加热不燃烧型卷烟的主要特点是不燃烧烟草,其加热温度低于350℃,在加热过程中仅有少量的二手烟气产生,从而得到国际国内各大烟草公司的关注,成为当前研究的热点。现有的加热不燃烧卷烟的发烟制品分为烟丝型和薄片型,烟丝型填充物为烟叶丝或烟梗丝,采用普通卷烟工艺技术,通过卷烟机成型;薄片型填充物为烟草薄片,采用复合工艺技术制备成薄片丝,通过多元咀棒复合接装机成型。由于烟丝工艺和薄片工艺本身的特点使得烟支发烟段当前的填充物均为丝状物。现有的加热不燃烧卷烟加热器分为插入式加热和非插入包裹式加热两种,而插入式加热是采用针式或片式加热体插入到烟支中的发烟制品中进行加热的形式来进行。消费者在抽吸使用后,烟支中焦化的发烟制品会附着粘黏在针式或片式加热体上,从而滞留在加热器的加热腔体中,导致第二次抽吸时带来异味和更多的有害成分释放。发烟制品的滞留还使得第二次加热温度传递不好,同时使得清洁极为不便,降低了用户体验和产品安全性。加热器中长期堆积残留物,还会使得加热器具极易结垢损坏,降低了加热器具的使用寿命。另外, 如果是烟丝状或梗丝状的加热不燃烧烟支,仅仅能适用于针式加热器具或包裹式加热器具,因为在刀片式加热体插入烟支时,由于阻力较大的原因,烟支前端的发烟制品极易被推到发烟制品后段的中空段中,从而导致中空段形成堵塞,使得烟支吸阻变大,消费者将无法吸食被加热的气雾。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于解决现有技术的不足,提供一种专用于插入式加热器具的加热不燃烧卷烟的烟支结构。
本发明是通过如下技术方案来实现的:
一种加热不燃烧卷烟,由圆柱形中空卷筒以及顺序设置在卷筒内的卷烟前段、卷烟中段和卷烟后段组成,卷烟前段、卷烟中段、卷烟后段的直径均等于卷筒的内径;所述的卷筒的筒壁厚度为0.05-2mm,所述的卷烟前段由圆柱形的隔离构件组成,卷烟前段的直径=卷筒的内径,卷烟前段沿卷筒轴向的长度为1-8mm;所述的隔离构件上开设有加热体插入口和吸阻调节气孔;所述的卷烟中段由发烟制品填充而成,卷烟中段沿卷筒轴向的长度为5-20mm;所述的卷烟后段为限控过滤单元,卷烟后段沿卷筒轴向的长度为15-50mm,所述的限控过滤单元由限位段、中空段、控温段及过滤吸附段四种中的一种或多种组合形成。
所述的发烟制品为预先用纸卷制成圆柱状并沿卷筒轴向同序排列的细长条状发烟制品、预先用纸卷制成圆柱状的混序排列的弯曲丝状发烟制品以及不规则颗粒状发烟制品中的一种或几种;所述的隔离构 件和限位段是由陶瓷、木材、硅胶、塑料、聚乳酸、醋酸纤维、植物粉末、金属或其它可塑型的耐高温材料中的一种或几种组合制备成形的圆柱体,所述的限位段上开设有至少1个贯通式的气雾通过口,所述气雾通过口的形状为圆形、椭圆形、梭形、扇形、三角形、4-24边形中的一种,所述气雾通过口的横截面积为限位段横截面积的10%-95%,所述的控温段是由多股聚乳酸纤维或具有吸热功能的纤维按卷筒轴向通过纸质材料包裹形成的圆柱体,控温段中还贯通设置有至少1根中空管道,所述的中空管道的管壁上开设有若干个孔,中空管道的总横截面积为限控过滤单元横截面积的10-95%;所述的过滤吸附段是由多股聚乳酸纤维、醋酸纤维、木浆纤维中的至少一种通过纸质材料包裹形成的圆柱体。
预先用纸卷制成圆柱状并沿卷筒轴向同序排列的细长条状发烟制品有以下几种:a.按烟支轴向等序排列的烟草薄片细丝发烟制品,b.按烟支轴向等序排列的麻浆纤维薄片制成的细丝状发烟制品,c.按烟支轴向等序排列的木浆纤维薄片制成的细丝状发烟制品。预先用纸卷制成圆柱状的混序排列的弯曲丝状发烟制品有以下几种:(1)按混序排列的弯曲状烟草梗丝发烟制品,(2)由混序排列的烟丝,(3)混序排列的梗丝,(4)烟草梗丝。不规则颗粒状发烟制品包括由微波膨胀烟梗颗粒发烟制品和微波膨胀植物颗粒两种。
优选的,所述的加热体插入口为一个贯通式开设在隔离构件中心位置的针式加热体插入孔,所述的针式加热体插入孔沿烟支轴向的内部形状为渐变的喇叭形状或圆柱状,针式加热体插入孔横截面的形状为 圆形、椭圆形、梭形、扇形、三角形、4-24边形中的一种,针式加热体插入孔的最细处的直径为1.5-5mm;所述的吸阻调节气孔为贯通式开孔,吸阻调节气孔的形状为圆形、椭圆形、梭形、扇形、三角形、4-24边形中的一种,吸阻调节气孔沿隔离构件的外表面开设在隔离构件上或开设在隔离构件外壁到加热体插入孔之间的位置上,所述的吸阻调节气孔的最细处直径为0.5-3mm,数量≥2个。此种结构适用于采用针式加热器进行加热的加热器具。
优选的,所述的加热体插入口为一个贯通式开设在隔离构件中心位置的片式加热体插入槽;所述的片式加热体插入槽沿烟支轴向的内部形状为楔形结构或长方体结构,片式加热体插入槽的横截面的形状为椭圆形、梭形、圆形、腰圆形或4-24边形中的一种,宽度为0.2-5mm、长度<隔离构件的直径、中心线和隔离构件的中心线重合。此种结构适用于采用加片式加热体进行加热的加热器具。
