本申请要求2018年06月12日递交的申请号为201810603965.8、发明名称为“一种根据视频制作图像海报的方法、装置和终端设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请实施例涉及互联网技术领域,尤其涉及一种根据视频制作图像海报的方法、装置和终端设备。
背景技术
随着视频技术的发展,人们越来越多的使用移动通讯终端来观看视频并截取视频进行分享以扩展视频中的社交属性。但是截取的视频进行传播会占用大量的带宽,并且视频播放发出的声音会受到播放场合的限制。
为克服上述缺陷,通常通过截取图像制作海报的方式来实现视频内容的分享,从而扩展通过视频的社交行为。但是通过视频截取出来的海报通常无法进行编辑,也无法在多帧视频图像中选择出可用图像帧。用户仍需采用各种图像处理软件对截取的图像帧进行处理,或者采用长图生成软件生成长图。但是上述操作需要安装专门的图像处理软件,且操作复杂,需要用户具备一定专业技能。
因此,如何根据视频制作图像海报成为现有技术中亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供了一种根据视频制作图像海报的方法、装置和终端设备,其能够根据视频内容制作海报,并且操作简单,无需安装专门的图像处理软件。
根据本申请实施例的一个方面,提供了一种根据视频制作图像海报的方法,所述方法包括:对视频文件中的至少一图像帧进行选择处理,将全部或者部分图像帧组成图像集合;根据用户指令对所述图像集合中的图像帧进行编辑处理,形成图像海报。
根据本申请实施例的另一个方面,还提供了一种根据视频制作图像海报的装置,所述装置包括:集合生成模块,用于对视频文件中的至少一图像帧进行选择处理,将全部或者部分图像帧组成图像集合;海报生成模块,用于根据用户指令对所述图像集合中的图像帧进行编辑处理,形成图像海报。
根据本申请实施例的又一个方面,还提供了一种终端设备,包括:处理器、存储器、通信接口和通信总线,所述处理器、所述存储器和所述通信接口通过所述通信总线完成相互间的通信;所述存储器用于存放至少一可执行指令,所述可执行指令使所述处理器执行如上所述的根据视频制作图像海报的方法对应的操作。
根据本申请实施例提供的技术方案,本申请实施例对视频文件中的至少一图像帧进行选择处理,将全部或者部分图像帧组成图像集合,从而根据用户指令对所述图像集合中的图像帧进行编辑处理,形成图像海报。因此,本申请实施例可以从多帧视频图像中选择出可用图像帧,并对所述图像帧进行编辑处理,直接生成图像海报。本申请实施例无需安装生成图像海报的图像处理软件,能够根据视频内容制作海报,并且操作简单,使用方便。

实施例一
参照图1,示出了根据本申请实施例一的一种根据视频制作图像海报的方法的步骤流程图。
值得说明的是,本申请所述步骤S101至S102并不代表其执行的先后顺序。
本实施例的根据视频制作图像海报的方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S101:对视频文件中的至少一图像帧进行选择处理,将全部或者部分图像帧组成图像集合。
具体地,所述视频文件由多帧图像帧组成,将视频文件进行处理即可获得组成所述视频文件的至少一图像帧。本申请实施例用户可以在组成所述视频文件的至少一图像帧中进行选择,将选择后的图像帧组成图像集合。
在本申请实施例一具体实现中,参见图2,所述步骤S101包括:
步骤S1011:根据视频特征要素和/或用户特征要素对所述视频文件中的至少一图像帧进行选择处理。
所述视频特征要素是指和视频本身相关的特征要素,包括:台词、字幕、演员、动作、情节、环境等。
例如,可以将视频中具有某演员的图像帧选择出来,或者将视频中处于某咖啡馆的图像帧选择出来。
所述用户特征要素是指和用户本身相关的特征要素,包括:用户偏好相关特征要素、用户输入指令选择的特征要素、用户最近浏览相关的特征要素等。
例如,可以将视频中和用户偏好相关的图像帧选择出来,或者将视频中和用户最近浏览视频相关的图像帧选择出来。
所述对所述视频文件中的至少一图像帧进行选择处理可以通过预先设置的算法进行处理,也可以由用户指令进行算法设置并对所述图像帧进行选择。本申请实施例也可以选择先通过预先设置的算法进行选择处理,再通过接收的用户指令对选择的图像帧进行调整,从而确定最后选择的图像帧。
步骤S1012:将选择的所述图像帧按照其在所述视频文件中的播放顺序组成图像集合。
由于视频中的图像帧是按照视频文件的播放顺序组成图像集合,所述图像帧之间的顺序和其在所述视频文件中的播放顺序一致,符合用户观看视频的习惯,方便后续的海报制作。
步骤S102:根据用户指令对所述图像集合中的图像帧进行编辑处理,形成图像海报。
本申请实施例所述用户指令包括形式用户指令和/或内容用户指令,即根据所述形式用户指令和/或内容用户指令对所述海报的形式和/或内容进行调整。
在本申请实施例另一具体实现中,参见图3,所述步骤S102包括:
步骤S1021:根据形式用户指令对所述图像集合中的图像帧进行编辑处理,形成与所述形式用户指令对应的图像海报。和/或,
所述形式用户指令为对所述海报形式进行调整的用户指令,包括:多幅海报图、海报长图等。
步骤S1022:根据内容用户指令对所述图像集合中的图像帧进行编辑处理,形成与所述内容用户指令对应的图像海报。
所述内容用户指令为对所述海报内容进行调整的用户指令,包括:台词调整、字幕调整、增加文字、滤镜调整等。
由此可知,本申请实施例对视频文件中的至少一图像帧进行选择处理,将全部或者部分图像帧组成图像集合,从而根据用户指令对所述图像集合中的图像帧进行编辑处理,形成图像海报。因此,本申请实施例可以从多帧视频图像中选择出可用图像帧,并对所述图像帧进行编辑处理,直接生成图像海报。本申请实施例无需安装生成图像海报的图像处理软件,能够根据视频内容制作海报,并且操作简单,使用方便。

