本申请实施例提供的一种窗帘控制方法及窗帘控制设备,处理控制器根据通信单元接收的控制信号控制驱动电机带动所述窗帘的活动端上升或下降,并将所述窗帘的活动端与固定端的相对位置关系通过所述通信单元发送给用户终端,以使用户终端根据所述相对位置对所述窗帘的开合状态进行显示。如此,可以将窗帘的开合状态实时地显示到用户终端,方便用户能够准确地对窗帘进行相应的控制操作。

请参照图1所示,是本申请实施例提供的一种窗帘控制系统10的系统框架图。窗帘控制系统10包括用户终端100和窗帘控制设备200,用户终端100和窗帘控制设备200通过网络相互连接。窗帘控制设备200用于控制窗帘的运动。在本实施例提供的窗帘控制系统10中,可以有一个、两个或多个用户终端100,也可以有一个、两个或多个窗帘控制设备200,对此不做限定。
在本实施例中,用户终端100可以是任意具有数据处理功能及通信功能的电子设备,通常为便携式的电子设备,例如,智能手机、平板电脑等。
请参照图2所示,是本申请实施例提供的窗帘控制设备200的结构示意图。窗帘控制设备200可以包括:处理控制器210、通信单元220及驱动电机230,所述处理控制器210分别与通信单元220及驱动电机230连接。例如,这些元件相互之间可以通过一条或多条通讯总线或信号线电性连接。所述窗帘控制设备200可以通过通信单元220与所述用户终端100进行数据通信,接收用户终端100发送的控制指令,或发送窗帘的活动端与固定端的相对位置关系给所述用户终端100。在本实施例中,通信单元220可以采用无线的方式进行通信的方式包括WI-FI、蓝牙及红外等。
所述处理控制器210可以是一种集成电路芯片,具有信号处理能力和控制能力。处理控制器210可 以包括中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、网络处理器(Network Processor,NP)等;还可以是数字信号处理器(DSP)、专用集成电路(ASIC)、现场可编程门阵列()FPGA或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件。同时在本实施例中,所述处理控制器210还可以集成一存储器,所述存储器用于存储有驱动电机230的状态信息,其中所述状态信息包括驱动电机230的转向、转数、窗帘的活动端与固定端的相对位置关系。
驱动电机230的电机输出轴与窗帘转动轴连接,在驱动电机230的电机输出轴的驱动下带动窗帘转动轴转动,从而使所述窗帘的活动端相对于所述窗帘的固定端运动。
应当理解,图2所示的结构框图仅为示意,窗帘控制设备200还可以包括比图2所示更多或更少的组件,或是具有与图2所示完全不同的配置。图2所示的各组件可以采用硬件、软件或其组合实现。
请参阅图3,是本申请实施例提供的一种应用于窗帘控制设备200的窗帘控制方法的流程示意图。下面对该方法的详细流程进行阐述。
步骤S310,通信单元220接收用户在所述用户终端100上操作生成的控制信号。
在进行窗帘控制时,用户终端100上可以显示一用于辅助用户进行窗帘控制的可视化应用软件,用户可以在用户终端100上通过可视化应用软件对窗帘进行控制,以生成控制信号。
在本实施例中,所述控制信号可以根据用户在用户终端100上的操作生成,具体地,用户可以调整窗帘的活动端在可视化应用软件与窗帘固定端的相对位置关系生成控制信号。生成的控制信号至少包括需要窗帘的活动端运动的目标位置信息。
步骤S320,处理控制器210根据所述控制信号控制驱动电机230带动窗帘的活动端上升或下降,并将所述窗帘的活动端与固定端的相对位置关系通过所述通信单元220发送给用户终端100。
在所述窗帘被拉起时,所述窗帘的活动端朝所述窗帘的固定端运动。在所述窗帘放下时,所述窗帘的活动端远离所述窗帘的固定端运动。将所述窗帘的活动端与固定端的相对位置关系发送给用户终端100,便于所述用户终端100根据所述相对位置对所述窗帘的开合状态进行显示。