优选的,所述的加热体插入口由开设在隔离构件中心位置的针式加热体插入孔和片式加热体插入槽共同构成;所述的针式加热体插入孔沿烟支轴向的内部形状为渐变的喇叭形状或圆柱状,针式加热体插入孔横截面的形状为圆形、椭圆形、梭形、扇形、三角形、4-24边形中的一种,针式加热体插入孔的最细处的直径为1.5-5mm;所述的片式加热体插入槽沿烟支轴向的内部形状为楔形结构或长方体结构,片式加热体插入槽的横截面的形状为椭圆形、梭形、圆形、腰圆形或4-24边形中的一种,宽度为0.2-5mm、长度<隔离构件的直径、中心线和隔离构件的中心线重合。此种结构同时适用于针式加热体和片式 加热体。
优选的,所述的片式加热体插入槽为1个,吸阻调节气孔的形状为圆形、椭圆形、梭形、扇形、三角形、4-24边形中的一种,吸阻调节气孔沿隔离构件的外表面开设在隔离构件上或开设在隔离构件外壁到加热体插入孔之间的位置上,所述的吸阻调节气孔的最细处直径为0.1-3mm,数量≥2个。
优选的,所述的片式加热体插入槽为2-12个,相邻两个片式加热体插入槽之间的夹角角度大小相等。所述的吸阻调节气孔沿隔离构件的外表面开设在隔离构件上或开设在隔离构件外壁到加热体插入孔之间的位置上,所述的吸阻调节气孔的最细处直径为0.1-3mm,数量≥2个。此种结构为优化结构,开设多个片式加热体插入槽,使得消费者使用更为方便。采用多个片式加热体插入槽的结构进行加热时,多余的片式加热体插入槽可以和吸阻调节气孔共同起到导气作用。
所述的卷筒由在100-300℃加热条件下不变形同时不产生异味的纸质材料、塑料材料、金属材料或硅胶材料中的一种制成。该耐高温材料同时应当为具有较好的可塑性的柔性材料。
包裹卷烟中段的卷筒上和/或中空段对应的卷筒上还开设有若干个补气孔。此种结构用于补充进气,确保供氧更充分。
优选的,所述的限位段为螺旋状的限位弹簧且限位段不与中空段相邻,所述的限位弹簧的直径≤卷筒的内径。
优选的,所述的控温段为圆柱状的醋酸纤维滤棒或木浆纤维纸质滤棒,在滤棒的醋酸纤维或木浆纤维中均匀地添加有聚乳酸粉末或颗 粒,所述聚乳酸粉末或颗粒的粒径范围在20-1200目之间。
优选的,所述的控温段为包裹有聚乳酸纤维的螺旋状的控温弹簧,所述的控温弹簧的直径≤卷筒的内径。
所述的中空管道的管壁上开设有若干个孔。该开孔可以有效的将气雾中的热量传递到与之对应位置上具有吸热功能的纤维中去,有利于降低通过管道的气雾温度。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明的烟支结构的前段采用设有加热体插入口的圆柱状隔离构件,该隔离构件可以阻隔发烟制品,防止发烟制品中的细小部分在加热过程中及焦化后掉落到加热器的加热腔体中,从而保证了加热腔体的清洁。
2、本发明优选的针式加热体插入孔采用喇叭状,片式加热体插入槽采用楔形结构,使得加热体(针式加热体或片式加热体)在插入烟支时比较容易进入,防止由于使用不当而损坏加热体。
3、加热体插入口(针式加热体插入孔或片式加热体插入槽)最窄处略大于加热体(针式加热体或片式加热体)的尺寸,使得加热体在退出烟支时能够接受到加热体插入口的刮除作用,从而对加热体上粘附的焦化物进行清洁,防止其附着在加热体上。
4、本发明的烟支既可以和带有针式加热体的加热器具配合使用,也可以和带有片式加热体的加热器具配合使用。当出现其他异形加热体时,本发明的隔离构件上的加热体插入口的形状可随之调整改变,以适应其形状的要求。
5、本发明设置吸阻调节气孔和补气孔,能够通过调节吸阻调节气孔的总开孔面积来调节烟支抽吸时的吸阻和补充进气,确保了烟支在被加热时供氧充分,吸阻大小理想,提升消费者抽吸感受。
6、本发明通过设置限位段,很好地防止了加热体(特别是刀片式加热体)在插入烟支时将卷筒中的发烟制品(特别是缠绕卷曲的丝状发烟制品)挤入到烟支后段,导致加热体和发烟制品接触不充分从而影响加热效果,也能有效缓解发烟制品被挤压变形堵塞气雾通道的问题出现。同时,限位段上有多个开孔,在起到限定发烟制品位置的同时还能有效输送气雾,设计极为合理。
7、本发明通过设置控温段,因其带有中空管道的特点,可以在聚乳酸纤维因吸热产生形变时堵塞部分气雾通道的同时,中空管道不会形变,能起到正常输送气雾的功能。从而即能够有效地控制降低气雾的温度,又解决了聚乳酸纤维热形变堵塞气雾通道的问题。
8、本发明通过设置控温段中的中空管道管壁上的开孔来有效降低烟支中心部分气雾的温度。当加热后产生的带有热量的气雾通过限位段向烟支后段(吸食端)传递时,烟支内靠近卷筒边壁部分气雾中的热量将被其后对应位置控温段上的吸热纤维吸收,同时纤维逐步产生形变将堵塞部分气雾通道,而烟支中心部分没有接触到吸热纤维的较热的气雾在通过中空管道时,气雾中的热能将被管壁上开孔对应位置的吸热纤维持续吸收,从而降温后的气雾能正常通过管道向烟支的吸食端持续传送。
9、本发明通过设置中空段,主要是配合控温段来联合降低气雾温 度。同时作为一个在卷烟后段可灵活设置的单元,不但能够起到冷却降温的作用,还具有减少吸阻、疏导气雾及为限位段或控温段提供活动空间的作用。
10、本发明开设多个片式加热体插入槽,使得消费者使用可以很方便的将片式加热体插入到烟支中。采用多个片式加热体插入槽的结构进行加热时,多余的片式加热体插入槽可以和吸阻调节气孔共同起到导气作用,也可以代替吸阻调节气孔直接起到导气作用。
