本申请公开了一种TWS耳机、充电盒及其升级方法、存储介质,涉及耳机技术领域,用于提供一种合理可行的TWS耳机固件升级方案,包括:获取预设终端发送的升级固件包;利用所述升级固件包中的充电盒升级固件完成升级;将所述升级固件包中的音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述TWS耳机的音频输出装置,以便所述音频输出装置利用所述音频输出装置升级固件完成升级。可见,本申请中充电盒获取预设终端发送的升级固件包,并在自身升级完成之后将升级固件包中与音频输出装置对应的升级固件发送至音频输出装置,以完成对音频输出装置的升级。本申请通过上述升级方案,可以实现对TWS耳机的合理可行的固件升级操作。
Description
本申请要求于2018年06月15日提交中国专利局、申请号为201810622487.5、发明名称为“一种TWS耳机、充电盒及其升级方法、存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及耳机技术领域,特别涉及一种TWS耳机、充电盒及其升级方法、存储介质。
TWS(即True Wireless Stereo,真无线立体声)耳机作为佩戴方便并且可以单独使用的耳机,越来越受到消费者大众的青睐,具有广阔的市场前景。
在TWS耳机中,除了需要集成必要的物理器件之外,还需要安装用于驱动上述物理器件的固件程序。TWS耳机通过物理器件和固件程序之间的配合,可以为消费者提供正常的使用功能。
然而,由于开发时间的有限或者对物理器件的了解不够完全,使得一款TWS耳机的固件开发人员很难做到一次性就能够开发出一款最适合这款TWS耳机的完美的固件。很多情况下,都需要在TWS耳机安装完某一版本的固件之后,由固件开发人员根据后续TWS耳机的实际使用情况进一步了解当前版本的固件还存在的一些漏洞、错误或者与物理器件之间的不兼容的地方,然后开发出新一版的固件,以便利用新版本的固件对TWS耳机中的旧版本固件进行升级。
由于TWS耳机中存在多个相互隔离的部件,每个部件均具有相应的固件,如何利用新版本的固件对TWS耳机中的多个部件进行合理可行的升级操作,是需要本领域技术人员重点关注的。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种TWS耳机、充电盒及其升级方法、存储介质,实现了对TWS耳机的合理可行的固件升级操作。其具体方案如下:
第一方面,本申请公开了一种TWS耳机升级方法,所述方法使用TWS耳机的充电盒,包括:
获取预设终端发送的升级固件包;
利用所述升级固件包中的充电盒升级固件完成升级;
将所述升级固件包中的音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述TWS耳机的音频输出装置,以便所述音频输出装置利用所述音频输出装置升级固件完成升级。
可选的,所述获取预设终端发送的升级固件包,包括:
获取预设终端在消息生成单元生成第一消息后通过有线传输方式或无线传输方式下发的升级固件包;
其中,所述消息生成单元为位于所述预设终端或所述TWS耳机上的通过外部触发生成方式或内部主动生成方式生成所述第一消息的虚拟单元或物理单元。
可选的,所述获取预设终端发送的升级固件包,包括:
获取预设终端在消息采集接口采集到第二消息后通过有线传输方式或无线传输方式下发的升级固件包;
其中,所述消息采集接口为位于所述预设终端或所述TWS耳机上的语音特征采集接口、虹膜特征采集接口、指纹特征采集接口、脸部特征采集接口或手势特征采集接口。
可选的,所述将所述升级固件包中的音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述TWS耳机的音频输出装置之前,还包括:
比对当前所述音频输出装置的固件版本与所述音频输出装置升级固件的固件版本;
若当前所述音频输出装置的固件版本比所述音频输出装置升级固件的固件版本旧,则执行将所述音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述音频输出装置的步骤。
可选的,所述将所述升级固件包中的音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述TWS耳机的音频输出装置,包括:
若当前第一音频输出装置和第二音频输出装置均处于播放状态并且剩余 电量均不小于预设电量,则控制所述第一音频输出装置停止播放,然后将第一音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述第一音频输出装置;
