Description

交互智能平板及其边框组件 技术领域
本发明涉及显示设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种交互智能平板及其边框组件。
背景技术
交互智能平板通常通过触摸电路板实现交互智能平板的触摸控制,而触摸电路板是交互智能平板中最容易发生损坏的部分。当触摸电路板发生损坏时,传统的交互智能平板需要将转角组件、边框组件、触摸电路板的固定件等先拆卸下来,然后才能将触摸电路板取出进行维修或更换,导致触摸电路板的拆卸过程繁琐,触摸电路板维修更换效率低。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对上述问题,提供一种触摸电路板拆装效率更高的交互智能平板及其边框组件。
一种交互智能平板的边框组件,包括:
顶边框;
两个侧边框;
底边框;其中,所述顶边框、所述两个侧边框及所述底边框内分别形成有用于安装触摸电路板的滑槽;及
转角组件,所述转角组件具有为触摸电路板提供支撑的抵接部,所述抵接部向所述滑槽方向延伸。
安装时,将触摸电路板分别安装在顶边框、侧边框及底边框的滑槽内。由于转角组件的抵接部向滑槽方向延伸,使得抵接部抵接在触摸电路板上,为触摸电路板提供支撑。当需要对滑槽内的触摸电路板进行拆装时,只需将转角组件拆卸下来,抵接部对触摸电路板的支撑力消失,即可将滑槽内的触摸电路板取出,使得触摸电路板的拆装更换及维修过程更加便捷,拆装更换及维修效率更高。
在其中一个实施例中,所述转角组件包括第一转角组件,所述第一转角组件连接所述顶边框及所述两个侧边框,所述第一转角组件具有向所述顶边框及所述侧边框延伸的所述抵接部。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一转角组件包括第一内转角及第一外转角, 所述第一内转角的一端固定于所述顶边框上,另一端固定于所述侧边框上;所述第一外转角可拆卸地设置于所述顶边框与所述侧边框的连接处,所述第一转角组件的抵接部为所述第一外转角上形成的第一限位板。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一限位板为直角板。
在其中一个实施例中,所述转角组件包括第二转角组件,所述第二转角组件连接所述底边框及所述两个侧边框,所述第二转角组件具有向所述底边框延伸的所述抵接部。

边框组件,包括顶边框、两个侧边框、底边框及转角组件,所述顶边框、 所述两个侧边框及所述底边框内分别形成有滑槽,所述滑槽内安装有所述触摸电路板;所述转角组件具有为触摸电路板提供支撑的抵接部,所述抵接部向所述滑槽方向延伸;其中,所述底边框与所述顶边框相对设置,并与所述两个侧边框共同围设于所述显示组件的外周侧。

请参阅图1,一实施例中的交互智能平板10,用于办公、教学等场所,方便操作人员演示或操作,同时方便触摸电路板的拆装,有效提高触摸电路板维修更换效率。具体地,交互智能平板10包括显示组件100(如图2及图5所示)、触摸电路板200(如图2及图5所示)及边框组件。
边框组件包括顶边框310、两个侧边框320及底边框330。底边框330与顶边框310相对设置,并与两个侧边框320共同围设于显示组件100的外周侧,以固定显示组件100。顶边框310、两个侧边框320及底边框330内均设置有触摸电路板200。具体到本实施例中,触摸电路板200为红外触摸电路板。在其他实施例中,触摸电路板200还可以为其他电路板。
边框组件还包括转角组件,转角组件具有为触摸电路板200提供支撑的抵接部,顶边框310、两个侧边框320及底边框330内分别形成有用于安装触摸电 路板200的滑槽,抵接部向滑槽方向延伸。
当需要对滑槽内的触摸电路板200进行拆装时,只需将转角组件拆卸下来,抵接部对触摸电路板200的支撑力消失,即可将滑槽内的触摸电路板200取出,使得触摸电路板200的拆装更换及维修过程更加便捷,拆装更换及维修效率更高。
