Description

鞋料件 技术领域
本发明关于一种鞋料件,特别是指一种满足环保要求的鞋料件。
背景技术
一般鞋具以聚氨脂或不符合环保标准的材料所构成,因其透气效果有限,并未能达到预期中的排除热气及湿气的功效,当使用者穿着一段时间后,容易让使用者的足部囤积脚汗,使用者的足部往往会因闷热而产生不舒适或流汗等现象,使得鞋内充满恶臭、异味及霉菌滋长等缺点,影响卫生。
再者,由于一般鞋具以聚氨脂所构成,因此掩埋于土壤中不易分解,焚烧时又会生成许多对人体有害的污染物质或是释出毒素对环境产生严重污染,难以回收再利用、回收分解难以处理、或垃圾量增加等问题,导致多年来对全球环境产生严重伤害,如何能够减少垃圾量及符合环保可回收性,一直是现代人所追求的目标。
另一方面,现代人受西方文化的影响,对于咖啡的需求是越来越大,不论是亲手煮一杯香醇浓厚的咖啡,或是随处可见的饮料店,咖啡提供许多人一整天的活力,不过,喝完咖啡之后不免留下咖啡渣,日积月累下,数量颇为惊人,虽然能回收一部分的咖啡渣,但依旧无法比上咖啡渣产生的速度。
因此,如何解决上述的问题与缺点,即为本发明的发明人与从事此方向的相关人员所亟欲研究改善的方向所在。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种鞋料件,其主要回收废弃的咖啡渣材料与废弃的多孔性材料为原料制造,提升废弃物回收再利用性,符合环保的需求,并且兼具透气与芬香的效果,进而消除足部异味的目的。
于是,本发明关于一种鞋料件,包含:
一咖啡渣材料;
一多孔性材料,与该咖啡渣材材料混合制成一多孔性结构;以及
一橡塑材料,包覆该多孔性结构,以构成一鞋料件。
较佳地,其中该橡塑材料为天然橡胶(NR)、或乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)。
较佳地,其中该多孔性材料为硅藻土。
较佳地,其中该鞋料件适用于一鞋子本体,该鞋子本体包含一鞋面、及一鞋底,该鞋料件设置于该鞋面与该鞋底之间。
较佳地,其中该鞋料件为鞋底、鞋面、鞋饰、或连接带。
较佳地,其中该橡塑材料具有至少二孔隙,该孔隙的孔径大于气态分子的体径,使该咖啡渣材料的香气贯穿该橡塑材料的至少二孔隙。
由此,本发明提供一种鞋料件,主要由一咖啡渣材料、一多孔性材料、及一橡塑材料所组成,以回收废弃的多孔性材料与废弃咖啡渣材料为原料制造,提升废弃物回收再利用的价值,更降低环境污染,除了可以减少垃圾,在后续环保回收处理上,不会有任何残留物污染自然生态等问题,相当符合环保要求。
另外,本发明具有天然除臭的功能,由于咖啡渣材料可自然散发出咖啡的香味且利用咖啡渣材料具有较佳防臭、透气等特性,降低使用者足部的异味,大幅地延长释放芳香的效果,以增加使用者舒适感。
为让本发明的上述特征和优点能更明显易懂,下文特举实施例。并配合附图作详细说明如下。