若所述第一音频输出装置已利用所述第一音频输出装置升级固件完成升级,则控制所述第一音频输出装置恢复播放状态,然后控制所述第二音频输出装置停止播放,并将第二音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述第二音频输出装置。
可选的,在将所述音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述音频输出装置之前,还包括:
监视当前所述TWS耳机的状态;
判断当前所述TWS耳机的状态是否为预设状态;
如果否,则触发相应的状态调整提示,以便所述TWS耳机的状态被调整至所述预设状态,如果是,则启动将所述音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述音频输出装置的步骤。
可选的,所述TWS耳机升级方法,还包括:
在与所述音频输出装置对应的升级进程中,若监视到当前所述TWS耳机的状态变更为与所述预设状态不一致的状态,则暂停升级,并记录相应的升级进度信息。
可选的,所述监视当前所述TWS耳机的状态,包括:
监视当前所述音频输出装置的归舱状态;
或,监视当前所述音频输出装置的佩戴状态和电量状态;
或,监视当前所述音频输出装置的播放状态和电量状态;
或,监视当前所述音频输出装置的归舱状态和所述充电盒的盒盖开闭状态;
相应的,所述预设状态为:所述音频输出装置当前位于所述充电盒的充电位置上,或,所述音频输出装置当前处于非佩戴状态并且所述音频输出装置的当前剩余电量不小于预设电量,或,所述音频输出装置当前处于非播放状态并且所述音频输出装置的当前剩余电量不小于所述预设电量,或,所述音频输出 装置当前位于所述充电盒的充电位置上并且所述充电盒的盒盖处于闭合状态。
第二方面,本申请公开了一种TWS耳机升级装置,位于TWS耳机的充电盒,包括:
固件获取模块,用于获取预设终端发送的升级固件包;
充电盒升级模块,用于利用所述升级固件包中的充电盒升级固件完成升级;
固件发送模块,用于将所述升级固件包中的音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述TWS耳机的音频输出装置,以便所述音频输出装置利用所述音频输出装置升级固件完成升级。
第三方面,本申请公开了一种充电盒,包括处理器和存储器;其中,所述处理器执行所述存储器中保存的计算机程序时实现前述TWS耳机升级方法。
第四方面,本申请公开了一种TWS耳机,包括前述充电盒,还包括一个或多个音频输出装置。
第五方面,本申请公开了一种计算机可读存储介质,用于存储计算机程序;其中,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现前述TWS耳机升级方法。
可见,本申请的充电盒先获取预设终端发送的升级固件包,然后充电盒利用升级固件包中的充电盒升级固件完成自身的升级,接着充电盒将升级固件包中的音频输出装置升级固件发送给TWS耳机的音频输出装置,这样音频输出装置便可以利用接收到的升级固件完成自身的升级,由此可知,本申请中充电盒获取预设终端发送的升级固件包,并在自身升级完成之后将升级固件包中与音频输出装置对应的升级固件发送至音频输出装置,以完成对音频输出装置的升级。本申请通过上述升级方案,可以实现对TWS耳机的合理可行的固件升级操作。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
现有技术中,为了使TWS耳机能够正常工作,除了需要集成必要的物理器件之外,还需要安装用于驱动上述物理器件的固件程序。由于一款TWS耳机的固件开发人员很难做到一次性就能够开发出一款最适合这款TWS耳机的完美的固件,很多情况下需要在TWS耳机安装完某一版本的固件之后,由固件开发人员根据后续TWS耳机的实际使用情况进一步开发出新版的固件。通过本申请公开的技术方案,可以达到利用上述新版固件对TWS耳机进行合理可行的升级的效果。
本发明实施例公开了一种TWS耳机升级方法,所述方法使用TWS耳机的充电盒,参见图1所示,所述方法包括:
步骤S11:获取预设终端发送的升级固件包。
需要说明的是,本实施例中的TWS耳机包括充电盒以及多个音频输出装置,其中,上述多个音频输出装置中包括两个或两个以上的音频输出装置。与此对应的,充电盒中也设置由多个充电位置,通过一个充电位置为一个音频输出装置充电。通常情况下,TWS耳机中音频输出装置的数量是两个。
