本申请要求2018年05月28日申请的,申请号为201810525419.7,名称为“滤芯组件及净水器”的中国专利申请的优先权,在此将其全文引入作为参考。
技术领域
本申请涉及净水装置技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种滤芯组件及净水器。
背景技术
在净水器结构中,滤芯装置起主要的过滤作用。在净水器使用一段时间后,滤芯装置需要更换。
目前,市场上的滤芯装置在进行更换时,会有水溢出,影响用户体验及售后服务。尤其在一些倒装滤芯的净水器中,如果没有操作经验,倒装滤芯在取出的过程中会使水漏出整机,严重会导致整机电器件异常而无法运行。因此,如果要更换滤芯,通常需要专业的售后服务人员上门进行拆卸和更换,用户不能自行更换滤芯,从而给净水器更换滤芯带来很大的不便。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供了一种滤芯组件及净水器,以解决现有技术中净水器存在滤芯装置更换不方便的技术问题。
本申请实施方式提供了一种滤芯组件,包括:滤瓶;接口机构,设置在滤瓶上;接头,通过与接口机构连接实现与滤瓶的连通;接口机构包括:机构本体,机构本体上开设有与滤瓶相连通的过水通道;封堵件,可活动地设置在机构本体上,封堵件具有关闭过水通道的第一位置,以及打开过水通道的第二位置;磁性件,设置在机构本体对封堵件产生磁力,用于驱动封堵件朝第一位置运动,接头插入过水通道将封堵件顶向第二位置。
在一个实施方式中,封堵件设置在过水通道内,过水通道上设置有与封堵件相适配的阀口,在第一位置下,封堵件与阀口相抵接。
在一个实施方式中,阀口为环形阀口,封堵件为与环形阀口相配合的球形阀体。
在一个实施方式中,过水通道为多个,封堵件和磁性件也为多个,每个封堵件分别设 置在每个过水通道内,每个磁性件与每个封堵件相对应地设置,接头也为多个,每个接头与每个过水通道相对应地设置。
在一个实施方式中,机构本体包括:底座,插装在滤瓶上,过水通道的部分形成在底座上,封堵件位于底座上;压盖,封盖在底座上,过水通道的另一部形成在压盖上,阀口设置在压盖上,磁性件位于压盖上。
在一个实施方式中,在底座上的过水通道的底部设置有防脱部,防脱部用于防止封堵件从过水通道的底部脱出。
在一个实施方式中,压盖的顶部设置有接口,接口与过水通道相连通,接口用于插接接头。
在一个实施方式中,滤芯组件包括第一密封圈,第一密封圈设置在底座和滤瓶之间。
在一个实施方式中,机构本体包括第二密封圈,第二密封圈安装在底座和压盖之间。
在一个实施方式中,滤芯组件包括第三密封圈,第三密封圈设置在接口和接头之间。

本申请还提供了一种净水器,包括滤芯组件,滤芯组件为上述的滤芯组件。
在上述实施例中,在安装滤瓶时,将滤瓶通过接口机构与接头连接。让接头插入过水通道将封堵件顶向第二位置并克服磁性件对封堵件产生的磁力,此时过水通道打开可以进行过滤水的工作。在需要拆卸滤瓶时,将接头从过水通道中拔出,于此同时磁性件通过磁力驱动封堵件朝第一位置运动,关闭过水通道。这样,在拆卸滤瓶时,通过滤瓶上设置的接口机构就可以自动切断过水通道,避免滤瓶中的水漏出。由此,可以让客户可以自行更换,解决了净水器因在滤芯装置更换过程发生漏水现象,提升了产品可靠性、有效消除安全隐患。

具体实施方式
为使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下面结合实施方式和附图,对本申请做进一步详细说明。在此,本申请的示意性实施方式及其说明用于解释本申请,但并不作为对本申请的限定。
图1、图2和图3示出了本申请的滤芯组件的实施例,该滤芯组件包括滤瓶10、接口机构20和接头30。接口机构20设置在滤瓶10上,接头30通过与接口机构20连接实现与滤瓶10的连通。接口机构20包括机构本体21、封堵件22和磁性件23,机构本体21上开设有与滤瓶10相连通的过水通道211,封堵件22可活动地设置在机构本体21上。封堵件22具有关闭过水通道211的第一位置,以及打开过水通道211的第二位置。磁性件23设置在机构本体21对封堵件22产生磁力,用于驱动封堵件22朝第一位置运动,接头30插入过水通道211将封堵件22顶向第二位置。
应用本申请的技术方案,在安装滤瓶10时,将滤瓶10通过接口机构20与接头30连接。让接头30插入过水通道211将封堵件22顶向第二位置并克服磁性件23对封堵件22产生的磁力,此时过水通道打开可以进行过滤水的工作。在需要拆卸滤瓶10时,将接头30从过水通道中拔出,于此同时磁性件23通过磁力驱动封堵件22朝第一位置运动,关闭过水通道。这样,在拆卸滤瓶10时,通过滤瓶10上设置的接口机构20就可以自动切断过水通道,避免滤瓶10中的水漏出。由此,可以让客户可以自行更换,解决了净水器因在滤芯装置更换过程发生漏水现象,提升了产品可靠性、有效消除安全隐患。