在本实施例中,所述处理控制器210中预先存储有所述驱动电机的状态信息,其中所述状态信息包括驱动电机的转向、转数、窗帘的活动端与固定端的相对位置关系,即所述处理控制器210中存储有窗帘的活动端位于不同位置处对应的驱动电机转向和转数。
在本步骤中,处理控制器210基于预先存储的驱动电机的状态信息和控制信号中窗帘的活动端运动的目标位置,计算得到目标位置处驱动电机230对应的电机转向和转数,比如,目标目标位置处对应的电机转向为正转(比如,顺时针方向),转数为5.6转。若当前位置驱动电机230对应的电机转向为反转(比如,逆时针方向),转数为2转时,即要实现窗帘的活动端到达控制信号对应目标位置,需要控制驱动电机230,按照正转方向转动7.6转。
所述方法还包括:
所述通信单元220检测所述窗帘控制设备是否与所述用户终端建立通信连接;
若所述通信单元220检测到所述窗帘控制设备200与所述用户终端100建立通信连接时,将所述驱动电机230的当前状态信息发送给所述用户终端100进行显示。
所述用户终端100根据所述所述驱动电机230的当前信息中的电机转向、转数获得对应的窗帘的活动端与固定端的相对位置关系,将窗帘的活动端与固定端的相对位置关系发送给用户终端100,在用户终端100上进行可视化显示。
请参照图3,在本实施例中,在步骤S310之前,所述方法还包括步骤S309。
步骤S309,为所述窗帘设定限位高度。
在日常生活中,一般地,窗帘完全被拉起或放下的几率不是很大,往往我们只需要窗帘在设定的运动范围内进行拉起或放下。因此设置窗帘的活动端的活动范围是必要的,为此,需要为窗帘设置用于限定活动范围的限位高度。
请参照图4,图4给出了实现步骤S309的子步骤流程示意图,在本实施例中,步骤S309包括子步骤S3091及S3092。
子步骤S3091,通信单元220接收所述用户终端100发送的限位高度控制指令。
在本实施例中,所述限位高度控制指令中包括用于限位窗帘活动范围的第一限位高度与第二限位高度,所述第一限位高度低于所述第二限位高度。
子步骤S3092,处理控制器210根据所述第一限位高度和第二限位高度控制所述驱动电机230使所述窗帘运动到相应的位置处,并记录所述窗帘的活动端在第一限位高度和第二限位高度位置处对应的驱动电机230的状态信息。
在所述处理控制器210根据所述第一限位高度和第二限位高度控制所述驱动电机230使所述窗帘运动到相应的位置处的过程中,为了防止设置过程中,因窗帘控制设备200与所述用户终端100之间出现通信故障,而导致窗帘控制设备200无法接收到控制窗帘停止运动的控制信号,从而使驱动电机230在接收到控制指令后一直处于运动状态,损害窗帘。
本实施例提供以下两种实施方式用于解决上述技术问题:
第一种实施方式,首先,所述通信单元220检测所述窗帘控制设备200与所述用户终端100之间的通信连接状态。
接着,在检测到所述窗帘控制设备200与所述用户终端100之间断开通信连接时,所述处理控制器210控制所述驱动电机230停止运动。
在该种实施方式下,窗帘控制设备200在接收到限位高度控制指令后,还会检测与用户终端100之间的通信状态,并在通信状态故障时即时控制所述驱动电机230停止工作。在此种状态下,窗帘限位高度设置失败。在窗帘控制设备200与用户终端100再次建立通信连接时,可以在用户终端100上显示提示信息要求用户重新对窗帘的限位高度进行设定。
第二种实施方式,首先,所述通信单元220检测所述窗帘控制设备200与所述用户终端100之间的通信连接状态。
接着,在检测到所述窗帘控制设备200与所述用户终端100之间断开通信连接时,所述处理控制器210检测所述驱动电机230当前的状态信息。