然而,对于现有的交互智能平板,转角组件连接相邻边框,一般仅起到外观面过渡的作用。当触摸电路板需要拆装时,需要将整机中的后壳、边框等部件一一拆卸下来,才能对触摸电路板进行拆装;与之相比本实施例提供的边框组件通过上述结构特征,将顶边框、侧边框和底边框中至少一触摸电路板200配置为可以分别拆装的独立单元;另外,其便利性还体现在实际的应用场景中,以教学用的交互智能平板为例,如采用现有的交互智能平板,当触摸电路板损坏后,经过:将整机从教室带回维修网点--在维修网点完成边框和后壳等零部件的拆卸--更换边框中的触摸电路板--组装整机--最后将整机送回教室,通常来说维修时间不少于3天,实际上3天的维修时间会给教学进度带来较大的影响;如采用本实施例提供的边框组件方案,可以通过拆卸转角组件,在现场完成触摸电路板200的更换,维修时间显著缩短。
转角组件包括第一转角组件,第一转角组件连接顶边框310及两个侧边框320,第一转角组件具有向顶边框310及侧边框320延伸的抵接部。通过该抵接部能够抵接顶边框310及侧边框320内的触摸电路板200。
请参阅图2及图3,第一转角组件包括第一内转角400及第一外转角500,第一内转角400的一端固定于顶边框310上,另一端固定于侧边框320上。第一外转角500可拆卸地设置于顶边框310与侧边框320的连接处,第一转角组件的抵接部为第一外转角500上形成的第一限位板510。通过第一限位板510进一步支撑顶边框310及侧边框320内的触摸电路板200。
具体地,滑槽包括第一滑槽311及第二滑槽321。第一滑槽311开设于顶边框310上,第一滑槽311贯穿顶边框310的一端或相对的两端,两个侧边框320相对设置,第二滑槽321开设于侧边框320上,第二滑槽321贯穿侧边框320的一端。第一滑槽311及第二滑槽321内分别安装有一触摸电路板200。第一限位板510抵接于位于第一滑槽311及第二滑槽321内的触摸电路板200上。
当需要对第一滑槽311或第二滑槽321内的触摸电路板200进行拆装时,只需将第一外转角500拆卸下来,使得第一限位板510对第一滑槽311及第二滑槽321内的触摸电路板200的支撑力消失,即可取出第一滑槽311内或第二 滑槽321内的触摸电路板200。通过上述结构,使得触摸电路板200的拆装更换更加便捷,拆装更换效率更高。
一实施例中,每一侧边框320均通过一第一转角组件与顶边框310相连接。进一步地,第一滑槽311贯穿顶边框310的相对两端,第一限位板510能够抵接于位于第一滑槽311内的触摸电路板200上,拆卸任意一第一外转角500均可将第一滑槽311内的触摸电路板200取出,进一步方便第一滑槽311内的触摸电路板200的拆装。可选地,第一滑槽311还可以只贯穿顶边框310的一端,拆卸第一滑槽311贯穿顶边框310的一端的第一外转角500,即可将第一滑槽311内的触摸电路板200取出。
一实施例中,第二滑槽321贯穿侧边框320靠近顶边框310的一端,第一限位板510能够抵接于位于第二滑槽321内的触摸电路板200上,只需要拆卸第一外转角500即可对侧边框320内的触摸电路板200进行拆卸更换或维修。
一实施例中,顶边框310设有一第一容置腔312,第一容置腔312的相对两内壁上均设有第一插槽,两个第一插槽相对设置并共同形成第一滑槽311。其中,触摸电路板200的一侧边能够卡设于一第一插槽内,相对的另一侧边卡设于相对的另一第一插槽内。具体地,第一容置腔312内还设置有摄像头组件,摄像头组件与触摸电路板200上下设置。
一实施例中,顶边框310上还设有第一固定腔,第一固定腔与第一容置腔312通过一分隔板隔开,第一内转角400的一端固定于第一固定腔内,并与顶边框310固定连接。通过第一固定腔使得第一内转角400有效固定于顶边框310上。
一实施例中,侧边框320设有一第二容置腔,第二容置腔的相对两内壁上均设有第二插槽,两个第二插槽相对设置并共同形成所述第二滑槽321。其中,触摸电路板200的一侧边能够卡设于一第二插槽内,相对的另一侧边卡设于相对的另一第二插槽内。
一实施例中,侧边框320上还设有第二固定腔,第二固定腔与第二容置腔并列间隔设置,第一内转角400的另一端固定于第二固定腔内,并与侧边框320固定连接。通过第二固定腔使得第一内转角400有效固定于侧边框320上。
第一限位板510为直角板,直角板的一直角边能够抵接于位于第一滑槽311内的触摸电路板200上,直角板的另一直角边能够抵接于位于第二滑槽321内的触摸电路板200上,使得第一限位板510能够更加有效地抵接于触摸电路板 200上,避免触摸电路板200的活动。