11、本发明的产品可以使用条状发烟制品、丝状发烟制品以及颗粒状发烟制品等多种发烟制品作为原材料,受原材料影响和常规烟支卷制设备的限制较小,从而能够适应各种生产环境,降低了产品的生产和制造成本。
12、限位段采用金属材料制成的限位弹簧时,通过调整限位弹簧的螺旋圈的密集度可以吸收相对更多的烟气热能,且同时具有限位功能。由于限位弹簧具有弹性,所以能够吸收加热体插入到发烟制品中时产生的向烟支后段推送的压力,不会导致发烟制品被挤压变形堆积在一起导致与加热体接触不良或部分堵塞烟气通道。当加热体插入到位后,其反弹力会使被挤压向后段位移的发烟制品(特别是烟丝状)被回推到原有位置,从而保持与加热体的良好接触。
13、控温段采用包裹有聚乳酸纤维或其他具有吸热功能纤维的金属制螺旋弹簧时,其弹簧内部为中空通道,能够有效输送气雾,同时气雾在通过螺旋弹簧降温段时,气雾中的热量会被聚乳酸纤维和金属材料同时吸收,而且可以根据需要通过调整螺旋弹簧的直径、长度和包 裹在其上的聚乳酸纤维的密度来吸收相应的气雾热量,是一种科学有效的控温手段。
14、控温段采用均匀添加了聚乳酸粉末或颗粒的醋酸纤维滤棒时,当较热的气雾通过该段时,气雾中的热量将优先被醋酸纤维中的聚乳酸粉末吸收,聚乳酸粉末吸收热能时产生相变逐步熔融变形,但醋酸纤维不会形变,仍能保持良好的气雾通过性,因此能在降低烟气温度的同时保证烟气的正常流动,不会堵塞烟气的输送通道。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但本发明的保护范围不受实施例所限制。
实施例1
一种加热不燃烧卷烟,由厚度为0.15mm具有较高挺度的纸制成长度为45mm直径为7.1mm的中空卷筒,以及顺序设置在卷筒中紧密连接的卷烟前段(加热体插入方向)、卷烟中段和卷烟后段(口唇吸食方向)组成。所述的卷烟前段为圆柱状的隔离构件,隔离构件采用陶瓷加工制备而成,其厚度为2mm,所述的隔离构件上开设有加热体插入口和吸阻调节气孔;所述的卷烟中段由按烟支轴向等序排列的烟草薄片细丝发烟制品填充而成,其长度为13mm;所述的卷烟后段的长度为30mm,卷烟后段由两部分构成,其中靠近发烟制品端的为限位段,长度为3mm,与限位段相连靠近消费者唇端的是过滤吸附段,过滤吸附段的长度为27mm。
所述的限位段是由ABS塑料通过磨具注塑成型制备而成的圆柱体,其上贯通开设有6个横截面为圆形或扇形的气雾通过口,其通道横截面总面积占限位段横截面总面积的80%;所述的过滤吸附段是由PLA(聚乳酸)材料通过拉丝形成的细丝,并用具有较高透气性的常规卷烟用盘纸将其包裹为圆柱体形状,直径与本烟支卷筒内径一致,再分切至合适的长度将其放入卷筒中。
所述的加热体插入口为1个开设在隔离构件的中心位置的针式加热体插入孔,所述针式加热体插入孔沿烟支轴向的内部形状为渐变的 喇叭形状,针式加热体插入孔横截面的形状为圆形,靠近加热体一端的直径大小为2.5mm,靠近发烟制品一端的直径大小为1.5mm;同时,隔离构件上开设的吸阻调节气孔是8个梭形开孔,吸阻调节气孔沿隔离构件的外表面开设在隔离构件外壁上。
包裹卷烟中段的卷筒位置上还开设有两排环状的补气孔,第一排孔距离隔离构件末端线2mm,第二排孔距离第一排孔2mm,每排孔12个,每个孔的直径为0.1mm。此种结构用于补充外界的自然空气,确保供氧更充分,提高加热效率。
加工本烟支时,先将PLA(聚乳酸)纤维制成的过滤吸附段装填制入预先制备好的纸质卷筒中,截面与卷筒底部(靠近消费者吸食端)平行,再依次填入限位段、丝状薄片发烟制品段,最后装填隔离构件,隔离构件的截面与卷筒前部(靠近加热体端)平行。最后,将一张印有产品商标的水松纸包裹粘贴在卷筒外壁上,长度与卷筒长度一致。
此种结构烟支适用于采用针式加热体进行加热的加热器具。消费者使用本结构烟支时,选用的加热器加热体的长度不应超过15mm,只需将烟支沿加热器导烟筒正常插入到针式加热器具中,加热针将通过隔离构件上预先开设好的加热体插入口顺利插入到其后的发烟制品段中进行加热,并产生气雾供消费者吸食。抽吸结束后拔出烟支,受隔离构件的阻隔作用,发烟制品不会掉落或粘黏在加热针上,消费者不用经常清理加热腔体或加热针,方便实用。
实施例2
一种加热不燃烧卷烟,由厚度为0.2mm具有较高韧性的PP材料制 成长度为48mm直径为7.3mm的中空卷筒,以及顺序设置在卷筒中紧密连接的卷烟前段(加热体插入方向)、卷烟中段和卷烟后段(口唇吸食方向)组成。所述的卷烟前段为圆柱状的隔离构件,隔离构件采用耐高温ABS工程塑料加工制备而成,其厚度为1.5mm;所述的隔离构件上开设有加热体插入口和吸阻调节气孔;所述的卷烟中段由按混序排列的弯曲状烟草梗丝发烟制品填充而成,其长度为12mm;所述的卷烟后段的长度为34.5mm,卷烟后段由三部分构成,其中靠近发烟制品端的为限位段,长度为4.5mm,与限位段相连的为中空段,长度为22mm,与中空段相连靠近消费者唇端的是过滤吸附段,长度为8mm。