可以理解的是,所述预设终端具体可以包括但不限于智能手机、电脑和可穿戴智能设备。其中,可穿戴设备包括但不限于智能手表、智能手环、智能眼镜、VR(即Virtual Reality,虚拟现实)设备、AR(即Augmented Reality,增强现实)设备和MR(即Mixed Reality,混合现实)设备。本实施例中,为了更方便预设终端与存储有新版升级固件包的服务器以及TWS耳机之间的数据通讯过程,可以预先在预设终端上安装一个专用的应用程序APP,通过该APP实现与上述服务器和TWS耳机之间的数据通讯。
本实施例中,充电盒所获取的由预设终端发送的升级固件包中具体包括适用于充电盒的升级固件以及适用于音频输出装置的升级固件。
在一种具体实施方式中,所述获取预设终端发送的升级固件包,具体可以包括:
获取预设终端在消息生成单元生成第一消息后通过有线传输方式或无线传输方式下发的升级固件包;其中,所述消息生成单元为位于所述预设终端或所述TWS耳机上的通过外部触发生成方式或内部主动生成方式生成所述第一消息的虚拟单元或物理单元。
可以理解的是,上述无线传输方式具体可以是基于蓝牙技术的无线传输方式,上述有线传输方式具体可以是基于USB数据线的数据传输方式。
本实施例中,所述消息生成单元可以是第一类消息生成单元,具体用于通过外部触发生成方式生成所述第一消息,并具体位于预设终端上,例如,可以是预先集成在预设终端上的物理单元,如物理按钮,或者是预设终端在检测到当前服务器上存在新版的升级固件包后生成的虚拟单元,如虚拟按钮。与此相应的,本实施例在位于预设终端上的第一类消息生成单元生成上述第一消息之前,可以先由预设终端检测当前服务器中是否存在新版的升级固件包,如果是,则可以在预设终端上通过画面显示、语音播放或产生特定频率的振动等方式产生相应的提示信息,以提示用户确定是否需要升级固件,当用户注意到上述提示信息,并通过触发第一类消息生成单元生成包含用户确认升级指令的第一消息之后,预设终端便从服务器中下载相应的升级固件包,并发送至充电盒。
本实施例中,所述消息生成单元也可以是第二类消息生成单元,具体用于通过外部触发生成方式生成所述第一消息,并具体位于TWS耳机上,例如,可以是预先集成在TWS耳机的任意音频输出装置或充电盒上的物理按钮,或者可以是在TWS耳机判断出当前服务器上存在新版的升级固件后 在充电盒的预设显示屏上生成的虚拟按钮。与此相应的,本实施例在位于TWS耳机上的第二类消息生成单元生成上述第一消息之前,可以先通过预设终端将当前服务器上的最新固件版本号发送至TWS耳机的音频输出装置或充电盒,当TWS耳机通过自动检测方式检测到当前自身安装的固件版本号比上述接收到的最新固件版本号旧时,则可以通过语音提示、产生特定频率的振动或者通过充电盒中预设显示屏的画面显示等方式产生相应的提示信息,以提示用户确定是否需要升级固件,当用户注意到上述提示信息,并通过触发第二类消息生成单元生成包含用户确认升级指令的第一消息之后,TWS耳机将该第一消息转发给预设终端,然后预设终端便从服务器中下载相应的升级固件包,并发送至充电盒。
本实施例中,所述消息生成单元也可以是第三类消息生成单元,具体可以是用于通过内部主动生成方式生成所述第一消息的虚拟单元或物理单元,并具体位于预设终端上。本实施例在位于预设终端上的第三类消息生成单元生成上述第一消息之前,可以先由预设终端检测当前服务器中是否存在新版的升级固件包,如果是,则自动控制上述第三类消息生成单元生成包含自动确认升级指令的第一消息,然后预设终端便从服务器中下载相应的升级固件包,并发送至充电盒。
本实施例中,所述消息生成单元也可以是第四类消息生成单元,具体可以是用于通过内部主动生成方式生成所述第一消息的虚拟单元或物理单元,并具体位于TWS耳机上。本实施例在位于TWS耳机上的第四类消息生成单元生成上述第一消息之前,可以先通过预设终端将当前服务器上的最新固件版本号发送至TWS耳机的音频输出装置或充电盒,当TWS耳机通过自动检测方式检测到当前自身安装的固件版本号比上述接收到的最新固件版本号旧时,则可以直接控制第四类消息生成单元生成包含自动确认升级指令的第一消息,然后TWS耳机将该第一消息转发给预设终端,接着预设终端便从服务器中下载相应的升级固件包,并发送至充电盒。
可以理解的是,上述服务器可以是常规的物理服务器,也可以是云服务器。
在另一种具体实施方式中,为了避免非法用户随意对TWS耳机进行固 件升级,所述获取预设终端发送的升级固件包,具体可以包括:
获取预设终端在消息采集接口采集到第二消息后通过有线传输方式或无线传输方式下发的升级固件包;其中,所述消息采集接口为位于所述预设终端或所述TWS耳机上的语音特征采集接口、虹膜特征采集接口、指纹特征采集接口、脸部特征采集接口或手势特征采集接口。
本实施例中,上述消息采集接口具体可以用来采集特征数据,如语音特征、虹膜特征、指纹特征、脸部特征或手势特征等,而上述第二消息则可以是与合法用户对应的预设特征数据。可以理解的是,本实施例在利用消息采集接口采集特征数据之前,可以先由预设终端或TWS耳机检测当前服务器上是否存在新版的升级固件包,如果是,则自动激活上述消息采集接口,然后利用激活后的消息采集接口采集相应的特征数据,并判断采集到的特征数据与预设特征数据是否相一致,如果是,则预设终端从服务器中下载相应的升级固件包,并发送至充电盒。通过上述升级固件包的下发方式,可以保证只有预设的合法用户才能够触发TWS耳机的固件升级过程,提升了用户体验。可以理解的是,本具体实施方式还需要预先将TWS耳机与合法用户的指纹特征、虹膜特征等预设特征数据进行绑定。
步骤S12:利用所述升级固件包中的充电盒升级固件完成升级。
也即,充电盒获取到升级固件包之后,会利用升级固件包中的充电盒升级固件完成自身的升级。
另外,在TWS耳机中的任意安装有固件的部件进行固件升级的过程中,如果出现升级中断事件,则可以记录此时相应的升级进度信息,当后续升级恢复时,则可以根据上述记录的升级进度信息,继续完成剩余的升级过程。可以理解的是,TWS耳机中安装有固件的部件包括音频输出装置和充电盒。
步骤S13:将所述升级固件包中的音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述TWS耳机的音频输出装置,以便所述音频输出装置利用所述音频输出装置升级固件完成升级。
也即,本实施例中的充电盒完成自身的升级之后,将所述升级固件包中的音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述TWS耳机的音频输出装置,以便所 述音频输出装置利用所述音频输出装置升级固件完成升级。
可以理解的是,本实施例为了避免重复升级,在所述将所述升级固件包中的音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述TWS耳机的音频输出装置之前,还包括:
比对当前所述音频输出装置的固件版本与所述音频输出装置升级固件的固件版本;若当前所述音频输出装置的固件版本比所述音频输出装置升级固件的固件版本旧,则执行将所述音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述音频输出装置的步骤。
在一种具体实施方式中,所述比对当前所述音频输出装置的固件版本与所述音频输出装置升级固件的固件版本,具体可以包括:
在充电盒升级完毕之后,在预设终端或TWS耳机上产生用于提示充电盒已完成升级的提示信息,当用户注意到上述提示信息,并且按压预设终端或TWS耳机上的预设按钮之后,充电盒便通过预设的通讯接口向音频输出装置发送版本查询命令,以获取音频输出装置的固件版本,然后比对获取到的音频输出装置的固件版本与所述升级固件包中的音频输出装置升级固件的固件版本。另外,上述预设的通讯接口可以是BLE(即Bluetooth Low Energy)接口或USB通讯接口等。
在另一种具体实施方式中,为了尽量减少用户的人工干预,提升用户的便捷体验,所述比对当前所述音频输出装置的固件版本与所述音频输出装置升级固件的固件版本,具体可以包括:
充电盒完成自身的固件升级之后,主动通过上述预设的通讯接口向音频输出装置发送版本查询命令,以获取音频输出装置的固件版本,然后比对获取到的音频输出装置的固件版本与所述升级固件包中的音频输出装置升级固件的固件版本。
可以理解的是,本实施例充电盒具体可以通过无线通讯接口或有线通讯接口将所述升级固件包中的音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述TWS耳机的音频输出装置。其中,上述有线通讯接口具体可以是USB通讯接口,上述无线通讯接口具体可以是BLE接口。
本实施例中,充电盒可以先将音频输出装置升级固件发送给TWS耳机 中的任意一个音频输出装置,当该音频输出装置升级完毕后,充电盒再给其他剩余的任意一个音频输出装置发送相应的升级固件,以此类推,直到TWS耳机中的所有音频输出装置均完成升级为止。
