本发明较佳实施例的一种基于区块链的溯源防伪标签,如图1所示,包括标签本体1,标签本体1一侧表面印制有标签内容10,另一侧表面设置有揭起留字层11;标签内容10部分或全部通过不可逆温变油墨印制;标签内容10包括验证商品真伪的防伪码100和追溯商品从生产到销售过程的追溯码101;防伪码100与追溯码101一一对应,且防伪码100和追溯码101可在存储记录 对应商品信息的区块链平台验证并相互交验;通过揭起留字层11,在标签被撕起时标签被破坏,无法重复使用,同时留在包装上的字迹可对包装进行标识,避免包装重复使用;通过不可逆温变油墨印制标签内容10,在使用加热迁移标签时,标签内容部分或全部会发生颜色永久性变化,使得标签被破坏,无法重复使用;区块链平台具有公开性高、无法篡改且安全性好等特征,通过防伪码与区块链平台对应进行真伪识别,追溯码与区块链平台对应查询商品从生产到销售全过程,易识别性高,防伪码和识别码能在区块链平台进行交验,大大提高了防真伪程度,同时使得标签的可信度高,能为公众所信服,公众可获得商品真伪信息以及商品从生产到销售全过程,有助于提高商品认可度以及企业的信任度,提升品牌形象。
如图2所示是上述溯源防伪标签的表面效果,如图3所示是上述溯源防伪标签预热后效果。可以看出,粘贴在产品封口处的标签被撕取时,若通过热迁移的方式实现,就会变色损坏。变化过程是:温变油墨---无色“真品”二字遇热变红色字(因专利图只能为黑白色,图中显示为黑色)。
上述溯源防伪标签中,如图4所示,在材料反面经特殊工艺加工形成一种字模(通常的字模为“VOID”),当标签从承贴物表面撕起时,预先设定的VOID字模将会完整地留在承贴物表面,且无法复原。将防揭标签贴在产品上,防止标签被揭起后再用,用于识别未被授权或非法打开被封产品的现象。预设的字模可以是文字,也可是客户指定的其它LOGO专版图案。采用专版图案,可增强防伪功效,提升企业形象。
本发明的标签具有以下特点:
1)面材可根据印刷方式、承贴物表面等实际需要对双铜版纸,OPP、PE、PET、PO等进行选择,其基材可做成白色、哑银、光银或其它颜色,也可做成 彩色效果。
2)标签从承粘物表面撕下时,基材预先设定的文字或图案被分离出基材并完整地保留在承贴物表面,撕开后的基材与字模无法复原。
3)基材内预设的字模可以是文字、图案、也可是客户指定的其它专版图案。采用专版图案,极大地增强防伪功效,提升企业形象。
产成品包装时,工人可以将溯源防伪标签贴于包装盒侧面或包装盒封口处完成成品包装工序。标签均为温变油墨印制,具有VOID揭起留字防揭性能,可以防止加热迁移标签。一般而言贴在封口处的标签更能防撕,撕开包装即破坏标签,避免伪造或二次使用,但需要手工张贴标签。贴于包装盒侧面的标签可以采用手工张贴、也可以使用自动贴标机自动张贴标签。
如图1所示,商品最小包装以及商品最小包装的外层包装上均设置有标签本体1,且两个标签本体1上的防伪码相关联;进行相互关联,杜绝了包装被更换至其他商品使用的可能性。
如图1所示,标签本体1上设置有遮盖防伪码100的油墨层12;验证时需要刮开油墨层12才能进行对防伪码100验证,保障验证的一次性。
上述实施例中,区块链平台通过网络接收防伪码查证请求,并在进行查证后反馈查证结果;区块链平台实时存储查证效验数据;验证方便快速,同时能精确获得验证的时间,避免非第一次验证情况。
上述实施例中,商品信息包括商品属性、商品原料信息、商品生产加工信息、商品物流信息和商品销售信息中的一种或多种;记录商品从生产到销售全过程,便于获得公开可靠的商品信息。
上述实施例中,标签本体1贴附在商品包装的封口处,或者同时贴在商品包装的封口处以及商品包装与包装盒其他接口处;避免包装被更换至其他商品 使用。
本发明还公开了一种基于区块链的溯源防伪标签加工工艺,其工艺步骤如下:
S01:存证在区块链平台:
企业和/或个人溯源与防伪时通过移动互联网与区块链平台连接,并存证商品信息、溯源码与防伪码于区块链平台上;
S02:制作防伪标签:
将标签一侧表面印制标签内容,另一侧表面贴附揭起留字层,形成防伪标签;标签内容部分或全部由不可逆温变油墨印制;标签内容包括防伪码和追溯码;
