一种洗衣机
本公开要求在2018年05月31日提交中国专利局、申请号为201810547344.2的中国专利申请的优先权,以上申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本公开中。
技术领域
本文涉及洗涤设备技术领域,例如涉及一种洗衣机。
背景技术
现有的全自动洗衣机大体分为两种,一种是上开门的垂直轴的波轮洗衣机,另一种是前开门的水平轴的滚筒洗衣机。目前,市面上的滚筒洗衣机占有量越来越多,用户对滚筒洗衣机的使用也越来越多。滚筒洗衣机在洗完衣物后,内外筒中还残存水分,若长时间在密封的环境中会产生细菌和异味,从而影响洗涤质量。
因此,亟需一种洗衣机以解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本文提供了一种洗衣机,可以增大空气在筒内流通面积,有效除去内外筒及窗垫位置残留的水分。
本文提供了一种洗衣机,包括箱体、设置于所述箱体内的外筒和设置于所述外筒内的内筒,所述箱体前侧设置有门窗,所述门窗的内侧周向设置有窗垫;所述箱体的前侧面板上开设有进风口,所述窗垫上开设有第一通风口,所述进风口与所述第一通风口通过进风管路连通,所述外筒上开设有第二通风口,所述箱体的后侧面板上开设有出风口,所述第二通风口与所述出风口通过出风管路连通。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施方式进一步说明本文的技术方案。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释本文,而非对本文的限定。另外还需要说明的是,为了便于描述,附图中仅示出了与本文相关的部分而非全部。
在相关技术中,为避免上述情况,通常会在洗衣机的箱体上开设进风口和出风口,并在外筒上开设通风口,以在筒内形成空气流动,从而干燥内外筒,但是这种方式通风口均设置在外筒上,筒内空气在窗垫位置形成流动死角,不能除去窗垫中残留的水分,除湿效果存在一定的局限性。在相关技术中,还有的将进风口布置在了箱体的后侧面板上,这种方式空气在筒内的流通面积较小,除湿效率低下,并且也存在不能将窗垫处的水分除去的局限性。
如图1和图2所示,本文提供一种洗衣机,包括箱体10、设置于箱体10内的外筒20和设置于外筒20内的内筒30,箱体10前侧设置有门窗40,门窗40的内侧周向设置有窗垫50,窗垫50的一端与箱体10的前侧面板连接,窗垫50的另一端与外筒20连接,箱体10的前侧面板上开设有进风口11,窗垫50上开设有第一通风口51,进风口11与第一通风口51通过进风管路61连通,外筒20上开设有第二通风口21,箱体10的后侧面板上开设有出风口12,第二通风口21与出风口12通过出风管路62连通。
通过将进风口11和出风口12分别开设在箱体10的前侧面板和后侧面板上,能够增大空气在筒内的流通面积,从而能够有效除去内外筒20中的水分;通过将第一通风口51开设在窗垫50上,能够使空气从窗垫50位置开始流动,避免了空气在窗垫50位置的流动死角,能够有效除去窗垫50内部存留的水分,除湿效果显著。
在一些实施例中,在进风管路61中设置有密封挡板70,密封挡板70可实现进风管路61的通断。可选地,密封挡板70与洗衣机的控制系统电连接。当洗衣机进行洗涤工作时,控制系统控制密封挡板70封闭进风管路61,避免洗涤时的水蒸气、泡沫等从进风口11处溢出;当洗衣机洗涤工作结束时,控制系统控制密封挡板70打开进风管路61,从而能够使空气从进风口11进入,以进行除湿。
在一些实施例中,在出风管路62中设置有排气装置80,排气装置80能够形成空气流动,以除去内外筒20及窗垫50中残留的水分。可选地,排气装置80为排风扇。
在一些实施例中,进风口11或第一通风口51内设置有过滤装置90,能够避免异物进入筒内。可选地,过滤装置90为过滤网或过滤栅格。
本文提供的洗衣机,箱体的前侧面板上开设有进风口,窗垫上开设有第一通风口,进风口与第一通风口通过进风管路连通,外筒上开设有第二通风口,箱体的后侧面板上开设有出风口,第二通风口与出风口通过出风管路连通。本文通过将进风口和出风口分别开设在箱体的前侧面板和后侧面板上,能够增大空气在筒内的流通面积,从而能够有效除去内外筒中的水分;通过将第一通风口开设在窗垫上,能够使空气从窗垫位置开始流动,避免了空气在窗垫位置的流动死角,能够有效除去窗垫内部存留的水分,除湿效果显著。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种洗衣机,包括箱体(10)、设置于所述箱体(10)内的外筒(20)和设置于所述外筒(20)内的内筒(30),所述箱体(10)前侧设置有门窗(40),所述门窗(40)的内侧周向设置有窗垫(50);
    所述箱体(10)的前侧面板上开设有进风口(11),所述窗垫(50)上开设有第一通风口(51),所述进风口(11)与所述第一通风口(51)通过进风管路(61)连通,所述外筒(20)上开设有第二通风口(21),所述箱体(10)的后侧面板上开设有出风口(12),所述第二通风口(21)与所述出风口(12)通过出风管路(62)连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其中,所述进风管路(61)中设置有密封挡板(70),所述密封挡板(70)可实现所述进风管路(61)的通断。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机,其中,所述密封挡板(70)与所述洗衣机的控制系统电连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其中,所述出风管路(62)中设置有排气装置(80)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机,其中,所述排气装置(80)为排风扇。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其中,所述进风口(11)或所述第一通风口(51)内设置有过滤装置(90)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的洗衣机,其中,所述过滤装置(90)为过滤网或过滤栅格。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其中,所述窗垫(50)的一端与所述箱体(10)的前侧面板连接,所述窗垫(50)的另一端与所述外筒(20)连接。