一实施例中,第一外转角500包括第一转角本体520,第一限位板510设置于第一转角本体520的内表面上。进一步地,第一转角本体520包括第一转角板521及第二转角板522,第一转角板521与第二转角板522呈角度连接,第一限位板510的一侧边固定于第一转角板521的内表面上,相邻的另一侧边固定于第二转角板522上。第一限位板510靠近第一转角板521的侧边抵接在位于第二滑槽321内的触摸电路板200上,第一限位板510靠近第二转角板522的侧边抵接在位于第一滑槽311内的触摸电路板200上。
一实施例中,第一外转角500还包括第一卡板530及第二卡板540,第一卡板530设置于第一转角板521远离第二转角板522的边缘处,第一卡板530卡设于侧边框320上。第二卡板540设置于第二转角板522远离第一转角板521的边缘处,第二卡板540抵接于顶边框310上。
通过设置第一卡板530使得第一转角板521有效卡设在侧边框320上,能够有效避免第一转角板521向侧边框320外侧方向外翻,同时避免第一转角板521与侧边框320错位。同时通过设置第二卡板540使得第二转角板522有效卡设在顶边框310上,能够有效避免第二转角板522向顶边框310外侧方向外翻,同时避免第二转角板522与顶边框310错位,使交互智能平板10得外观面平整,提高美观度。同时通过第一卡板530及第二卡板540使得第一外转角500更稳定的设置在侧边框320与顶边框310的连接处。
一实施例中,第一卡板530固定于第一转角板521远离第二转角板522的侧边上,且由第一转角板521向远离第二转角板522的方向延伸。第一卡板530插设于第二容置腔内,并抵靠于第二容置腔的内壁上。
一实施例中,第二卡板540固定于第二转角板522远离第一转角板521的一侧边上,并与第一转角板521相对设置,第二卡板540抵靠于顶边框310朝向第二转角板522的端面上。通过第二卡板540与顶边框310朝向第二转角板522的端面抵接,进而能够限制第二转角板522向远离顶边框310的方向外翻。
一实施例中,第一外转角500还包括固定板550,固定板550的一侧边固定于第二卡板540上,相对的另一侧边固定于第一转角板521上,固定板550用于支撑第二卡板540。通过固定板550进一步使得第二卡板540有效抵接在顶边框310朝向第二转角板522的端面上,避免第二卡板540相对于第二转角板522内翻或外翻,而影响第二转角板522与顶边框310连接的稳定性。
一实施例中,第一限位板510的一侧边固定于固定板550上,相邻的另一侧边固定于第一转角板521上。通过固定板550能够进一步支撑第一限位板510,避免第一限位板510活动。
一实施例中,第一外转角500还包括第一定位板560,第一定位板560设置于第一转角本体520的内表面上,并与第一限位板510间隔相对设置,第一定位板560定位并固定于第一内转角400上。通过第一定位板560使得第一外转角500有效固定于第一内转角400上。
一实施例中,第一定位板560上开设有至少两个第一定位孔561。第一内转角400上设置有至少两个第一定位柱410,两个第一定位柱410间隔设置,每一个第一定位柱410能够对应插设于一第一定位孔561内。通过第一定位柱410与第一定位孔561相配合以使第一外转角500定位于第一内转角400上。
一实施例中,第一定位板560上还开设有第一固定孔562,第一内转角400上开设有第二固定孔420。交互智能平板10还包括第一紧固件,第一紧固件的一端穿过第一固定孔562并穿设于第二固定孔420,以使第一定位板560固定在第一内转角400上,进而使得第一外转角500固定在第一内转角400上。
一实施例中,第一定位板560的一侧边固定于第一转角板521上,相邻的另一侧边固定于固定板550上。第一限位板510与第一定位板560并列间隔设置。
请参阅图3及图4,交互智能平板10还包括后壳600,后壳600设置于边框组件的一侧,后壳600盖设于第一定位板560背向于第一限位板510的一侧。通过后壳600以保护显示组件100,同时使得边框组件的结构更加稳定。
请一并参阅图2,具体地,第一定位柱410位于第一内转角400朝向后壳600的表面上,第一定位柱410对应插设于第一定位板560上的第一定位孔561内,后壳600与第一定位板560之间具有间距,间距大于或等于第一定位柱410加第一定位板560的厚度。