如图4和图5所示,作为一种优选的实施方式,封堵件22设置在过水通道211内,过水通道211上设置有与封堵件22相适配的阀口212,在第一位置下,封堵件22与阀口212相抵接。在拆卸滤瓶10时,磁性件23通过磁力驱动封堵件22朝第一位置运动与阀口212抵接,关闭过水通道。
作为一种可选的实施方式,在本实施例的技术方案中,阀口212为环形阀口,封堵件22为与环形阀口相配合的球形阀体。作为其他的可选的实施方式,阀口212还可以为方形,与之对应的封堵件22则为立方体或者长方体型。
可选的,过水通道211为多个,封堵件22和磁性件23也为多个。每个封堵件22分别 设置在每个过水通道211内,每个磁性件23与每个封堵件22相对应地设置,接头30也为多个,每个接头30与每个过水通道211相对应地设置。如图4和图5所示,在本实施例的技术方案中,过水通道211为两个,封堵件22和磁性件23也均为两个。其中一个过水通道211用作进水,另一个过水通道211用作出水。
如图4和图6所示,作为一种可选的实施方式,机构本体21包括底座213和压盖214,底座213插装在滤瓶10上,过水通道211的部分形成在底座213上,封堵件22位于底座213上。压盖214封盖在底座213上,过水通道211的另一部形成在压盖214上,阀口212设置在压盖214上,磁性件23位于压盖214上。上述结构的机构本体21,便于安装磁性件23和封堵件22。如图6所示,在压盖214的底部与过水通道211相邻的位置处形成有凹槽,磁性件23安装在该凹槽内。在底座213的顶部设置有螺钉柱,压盖214通过螺钉与螺钉柱配合连接。
优选的,如图4所示,压盖214的顶部设置有接口,接口与过水通道211相连通,接口用于插接接头30。优选的,接头30的底部形成有推动封堵件22活动的凸出部31。当接头30插入接口后,凸出部31伸入到过水通道211中,将封堵件22与阀口212分离。
为了防止封堵件22离开磁性件23的磁力作用范围而掉落,如图4和图5所示,在底座213上的过水通道211的底部设置有防脱部2131。这样,防脱部2131就可以防止封堵件22从过水通道211的底部脱出。
如图5所示,作为一种优选的实施方式,滤芯组件包括第一密封圈40,第一密封圈40设置在底座213和滤瓶10之间。第一密封圈40用于密封底座213和滤瓶10之间的间隙,防止底座213和滤瓶10之间漏水。
更为优选的,机构本体21包括第二密封圈215,第二密封圈215安装在底座213和压盖214之间。第二密封圈215用于密封底座213和压盖214之间的间隙,防止底座213和压盖214之间漏水。可选的,在本实施例的技术方案中,压盖214是插接在底座213的顶部,在压盖214的底部与底座213的底部之间设置有第二密封圈215,在压盖214的侧面与底座213的侧面之间也设置有第二密封圈215。优选的,设置在压盖214的底部第二密封圈215位于与过水通道211相邻的位置处。
可选的,压盖214与底座213之间通过打螺钉或者旋融焊接的方式配合连接。
如图4所示,更为优选的,滤芯组件包括第三密封圈50,第三密封圈50设置在接口和接头30之间。第三密封圈50用于密封接口和接头30之间的间隙,防止接口和接头30之间漏水。
如图7所示,在本实施例的技术方案中,滤芯组件还包括导向固定套60,接头30安 装在导向固定套60上,导向固定套60与底座213之间通过螺纹连接。通过导向固定套60与底座213之间的连接,可以稳定地实现接头30与接口机构20的连接。可选的,在底座213上形成有一段阳螺纹,在导向固定套60上也形成有一段阴螺纹。可选的,导向固定套60中设置有导向板61,接头30设置在导向板61上。优选的,在导向板61和导向固定套60之间也设置有密封圈。
可选的,在本申请的技术方案中,滤瓶10的材料均为食品级材料。如图1所示,滤瓶10由滤瓶壳体11和滤芯12组成。可选的,滤芯12可以为PP棉、复合、超滤、也可为RO膜等处理水的滤芯。
本申请还提供了一种净水器,该净水器包括上述的滤芯组件。采用上述滤芯组件的净水器,可以让客户可以自行更换滤芯,解决了净水器因在滤芯装置更换过程发生漏水现象,提升了产品可靠性、有效消除安全隐患。
可选的,在本申请的技术方案中,上述接头30可设置在净水器中的与滤芯装置相匹配的滤芯基座上,也可直接设置在与滤芯装置匹配的水路板上。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种滤芯组件,包括:
    滤瓶(10);
    接口机构(20),设置在所述滤瓶(10)上;