所述的限位段是由聚乳酸材料通过磨具注塑制备而成的圆柱体,其上贯通开设有4个横截面为长方形或其他4-24边形的气雾通过口,其通道横截面总面积占限位段横截面总面积的60%;所述的过滤吸附段是由醋酸纤维喷丝形成的超细丝,先用常规烟支咀棒成型纸将其包裹为圆柱体形状,直径与本烟支卷筒内径一致,再切至合适的长度将其放入卷筒中。
所述的加热体插入口为1个开设在隔离构件的中心位置的片式加热体插入槽,所述片式加热体插入槽沿烟支轴向的内部形状为楔形结构,其横截面为长方形,靠近加热体插入方向为大口,其长方形的长边为6mm,短边为2mm,靠近发烟制品方向为小口,其长方形的长边为6mm,短边为1mm;同时,隔离构件上开设的吸阻调节气孔是6个长轴为2mm、短轴为1mm的椭圆形开孔,沿隔离构件的外表面开设在隔离 构件上。
包裹卷烟中段的卷筒位置上开设有一排环状的补气孔,距离隔离构件末端线2mm,每排孔20个,每个孔的直径为0.1mm;卷烟后段中空段对应的卷筒位置上还开设有一排环状的补气孔,距离发烟制品末端线5mm,每排孔20个,每个孔的直径为0.1mm。此种结构用于补充外界的自然空气,降低吸阻,降低烟气温度,提高加热效率。
加工本烟支时,先将醋酸纤维制成的过滤吸附段装填制入预先由PP材料制备成的卷筒中,截面与卷筒底部(靠近消费者吸食端)平行,预留出中空段的位置,再通过定位器定位装填入限位段、烟草梗丝发烟制品段,最后装填隔离构件,隔离构件的截面与卷筒前部(靠近加热体端)平行。最后,将一张印有产品商标的水松纸包裹粘贴在卷筒外壁上,长度与卷筒长度一致。
此种结构适用于采用片式加热体进行加热的加热器具,消费者使用本结构烟支时,选用的加热器加热体的长度不应超过13.5mm,只需将烟支沿加热器导烟筒正常插入到片加热器具中,并适当旋转烟支调整好加热刀片与插入口的契合角度,加热刀片将通过隔离构件上预先开设好的加热体插入口顺利插入到其后的发烟制品段中进行加热,并产生气雾供消费者吸食。抽吸结束后拔出烟支,受隔离构件的阻隔作用,发烟制品不会掉落或粘黏在加热片上,消费者不用经常清理加热腔体或加热刀片,方便实用。
实施例3
一种加热不燃烧卷烟,将厚度为0.05mm的铝合金材料制成长度为 29mm直径为7mm的中空卷筒,以及顺序设置在卷筒中紧密连接的卷烟前段(加热体插入方向)、卷烟中段和卷烟后段(口唇吸食方向)组成。所述的卷烟前段为圆柱状的隔离构件,隔离构件采用铝合金材料加工制备而成,其厚度为1mm;所述的隔离构件上开设有加热体插入口和吸阻调节气孔;所述的卷烟中段由微波膨胀烟梗颗粒发烟制品填充而成,其长度为8mm;所述的卷烟后段的长度为20mm,卷烟后段由两部分构成,其中靠近发烟制品端的为限位段,长度为6mm,与限位段相连靠近消费者唇端的是中空段,长度为14mm。
所述的限位段是由硅胶材料通过磨具注塑制备而成的圆柱体,其上贯通开设有6个横截面为椭圆形或梭形的气雾通过口,其通道横截面总面积占限位段横截面总面积的20%。
所述的加热体插入口为2个开设在隔离构件的中心位置的片式加热体插入槽,交叉垂直排列。所述片式加热体插入槽沿烟支轴向的内部形状为楔形结构,其横截面为椭圆形,靠近加热体插入方向为大口,其椭圆的长轴为6mm,短轴为1.2mm,靠近发烟制品方向为小口,其椭圆的长边为6mm,短轴为0.2mm;同时,隔离构件上开设的吸阻调节气孔是12个直径为0.5mm的贯通式正方形开孔,开设在隔离构件外壁到加热体插入槽之间的位置上。
包裹卷烟中段的卷筒位置和中空段位置上分别开设有一排环状的进气孔,开孔距离和孔径与实施例2相同。
加工本烟支时,先留出中空段位置,再通过定位器向卷筒中定位装填入限位段、微波膨胀烟梗颗粒发烟制品段,最后装填隔离构件,隔 离构件的截面与卷筒前部(靠近加热体端)平行。最后,将一张印有产品商标的水松纸包裹粘贴在卷筒外壁上,长度与卷筒长度一致。
消费者使用本结构烟支时,选用的加热器加热体的长度不应超过9mm,只需将烟支沿加热器导烟筒正常插入到片加热器具中,并适当旋转烟支调整好加热刀片与插入口的契合角度,加热刀片将通过隔离构件上预先开设好的加热体插入口顺利插入到其后的发烟制品段中进行加热,并产生气雾供消费者吸食。抽吸结束后拔出烟支,受隔离构件的阻隔作用,发烟制品不会掉落或粘黏在加热片上,消费者不用经常清理加热腔体或加热刀片,方便实用。
此种结构适用于采用片式加热体进行加热的加热器具。此种结构为优化结构,开设两个片式加热体插入槽,使得消费者插入烟支时更为方便。采用两个加热体插入槽的结构进行加热时,多余的加热体插入槽可以和隔离构件上的吸阻调节气孔共同起到导气和调节吸阻的作用。
实施例4

所述的限位段是由金属材料制成的圆柱体,其上贯通开设有1个横截面为圆形的气雾通过口,其通道横截面总面积占限位段横截面总面积的95%。
所述控温段是一个由多股聚乳酸纤维通过纸质材料包裹形成的圆柱体,其圆柱体中心位置还贯通设置有1个中空管道,管道直径为6.3mm。
所述的过滤吸附段为醋酸纤维滤棒。