当需要对第一外转角500进行拆卸时,由于后壳600与第一定位板560之间具有间距,只需将第一外转角500向靠近后壳600的方向移动,第一定位柱410脱离第一定位孔561后,即可将第一外转角500拔出,进而可以对顶边框310或侧边框320内的触摸电路板200进行拆装或维修,不需要拆除后壳600、顶边框310、侧边框320等结构,使得触摸电路板200的拆装更加方便。
一实施例中,后壳600上开设有第三固定孔610,第三固定孔610与第一固 定孔562及第二固定孔420相对应连通,第一紧固件的一端穿过第三固定孔610及第一固定孔562并穿设于第二固定孔420,以使后壳600、第一定位板560及第一内转角400固定连接。需要对第一外转角500进行拆卸时,只需拆卸第一紧固件,将第一外转角500向靠近后壳600的方向移动,便可将第一外转角500拆卸下来,使得第一外转角500的拆装过程方便,且不需要拆除后壳600。
请参阅图3及图4,可选地,第一外转角500还包括连接板570,连接板570的一侧边连接于第一转角板521上,相邻的另一侧边连接于第二转角板522上,第二卡板540与第二转角板522相邻的一侧边连接于连接板570上,固定板550与第一转角板521相邻的一侧边连接于连接板570上。通过连接板570能够有效封闭第二卡板540及固定板550与第一转角板521及第二转角板522之间的间隙,进而使得交互智能平板10的外观面更加平整,有效提高交互智能平板10的美观度。同时通过连接板570进一步避免第二卡板540、固定板550、第一转角板521及第二转角板522之间相互活动,使得第一外转角500的结构更稳定。
一实施例中,后壳600能够抵接于固定板550上,以使连接板570与后壳600齐平,进而使得交互智能平板10的结构更加平整,使得第一外转角500更加有效地封闭顶边框310与侧边框320的连接处,更有效地保护顶边框310与侧边框320内的触摸电路板200。
请参阅图5及图6,转角组件包括第二转角组件,第二转角组件连接底边框330及两个侧边框320,第二转角组件具有向底边框330延伸的抵接部。通过该抵接部能够有效支撑底边框330内的触摸电路板200。
第二转角组件包括第二内转角700及第二外转角800,第二内转角700的一端固定于底边框330上,另一端固定于侧边框320上;第二外转角800可拆卸地设置于底边框330与侧边框320的连接处,第二转角组件的抵接部为第二外转角800上形成的第二限位板810。通过第二限位板810支撑底边框330内触摸电路板200。
滑槽还包括第三滑槽331,第三滑槽331开设于底边框330上,第三滑槽331贯穿底边框330的一端或相对的两端,第三滑槽331内安装有一触摸电路板200。第二限位板810抵接于位于第三滑槽331的触摸电路板200上。
当需要对第三滑槽331内的触摸电路板200进行拆装时,只需将第二外转角800拆卸下来,第二限位板810对第三滑槽331内的触摸电路板200的支撑力消失,即可由底边框330的一端将第三滑槽331内的触摸电路板200取出, 使得触摸电路板200的拆装更换更加便捷,拆装更换效率更高。
每一侧边框320均通过一第二转角组件与底边框330相连接。进一步地,第三滑槽331贯穿底边框330的相对两端,第二限位板810能够抵接于位于第三滑槽331内的触摸电路板200上,拆卸任意一第二外转角800均可将第三滑槽331内的触摸电路板200取出,进一步方便第三滑槽331内的触摸电路板200的拆装。可选地,第三滑槽331还可以只贯穿底边框330的一端,拆卸第三滑槽331贯穿底边框330的一端的第二外转角800,即可将第三滑槽331内的触摸电路板200取出。
一实施例中,第二滑槽321贯穿侧边框320的相对两端,底边框330靠近侧边框320的侧壁上设置有卡台332,卡台332用于抵接位于第二滑槽321内的触摸电路板200。一般情况下,交互智能平板10在使用时往往沿竖直方向设置,当拆卸第二外转角800时,由于侧边框320沿竖直方向设置,使得第二滑槽321内的触摸电路板200由自身重力原因而直接滑落,进而导致触摸电路板200的损坏。通过卡台332能够有效将触摸电路板200卡在卡台332上,避免侧边框320沿竖直方向设置时,拆卸第二外转角800而导致第二滑槽321内的触摸电路板200滑落,而第二滑槽321内的触摸电路板200可由侧边框320靠近顶边框310的一侧取出。