最后,若检测到所述驱动电机230当前的状态信息等于所述窗帘的活动端能达到极限位置时所对应的状态信息,则控制所述驱动电机230停止运动。
第二种实施方式与第一种实施方式相比不同的时,在窗帘控制设备200与用户终端100断开通信连接后,不会立即控制驱动电机230停止运动,而是在驱动电机230运动到极限位置(比如,最高位置或最低位置)时控制驱动电机230停止工作,如此可以防止窗帘的活动端在达到极限位置后,继续运动导致驱动电机230损坏。
与第一种实施方式相同的,该实施方式下窗帘限位高度设置失败。在窗帘控制设备200与用户终端100再次建立通信连接时,可以在用户终端100上显示提示信息要求用户重新对窗帘的限位高度进行设定。
请参照图5,在设置完成限位高度信息后,为了防止窗帘超过设置的活动区域,步骤S320可以包括以下子步骤。
子步骤321,处理控制器210检测所述驱动电机230在带动所述窗帘的活动端上升或下降过程中的状态信息。
子步骤S322,在检测的状态信息与所述第一限位高度或所述第二限位高度位置处的驱动电机230的状态信息相同时,控制所述驱动电机230停止运动。
通过对驱动电机230的状态信息的对比,对窗帘的活动端的位置进行控制,以使窗帘的活动端在设定的第一限位高度和第二限位高度之间的活动区域中运动。
在本实施例中,可选地,所述方法还可以对活动区域进行调整,对活动区域进行调整可以包括以下步骤:
通信单元220接收所述用户终端100对所述第一限位高度与第二限位高度进行调整的修改指令;
处理控制器210根据所述修改指令控制所述驱动电机230带动所述窗帘到修改后的所述第一限位高度与第二限位高度位置,并记录所述窗帘的活动端位于修改后的第一限位高度和第二限位高度位置处对应的驱动电机230的状态信息,以完成活动区域的调整。
本申请实施例还提供一种窗帘控制设备200,与上面实施例不同的是,本窗帘控制设备200是以硬件设备作为保护主题,以窗帘控制设备200的各硬件组件为执行主体,对窗帘控制过程进行描述的。可以理解的是,接下来要描述的窗帘控制设备200中涉及的各个硬件组件执行的具体功能在上面实施例的具体步骤中已经描述过,具体各个硬件组件对应的详尽功能可参照上面的实施例描述,下面仅对窗帘控制设备200进行简要说明。请再次参照图2。

    所述通信单元接收用户在所述用户终端上操作生成的控制信号;
    所述处理控制器根据所述控制信号控制所述驱动电机带动所述窗帘的活动端上升或下降,并将所述窗帘的活动端与固定端的相对位置关系通过所述通信单元发送给所述用户终端,其中,在所述窗帘拉起时,所述窗帘的活动端朝所述窗帘的固定端运动,在所述窗帘放下时,所述窗帘的活动端远离所述窗帘的固定端运动,以使所述用户终端根据所述相对位置对所述窗帘的开合状态进行显示。

    在检测到所述窗帘控制设备与所述用户终端之间断开通信连接时,所述处理控制器检测所述驱动电机当前的状态信息;
    若检测到所述驱动电机当前的状态信息等于所述窗帘的活动端能达到极限位置时所对应的状态信息,则控制所述驱动电机停止运动。
  6. 如权利要求3-5中任意一项所述的窗帘控制方法,其特征在于,所述处理控制器根据所述控制信号控制所述驱动电机带动所述窗帘的活动端上升或下降的步骤包括:
    所述处理控制器检测所述驱动电机在带动所述窗帘的活动端上升或下降过程中的状态信息;
    在检测的状态信息与所述第一限位高度或所述第二限位高度位置处的驱动电机的状态信息相同时,控制所述驱动电机停止运动。
  7. 如权利要求3-5中任意一项所述的窗帘控制方法,其特征在于,所述还包括:
    所述通信单元接收所述用户终端对所述第一限位高度与第二限位高度进行调整的修改指令;
    所述处理控制器根据所述修改指令控制所述驱动电机带动所述窗帘到修改后的所述第一限位高度与第二限位高度位置,并记录所述窗帘的活动端位于修改后的第一限位高度和第二限位高度位置处对应的驱动电机的状态信息。
