Description

TRANSMISSION GEAR CONNECTION OF GEARED ELEVATOR TRACTION MACHINE AND CHANGE OF ITS BODY STRUCTURE
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to developments on a gear hub (15) of transmission gear (14) and on connection parts with the aim of enhancing the connection strength between the transmission gear (14) and the gear hub (15) in transmission system having gear shaft developed for geared elevator traction machines.
PRIOR ART
The elevators operate as traction motor in plant room moves by command received from control panel and moves the cabin in desired direction. The drive system ensures the downward and upward movement of elevator cabin and provides a comfortable ride for passengers without disturbance.
This invention was developed due to the technical problems on Application No TR 2015 03338 that we applied earlier and due to the improvability of this invention. The flange mentioned in Invention No 2015/03338 was manufactured of gray cast iron and gear hub was manufactured of nodular cast iron. That causes the vital problem such as falling of the elevator by being released when the flange and gear hub are broken due to torsion in uncontrolled movements of elevator.
Another technical problem in the present art is that the power distributed to bases is not balanced due to structure of the body. That leads to shocks, noise, less strength, failure of machine due to deformation of connection parts over time because of vibration etc. A further problem in the present art is that so called self-aligning bearing rolls inside the side bearing too much and this leads to degradations over time.
Brief Description of the Invention
The problems stated in prior art are solved by our invention developed with patent no 2015/03338. The flange (13) is manufactured from nodular cast iron material and the gear hub (15) is manufactured from gray cast material in our invention. Breaking of the flange and the gear hub is prevented in sudden accelerations of elevator by means of special design of the gear clamping collar and the gear hub located on the transmission gear and falling of the elevator is prevented by the fact that gear shaft is not separated from the gear hub by means of the gear clamping collar.
In addition, by means of our invention, the transmission gear (2) is prevented from realizing free rotation movement on the gear shaft (1) by the screws positioned between the screw housings created on inner part of transmission gear and on the gear shaft. In patent no 2015/033838, this process was done by wedge and wedge housings. Assembly of the machine is facilitated by screw and screw housings and the system is strengthened.
Novelties are developed on the subject matter transmission gear's gear shaft and on the flange with the aim of improving the strength of connection of the transmission gear developed on transmission system having gear shaft on the gear shaft in our invention.
There are collars on both side parts of thick gear hub and transmission gear in our invention. Thus, gear clamping collar located on side part of transmission gear and the gear hub connection collar located on gear hub are engaged with each other. Analogously, flange collar is created on side part of gear clamping flange seated on the gear hub and the flange is fastened on transmission gear side part and flange collar by means of screws. Thus, the transmission gear is fixed such that its downward and upward movement from its both sides is prevented.
In order to prevent a further problem in the present art which is so called self-aligning bearing rolling inside the side bearing too much and leading to degradations over time, by means of steel washer positioned inside the side bearing, degradations due to too much rolling of the bearing inside the side bearing is prevented.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
By means of the body (20) of the subject matter geared elevator traction machine, both mounts apply pressure on ground with 45-degree angles. Thereby, the pressure applied on the body with 90-degree angle is distributed equally. Furthermore, easier manufacturing, easier mounting and easier service maintenance is provided since the bearing beds (30) used stand apart from the body (20). The side covers (10) attached to both sides of the transmission provide mounting easiness of the machine by being collected in both ways and thus it is provided that they are attached on both sides in shaft brake suitable for EN 81 20/50 elevator application.
The gear hub connection collar (15.1.1) located on the gear hub (15) developed on the subject matter transmission gear (14) connection defines the collar with the Gear Clamping Collar (14.1) that contacts to the transmission gear (14). Again, wedge housing (33) is defined on upper portion of the gear shaft (16). There are sequentially defined screw holes (15.3) along the periphery on the gear hub (15). Thereby, mounting · of the invention is facilitated and a more resistant system against applied force is introduced.
The developed transmission gear (14) is formed by flange (13) extending outwardly on both side portions on the subject matter transmission gear (14). Again, there are screw holes (15.3) sequentially formed on inner surface portion of the transmission gear (14).
The developed gear clamping collar (14.1) and connection gaps (14.2) are formed on the subject matter transmission gear (14). Collar is formed on side portion where the gear clamping nut contacts with the transmission gear (14).
The subject matter transmission gear (14) connection is assembled by being fitted on the gear hub (15) by means of flange (13) and screws.
After the developed transmission gear (14) is fitted on the gear hub (15) on the subject matter transmission gear (14) the gear clamping collar (14.1) formed on side portion of the transmission gear (14) is placed inside the gear hub connection collar (15.1.1). Then, the connection bolts (17) are fastened to screw holes (13.1) formed inside the flange (13) and fitted on the gear hub (15). When the flange (13) contacts with the transmission gear (14) by being screwed in the gear hub (15) on the gear shaft (16), the gear clamping collar (14.1) located on side portion of the transmission gear (14) is placed on the flange collar (13.2). Thus, the transmission gear (14) is fixed by being prevented from downward- upward movement by both gear hub connection collar (15.1.1) on the gear hub (15) and also by the flange collar (13.2) located on sides of the flange (13) via gear clamping collar (14.1) formed on the side portions. The transmission gear (14) is prevented from being rotated independently from the gear shaft (16) by the connection gap (14.2) formed on inner surface portion and connection bolt (17) placed between the screw hole (15.2) formed on the gear hub (15) and the wedge housings (33) formed on the gear shaft (16) of the transmission gear (14). By this means, it is ensured that the transmission system is operated for long time and properly by preventing both the upward-downward movement and free rotating movement on the gear shaft (16) of the transmission gear (14).