所述的加热体插入口由开设在隔离构件的中心的1个针式加热体插入孔和1个片式加热体插入槽共同构成。所述针式加热体插入孔沿烟支轴向的内部形状为圆柱形,针式加热体插入孔横截面的形状为椭圆形,椭圆长轴长度为5mm,短轴长度为为3mm;所述的片式加热体插入槽沿烟支轴向的内部形状为长方体结构,其中心线和隔离构件的中心线重合,片式加热体插入槽横截面的形状为腰圆形,腰圆形的长度为5.5mm,宽度为1mm。同时,隔离构件上开设的吸阻调节气孔是12个高为0.3mm的等边三角形开孔,开设在隔离构件外壁到加热体插入口之间的位置上。
加工本烟支时,先将醋酸纤维制成的过滤吸附段装填制入预先由耐 高温塑料制备成的卷筒中,截面与卷筒底部(靠近消费者吸食端)平行,预留出中空段的位置,再通过定位器定位依次装填入由聚乳酸纤维制成的控温段、限位段、烟草梗丝发烟制品段,最后装填隔离构件,隔离构件的截面与卷筒前部(靠近加热体端)平行。最后,将一张印有产品商标的水松纸包裹粘贴在卷筒外壁上,长度与卷筒长度一致。
此种结构的烟支同时适用于针式加热和片式加热的加热器具,对目前市场上所有插入式加热的加热器具都能兼容使用。消费者使用本结构烟支时,选用的加热器加热体的长度不应超过20mm。
实施例5
一种加热不燃烧卷烟,由厚度为0.3mm的硅胶制成长度为45mm直径为7.3mm的中空筒,以及顺序设置在卷筒中紧密连接的卷烟前段(加热体插入方向)、卷烟中段和卷烟后段(口唇吸食方向)组成。所述的卷烟前段为圆柱状的隔离构件,隔离构件采用聚乳酸材料制成,其厚度为3mm;所述的隔离构件上开设有加热体插入口;所述的卷烟中段由按烟支轴向等序排列的麻浆纤维薄片制成的细丝状发烟制品填充而成,其长度为10mm;所述的卷烟后段的长度为32mm,卷烟后段由三部分构成,其中靠近发烟制品端的为控温段,长度为15mm,与控温段相连的是中空段,长度为10mm,与中空段相连靠近消费者唇端的是过滤吸附段,长度为7mm。
所述控温段是一个由多股聚乳酸纤维通过纸质材料包裹形成的圆柱体,其圆柱体中心位置还贯通设置有1个中空管道,管道直径为3mm,管道内有支撑结构,将管道内平均划分为3个同等横截面积的 通道,中空管道的管壁上开设有若干个孔。
所述的过滤吸附段为一个由多股木浆纤维通过纸质材料包裹形成的圆柱体。
所述的加热体插入口由开设在隔离构件的中心的1个针式加热体插入孔和2个垂直相交的片式加热体插入槽共同构成。所述针式加热体插入孔沿烟支轴向的内部形状为圆柱形,针式加热体插入孔的横截面为扇形;所述的片式加热体插入槽沿烟支轴向的内部形状为长方体结构,其中心线和隔离构件的中心线重合,片式加热体插入槽横截面的形状为梭形,其长度为5.5mm,宽度为0.8mm。同时,隔离构件上开设的吸阻调节气孔是9个扇形开孔,开设在隔离构件外壁到加热体插入口之间的位置上。
加工本烟支的方式除了不需要装填限位段外,其余同实施例4。
此种结构的烟支同时适用于针式加热和片式加热的加热器具,对目前市场上所有插入式加热的加热器具都能兼容使用。2个垂直相交的片式加热体插入槽的设计,使插入烟支的过程更加便利。消费者使用本结构烟支时,选用的加热器加热体的长度不应超过13mm。
实施例6
一种加热不燃烧卷烟,由厚度为0.3mm的纸制成长度为45mm直径为7.1mm的中空筒,以及顺序设置在卷筒中紧密连接的卷烟前段(加热体插入方向)、卷烟中段和卷烟后段(口唇吸食方向)组成。所述的卷烟前段为圆柱状的隔离构件,隔离构件采用木片加工制成,其厚度为2mm;所述的隔离构件上开设有加热体插入口;所述的卷烟中段 由混序排列的烟丝填充而成,其长度为12mm;所述的卷烟后段的长度为31mm,卷烟后段单独由聚乳酸纤维圆柱体构成。
所述卷烟后段是一个由多股聚乳酸纤维通过纸质材料包裹形成的圆柱体,其圆柱体中心位置还贯通设置有1个中空管道,管道直径为2.25mm,管道中心线位置设有支撑结构,将管道内平均划分为2个同等横截面积的通道,中空管道的管壁上开设有若干个孔。
所述的加热体插入口由开设在隔离构件的中心的1个针式加热体插入孔构成。所述针式加热体插入孔横截面的形状为梭形,其梭形孔径最大距离大小为3.5mm;同时,隔离构件上开设的吸阻调节气孔是12个直径为0.1mm的贯通式圆形开孔,吸阻调节气孔沿隔离构件的外表面开设在隔离构件外壁上。

实施例7
一种加热不燃烧卷烟,由厚度为0.2mm的PAI(聚酰胺酰亚胺)制成长度为46mm直径为7mm的中空筒,以及顺序设置在卷筒中紧密连接的卷烟前段(加热体插入方向)、卷烟中段和卷烟后段(口唇吸食方向)组成。所述的卷烟前段为圆柱状的隔离构件,隔离构件采用硅胶制成,其厚度为3mm;所述的隔离构件上开设有加热体插入口;所述的卷烟中段由混序排列的梗丝填充而成,其长度为13mm;所述的卷烟后段的长度为30mm,卷烟后段由两部分构成,其中靠近发烟制品 端的为限位段,长度为5mm,与限位段相连的是中空段,长度为25mm。
所述的限位段是由醋酸纤维制成的圆柱体,其上贯通开设有1个横截面为圆的气雾通过口,其通过口横截面积占限位段横截面总面积的10%。
其后为中空段。
所述的加热体插入口为3个呈交叉结构的开设在隔离构件的中心位置的片式加热体插入槽,所述片式加热体插入槽沿烟支轴向的内部形状为楔形结构,其横截面为圆形,靠近加热体插入方向为大口,其圆形的直径为5.8mm,靠近发烟制品方向为小口,其圆形的直径为5mm;同时,隔离构件上开设的吸阻调节气孔是4个直径3mm的圆形开孔,沿隔离构件的外表面开设在隔离构件上。