可见,本申请实施例的充电盒先获取预设终端发送的升级固件包,然后充电盒利用升级固件包中的充电盒升级固件完成自身的升级,接着充电盒将升级固件包中的音频输出装置升级固件发送给TWS耳机的音频输出装置,这样音频输出装置便可以利用接收到的升级固件完成自身的升级,由此可知,本申请实施例中充电盒获取预设终端发送的升级固件包,并在自身升级完成之后将升级固件包中与音频输出装置对应的升级固件发送至音频输出装置,以完成对音频输出装置的升级。本申请实施例通过上述升级方案,可以实现对TWS耳机的合理可行的固件升级操作。
参见图2所示,本申请实施例公开了一种具体的TWS耳机升级方法,包括:
步骤S21:获取预设终端发送的升级固件包。
步骤S22:利用所述升级固件包中的充电盒升级固件完成升级。
关于上述步骤S21至S22的具体过程可以参考前述实施例中公开的相应内容,在此不再进行赘述。
步骤S23:若当前第一音频输出装置和第二音频输出装置均处于播放状态并且剩余电量均不小于预设电量,则控制所述第一音频输出装置停止播放,然后将第一音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述第一音频输出装置。
步骤S24:若所述第一音频输出装置已利用所述第一音频输出装置升级固件完成升级,则控制所述第一音频输出装置恢复播放状态,然后控制所述第二音频输出装置停止播放,并将第二音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述第二音频输出装置。
也即,本实施例是在第一音频输出装置和第二音频输出装置均处于播放状态并且剩余电量均不小于预设电量的情况下,为了实现既能够对音频输出装置进行升级,又能够避免上述两个音频输出装置在升级过程均无法正常使用的目的,本实施例先对第一音频输出装置进行升级,第二音频输 出装置则保持播放状态,当第一音频输出装置升级完毕后,重新恢复第一音频输出装置的播放状态,然后对第二音频输出装置进行升级。
本实施例中,所述第一音频输出装置具体是TWS耳机的多个音频输出装置中的任意一个音频输出装置,其可以工作于主模式,也即本实施例中的第一音频输出装置具体可以是主耳机,也可以工作于从模式,也即本实施例中的第一音频输出装置具体也可以是从耳机。同理,本实施例中的第二音频输出装置具体可以是TWS耳机的多个音频输出装置中除第一音频输出装置外的任意一个工作于主模式或从模式的音频输出装置。
另外,上述第一音频输出装置升级固件和第二音频输出装置升级固件可以是两份独立的升级固件,当然,考虑到不同的音频输出装置其实可以共用同一份升级固件,所以上述第一音频输出装置升级固件和第二音频输出装置升级固件其实也可以是同一份升级固件。
参见图3所示,对于上述任一实施例,在将所述音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述音频输出装置之前,还包括:
步骤S31:监视当前所述TWS耳机的状态。
步骤S32:判断当前所述TWS耳机的状态是否为预设状态。
其中,所述监视当前所述TWS耳机的状态,具体可以包括:
监视当前所述音频输出装置的归舱状态;
或,监视当前所述音频输出装置的佩戴状态和电量状态;
或,监视当前所述音频输出装置的播放状态和电量状态;
或,监视当前所述音频输出装置的归舱状态和所述充电盒的盒盖开闭状态;
相应的,所述预设状态为:所述音频输出装置当前位于所述充电盒的充电位置上,或,所述音频输出装置当前处于非佩戴状态并且所述音频输出装置的当前剩余电量不小于预设电量,或,所述音频输出装置当前处于非播放状态并且所述音频输出装置的当前剩余电量不小于所述预设电量,或,所述音频输出装置当前位于所述充电盒的充电位置上并且所述充电盒的盒盖处于闭合状态。
可以理解的是,本实施例中,上述归舱状态具体用来表征相应的音频输出装置是否位于充电盒中相应的充电位置上,上述佩戴状态具体用来表征当前用户是否佩戴相应的音频输出装置,上述播放状态具体用来表征当前相应的音频输出装置是否播放音频,上述电量状态具体用来表征当前相应的音频输出装置的剩余电量,上述盒盖开闭状态具体是指当前充电盒的盒盖的打开或闭合状态。
本实施例具体可以通过监测充电位置上的预设电触点的电流值或者利用充电位置上预设的接近开关来实现监视音频输出装置的归舱状态的目的。
本实施例中,具体可以通过对音频输出装置上预先集成的体征传感器和加速度传感器所采集到的数据进行分析的方式,来监视当前该音频输出装置的佩戴状态。具体的,可以先监测上述体征传感器是否采集到相应的体征数据,如果是,则表明当前音频输出装置与人体处于接触状态,此时可以获取上述加速度传感器采集到的加速度数据,然后根据佩戴状态对应的加速度数据与非佩戴状态对应的加速度数据之间的显著差异性,利用上述获取到的加速度数据分析音频输出装置当前是处于佩戴状态或非佩戴状态。本实施例中,上述体征传感器具有可以包括但不限于温度传感器、红外传感器、压力传感器、距离传感器。
