背景技术
随着衣物护理机技术的不断进步,衣物护理机得到了越来越多家庭的青睐。
衣物护理机是通过产生高温蒸汽对衣物进行熨烫,实现杀菌消毒及除皱等功能的设备,因此衣物护理机在使用过程中需要有供水箱进行供水,相关技术中,为了方便供水箱中的水流入到蒸汽发生装置中,通常将供水箱的出水口设置在供水箱底部,由于需要在供水箱未安装在衣物护理机中的状态下(例如为供水箱加水时)保持密封性能,而不能发生漏水的现象,需要设置活动密封结构,该密封结构通常包括旋紧密封环、弹簧、活动轴、压紧密封环、旋盖以及密封嘴等结构,该密封结构的结构复杂,且难以保证在水箱装取的瞬间不发生漏水的现象。
发明内容
本公开提供了一种衣物护理机,能够解决供水箱发生漏水现象。
一实施例提供一种衣物护理机,包括:蒸汽发生装置,所述蒸汽发生装置包括进水管;供水箱,所述供水箱设置为对所述蒸汽发生装置供水,所述供水箱具有水箱出水口,所述水箱出水口设置在所述供水箱的最高水位线以上;供水导管,所述供水导管设置于所述水箱出水口处,所述供水导管的第一端由所述水箱出水口向所述供水箱的外部延伸,所述供水导管的第二端延伸至所述供水箱的底部,所述供水导管设置为选择性连通所述进水管,及与所述进水管可选择性密封连接,及水泵,所述水泵与所述进水管连接,所述水泵设置为将所述供水箱中的水抽取到所述蒸汽发生装置中。

本实施例中所述的最高水位线为供水箱1中盛放水量最大时供水箱1的水位高度,由于水箱出水口设置的高度高于最高水位线,供水箱1正常放置时,供水箱1内部的水不会主动流出供水箱1。
所述供水箱1的底部是指接近水箱下表面的位置,为了实现最大限度的抽取供水箱1中的水,所述供水导管2延伸至所述供水箱1内部的端部与所述供水箱1的底部之间的间距为1-5mm。
本实施例中所述供水导管2延伸至所述供水箱1内部的第二端的端部与所述供水箱1的底部之间的距离为3mm。
所述供水导管2延伸至所述供水箱1内部的端部可拆卸的设置有过滤网,所述供水导管2与所述供水箱1可拆卸连接。
本实施例中将水箱出水口设置在供水箱1的最高水位线以上,相对于相关技术中将出水口设置在底部的水箱结构,在拿取水箱时水不会在重力的作用下流出,因此不需要在出水口处设置活动部件来切断水流,使得产品结构更加简单,密封性能更好。
通过进水管3与供水导管2之间密封连接可以防止漏气,为水泵从供水箱1中抽取水到蒸汽发生装置中提供条件。
本实施例中所述的可选择性密封连接是指在供水箱1安装到衣物护理机中时进水管3与供水导管2密封连接。
本实施例中为蒸汽发生装置供水的原理为:在供水箱1安装到位后,需要为蒸汽发生装置供水时,水泵通电,供水导管2与进水管3中产生负压,此时大气压强对水箱中的液面产生压力,迫使水流由低到高,经过供水导管2以及进水管3所形成的管路流入到整机内部。
在一实施例中,除安装好水箱的第一次以外,由于从水箱出水口到进水管3的管道完全密封,并且有大气压的作用,故上述设计的管道中一直存在有水(标准大气压可支撑10米水柱)。
当供水箱1中的水接近用完,用户需要取出供水箱1自行加水时,水箱出水口与进水管3脱离的过程中,由于水箱出水口顶部缺口优先与大气接触,使得大气压力与箱体内水面压力平衡,此时管道中的水流会受重力作用,因而回流到箱体内;此结构进一步保证了用户拿取水箱过程中不会漏水,同时相对于原结构更加简单。
为了实现本实施例所述的衣物护理机的密封结构的密封作用,所述进水管3上设置有第一密封圈安装槽,所述第一密封圈安装槽中设置有密封圈4,所述供水导管2与所述进水管3通过所述第一密封圈安装槽以及所述密封圈4实现密封。
通过在进水管3与供水导管2之间设置密封圈4能够保证进水管3与供水导管2之间的密封性能,通过在进水管3上设置第一密封圈安装槽,并将密封圈4设置在第一密封圈安装槽中能够避免在进水管3与供水导管2选择性连通或断开的过程中密封圈4被带动发生位置变化而影响密封效果。
同时,为了更好的保证密封效果,本实施例中所述供水导管2上设置有第二密封圈安装槽,第二密封圈安装槽与所述第一密封圈安装槽相对设置,密封圈4置于第一密封圈安装槽和第二密封圈安装槽内,所述第一密封圈安装槽的深度大于所述第二密封圈安装槽的深度。
通过设置第二密封圈安装槽能够进一步加强密封效果,同时,将第一密封圈安装槽的深度设置为大于第二密封圈安装槽的深度,可以保证密封圈4在供水导管2与进水管3选择性连通或断开的过程中密封圈4始终位于第一密封圈安装槽中,保证结构的稳定性。
在一实施例中,同时设置第一密封圈安装槽与第二密封圈安装槽并不是本方案实施例的唯一选择,在其他实施例中还可以仅设置第一密封圈安装槽,只要能够保证密封效果即可。
同时也可以在所述进水管3和供水导管2中至少一个上设置有多个密封圈4安装槽并且配合使用多个密封圈4来保证密封效果。
为了便于实现进水管3与供水导管2之间的连接,本方案中所述进水管3朝向所述供水导管2的端部设置有第一导向面,所述供水导管2朝向所述进水管3的端部设置有第二导向面。所述第一导向面与所述第二导向面均为设置在对应位置的倒角。
在一实施例中,所述第一导向面与所述第二导向面均为30°倒角。
本实施例中所述进水管3可选择性套设在所述供水导管2的外部,所述第一导向面设置在所述进水管3的内径表面,所述第二导向面设置在所述供水导管2的外径表面。
所述进水管3与所述供水导管2之间的相对位置关系并不局限于上述方案,在其他实施例中还可以设置为所述供水导管2可选择性套设在所述进水管3的外部,所述第一导向面设置在所述进水管3的外径表面,所述第二导向面设置在所 述供水导管2的内径表面。