一实施例中,第二滑槽321贯穿侧边框320的相对两端,侧边框320的另一端上设置有卡台332,卡台332位于第二滑槽321靠近底边框330的一侧,卡台332用于抵接位于第二滑槽321内的触摸电路板200。在另一实施方式中,第二滑槽321还可以仅仅贯穿侧边框320靠近顶边框310的一端,只能够实现第二滑槽321内触摸电路板200的卡设即可。
一实施例中,底边框330设有一第三容置腔333,第三容置腔333的相对两内壁上均设有第三插槽,两个第三插槽相对设置并共同形成第三滑槽331。其中,位于第三滑槽331内的触摸电路板200的一侧边能够卡设于一第三插槽内,相对的另一侧边卡设于相对的另一第三插槽内。
底边框330上还设有第三固定腔334,第二内转角700的一端固定于第三固定腔334内,并与底边框330固定连接,第二内转角700的另一端固定于第二固定腔内,并与侧边框320固定连接。通过第三固定腔334使得第二内转角700有效固定于底边框330上。具体地,第三固定腔334与第三容置腔333通过一隔板335间隔设置,第三固定腔334位于第三容置腔333背向于显示组件100 的一侧。进一步地,第三固定腔334内还设置有音响组件。
一实施例中,第二外转角800包括第二转角本体820,第二限位板810设置第二转角本体820的内表面上。进一步地,第二转角本体820包括第三转角板821及第四转角板822,第三转角板821与第四转角板822呈角度连接,第二限位板810固定于第四转角板822上。第二限位板810背向于第四转角板822的一侧边能够抵靠于第三滑槽331内的触摸电路板200上。
第二外转角800还包括第一支撑板830及第二支撑板840,第一支撑板830设置于第三转角板821的内表面上,第一支撑板830抵靠于第二内转角700。第二支撑板840设置于第四转角板822的内表面上,第二支撑板840抵靠于底边框330上。通过第一支撑板830及第二支撑板840能够有效支撑第三转角板821及第四转角板822,避免第三转角板821及第四转角板822的外表面在受到外力的作用而凹陷或塌陷,有效保证交互智能平板10的稳定性及美观性。
第一支撑板830抵靠于第二内转角700的侧壁上,第二支撑板840抵靠于第三容置腔333与第三固定腔334之间隔板335上。
第二限位板810靠近第四转角板822的一侧边与第二支撑板840相连接,通过第二支撑板840能够进一步支撑第二限位板810,避免第二限位板810相对第四转角板822活动。
一实施例中,第二外转角800还包括第一加强筋831,第一加强筋831固定于第三转角板821上,第一支撑板830与第一加强筋831均能够抵接于第二内转角700上。通过第一加强筋831能够进一步加强对第三转角板821的支撑。具体地,第一加强筋831的一侧边固定于第三转角板821上,第一支撑板830的一侧边固定于第一加强筋831的一表面上。第一支撑板830与第一加强筋831形成类似“T”形结构,第一加强筋831不仅能够支撑第三转角板821,进一步避免第三转角板821凹陷或塌陷,同时进一步支撑第一支撑板830。
一实施例中,第二外转角800还包括第二加强筋841,第二加强筋841的一侧边固定于第二支撑板840上,相邻的另一侧边固定于第四转角板822上。通过第二加强筋841能够进一步加强对第四转角板822的支撑。通过第二加强筋841有效支撑第二支撑板840,进而有效支撑第二限位板810,同时第二加强筋841进一步支撑第四转角板822,进一步避免第四转角板822凹陷或塌陷。
一实施例中,第二外转角800还包括第一卡接件850及第二卡接件860,第一卡接件850设置于第三转角板821远离第四转角板822的边缘处,第一卡接 件850卡设于底边框330上。第二卡接件860设置于第四转角板822远离第三转角板821的边缘处,第二卡接件860卡设于侧边框320或底边框330上。
通过设置第一卡接件850使得第三转角板821有效卡设在底边框330上,能够有效避免第三转角板821向底边框330外侧方向外翻,同时避免第三转角板821与底边框330错位。同时通过设置第二卡接件860使得第四转角板822有效卡设在侧边框320或底边框330上,能够有效避免第四转角板822向侧边框320或底边框330的外侧方向外翻,同时避免第四转角板822与侧边框320错位,使得交互智能平板10的外观面更加平整,同时通过第一卡接件850及第二卡接件860使得第二外转角800更稳定地固定在底边框330与侧边框320的连接处。