另外,本实施例具体可以利用充电盒上预设的接近开关来监视充电盒的盒盖开闭状态。
步骤S33:如果否,则触发相应的状态调整提示,以便所述TWS耳机的状态被调整至所述预设状态,如果是,则启动将所述音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述音频输出装置的步骤。
例如,假设上述预设状态为所述音频输出装置当前位于所述充电盒的充电位置上并且所述充电盒的盒盖处于闭合状态,则当音频输出装置位于充电盒的充电位置上但此时充电盒的盒盖处于打开状态,那么便可以触发相应的状态调整提示,以提示用户闭合充电盒的盒盖。又比如,假设上述预设状态为所述音频输出装置当前处于非佩戴状态并且所述音频输出装置的当前剩余电量不小于预设电量,则当音频输出装置当前处于佩戴状态并 且音频输出装置的当前剩余电量小于预设电量,那么便可以触发相应的状态调整提示,以提示用户摘下音频输出装置,并对音频输出装置进行充电。
可以理解的是,本实施例中上述状态调整提示的类型具体可以是显示画面的提示、语音提示等。
在一种具体实施方式中,可以在预设终端上触发上述状态调整提示,以便在用户干预下将所述TWS耳机的状态被调整至所述预设状态。
在另一种具体实施方式中,也可以在TWS耳机上触发上述状态调整提示,以便在用户干预下将所述TWS耳机的状态被调整至所述预设状态。
进一步的,本实施例中的TWS耳机升级方法,还包括:
在与所述音频输出装置对应的升级进程中,若监视到当前所述TWS耳机的状态变更为与所述预设状态不一致的状态,则暂停升级,并记录相应的升级进度信息,以便于后续升级操作恢复时,则可以根据上述记录的升级进度信息,继续完成所述音频输出装置的剩余升级过程。
例如,假设上述预设状态为所述音频输出装置当前位于所述充电盒的充电位置上并且所述充电盒的盒盖处于闭合状态,如果在与所述音频输出装置对应的升级进程中,监视到当前充电盒的盒盖被打开了,则可以暂停本次升级,并记录相应的升级进度信息。
相应的,参见图4所示,本申请实施例还公开了一种TWS耳机升级装置,位于TWS耳机的充电盒,包括:
固件获取模块11,用于获取预设终端发送的升级固件包;
充电盒升级模块12,用于利用所述升级固件包中的充电盒升级固件完成升级;
固件发送模块13,用于将所述升级固件包中的音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述TWS耳机的音频输出装置,以便所述音频输出装置利用所述音频输出装置升级固件完成升级。
关于上述各个模块更加具体的工作过程可以参考前述实施例中公开的相应内容,在此不再进行赘述。
相应的,本申请实施例还公开了一种充电盒20,包括处理器21和存储器22;其中,所述处理器21执行所述存储器22中保存的计算机程序时实现以下步骤:
获取预设终端发送的升级固件包;利用所述升级固件包中的充电盒升级固件完成升级;将所述升级固件包中的音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述TWS耳机的音频输出装置,以便所述音频输出装置利用所述音频输出装置升级固件完成升级。
本实施例中,所述处理器21执行所述存储器22中保存的计算机子程序时,可以具体实现以下步骤:获取预设终端在消息生成单元生成第一消息后通过有线传输方式或无线传输方式下发的升级固件包;其中,所述消息生成单元为位于所述预设终端或所述TWS耳机上的通过外部触发生成方式或内部主动生成方式生成所述第一消息的虚拟单元或物理单元。
本实施例中,所述处理器21执行所述存储器22中保存的计算机子程序时,可以具体实现以下步骤:获取预设终端在消息采集接口采集到第二消息后通过有线传输方式或无线传输方式下发的升级固件包;其中,所述消息采集接口为位于所述预设终端或所述TWS耳机上的语音特征采集接口、虹膜特征采集接口、指纹特征采集接口、脸部特征采集接口或手势特征采集接口。
本实施例中,所述处理器21执行所述存储器22中保存的计算机子程序时,可以具体实现以下步骤:比对当前所述音频输出装置的固件版本与所述音频输出装置升级固件的固件版本;若当前所述音频输出装置的固件版本比所述音频输出装置升级固件的固件版本旧,则执行将所述音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述音频输出装置的步骤。