S03:商品包装:
对商品的最小包装的外层包装贴上第二步中制作好的防伪标签,并将两个防伪标签上额防伪码以及追溯码对应进行关联;
数据安全可靠,便于彰显企业商品品质,树立良好的品牌形象:在区块链平台上建设的防伪溯源系统难以被黑客攻破,并且利用区块链记账机制实现食品药品全流通过程的可追溯;利用区块链数据不可篡改特性保证食药品防伪数据的可信;利用区块链数据加密存储特性确保企业上传的商业机密数据安全;利用区块链分布式数据库技术实现食药品追溯数据的互联互通与共享;消费者可以从数据中看到商品的品质保障状况,从而增加对该企业商品的信任度;
溯源防伪查询方便快捷:消费者直接微信扫描防伪码即可验证商品真伪;扫描追溯码对商品来源进行追溯,对存在问题的商品可以拒买;
省钱挣钱:企业采用该技术,企业可以实现产品的数字化交付、产品营销控销及供应链协同优化,将本增效,提高营收。
本发明的基于区块链的溯源防伪标签加工工艺,如图5所示,第一步中,区块链平台包括商品从生产到销售全过程的存储数据;记录商品从生产到销售全过程,便于获得公开可靠的商品信息。
本发明的基于区块链的溯源防伪标签加工工艺,如图5所示,防伪码与追溯码相互交验后,区块链平台实时存储该交验数据以及溯源码与防伪码一一对应的关联数据;验证方便快速,同时能精确获得验证的时间,避免非第一次验证情况。
本发明的基于区块链的溯源防伪标签加工工艺,如图5所示,防伪标签上设置有覆盖防伪码的油墨层;验证时需要刮开油墨层才能进行对防伪码验证,保障验证的一次性。
本发明还提供了一种基于区块链的溯源防伪应用服务平台,即前面实施例所述的区块链平台,如图6和图7所示,包括以下部分:数据接口单元21,用于接收并存储企业通过接口程序上传的数据信息;溯源防伪标识单元22,用于对设有不可变油墨防揭标签的商品的最小包装赋予唯一且一一对应追溯码和防伪码;溯源防伪信息追踪单元23,用于对商品溯源防伪信息、产品信息、原料信息、生产信息以及流通信息进行记录追踪。
进一步地,上述溯源防伪应用服务平台,如图7所示,还包括:查询单元24,用于对企业、对消费者以及监管部门提供统一的公共溯源防伪查询服务。
上述溯源防伪应用服务平台具体运行方法如下:
A、企业加入区块链平台。通过统一业务规则、接口程序将自身业务数据上传或者将自身业务系统对接到统一的区块链平台上;
B、在商品包装环节,工人将不可逆温变油墨VOID防揭标签贴于产品外包装(盒、箱码分别张贴)。
C、对商品的最小包装赋予一唯一追溯码,同时对箱码赋码,并将盒、箱码进行大小包装赋码关联。同时对产品最小包装赋予唯一的防伪码,防伪码与追溯码在区块链平台上一一对应,相互交验,防伪码通过油墨覆盖,只允许购买时扫一次,扫码时防伪码数据与追溯码数据进行相互校验,校验后,系统自动回复产品真伪状况,扫码记录实时存在区块链平台上,不可篡改。
D、对商品溯源防伪信息、产品信息、原料信息、生产信息以及流通信息进行记录追踪。
E、平台对企业、对消费者以及监管部门提供统一的公共溯源防伪查询服务。
上述溯源防伪应用服务平台具有以下优点:
A、数据安全可靠,彰显企业产品品质,树立良好的品牌形象:在区块链平台上建设的防伪溯源系统难以被黑客攻破,并且利用区块链记账机制实现食药品全流通过程的可追溯;利用区块链数据不可篡改特性保证食药品溯源防伪数据的可信;利用区块链数据加密存储特性确保企业上传的商业机密数据安全;利用区块链分布式数据库技术实现食药品追溯数据的互联互通与共享。消费者可以从数据中看到产品的品质保障状况,从而增加对该企业产品的信任度。
B、溯源防伪查询方便快捷:消费者直接微信扫码扫描产品包装上的防伪码(或者录入数字防伪验证码)即可验证产品真伪;扫描追溯码即可对食品药品原料、生产与流通过程质量数据进行追溯,对存在问题的产品可以拒买。
C、省钱挣钱:企业采用该技术,企业可以实现产品的数字化交付、产品营销控销及供应链协同优化,降本增效,提高营收;同时企业通过溯源防伪可以构建新一代营销服务体系,可以建立直接针对消费者的服务与营销渠道,变 被动营销为主动营销,减少中间渠道,增加销售利润,竞争优势更加凸显。