  8. 一种窗帘控制设备,其特征在于,所述窗帘控制设备与用户终端通信,用于根据用户终端发送的控制指令控制窗帘的运动,所述窗帘控制设备包括处理控制器、通信单元及驱动电机;
    所述通信单元,配置成接收用户在所述用户终端上操作生成的控制信号;
    所述处理控制器,配置成根据所述控制信号控制所述驱动电机带动所述窗帘的活动端上升或下降,并将所述窗帘的活动端与固定端的相对位置关系通过所述通信单元发送给所述用户终端,其中,在所述窗帘拉起时,所述窗帘的活动端朝所述窗帘的固定端运动,在所述窗帘放下时,所述窗帘的活动端远离所述窗帘的固定端运动,以使所述用户终端根据所述相对位置对所述窗帘的窗帘图形进行显示。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的窗帘控制设备,其特征在于,所述处理控制器中预先存储有所述驱动电机的状态信息,其中所述状态信息包括驱动电机的转向、转数、窗帘的活动端与固定端的相对位置关系;
    所述通信单元,配置成检测所述窗帘控制设备是否与所述用户终端建立通信连接;
    所述处理控制器,配置成在所述通信单元检测到所述窗帘控制设备与所述用户终端建立通信连接时,将所述驱动电机的当前状态信息发送给所述用户终端进行显示。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的窗帘控制设备,其特征在于:
    所述通信单元,配置成接收所述用户终端发送的限位高度控制指令,其中,所述限位高度控制指令中包括用于限位窗帘活动范围的第一限位高度与第二限位高度,所述第一限位高度低于所述第二限位高度;
    所述处理控制器,配置成根据所述第一限位高度和第二限位高度控制所述驱动电机使所述窗帘运动到相应的位置处,并记录所述窗帘的活动端在第一限位高度和第二限位高度位置处对应的驱动电机的状态信息。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的窗帘控制设备,其特征在于,所述处理控制器进一步配置成:
    在所述处理控制器根据所述第一限位高度和第二限位高度控制所述驱动电机使所述窗帘运动到相应的位置处的过程,检测到所述窗帘控制设备与所述用户终端之间断开通信连接时,控制所述驱动电机停止运动。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的窗帘控制设备,其特征在于,所述处理控制器进一步配置成:
    在所述处理控制器根据所述第一限位高度和第二限位高度控制所述驱动电机使所述窗帘运动到相应的位置处的过程,检测到所述窗帘控制设备与所述用户终端之间断开通信连接时,检测所述驱动电机当前的状态信息;
    若检测到所述驱动电机当前的状态信息等于所述窗帘的活动端能达到极限位置时所对应的状态信息,则控制所述驱动电机停止运动。
  13. 如权利要求10-12中任意一项所述的窗帘控制设备,其特征在于,所述处理控制器进一步配置成:
    检测所述驱动电机在带动所述窗帘的活动端上升或下降过程中的状态信息;
    在检测的状态信息与所述第一限位高度或所述第二限位高度位置处的驱动电机的状态信息相同时,控制所述驱动电机停止运动。
  14. 如权利要求10-12中任意一项所述的窗帘控制设备,其特征在于:
    所述通信单元,还配置成接收所述用户终端对所述第一限位高度与第二限位高度进行调整的修改指令;
    所述处理控制器,还配置成根据所述修改指令控制所述驱动电机带动所述窗帘到修改后的所述第一限位高度与第二限位高度位置,并记录所述窗帘的活动端位于修改后的第一限位高度和第二限位高度位置处对应的驱动电机的状态信息。