包裹卷烟中段的卷筒位置上开设有一排环状的补气孔,距离隔离构件末端线3mm,每排孔20个,每个孔的直径为0.2mm;卷烟后段中空段对应的卷筒位置上还开设有一排环状的补气孔,距离发烟制品末端线5mm,每排孔20个,每个孔的直径为0.2mm。此种结构用于补充外界的自然空气,降低烟气温度。
加工本烟支的方式与实施例3类同。消费者使用本结构烟支时,选用的加热器加热体的长度不应超过16mm。
此种结构的烟支适用于刀片式加热器具。因采用梗丝形态的发烟制品,其被加热产生的气雾温度比薄片状发烟制品低,加上卷筒上开设的气孔有辅助降温作用,因此后段可以不设控温段。
实施例8
一种加热不燃烧卷烟,由厚度为0.2mm的PE塑料制成长度为44mm直径为7.1mm的中空卷筒,以及顺序设置在卷筒中紧密连接的卷烟前段(加热体插入方向)、卷烟中段和卷烟后段(口唇吸食方向)组成。所述的卷烟前段为圆柱状的隔离构件,隔离构件采用醋酸纤维材料制成,其厚度为4mm;所述的隔离构件上开设有加热体插入口;所述的卷烟中段由按烟支轴向等序排列的木浆纤维薄片制成的细丝状发烟制品填充而成,其长度为10mm;所述的卷烟后段的长度为30mm,卷烟后段由两部分构成,其中靠近发烟制品端的为控温段,长度为20mm,与控温段相连的过滤吸附段,长度为10mm。
所述控温段是一个由多股聚乳酸纤维通过纸质材料包裹形成的圆柱体,其圆柱体中心位置还贯通设置有4个中空管道,居中管道直径为3mm,外围3根呈品字形排列的管道直径为1.5毫米。
所述的过滤吸附段为木浆纤维纸质咀棒。
所述的加热体插入口由开设在隔离构件的中心的1个针式加热体插入孔构成。所述的针式加热体插入孔沿烟支轴向的内部形状为圆柱形,其孔径大小为4.5mm;因针式加热体插入孔的开设直径远大于加热针的直径,空气可以较好的导入烟支中,因此本烟支结构的隔离构件上可不设吸阻调节气孔。
加工本烟支的方式与实施例1类同。消费者使用本结构烟支时,选用的加热器加热体的长度不应超过13mm。
此种结构的烟支适用于针式加热器具。采用的多管道控温段形式,能在更有效的吸收气雾热量的同时保证气雾的通过性,不会出现因聚 乳酸纤维受热产生形变从而堵塞气雾通道的问题。
实施例9
一种加热不燃烧卷烟,由厚度为0.15mm的纸制成长度为45mm直径为7.1mm的中空筒,以及顺序设置在卷筒中紧密连接的卷烟前段(加热体插入方向)、卷烟中段和卷烟后段(口唇吸食方向)组成。所述的卷烟前段为圆柱状的隔离构件,隔离构件采用由短木浆纤维制浆后压制成型的圆柱体,其厚度为2mm;所述的隔离构件上开设有加热体插入口;所述的卷烟中段由按烟支轴向等序排列的烟草薄片制成的细丝状发烟制品填充而成,其长度为12mm;所述的卷烟后段的长度为31mm,卷烟后段由四部分构成,其中靠近发烟制品端的为限位段,长度为3mm,与限位段相连的是中空段,长度5mm,与中空段相连的是控温段,长度为15mm,与控温段相连的是过滤吸附段,长度为8mm。
所述的限位段是由木材或陶瓷制成的圆柱体,其上贯通开设有5个横截面为三角形的气雾通过口,其通道横截面总面积占限位段横截面总面积的80%。
所述的控温段为圆柱状的醋酸纤维滤棒,在滤棒的醋酸纤维中均匀地添加有聚乳酸颗粒,所述聚乳酸颗粒为圆形,粒径范围在20-60目之间。
所述的过滤吸附段为常规卷烟用醋酸纤维咀棒。
所述的加热体插入口由开设在隔离构件的中心的1个针式加热体插入孔构成。所述的针式加热体插入孔横截面的形状为10边形(五角星形状),其中心最小直径为2.6mm;同时,隔离构件上开设的吸 阻调节气孔是5个圆形开孔,分别开设在五角星的两个相邻角之间的位置上。
加工本烟支的方式与实施例4类同。消费者使用本结构烟支时,选用的加热器加热体的长度不应超过13mm。
此种结构的烟支适用于针式加热器具。选用加有聚乳酸颗粒的醋酸纤维控温段,制作简单,成本较低,且降温效果明显。
实施例10
一种加热不燃烧卷烟,由厚度为0.2mm的纸制成长度为45mm直径为7.3mm的中空筒,以及顺序设置在卷筒中紧密连接的卷烟前段(加热体插入方向)、卷烟中段和卷烟后段(口唇吸食方向)组成。所述的卷烟前段为圆柱状的隔离构件,隔离构件采用聚乳酸制成的圆柱体,其厚度为1.5mm;所述的隔离构件上开设有加热体插入口;所述的卷烟中段由微波膨胀植物颗粒填充而成,其长度为13.5mm;所述的卷烟后段的长度为30mm,卷烟后段由三部分构成,其中靠近发烟制品端的为限位段,长度为5mm,与限位段相连的是控温段,长度为20mm,与控温段相连的是过滤吸附段,长度为5mm。
所述的限位段为螺旋状防锈碳素钢弹簧,弹簧外径为5mm,中空内径为4mm。
所述的控温段为圆柱状的纸质纤维滤棒,在滤棒的纤维中均匀地添加有聚乳酸粉末,粒径范围在800-1200目之间。
所述的过滤吸附段为聚乳酸纤维咀棒。
所述的加热体插入口由开设在隔离构件的中心的1个针式加热体 插入孔构成。所述的针式加热体插入孔横截面的形状为等边三角形,高3mm;同时,隔离构件上开设的吸阻调节气孔是3个圆形开孔,分别开设在三角形边的外侧和隔离构件边壁之间的位置上。