值得说明的是,本申请所述步骤S401至S403并不代表其执行的先后顺序。
本实施例的根据视频制作图像海报的方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S401:根据用户指令对视频文件进行截取,获得截取的所述视频文件中的至少一图像帧。
具体地,本申请实施例用户可以通过用户指令选择截取一段视频文件,并根据图像处理结果得到所述视频文件中所包含的至少一图像帧。
本申请实施例也可以通过其他方式获取所述视频文件中的至少一图像帧,比如长视频中直接提供的视频片断作为所述视频文件。
步骤S402:对视频文件中的至少一图像帧进行选择处理,将全部或者部分图像帧组成图像集合。
具体地,所述视频文件由多帧图像帧组成,将视频文件进行处理即可获得组成所述视频文件的至少一图像帧。本申请实施例用户可以在组成所述视频文件的至少一图像帧中进行选择,将选择后的图像帧组成图像集合。
步骤S403:根据用户指令对所述图像集合中的图像帧进行编辑处理,形成图像海报。
本申请实施例所述用户指令包括形式用户指令和/或内容用户指令,即根据所述形式用户指令和/或内容用户指令对所述海报的形式和/或内容进行调整。

步骤S501:对视频文件中的至少一图像帧进行选择处理,将全部或者部分图像帧组成图像集合。
具体地,所述视频文件由多帧图像帧组成,将视频文件进行处理即可获得组成所述 视频文件的至少一图像帧。本申请实施例用户可以在组成所述视频文件的至少一图像帧中进行选择,将选择后的图像帧组成图像集合。
步骤S502:根据用户指令对所述图像集合中的图像帧进行编辑处理,形成图像海报。
本申请实施例所述用户指令包括形式用户指令和/或内容用户指令,即根据所述形式用户指令和/或内容用户指令对所述海报的形式和/或内容进行调整。
步骤S503:将所述图像帧所对应的视频链接附加至所述图像海报。
用户可以将所述至少一图像帧来自的视频的链接附加至所述图像海报。所述视频链接可以为整个视频文件对应的链接,也可以为所述图像帧对应的视频片断的链接。所述视频链接附加至所述图像海报可以附加在图像海报的任何位置,也可以采用透明附加层的形式附加或者其他不影响用户阅读所述图像海报的其他形式进行附加。
因此,其他用户可以在浏览所述图像海报时,通过点击所述视频链接跳转至所述视频观看页面,形成用户回流。

图像选择单元6011,用于根据视频特征要素和/或用户特征要素对所述视频文件中的至少一图像帧进行选择处理。
集合组成单元6012,用于将选择的所述图像帧按照其在所述视频文件中的播放顺序组成图像集合。
所述视频特征要素是指和视频本身相关的特征要素,包括:台词、字幕、演员、动作、情节、环境等。
例如,可以将视频中具有某演员的图像帧选择出来,或者将视频中处于某咖啡馆的图像帧选择出来。
所述用户特征要素是指和用户本身相关的特征要素,包括:用户偏好相关特征要素、用户输入指令选择的特征要素、用户最近浏览相关的特征要素等。
例如,可以将视频中和用户偏好相关的图像帧选择出来,或者将视频中和用户最近浏览视频相关的图像帧选择出来。
所述对所述视频文件中的至少一图像帧进行选择处理可以通过预先设置的算法进行处理,也可以由用户指令进行算法设置并对所述图像帧进行选择。本申请实施例也可以选择先通过预先设置的算法进行选择处理,再通过接收的用户指令对选择的图像帧进行调整,从而确定最后选择的图像帧。
由于视频中的图像帧是按照视频文件的播放顺序组成图像集合,所述图像帧之间的顺序和其在所述视频文件中的播放顺序一致,符合用户观看视频的习惯,方便后续的海报制作。
本申请实施例所述用户指令包括形式用户指令和/或内容用户指令,即根据所述形式用户指令和/或内容用户指令对所述海报的形式和/或内容进行调整。
在本申请实施例另一具体实现中,参见图8,所述海报生成模块602包括:

如图11所示,该终端设备可以包括:处理器(processor)1102、通信接口(Communications Interface)1104、存储器(memory)1106、以及通信总线1108。
其中:
处理器1102、通信接口1104、以及存储器1106通过通信总线1108完成相互间的通信。
通信接口1104,用于与其它设备比如其它终端或服务端等的网元通信。
处理器1102,用于执行程序1110,具体可以执行上述根据视频制作图像海报的方法实施例中的相关步骤。
具体地,程序1110可以包括程序代码,该程序代码包括计算机操作指令。
处理器1102可能是中央处理器CPU,或者是特定集成电路ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit),或者是被配置成实施本申请实施例的一个或多个集成电路。终端设备包括的一个或多个处理器,可以是同一类型的处理器,如一个或多个CPU;也可以是不同类型的处理器,如一个或多个CPU以及一个或多个ASIC。
存储器1106,用于存放程序1110。存储器1106可能包含高速RAM存储器,也可能还包括非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。
程序1110具体可以用于使得处理器1102执行以下操作:对视频文件中的至少一图像帧进行选择处理,将全部或者部分图像帧组成图像集合;根据用户指令对所述图像集合中的图像帧进行编辑处理,形成图像海报。
在一种可选的实施方式中,程序1110还用于根据用户指令对视频文件进行截取,获得截取的所述视频文件中的至少一图像帧。
在一种可选的实施方式中,程序1110还用于根据视频特征要素和/或用户特征要素对所述视频文件中的至少一图像帧进行选择处理;将选择的所述图像帧按照其在所述视 频文件中的播放顺序组成图像集合。
在一种可选的实施方式中,程序1110还用于根据形式用户指令对所述图像集合中的图像帧进行编辑处理,形成与所述形式用户指令对应的图像海报;和/或,根据内容用户指令对所述图像集合中的图像帧进行编辑处理,形成与所述内容用户指令对应的图像海报。
在一种可选的实施方式中,程序1110还用于将所述图像帧所对应的视频链接附加至所述图像海报。

需要指出,根据实施的需要,可将本申请实施例中描述的各个部件/步骤拆分为更多部件/步骤,也可将两个或多个部件/步骤或者部件/步骤的部分操作组合成新的部件/步骤,以实现本申请实施例的目的。

  1. 一种根据视频制作图像海报的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    对视频文件中的至少一图像帧进行选择处理,将全部或者部分图像帧组成图像集合;
    根据用户指令对所述图像集合中的图像帧进行编辑处理,形成图像海报。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    根据用户指令对视频文件进行截取,获得截取的所述视频文件中的至少一图像帧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对视频文件中的至少一图像帧进行选择处理,将全部或者部分图像帧组成图像集合包括:
    根据视频特征要素和/或用户特征要素对所述视频文件中的至少一图像帧进行选择处理;
    将选择的所述图像帧按照其在所述视频文件中的播放顺序组成图像集合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据用户指令对所述图像集合中的图像帧进行编辑处理,形成图像海报包括:
    根据形式用户指令对所述图像集合中的图像帧进行编辑处理,形成与所述形式用户指令对应的图像海报;和/或,
    根据内容用户指令对所述图像集合中的图像帧进行编辑处理,形成与所述内容用户指令对应的图像海报。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    将所述图像帧所对应的视频链接附加至所述图像海报。
  6. 一种根据视频制作图像海报的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    集合生成模块,用于对视频文件中的至少一图像帧进行选择处理,将全部或者部分图像帧组成图像集合;
    海报生成模块,用于根据用户指令对所述图像集合中的图像帧进行编辑处理,形成图像海报。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    图像获得模块,用于根据用户指令对视频文件进行截取,获得截取的所述视频文件中的至少一图像帧。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述集合生成模块包括:
    图像选择单元,用于根据视频特征要素和/或用户特征要素对所述视频文件中的至少 一图像帧进行选择处理;
    集合组成单元,用于将选择的所述图像帧按照其在所述视频文件中的播放顺序组成图像集合。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述海报生成模块包括:
    根据形式用户指令对所述图像集合中的图像帧进行编辑处理,形成与所述形式用户指令对应的图像海报;和/或,
    根据内容用户指令对所述图像集合中的图像帧进行编辑处理,形成与所述内容用户指令对应的图像海报。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    链接附加模块,用于将所述图像帧所对应的视频链接附加至所述图像海报。
  11. 一种终端设备,包括:处理器、存储器、通信接口和通信总线,所述处理器、所述存储器和所述通信接口通过所述通信总线完成相互间的通信;所述存储器用于存放至少一可执行指令,所述可执行指令使所述处理器执行如权利要求1-5中任一项对应的操作。