    接头(30),通过与所述接口机构(20)连接实现与所述滤瓶(10)的连通;
    其特征在于,所述接口机构(20)包括:
    机构本体(21),所述机构本体(21)上开设有与所述滤瓶(10)相连通的过水通道(211);
    封堵件(22),可活动地设置在所述机构本体(21)上,所述封堵件(22)具有关闭所述过水通道(211)的第一位置,以及打开所述过水通道(211)的第二位置;
    磁性件(23),设置在所述机构本体(21)对所述封堵件(22)产生磁力,用于驱动所述封堵件(22)朝所述第一位置运动,所述接头(30)插入所述过水通道(211)将所述封堵件(22)顶向所述第二位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滤芯组件,其特征在于,所述封堵件(22)设置在所述过水通道(211)内,所述过水通道(211)上设置有与所述封堵件(22)相适配的阀口(212),在所述第一位置下,所述封堵件(22)与所述阀口(212)相抵接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的滤芯组件,其特征在于,所述阀口(212)为环形阀口,所述封堵件(22)为与所述环形阀口相配合的球形阀体。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的滤芯组件,其特征在于,所述过水通道(211)为多个,所述封堵件(22)和所述磁性件(23)也为多个,每个封堵件(22)分别设置在每个所述过水通道(211)内,每个所述磁性件(23)与每个所述封堵件(22)相对应地设置,所述接头(30)也为多个,每个所述接头(30)与每个所述过水通道(211)相对应地设置。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的滤芯组件,其特征在于,所述机构本体(21)包括:
    底座(213),插装在滤瓶(10)上,所述过水通道(211)的部分形成在所述底座(213)上,所述封堵件(22)位于所述底座(213)上;
    压盖(214),封盖在所述底座(213)上,所述过水通道(211)的另一部形成在所述压盖(214)上,所述阀口(212)设置在所述压盖(214)上,所述磁性件(23)位于所述压盖(214)上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的滤芯组件,其特征在于,在所述底座(213)上的所述过水 通道(211)的底部设置有防脱部(2131),所述防脱部(2131)用于防止所述封堵件(22)从所述过水通道(211)的底部脱出。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的滤芯组件,其特征在于,所述压盖(214)的顶部设置有接口,所述接口与所述过水通道(211)相连通,所述接口用于插接所述接头(30)。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的滤芯组件,其特征在于,所述滤芯组件包括第一密封圈(40),所述第一密封圈(40)设置在所述底座(213)和所述滤瓶(10)之间。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的滤芯组件,其特征在于,所述机构本体(21)包括第二密封圈(215),所述第二密封圈(215)安装在所述底座(213)和所述压盖(214)之间。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的滤芯组件,其特征在于,所述滤芯组件包括第三密封圈(50),所述第三密封圈(50)设置在所述接口和所述接头(30)之间。
  11. 根据权利要求5所述的滤芯组件,其特征在于,所述滤芯组件还包括导向固定套(60),所述接头(30)安装在所述导向固定套(60)上,所述导向固定套(60)与所述底座(213)之间通过螺纹连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的滤芯组件,其特征在于,所述导向固定套(60)中设置有导向板(61),所述接头(30)设置在所述导向板(61)上。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的滤芯组件,其特征在于,所述接头(30)的底部形成有推动所述封堵件(22)活动的凸出部(31)。
  14. 一种净水器,包括滤芯组件,其特征在于,所述滤芯组件为权利要求1至13中任一项所述的滤芯组件。
