本说明书实施例公开了一种票据拍摄交互方法、装置、处理设备及客户端。利用本说明书实施例,可以在用户拍摄拍票据时,根据不同场景下需要的票据的种类相应的展示所述需要的票据的引导信息。一般的,对于票据而言,其具有一定的规格,因此本说明书的实施例中可以针对所需的发票在拍摄交互界面中增加引导用户对准票据的提示信息。当瞄准后,可以提醒用户可以进行拍摄。这样,通过对票据拍摄过程中的票据对准引导以及在对准后进行的可拍摄提示,可以有效提高用户拍摄的票据图像符合业务需求的概率,在理赔业务中,可以有效提高理赔通过率。同时,对用户拍照时的对准交互引导,也可以提高用户票据拍摄的使用体验。

Description

一种票据拍摄交互方法、装置、处理设备及客户端 技术领域
本说明书实施例方案属于计算机数据处理的技术领域,尤其涉及一种票据拍摄交互方法、装置、处理设备及客户端。
背景技术
随着互联网技术的发展,互联网保险业务发展也越来越快。目前,许多保险公司提供了在线理赔的业务,用户通过拍摄并上传车损现场照片、身份证件等,实现快速、智能的保险理赔。
但在理赔过程中常常还需要理赔的票据,例如事故中患者医疗的发票、车辆维修的发票、车祸道路抢险产生的发票等等。现有理赔方式中,用户可以直接将这些票据给保险公司,由保险公司进行甄别,或者,用户可以使用智能理赔终端拍摄票据的图像,然后上传进行理赔。但目前用户自行拍摄的票据照片常常会出现一张照片中含有多张发票、发票照片太小、主要信息看不清出等问题,导致理赔时核损失败。此时保险公司可以电话引导用户如何拍摄。因用户票据图像的拍摄不合格导致核损失败,降低了理赔效率,也影响了用户理赔体验。
发明内容
本说明书实施例目的在于提供一种票据拍摄交互方法、装置、处理设备及客户端,可以有效的增加前端的用户引导,让用户拍摄得到符合要求的发票照片,有效提高理赔通过率,提升理赔效率和服务体验。
本说明书实施例提供的一种票据拍摄交互方法、装置、处理设备及客户端是包括以下方式实现的:

提供票据的拍摄交互界面;
在所述拍摄交互界面中展示对应于业务所需要的票据的引导信息,所述引导信息用于指示用户对准票据的交互信息;
当确定对准所述票据时,显示提醒用户进行拍摄的提示信息。

