钞胶圈13套设到捻钞轮12上之后,不必对齐等操作,更方便。如果防滑纹131长时间使用磨损,那么可以手动旋转捻钞胶圈13使其它未磨损的表面处于工作 位置,就可以了,相比现有技术使用寿命得以延长两至三倍,完全磨损后,直接替换捻钞胶圈13就可以了,操作容易,维护成本较低。
在本实施例中,所述防滑纹131为棘齿型,摩擦力大,而且与钞票接触为超柔性接触,弹性空间大,可以接受的磨损量大,或者说磨损量较大之后,仍然能保证不错的工作效果,所以使用寿命长。
在本实施例中,所述捻钞轮12为金属轮或者POM塑料轮。
在本实施例中,所述捻钞轮12外圆周面设有一圈环形凹槽121,所述捻钞胶圈13嵌入所述环形凹槽121内,部分捻钞胶圈13的表面超出捻钞轮12的外圆周面,部分捻钞胶圈13的表面未超出捻钞轮12的外圆周面,所述捻钞胶圈13和环形凹槽121之间形成的摩擦力较大,捻钞轮12和捻钞胶圈13在工作过程中,位置稳定性高,不会移位。
作为所述捻钞组件的另一实施例,如图10所示,所述捻钞轮12外圆周面设有一圈环形凹槽121,所述捻钞胶圈13的内表面上设有环形凸起132,所述环形凸起132嵌入所述环形凹槽121内,所述环形凹槽121和环形凸起132之间形成的摩擦力较大,该结构也能增加捻钞轮12和捻钞胶圈13之间的摩擦力,有效防止两者相对移位。
作为本发明所述具有消毒功能的验钞机的实施例三,如图11至图12所示,与实施例二不同之处在于所述验钞机还包括压钞件4,所述机架2包括左入钞板21和右入钞板22,左右入钞板21、22均设有固定轴3,所述固定轴3设置在捻钞轴11旁边,所述压钞件4套设在固定轴3上,所述压钞件4与捻钞板14之间最近的距离为3-5mm。钞票被捻钞轮12带起从捻钞轮12和捻钞板14之间穿过,由于钞票具有较大的速度,而且钞票的折痕不规则,容易向上飞起,产生飞钞的情况。本实施例所述压钞件4可以压住从捻钞轮12送来钞票,平稳地离开捻钞轮12和捻钞板14,顺利地进入出钞组件,防止飞钞,使捻钞过程更加平稳。由于钞票的折痕不规则性,压钞件4不宜直接与捻钞板14接触,有机会卡钞,压钞件4与捻钞板14之间最近的距离设置为3-5mm,是比较合适的,保证钞票的通过率,又能保证较好的压钞效果,防止飞钞。
在本实施例中,所述压钞件4包括套环41和尾部压条42,所述套环41内表面设有凹槽411,所述固定轴3的外圆面上设有凸起31,所述凸起31位于凹槽411内,使套环41与固定轴3在3-5度的范围内自由旋转,所述尾部压条42的长度大于5cm。由于压钞件4可以绕固定轴在3-5度的范围内自由旋转,所以高速过来的钞票冲击压钞件4时,压钞件4的重力不足以压制钞票时,就会向上旋转,增加进钞空间,增加了结构的柔性,此时一般情况是钞票的折痕太大,钞票太不平整导致的,增加进钞空间以避免卡钞。但是压钞件4也不能向上旋转角度过大,否则容易与外部其它结构碰撞,产生噪音。另外,还可以在所述凸起31上 套设一硅胶套,防止凸起31和凹槽411之间接触磨损,以及降低接触噪音。在允许的范围下,钞票的引导距离越大越好,为了保证基本的钞票引导效果,所述尾部压条42的长度应大于5cm。
作为所述压钞件的另一实施例,如图13所示,所述压钞件4包括套环41和尾部压条42,套环41上设有缺口412,所述固定轴3的外圆面上设有凸起31,所述凸起31位于缺口412内,使套环41与固定轴3在3-5度的范围内自由旋转,所述尾部压条42的长度大于5cm。由于缺口412的存在,所述凸起31可以做的较粗较强壮,高度上也不再受限,可以设计得更高,解决产品的强度问题,降低维护率,提高用户满意度。可以在所述凸起31上套设一硅胶套,防止凸起31和缺口412之间接触磨损,以及降低接触噪音。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种具有消毒功能的验钞机,包括机架、捻钞组件、出钞组件、接钞组件、显示器、驱动组件和控制电路板,所述机架顶部内侧设有紫外线杀菌灯,其特征在于,所述验钞机的出钞口处设有密封罩,所述密封罩的上半部用于覆盖整个出钞口,所述密封罩的下半部内设有抽风风扇和空气过滤器,密封罩的上半部和下半部通过通孔连通,所述空气过滤器设置在所述通孔处,所述密封罩的下半部设有出风孔,所述抽风风扇设置在所述出风孔处,所述密封罩的上半部还设有取钞活动门,所述取钞活动门包括滑板和折页,所述滑板水平滑动地设置在密封罩上部,所述滑板尾部还设有复位弹簧,所述滑板与折页通过枢轴枢接,所述枢轴上还设有用于折页旋转复位的扭簧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述具有消毒功能的验钞机,其特征在于,所述密封罩为透明材料制成。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述具有消毒功能的验钞机,其特征在于,所述密封罩上部设有滑槽,所述滑板设置在所述滑槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述具有消毒功能的验钞机,其特征在于,所述密封罩上部固定设有导向柱,所述复位弹簧套设在所述导向柱上,所述滑板尾部设有导孔,所述导孔套设在导向柱上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述具有消毒功能的验钞机,其特征在于,所述折页上还设有角度限定块,用于限定折页与滑板之间的最大打开角度。