一实施例中,第一卡接件850为板状结构,第一卡接件850固定于第三转角板821远离第四转角板822的侧边上,且由第三转角板821向远离第四转角板822的方向延伸,第一卡接件850插设于底边框330的第三固定腔334内,并抵靠于第三固定腔334的内壁上。
一实施例中,第二卡接件860为卡勾结构,第二卡接件860固定于第四转角板822远离第三转角板821的边缘处,底边框330靠近第四转角板822的侧壁上设置有凸块336,第二卡接件860卡设于凸块336上。通过第二卡接件860使得第四转角板822有效固定于底边框330上,避免第四转角板822向远离侧边框320或底边框330的方向外翻。可选地,凸块还可以设置于侧边框320上。
一实施例中,第二外转角800还包括第二定位板870,第二定位板870的一侧边固定于第三转角板821上,相邻的另一侧边固定于第四转角板822上,第二定位板870上开设有至少两个第二定位孔871。第二内转角700上设置有至少两个第二定位柱710,两个第二定位柱710间隔设置,每一第二定位柱710对应插设于一第二定位孔871内。通过第二定位柱710与第二定位孔871相配合以使第二外转角800定位于第二内转角700上,方便第二外转角800的安装。
第二定位板870上开设有第一紧固孔872,第二内转角700上开设有第二紧固孔720,第一紧固孔872与第二紧固孔720相对应。交互智能平板10还包括第二紧固件,第二紧固件的一端穿过第一紧固孔872并穿设于第二紧固孔720内,进而使得第二外转角800固定于第二内转角700上。具体地,第二紧固件为紧固螺钉。
进一步地,第二定位板870上设有第一沉孔873,第一紧固孔872开设于第 一沉孔873的底壁上。通过第一沉孔873使得穿设于第一紧固孔872内的第二紧固件位于第一沉孔873内,进而避免第二紧固件突出于第二定位板870,方便交互智能平板10后壳600的安装。更进一步地,第二内转角700上开设于第二沉孔730,第二沉孔730与第一沉孔873相匹配。当第二定位板870定位于第二内转角700上时,第一沉孔873位于第二沉孔730内,进而使得第二定位板870与第二内转角700的配合更加稳定。
请参阅图7,交互智能平板10的后壳600盖设于第二转角组件上,以覆盖第二转角组件。具体地,后壳600盖设于第二定位板870上,一第二定位柱710上开设有第一连接孔740(如图5所示),后壳600上开设有第二连接孔620,第一连接孔740与第二连接孔620相对应连通。通过一紧固螺钉穿过第二连接孔620并穿设于第一连接孔740内,使得后壳600有效固定在第二转角组件上。
一实施例中,后壳600包括背板630及盖板640,背板630与盖板640共同盖设于边框组件的一侧,以共同覆盖显示组件100。盖板640可拆卸地设置于背板630上,并可拆卸地盖设于第二转角组件上。当需要对第二外转角800进行拆卸时,只需将盖板640拆卸下来,便可拆除第二外转角800,而不需要将整个背板630拆除,有效简化第二外转角800的拆卸步骤,进而提高第三滑槽331内的触摸电路板200拆装效率。具体地,盖板640盖设于第二定位板870上。第一连接孔620开设于盖板640上。
当需要对触摸电路板200进行拆装更换或维修时,对于顶边框310及侧边框320内的触摸电路板200,需要对第一外转角500进行拆卸。由于后壳600与第一定位板560之间具有间距,拆卸第一紧固件,将第一外转角500向靠近后壳600的方向移动,使得第一定位柱410脱离第一定位孔561后,即可将第一外转角500拔出,进而可以对顶边框310或侧边框320内的触摸电路板200进行拆装或维修。对于底边框330内的触摸电路板200,需要对第二外转角800进行拆卸。拆卸第二紧固件,将盖板640拆卸下来,便可拆除第二外转角800,底边框330内的触摸电路板200能够由第三滑槽331内取出。

  1. 一种交互智能平板的边框组件,其特征在于,包括:
    顶边框;
    两个侧边框;