本实施例中,所述处理器21执行所述存储器22中保存的计算机子程序时,可以具体实现以下步骤:若当前第一音频输出装置和第二音频输出装置均处于播放状态并且剩余电量均不小于预设电量,则控制所述第一音频输出装置停止播放,然后将第一音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述第一音频输出装置;若所述第一音频输出装置已利用所述第一音频输出装置升 级固件完成升级,则控制所述第一音频输出装置恢复播放状态,然后控制所述第二音频输出装置停止播放,并将第二音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述第二音频输出装置。
本实施例中,所述处理器21执行所述存储器22中保存的计算机子程序时,可以具体实现以下步骤:监视当前所述TWS耳机的状态;判断当前所述TWS耳机的状态是否为预设状态;如果否,则触发相应的状态调整提示,以便所述TWS耳机的状态被调整至所述预设状态,如果是,则启动将所述音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述音频输出装置的步骤。
本实施例中,所述处理器21执行所述存储器22中保存的计算机子程序时,可以具体实现以下步骤:在与所述音频输出装置对应的升级进程中,若监视到当前所述TWS耳机的状态变更为与所述预设状态不一致的状态,则暂停升级,并记录相应的升级进度信息。
本实施例中,所述处理器21执行所述存储器22中保存的计算机子程序时,可以具体实现以下步骤:监视当前所述音频输出装置的归舱状态;或,监视当前所述音频输出装置的佩戴状态和电量状态;或,监视当前所述音频输出装置的播放状态和电量状态;或,监视当前所述音频输出装置的归舱状态和所述充电盒的盒盖开闭状态;相应的,所述预设状态为:所述音频输出装置当前位于所述充电盒的充电位置上,或,所述音频输出装置当前处于非佩戴状态并且所述音频输出装置的当前剩余电量不小于预设电量,或,所述音频输出装置当前处于非播放状态并且所述音频输出装置的当前剩余电量不小于所述预设电量,或,所述音频输出装置当前位于所述充电盒的充电位置上并且所述充电盒的盒盖处于闭合状态。
进一步的,本实施例中的充电盒20,还包括:
无线通讯接口23,用于通过无线通讯方式,获取预设终端发送的各种数据参数以及向预设终端发送各种数据参数,也可以通过无线通讯方式与音频输出装置进行数据参数的传输,或者也可以用于获取外部导入的程序代码。其中,无线通讯接口23具体可以是BLE接口。
有线通讯接口24,用于通过有线通讯方式,获取预设终端发送的各种数据参数以及向预设终端发送各种数据参数,也可以通过有线通讯方式与 音频输出装置进行数据参数的传输,或者也可以用于获取外部导入的程序代码。其中,有线通讯接口24具体可以是USB接口。
传感器25,用于探测充电盒的盒盖开闭状态。具体的,上述传感器25可以包括接近开关等。
储能器件26,用于为音频输出装置充电。
进一步的,本申请实施例还公开了一种TWS耳机,包括前述实施例中公开的充电盒,还包括一个或多个音频输出装置。可以理解的是,本实施例中的音频输出装置中具体可以包括音频播放单元、储能单元、体征传感器、加速度传感器等。
进一步的,本申请还公开了一种计算机可读存储介质,用于存储计算机程序;其中,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现前述公开的TWS耳机升级方法。关于该方法的具体步骤可以参考前述实施例中公开的相应内容,在此不再进行赘述。

Claims (12)
- 一种TWS耳机升级方法,其特征在于,所述方法使用TWS耳机的充电盒,包括:获取预设终端发送的升级固件包;利用所述升级固件包中的充电盒升级固件完成升级;将所述升级固件包中的音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述TWS耳机的音频输出装置,以便所述音频输出装置利用所述音频输出装置升级固件完成升级。
- 根据权利要求1所述的TWS耳机升级方法,其特征在于,所述获取预设终端发送的升级固件包,包括:获取预设终端在消息生成单元生成第一消息后通过有线传输方式或无线传输方式下发的升级固件包;其中,所述消息生成单元为位于所述预设终端或所述TWS耳机上的通过外部触发生成方式或内部主动生成方式生成所述第一消息的虚拟单元或物理单元。