与相关技术中的衣物护理机供水结构相比,本实施中同样是利用了水往低处流的特性,但本实施例的衣物护理机供水结构与同类产品最大的不同是:出水口设置在了水箱的顶部。这样在水箱取出的自然状态下,无需专门的零件或者是依靠外力的作用,就能使得水保持在水箱内部,同时利用水往低处流的特性,在整个使用过程中,水往低处流的时机是截然相反的:相关技术中,水箱放入整机时,水往低处流入整机;本案是水箱取出整机时,水往低处回流进水箱。
本案所用到的零件更少,效果更好,不管是对产品的物料管控、还是从成本控制、组装难度和最终的用户体验来讲,每一个环节都是提升。

  1. 一种衣物护理机,包括:
    蒸汽发生装置,所述蒸汽发生装置包括进水管;
    供水箱,所述供水箱设置为对所述蒸汽发生装置供水,所述供水箱具有水箱出水口,所述水箱出水口设置在所述供水箱的最高水位线以上;
    供水导管,所述供水导管设置于所述水箱出水口处,所述供水导管的第一端由所述水箱出水口向所述供水箱的外部延伸,所述供水导管的第二端延伸至所述供水箱的底部,所述供水导管设置为选择性连通所述进水管,及与所述进水管可选择性密封连接;及
    水泵,所述水泵与所述进水管连接,所述水泵设置为将所述供水箱中的水抽取到所述蒸汽发生装置中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物护理机,还包括密封圈,所述进水管上设置有第一密封圈安装槽,所述密封圈设置于所述第一密封圈安装槽中,所述第一密封圈安装槽以及所述密封圈设置为对所述供水导管与所述进水管进行密封。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物护理机,其中,所述供水导管上设置有第二密封圈安装槽,所述第二密封圈安装槽与所述第一密封圈安装槽相对设置,所述第一密封圈安装槽的深度大于所述第二密封圈安装槽的深度。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的衣物护理机,其中,所述进水管包括第一导向面,所述第一导向面朝向所述供水导管的端部,所述供水导管包括第二导向面,所述第二导向面朝向所述进水管的端部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的衣物护理机,其中,所述进水管可选择性套设在所述供水导管的外部,所述第一导向面设置在所述进水管的内径表面,所述第二导向面设置在所述供水导管的外径表面。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的衣物护理机,其中,所述供水导管可选择性套设在所述进水管的外部,所述第一导向面设置在所述进水管的外径表面,所述第二导向面设置在所述供水导管的内径表面。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的衣物护理机,其中,所述供水箱还包括水箱进水口及水箱盖,所述水箱盖设置于所述水箱进水口处,所述水箱盖包括弹性卡扣,所述水箱盖设置为通过所述弹性卡扣可选择性固定在所述供水箱上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的衣物护理机,还包括水箱安装槽,所述水箱安装槽设置为放置所述供水箱,所述水箱安装槽包括滑槽,所述滑槽设置于所述水箱安装槽的侧壁上,所述侧壁平行于所述供水箱装入方向。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的衣物护理机,其中,所述供水箱包括水容器以及装饰面板,所述装饰面板扣设在所述水容器远离所述进水管的端部,所述装饰面板包括卡扣,所述装饰面板设置为通过所述卡扣与所述水容器可选择性连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的衣物护理机,其中,所述水容器包括设置于所述水容器上的操作口及活动挡板,所述操作口设置为在取放所述供水箱时,供手持所述供水箱,所述活动挡板扣设于所述操作口上。