具体实施方式
有关本发明的前述及其他技术内容、特点与功效,在以下配合参考附图的较佳实施例的详细说明中,将可清楚的呈现。
请参阅图1至图2所示,本发明第一实施例提供一种鞋料件A,主要由一咖啡渣材料10、一多孔性材料20、以及一橡塑材料30所组成,本实施例中,该鞋料件A举鞋底为例,但不以此为限制,亦可以为鞋面、鞋饰、 或连接带等,其中:
该咖啡渣材料10,为磨碎的咖啡豆或咖啡渣滓,具有咖啡的香气,而且为颗粒状,透过该咖啡渣材料10的设置,使该鞋料件A具备除湿、防臭、以及抑菌的作用,可以消除使用者足部的异味外,还赋予咖啡的香味,减少垃圾量外,还能符合环保需求,透过该咖啡渣材料10的设计,使本发明能够大幅地延长释放芳香的效果,使香气缓慢释放,避免香气散失太快,以增加使用者舒适感,使得本发明具有环保性及实用性。
该多孔性材料20,与该咖啡渣材材10料混合制成一多孔性结构40;本实施例中,该多孔性材料20为硅藻土,并且为粉粒状,该多孔性材料20的体径小于该咖啡渣材料10的体径,并且以搅拌的方式混合于该咖啡渣材料10,由于该多孔性材料20为硅藻土,故经过掩埋后即可土壤化而完全分解,其回收处理不会造成环境负担,极符合环保需求。
该橡塑材料30,包覆该多孔性结构40,以构成一鞋料件A;本实施例中,该橡塑材料30举天然橡胶(NR)为例,但不以此为限制,亦能够是乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA),其有效补强材料之间的机械强度,且无毒性,符合环保绿色材料的特性;进一步,该橡塑材料30具有至少二孔隙31,该孔隙31的孔径大于气态分子的体径,使该咖啡渣材料10的香气贯穿该橡塑材料30的至少二孔隙31,达到芬香的效果。
请参阅图3所示,本发明第二实施例提供一种鞋料件A,该鞋料件A适用于一鞋子本体60,该鞋子本体包含一鞋面61、及一鞋底62,该鞋料件A设置于该鞋面61与该鞋底62之间;藉此,本发明容易在自然环境中分解减少环境破坏,以可符合现今社会的环保需求,不会对环境产生有害的影响,让人们获得环保、永续、无毒的生存环境。
请参阅图4所示,本发明第三实施例提供一种鞋料件A,其结构与组合状态如同上述第一实施例,其不同在于该鞋料件A为连接带;藉此,本实施例提升废弃物回收再利用性,符合环保的需求。
以上所述即为本发明实施例各主要构件的组合状态说明。至于本发明的使用方式及功效作以下说明。
据此,本发明提供一种鞋料件,主要由该咖啡渣材料10、该多孔性材料20、及该橡塑材料30所组成,以回收的废弃该多孔性材料20与回收的废弃该咖啡渣材料10为原料制造,提升废弃物回收再利用的价值,更降低环境污染,除了可以减少垃圾,在后续环保回收处理上,不会有任何残留 物污染自然生态等问题,相当符合换环保诉求。
另外,本发明具有天然除臭的功能,由于该咖啡渣材料10可自然散发出咖啡的香味且利用该咖啡渣材料10具有较佳防臭、透气等特性,降低使用者足部的异味,大幅延长释放芳香的效果,以增加使用者舒适感。
综上所述,上述实施例及附图仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,不能以此限定本发明实施的范围,凡是依照本发明权利要求范围所作的等同变化与修饰,皆应属于本发明专利涵盖的范围。

  1. 一种鞋料件,其特征在于,包含:
    一咖啡渣材料;
    一多孔性材料,与该咖啡渣材材料混合制成一多孔性结构;以及
    一橡塑材料,包覆该多孔性结构,以构成一鞋料件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的鞋料件,其特征在于,该橡塑材料为天然橡胶(NR)、或乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的鞋料件,其特征在于,该多孔性材料为硅藻土。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的鞋料件,其特征在于,该鞋料件适用于一鞋子本体,该鞋子本体包含一鞋面、及一鞋底,该鞋料件设置于该鞋面与该鞋底之间。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的鞋料件,其特征在于,该鞋料件为鞋底、鞋面、鞋饰、或连接带。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的鞋料件,其特征在于,该橡塑材料具有至少二孔隙,该孔隙的孔径大于气态分子的体径,使该咖啡渣材料的香气贯穿该橡塑材料的至少二孔隙。