    底边框;其中,所述顶边框、所述两个侧边框及所述底边框内分别形成有用于安装触摸电路板的滑槽;及
    转角组件,所述转角组件具有为触摸电路板提供支撑的抵接部,所述抵接部向所述滑槽方向延伸。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的边框组件,其特征在于,所述转角组件包括第一转角组件,所述第一转角组件连接所述顶边框及所述两个侧边框,所述第一转角组件具有向所述顶边框及所述侧边框延伸的所述抵接部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的边框组件,其特征在于,所述第一转角组件包括第一内转角及第一外转角,所述第一内转角的一端固定于所述顶边框上,另一端固定于所述侧边框上;所述第一外转角可拆卸地设置于所述顶边框与所述侧边框的连接处,所述第一转角组件的抵接部为所述第一外转角上形成的第一限位板。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的边框组件,其特征在于,所述第一限位板为直角板。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的边框组件,其特征在于,所述转角组件包括第二转角组件,所述第二转角组件连接所述底边框及所述两个侧边框,所述第二转角组件具有向所述底边框延伸的所述抵接部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的边框组件,其特征在于,所述第二转角组件包括第二内转角及第二外转角,所述第二内转角的一端固定于所述底边框上,另一端固定于所述侧边框上;所述第二外转角可拆卸地设置于所述底边框与所述侧边框的连接处,所述第二转角组件的抵接部为所述第二外转角上形成的第二限位板。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的边框组件,其特征在于,所述滑槽包括第一滑槽、第二滑槽及第三滑槽,所述第一滑槽开设于所述顶边框上并贯穿所述顶边框的一端或相对的两端,所述第二滑槽开设于所述侧边框上并贯穿所述侧边框的一端,所述第三滑槽开设于所述底边框上并贯穿所述底边框的一端或相对的两端。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的边框组件,其特征在于,所述第二滑槽贯穿所述侧边框靠近所述顶边框的一端。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的边框组件,其特征在于,所述第二滑槽贯穿所述侧边框的相对两端,所述底边框靠近所述侧边框的侧壁上设置有用于抵接位于所述第二滑槽内的触摸电路板的卡台;或者
    所述第二滑槽贯穿所述侧边框的相对两端,所述侧边框的另一端上设置有用于抵接位于所述第二滑槽内的触摸电路板的卡台,所述卡台位于所述第二滑槽靠近所述底边框的一侧。
  10. 根据权利要求7-9任一项所述的边框组件,其特征在于,所述顶边框设有一第一容置腔,所述第一容置腔的相对两内壁上均设有第一插槽,两个所述第一插槽相对设置并共同形成所述第一滑槽;所述侧边框设有一第二容置腔,所述第二容置腔的相对两内壁上均设有第二插槽,两个所述第二插槽相对设置并共同形成所述第二滑槽;所述底边框设有一第三容置腔,所述第三容置腔的相对两内壁上均设有第三插槽,两个所述第三插槽相对设置并共同形成所述第三滑槽。
  11. 一种交互智能平板,其特征在于,包括:
    显示组件;
    触摸电路板;及
    边框组件,包括顶边框、两个侧边框、底边框及转角组件,所述顶边框、所述两个侧边框及所述底边框内分别形成有滑槽,所述滑槽内安装有所述触摸电路板;所述转角组件具有为触摸电路板提供支撑的抵接部,所述抵接部向所述滑槽方向延伸;其中,所述底边框与所述顶边框相对设置,并与所述两个侧边框共同围设于所述显示组件的外周侧。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的边框组件,其特征在于,所述转角组件包括第一转角组件,所述第一转角组件连接所述顶边框及所述两个侧边框,所述第一转角组件具有向所述顶边框及所述侧边框延伸的所述抵接部。