加工本烟支的方式与实施例5类同。消费者使用本结构烟支时,选用的加热器加热体的长度不应超过15mm。
此种结构的烟支适用于针式加热器具。
选用弹簧形式的限位段时,可以通过调整限位弹簧的螺旋圈的密集度来调节吸收烟气热能的大小,且同时具有限位功能。由于限位弹簧具有弹性,所以能够吸收加热体插入到发烟制品中时产生的向烟支后段推送的压力,不会导致发烟制品被挤压变形堆积在一起导致与加热体接触不良或部分堵塞烟气通道。当加热体插入到位后,其弹簧的反弹力会使被挤压向后段位移的发烟制品(特别是烟丝状)被回推到原有位置,从而保持与加热体的良好接触。
实施例11
一种加热不燃烧卷烟,由厚度为0.08mm的铝合金制成长度为45mm直径为7.3mm的中空卷筒,以及顺序设置在卷筒中紧密连接的卷烟前段(加热体插入方向)、卷烟中段和卷烟后段(口唇吸食方向)组成。所述的卷烟前段为圆柱状的隔离构件,隔离构件采用PP塑料制成,其厚度为2mm;所述的隔离构件上开设有加热体插入口;所述的卷烟中段由按烟支轴向等序排列的麻浆纤维薄片制成的细丝状发烟制品填充而成,其长度为12mm;所述的卷烟后段的长度为31mm,卷烟后段由两部分构成,其中靠近发烟制品端的为限位段,长度为11mm, 与限位段相连的是过滤吸附段,长度为20mm。
所述的限位段是由弹性较好的塑料制成的螺旋状弹簧,弹簧外径为4mm,中空内径为3mm。
所述的过滤吸附段为聚乳酸纤维咀棒。

一种加热不燃烧卷烟,由厚度为0.1mm的纸制成长度为46mm直径为7.1mm的中空卷筒,以及顺序设置在卷筒中紧密连接的卷烟前段(加热体插入方向)、卷烟中段和卷烟后段(口唇吸食方向)组成。所述的卷烟前段为圆柱状的隔离构件,隔离构件为采用植物粉末加入食品胶压制烘干成型的圆柱体,其厚度为3mm;所述的隔离构件上开设有1个加热体插入口;所述的卷烟中段由烟草梗丝填充而成,其长度为10mm;所述的卷烟后段的长度为33mm,卷烟后段由两部分构成, 其中靠近发烟制品端的为限位段,长度为20mm,与限位段相连的是过滤吸附段,长度为13mm。
所述的限位段为螺旋状塑料弹簧,弹簧外径为5mm,中空内径为4mm。以塑料弹簧丝为中心,缠绕包裹有一层聚乳酸纤维,该聚乳酸纤维层起到控温作用。
所述的过滤吸附段为圆柱状的聚乳酸纤维滤棒。

此种结构的烟支通用于针式及刀片式的加热器具。
选用包裹有聚乳酸纤维的限位弹簧时,限位弹簧即能起到限位的作用,也可以起到控温的作用,因此本案列的限位段与控温段为一体。这样的设计,在保证品质的前提下,烟支的结构更加简化,成本更低。

重复实施例1、2、3、4,有以下不同点:
所述的加热体插入口由开设在隔离构件中心的1个针式加热体插 入孔和3个片式加热体插入槽共同构成。消费者将本结构烟支使用在片式加热体加热器上时,因为隔离构件上有3个片式加热体插入槽,相邻片式加热体插入槽之间的夹角仅有60°,因此只用将烟支插入加热器烟支接纳口并轻微旋转烟支,就能够方便的将烟支插入到加热器具中。

重复实施例1、2、3、4,5有以下不同点:
所述的卷烟后段由顺序排列的限位段、中空段、带有2个中空管道的聚乳酸纤维控温段(管道上开设有若干个孔)、和醋酸纤维过滤吸附段四个单元联合组成。这样的设置,当气雾通过限位段上的气雾通过孔向吸食端传递时,会优先接触聚乳酸纤维吸附段,由于聚乳酸纤维有吸附热量产生形变的作用,因此会较大程度的吸附气雾中的热量,降低气雾的温度,但由此产生的形变会导致接触限位段这一端面的聚乳酸纤维收缩凝固,从而堵塞部分气雾传递通道,此时中间的管道不会变形,即可代替通道的功能。同时,通道上的多个开孔还可将后续气雾中的热量传导到对应位置的聚乳酸纤维上,最终达到有效降低气雾温度的同时不会堵塞气雾通过通道的双重作用。中空段设置在限位段和控温段之间,能起到当控温段边壁位置的吸热纤维形变导致气雾通道部分堵塞时,中空段可以起到疏导气雾通向控温段中心处管道口的作用。
实施例15

  1. 一种加热不燃烧卷烟,由圆柱形中空卷筒以及顺序设置在卷筒内的卷烟前段、卷烟中段和卷烟后段组成,卷烟前段、卷烟中段、卷烟后段的直径均等于卷筒的内径;其特征在于,所述的卷筒的筒壁厚度为0.05-2mm,所述的卷烟前段由圆柱形的隔离构件组成,卷烟前段沿卷筒轴向的长度为1-8mm;所述的隔离构件上开设有加热体插入口和吸阻调节气孔;所述的卷烟中段由发烟制品填充而成,卷烟中段沿卷筒轴向的长度为5-20mm;所述的卷烟后段为限控过滤单元,卷烟后段沿卷筒轴向的长度为15-50mm,所述的限控过滤单元由限位段、控温段、中空段及过滤吸附段四种中的一种或多种组合形成。