- 根据权利要求1所述的TWS耳机升级方法,其特征在于,所述获取预设终端发送的升级固件包,包括:获取预设终端在消息采集接口采集到第二消息后通过有线传输方式或无线传输方式下发的升级固件包;其中,所述消息采集接口为位于所述预设终端或所述TWS耳机上的语音特征采集接口、虹膜特征采集接口、指纹特征采集接口、脸部特征采集接口或手势特征采集接口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的TWS耳机升级方法,其特征在于,所述将所述升级固件包中的音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述TWS耳机的音频输出装置之前,还包括:比对当前所述音频输出装置的固件版本与所述音频输出装置升级固件的固件版本;若当前所述音频输出装置的固件版本比所述音频输出装置升级固件的固件版本旧,则执行将所述音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述音频输出装置的步骤。
- 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的TWS耳机升级方法,其特征在于,所述将所述升级固件包中的音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述TWS耳机的音频输出装置,包括:若当前第一音频输出装置和第二音频输出装置均处于播放状态并且剩余电量均不小于预设电量,则控制所述第一音频输出装置停止播放,然后将第一音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述第一音频输出装置;若所述第一音频输出装置已利用所述第一音频输出装置升级固件完成升级,则控制所述第一音频输出装置恢复播放状态,然后控制所述第二音频输出装置停止播放,并将第二音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述第二音频输出装置。
- 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的TWS耳机升级方法,其特征在于,在将所述音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述音频输出装置之前,还包括:监视当前所述TWS耳机的状态;判断当前所述TWS耳机的状态是否为预设状态;如果否,则触发相应的状态调整提示,以便所述TWS耳机的状态被调整至所述预设状态,如果是,则启动将所述音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述音频输出装置的步骤。
- 根据权利要求6所述的TWS耳机升级方法,其特征在于,还包括:在与所述音频输出装置对应的升级进程中,若监视到当前所述TWS耳机的状态变更为与所述预设状态不一致的状态,则暂停升级,并记录相应的升级进度信息。
- 根据权利要求6所述的TWS耳机升级方法,其特征在于,所述监视当前所述TWS耳机的状态,包括:监视当前所述音频输出装置的归舱状态;或,监视当前所述音频输出装置的佩戴状态和电量状态;或,监视当前所述音频输出装置的播放状态和电量状态;或,监视当前所述音频输出装置的归舱状态和所述充电盒的盒盖开闭状态;相应的,所述预设状态为:所述音频输出装置当前位于所述充电盒的充电位置上,或,所述音频输出装置当前处于非佩戴状态并且所述音频输出装置的当前剩余电量不小于预设电量,或,所述音频输出装置当前处于非播放状态并且所述音频输出装置的当前剩余电量不小于所述预设电量,或,所述音频输出装置当前位于所述充电盒的充电位置上并且所述充电盒的盒盖处于闭合状态。
- 一种TWS耳机升级装置,其特征在于,位于TWS耳机的充电盒,包括:固件获取模块,用于获取预设终端发送的升级固件包;充电盒升级模块,用于利用所述升级固件包中的充电盒升级固件完成升级;固件发送模块,用于将所述升级固件包中的音频输出装置升级固件发送至所述TWS耳机的音频输出装置,以便所述音频输出装置利用所述音频输出装置升级固件完成升级。
- 一种充电盒,其特征在于,包括处理器和存储器;其中,所述处理器执行所述存储器中保存的计算机程序时实现如权利要求1至8任一项所述的TWS耳机升级方法。
- 一种TWS耳机,其特征在于,包括如权利要求10所述的充电盒,还包括一个或多个音频输出装置。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,用于存储计算机程序;其中,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至8任一项所述的TWS耳机升级方法。