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的边框组件,其特征在于,所述第一转角组件包括第一内转角及第一外转角,所述第一内转角的一端固定于所述顶边框上,另一端固定于所述侧边框上;所述第一外转角可拆卸地设置于所述顶边框与所述侧边框的连接处,所述第一转角组件的抵接部为所述第一外转角上形成的第一 限位板,所述第一限位板抵接于所述顶边框及所述侧边框内的所述触摸电路板。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,还包括后壳,所述第一外转角包括第一转角本体及第一定位板,所述第一定位板设置于所述第一转角本体的内表面上,所述第一限位板设置于所述第一转角本体的内表面上,并与所述第一定位板间隔相对设置,所述第一定位板定位于所述第一内转角上,所述后壳设置于所述边框组件的一侧,并盖设于所述第一定位板背向于所述第一限位板的一侧。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述第一内转角朝向所述后壳的表面上设置有第一定位柱,所述第一定位板上开设有第一定位孔,所述第一定位柱对应插设于所述第一定位孔内,所述后壳与所述第一定位板之间具有间距,所述间距大于或等于所述第一定位柱的高度加所述第一定位板的厚度。
  16. 根据权利要求13-15任一项所述的边框组件,其特征在于,所述第一限位板为直角板,所述第一限位板的一直角边抵接于所述顶边框内的所述触摸电路板上,另一直角边抵接于所述侧边框内的所述触摸电路板上。
  17. 根据权利要求11所述的边框组件,其特征在于,所述转角组件包括第二转角组件,所述第二转角组件连接所述底边框及所述两个侧边框,所述第二转角组件具有向所述底边框延伸的所述抵接部。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的边框组件,其特征在于,所述第二转角组件包括第二内转角及第二外转角,所述第二内转角的一端固定于所述底边框上,另一端固定于所述侧边框上;所述第二外转角可拆卸地设置于所述底边框与所述侧边框的连接处,所述第二转角组件的抵接部为所述第二外转角上形成的第二限位板,所述第一限位板抵接于所述底边框内的所述触摸电路板。
  19. 根据权利要求17或18所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,还包括后壳,所述后壳包括背板及盖板,所述盖板可拆卸地设置于所述背板上,所述背板与所述盖板共同盖设于所述边框组件的一侧,其中,所述盖板可拆卸地盖设于所述第二转角组件上。
  20. 根据权利要求11所述的边框组件,其特征在于,所述滑槽包括第一滑槽、第二滑槽及第三滑槽,所述第一滑槽开设于所述顶边框上并贯穿所述顶边框的一端或相对的两端,所述第二滑槽开设于所述侧边框上并贯穿所述侧边框 的一端,所述第三滑槽开设于所述底边框上并贯穿所述底边框的一端或相对的两端;其中,所述第一滑槽、所述第二滑槽及所述第三滑槽内分别安装有所述触摸电路板。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述第二滑槽贯穿所述侧边框靠近所述顶边框的一端。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述第二滑槽贯穿所述侧边框的相对两端,所述底边框靠近所述侧边框的侧壁上设置有卡台,所述卡台用于抵接位于所述第二滑槽内的所述触摸电路板;或者
    所述第二滑槽贯穿所述侧边框的相对两端,所述侧边框的另一端上设置有卡台,所述卡台位于所述第二滑槽靠近所述底边框的一侧,所述卡台用于抵接位于所述第二滑槽内的所述触摸电路板。
  23. 根据权利要求20-22任一项所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述顶边框上设有一第一容置腔,所述第一容置腔的相对两内壁上均设有第一插槽,两个所述第一插槽相对设置并共同形成所述第一滑槽;所述侧边框设有一第二容置腔,所述第二容置腔的相对两内壁上均设有第二插槽,两个所述第二插槽相对设置并共同形成所述第二滑槽;所述底边框设有一第三容置腔,所述第三容置腔的相对两内壁上均设有第三插槽,两个所述第三插槽相对设置并共同形成所述第三滑槽。