使用上述实施例的溯源防伪应用服务平台,可采用微信小程序扫码追溯,查看货运物品的产品信息、在生产加工过程、流通过程、终端销售时的详细信息以及信息存储在区块链平台上对应的HASH值。
本发明的溯源防伪应用服务平台,采用物理溯源防伪与区块链溯源防伪相结合的方式建设溯源防伪系统,即采用将不可逆油墨技术、VOID揭起留字防揭技术、标签防撕技术与区块链技术相融合的模式构建“一物两码、物码同追”的溯源防伪体系形成新的技术价值应用服务为企业提供食品药品溯源防伪服务、信息共享、上下游业务协同、企业信用数据服务等可信服务。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (12)
- 一种基于区块链的溯源防伪标签,其特征在于,包括标签本体,所述标签本体一侧表面印制有标签内容,另一侧表面设置有揭起留字层;所述标签内容部分或全部通过不可逆温变油墨印制;所述标签内容包括验证商品真伪的防伪码和追溯商品从生产到销售过程的追溯码;所述防伪码与所述追溯码一一对应,且所述防伪码和所述追溯码可在存储记录对应商品信息的区块链平台验证并相互交验。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于区块链的溯源防伪标签,其特征在于,所述商品最小包装以及所述商品最小包装的外层包装上均设置有所述标签本体,且两个所述标签本体上的所述防伪码相关联。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于区块链的溯源防伪标签,其特征在于,所述标签本体上设置有遮盖所述防伪码的油墨层。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于区块链的溯源防伪标签,其特征在于,所述区块链平台通过网络接收所述防伪码查证请求,并在进行查证后反馈查证结果;所述区块链平台实时存储查证效验数据。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于区块链的溯源防伪标签,其特征在于,所述商品信息包括商品属性、商品原料信息、商品生产加工信息、商品物流信息和商品销售信息中的一种或多种。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于区块链的溯源防伪标签,其特征在于,所述标签本体贴附在商品包装的封口处,或者同时贴在商品包装的封口处以及商品包装与包装盒其他接口处。
- 一种基于区块链的溯源防伪标签加工工艺,其特征在于,工艺步骤如 下:第一步:存证追溯码与防伪码在区块链平台上:企业和/或个人溯源与防伪时通过移动互联网与区块链平台连接,并存证商品信息、溯源码与防伪码于区块链平台上;第二步:制作防伪标签:将标签一侧表面印制标签内容,另一侧表面贴附揭起留字层,形成防伪标签;标签内容部分或全部由不可逆温变油墨印制;标签内容包括防伪码和追溯码;第三步:商品包装:对商品的最小包装的外层包装贴上第二步中制作好的防伪标签,并将两个防伪标签上额防伪码以及追溯码对应进行关联。
- 根据权利要求7所述的基于区块链的溯源防伪标签加工工艺,其特征在于,所述第一步中,所述区块链平台包括商品从生产到销售全过程的存储数据以及溯源码与防伪码一一对应的关联数据。
- 根据权利要求7所述的基于区块链的溯源防伪标签加工工艺,其特征在于,所述防伪码与所述追溯码相互交验后,所述区块链平台实时存储该交验数据。
- 根据权利要求7所述的基于区块链的溯源防伪标签加工工艺,其特征在于,所述防伪标签上设置有覆盖所述防伪码的油墨层。
- 一种基于区块链的溯源防伪应用服务平台,其特征在于,包括以下部分:数据接口单元,用于接收并存储企业通过接口程序上传的数据信息;溯源防伪标识单元,用于对设有不可变油墨防揭标签的商品的最小包装赋 予唯一且一一对应追溯码和防伪码;溯源防伪信息追踪单元,用于对商品溯源防伪信息、产品信息、原料信息、生产信息以及流通信息进行记录追踪。
- 根据权利要求11所述的溯源防伪应用服务平台,其特征在于,还包括:查询单元,用于对企业、对消费者以及监管部门提供统一的公共溯源防伪查询服务。