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种加热不燃烧卷烟,其特征在于,所述的发烟制品为预先用纸卷制成圆柱状并沿卷筒轴向同序排列的细长条状发烟制品、预先用纸卷制成圆柱状的混序排列的弯曲丝状发烟制品以及不规则颗粒状发烟制品中的一种或几种;所述的隔离构件和限位段是由陶瓷、木材、硅胶、塑料、聚乳酸、醋酸纤维、植物粉末、金属或其它可塑型的耐高温材料中的一种或几种组合制备成形的圆柱体,所述的限位段上开设有至少1个贯通式的气雾通过口,所述气雾通过口的形状为圆形、椭圆形、梭形、扇形、三角形、4-24边形中的一种,所述气雾通过口的横截面积为限位段横截面积的10%-95%;所述的控温段是由多股聚乳酸纤维或具有吸热功能的纤维按卷筒轴向通过纸质材料包裹形成的圆柱体,控温段中还贯通设置有至少1根中空管道,所述的中空管道的管壁上开设有若干个孔,中空管道的总 横截面积为限控过滤单元横截面积的10-95%;所述的过滤吸附段是由多股聚乳酸纤维、醋酸纤维、木浆纤维中的至少一种通过纸质材料包裹形成的圆柱体。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种加热不燃烧卷烟,其特征在于;所述的加热体插入口为一个贯通式开设在隔离构件中心位置的针式加热体插入孔,所述的针式加热体插入孔沿烟支轴向的内部形状为渐变的喇叭形状或圆柱状,针式加热体插入孔横截面的形状为圆形、椭圆形、梭形、扇形、三角形、4-24边形中的一种,针式加热体插入孔的最细处的直径为1.5-5mm;所述的吸阻调节气孔为贯通式开孔,吸阻调节气孔的形状为圆形、椭圆形、梭形、扇形、三角形、4-24边形中的一种,吸阻调节气孔沿隔离构件的外表面开设在隔离构件上或开设在隔离构件外壁到加热体插入孔之间的位置上,所述的吸阻调节气孔的最细处直径为0.1-3mm,数量≥2个。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种加热不燃烧卷烟,其特征在于,所述的加热体插入口为一个贯通式开设在隔离构件中心位置的片式加热体插入槽;所述的片式加热体插入槽沿烟支轴向的内部形状为楔形结构或长方体结构,片式加热体插入槽的横截面的形状为椭圆形、梭形、圆形、腰圆形或4-24边形中的一种,宽度为0.2-5mm、长度<隔离构件的直径、中心线和隔离构件的中心线重合。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种加热不燃烧卷烟,其特征在于,所述的加热体插入口由开设在隔离构件中心位置的针式加热体插入孔和片式加热体插入槽共同构成;所述的针式加热体插入孔沿烟支轴向的 内部形状为渐变的喇叭形状或圆柱状,针式加热体插入孔横截面的形状为圆形、椭圆形、梭形、扇形、三角形、4-24边形中的一种,针式加热体插入孔的最细处的直径为1.5-5mm;所述的片式加热体插入槽沿烟支轴向的内部形状为楔形结构或长方体结构,片式加热体插入槽的横截面的形状为椭圆形、梭形、圆形、腰圆形或4-24边形中的一种,宽度为0.2-5mm、长度<隔离构件的直径、中心线和隔离构件的中心线重合。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的一种加热不燃烧卷烟,其特征在于,所述的片式加热体插入槽为1个,所述的吸阻调节气孔的形状为圆形、椭圆形、梭形、扇形、三角形、4-24边形中的一种,吸阻调节气孔沿隔离构件的外表面开设在隔离构件上或开设在隔离构件外壁到加热体插入孔之间的位置上,所述的吸阻调节气孔的最细处直径为0.1-3mm,数量≥2个。
  7. 根据权利要求4或5所述的一种加热不燃烧卷烟,其特征在于,所述的片式加热体插入槽为2-12个,相邻两个片式加热体插入槽之间的夹角角度大小相等。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种加热不燃烧卷烟,其特征在于,所述的吸阻调节气孔沿隔离构件的外表面开设在隔离构件上或开设在隔离构件外壁到加热体插入孔之间的位置上,所述的吸阻调节气孔的最细处直径为0.1-3mm,数量≥2个。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种加热不燃烧卷烟,其特征在于,所述的卷筒由在100-300℃加热条件下不变形同时不产生异味的纸质材 料、塑料材料、金属材料或硅胶材料中的一种制成。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种加热不燃烧卷烟,其特征在于,包裹卷烟中段的卷筒上和/或中空段对应的卷筒上还开设有若干个补气孔。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的一种加热不燃烧卷烟,其特征在于,所述的限位段为螺旋状的限位弹簧且限位段不与中空段相邻,所述的限位弹簧的直径≤卷筒的内径。
  12. 根据权利要求1所诉的一种加热不燃烧卷烟,其特征在于,所述的控温段为圆柱状的醋酸纤维滤棒或木浆纤维纸质滤棒,在滤棒的醋酸纤维或木浆纤维中均匀地添加有聚乳酸粉末或颗粒,所述聚乳酸粉末或颗粒的粒径范围在20-1200目之间。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的一种加热不燃烧卷烟,其特征在于,所述的控温段为包裹有聚乳酸纤维的螺旋状的控温弹簧,所述的控温弹簧的直径≤卷筒的内径。
