Description

TITLE: Exponential energy method for bicycle.
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to the field of transport industry. More particularly, the present invention relates to a vehicle namely a bicycle including multiple sprockets and chain sets by a way of multiplying speed by means of exponential energy method using physical means peddling.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Bicycle is the one or two persons’ transport without using polluting fuels or electricity and requires minimum storage space, easy handling, provide physical fitness, but which lacks only speed which is needed to reach timely the destination. Hence, there is a need for time saving features on bicycle.
One of the prior art US470 I 152, discloses an automatic transmission for multi-speed bicycle, comprising a plurality of chain-engaging sprockets disposed coaxially with and spaced apart along the axis of rotation of the wheel. Each of the sprockets has a predetermined diameter which differs from that of the other sprockets. The sprockets are drivingly connected to the wheel. A chain guide which is axially movable relative to the sprockets is provided. The chain guide, when aligned with a given sprocket, guides the drive chain into engagement with that given sprocket. A chain guide actuator is operatively connected to the chain guide for varying the axial position of the chain guide automatically in response to the angular speed of the wheel.
Another prior art W08200984, discloses an automatic transmission for a bicycle in which actuators responsive to the speed of the bicycle relocate a multi-sprocket assembly carried by the drive wheel for selectively engaging each of the sprockets of the sprocket assembly with drive chain. A one-direction clutch rotatably connects the pedal crank and an associated front sprocket to disengage when the rider holds the pedal crank against turning with the chain.
Yet another prior art ITTO9401 16, discloses a speed change device for bicycles. A powered control device for speed change in a bicycle comprises an electric motor directly mounted onto the rear derailleur and is provided with an encoder for detecting the position of the rear derailleur.
Yet another prior art US4580997, discloses a two speed sprocket shift assembly. A two speed sprocket and chain shift assembly with one sprocket having a small pivoted sprocket segment and means for shifting the chain from one sprocket to another upon pivoting of the sprocket segment and with the chain being entrained on one sprocket when an operating means is activated and entrained on the other sprocket when the operating means is released.
Another prior art US4976658, discloses a variable speed transmissions, comprising a transmission wheel which is shiftable in position radially relative to a driven member such as a bicycle wheel. A driving force is imposed to the transmission wheel. This driving force rotates the transmission wheel and the rotational force is transmitted by drive spokes from the transmission wheel to a hub portion of a driven member. The radial adjustment of the transmission wheel relative to the driven member changes the length of a torque arm which in turn changes the drive speed of the driven member. The torque arm length is the radial distance between the rotational axis of the driven member and the location of drive force application onto the transmission wheel.
From the above description, it is understood that the previous speed variations method or multi speed variations method with multiple sprockets in one assembly provide motorcycles with gear by a way of shifting the chain to the tyre wheel sprockets either by manually or by automatically upon increasing or decreasing speed of vehicle. There is a need for a simple method of multiplying speed of a vehicle by a physical means with peddling without using fuels or electricity. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle namely a bicycle by means of exponential energy method by a way of multiplying speed using physical means peddling.
1. The primary object of the present invention is to provide a simple design to increase the speed of the bicycle on peddling, multiple times using a plurality of chain and sprocket sets by means of exponential energy technique.
2. It is another object of the present invention to provide a plurality of chain and sprocket wheels each of which contains small sprocket wheel and big sprocket wheel fitted on each of two sides of a shaft that runs through bearings pair in between, thereby on peddling, increasing its speed multiple times

However in certain instances, well-known or conventional details are not described in order not to unnecessary obscure the present invention in detai l.
With reference to the figures 1 -3, the invention is illustrated as applied to, a side view of a bicycle ( 100) including multiple sprocket and chain sets and the schematic representation of a chain drive and a top view of the chain drive, comprising a plurality of casings including a first casing (19), a second casing (20), a third casing (21 ) and a fourth casing (22); a plurality of bearings including a first pair of bearings (3), a second pair of bearings (8), a third pair of bearings (13), a fourth pair of bearings ( 1 8) enclosed in said respective casings (19-22); a plurality of sprocket wheels(4,6,9, 1 1 , 14, 16) including a first large sprocket peddle wheel (4) or a crank wheel, a second small sprocket wheel (6) and second large sprocket wheel (9) fitted on each of two sides of a second shaft (7) in between a second pair of bearings (8). A second pair of bearings (8) is fitted by second casing (20) to a front triangle bar (23) of said vehicle (100). The third small sprocket wheel (I I ) and third large sprocket wheel (14) are fitted on each of two sides of a third shaft (12) in between third pair of bearings (13). The third pair of bearings ( 13) is fitted by third casing (21 ) to a back triangle bar (24) of said vehicle (100). Likewise, the fourth small sprocket wheel (16) is fitted with a tyre wheel (25). A first chain link (5) of a plurality of chain links is provided to connect said first large sprocket peddle wheel (4) to said second small sprocket wheel (6) which in turn is fitted with said second large sprocket wheel (9). A second chain link ( 10) is provided to connect said second large sprocket wheel (9) to said third small sprocket wheel ( I I ) which in turn is lilted with said third large sprocket wheel (14). Similarly the third chain link ( 15) is provided to connect said third large sprocket wheel ( 14) to said fourth small sprocket wheel ( 16) which in fitted with said tyre wheel (25).
In one embodiment of the present invention, the first chain link from large sprocket to small sprocket ensures the speed of rotation of wheel increased by 2.444 times as that of peddle wheel. The second chain link from large sprocket to small sprocket ensures the speed of rotation of wheel increased doubled by 2.444 times as that of peddle wheel. Likewise, the third chain link from large sprocket to small sprocket ensures the speed of rotation of wheel increased tripled by 2.444 times as that of peddle wheel, when said large sprocket wheel and said sprocket wheel contain with 44 teeth and 18 teeth respectively.