本说明书提供的一种实施方案可以应用到拍摄票据图像的多种客户端中。所述的客户端可以包括车主,也可以是保险公司人员使用的具有拍摄功能(至少具有包括拍照功能)的终端设备,如智能手机、平板电脑、智能穿戴设备、专用拍摄设备等。所述的客户端可以具有通信模块,可以与远程的服务器进行通信连接,实现与所述服务器的数据 传输。所述服务器可以包括保险公司一侧的服务器,其他的实施场景中也可以包括中间平台的服务器,例如与保险公司服务器有通信链接的第三方车险服务平台的服务器。所述的服务器可以包括单台计算机设备,也可以包括多个服务器组成的服务器集群,或者分布式系统的服务器结构。
下面以一个具体的发票引导交互拍摄的应用场景为例对本说明书实施方案进行说明。具体的,图1是本说明书提供的所述一种票据拍摄交互方法实施例的流程示意图。虽然本说明书提供了如下述实施例或附图所示的方法操作步骤或装置结构,但基于常规或者无需创造性的劳动在所述方法或装置中可以包括更多或者部分合并后更少的操作步骤或模块单元。在逻辑性上不存在必要因果关系的步骤或结构中,这些步骤的执行顺序或装置的模块结构不限于本说明书实施例或附图所示的执行顺序或模块结构。所述的方法或模块结构的在实际中的装置、服务器或终端产品应用时,可以按照实施例或者附图所示的方法或模块结构进行顺序执行或者并行执行(例如并行处理器或者多线程处理的环境、甚至包括分布式处理、服务器集群的实施环境)。
当然,下述实施例的描述并不对基于本说明书的其他可扩展到的技术方案构成限制。例如其他的实施场景中,本说明书提供的实施方案同样可以应用到其他不限于发票种类的票据图像拍摄交互,或者是证件的拍摄交互。具体的一种实施例如图1所示,本说明书提供的一种票据拍摄交互方法的一种实施例中,所述方法可以包括:
S0:提供票据的拍摄交互界面;
S2:在所述拍摄交互界面中展示对应于业务所需要的票据的引导信息,所述引导信息用于指示用户对准票据的交互信息;
S4:当确定对准所述票据时,显示提醒用户进行拍摄的提示信息。
需要说明的是,本实施例应用中间所说的票据可以为发票,其他的实施例中同样可以适用对其他类型的票据进行引导交互拍摄,如借贷款凭证、快递单等。本实施例应用场景中,中可以在用户打开手机应用进行票据拍摄时,提供有与用户进行拍摄引导的交互界面。所述的拍摄交互界面可以包括在打开拍摄开关后在客户端上拍摄窗口,或者为单独设置在拍摄窗口中交互界面,所述的拍摄交互界面中可以包括一种或多种引导用户对准票据的信息,如可以为包括图形、线条和文字的交互界面,图形可以用于指示用户圈定票据中的特定信息,线条可以辅助用户参考拍摄的取景边界,文字可以为票据对准确前、引导中、对准后相应的提示信息。截图的拍摄交互界面的设计可以根据应用场景 进行设定。在本说明书的一些实施例中,可以根据不同的票据种类预设不同的引导信息,如餐饮类别的机打发票通常为宽度大于高度的矩形,而打的产生的交通发票为宽度远小于高度的另一种发票,因此,可以这对业务所需的票据展示不同的引导信息,如图2所述。当然,本说明书的一些实施例中,也可以统一设定拍摄交互界面,或者在拍摄交互界面中的引导信息,例如在车险理赔业务中所需要的发票的样式规格是固定的,因此可以统一设置一种票据的引导信息。
本说明书的一个实施例提供一种与用户交互的引导信息界面,具体的如图3所述,所述引导信息包括:
S20:包含票据边界框和票据的印章框的取景框图,以及提醒用户将所述印章框对准票据印章的提示信息。
本实施例中可以根据需要拍摄的票据的种类在拍摄交互界面中展示出相应的票据边界框图,该边界框图可以为与票据对应的形状和大小,如与票据形状一样的矩形框。在一些实施例中,可以设置当印章状况与票据印章对准吻合时,票据边界框与被拍摄的票据的边界相吻合,这样可以使用户明显感知是否对准票据。或者也可以设置大于实际票据的边界,使得拍摄时被拍摄的票据的边界落在票据边界框内。
本实施例中在拍摄的取景框图中添加了印章框,一般的,票据,尤其是发票会带有相应省市盖的印章(也可以称为头章),如位于发票中间上方椭圆形的“全国统一发票监制章XX(省份)国家税务总局监制”印章,或者开具所述票据的单位或个人的票据盖章。本实施例中在拍摄票据时,如图3所示,边界框可以用于用户方便对准发票主体区域,与发票本身的线框进行对准。再结合印章框(图3中的椭圆框)对准发票的印章,进而可以使用户更加快速、边界的对准整个发票,因此,利用本实施例方案,然用户对准票据的印章,不仅可以突出拍摄重点,而且在印章对准后使得个票据的对准已经覆盖整个或者大部分票据,用户可以在略微调整甚至不再调整即可拍摄获取符合要求的票据图像。
上述所述的提示信息可以包括文字的提醒信息,例如“请对准发票红章”,也可以包括文字、语音、箭头图像、动画等中的一种或多种的结合来实现对准提醒。
当用户根据拍摄取景框中展示的引导信息,进行票据拍摄对准后,可以提示用户可以进行拍摄。例如上述发票的拍摄场景中(静态的引导边框,如图3),所述方法还可以包括:
S202:当确定所述印章框对准所述票据的印章时,在所述拍摄交互界面中执行改变所述取景框图的颜色。
如图4所示,用户在发票对准前的引导信息为红色的票据边界框和印章框,当用户对准发票印章区域后,此时票据边界框和印章框可以变换给绿色,同时文字的提醒信息“请对准发票红章”也可以变为绿色的“已对齐,请拍摄”。这样,在发票对齐前和对齐后,进行取景框图的颜色变换和/或提示信息的文字改变,可以使得用户明显感知是否对准发票的操作界限,有效提高用户拍摄引导感知,提高拍摄获得符合要求的票据的成功率。
当然,其他的实施例中,拍摄要求还可以有其他的设置要求,例如票据的大小是否合适、是否单张票据拍摄、当前取景图像中票据呈现出来的倾斜角度是否合适等。具体的,本说明书提供的所述方法的另一个实施例中,所述方法还包括:
S22:检测到票据的取景图像符合拍摄要求时,显示提醒用户进行拍摄的提示信息,所述拍摄要求包括票据图像中票据的取景大小、票据个数、票据的倾斜角度、清晰度中的至少一项。
结合多个票据拍摄时拍摄框架元素的拍摄把控,可以有效保障整个发票拍摄在大小、个数、拍摄得到的票据图像中票据的倾斜度、票据图像汇总字迹或符号的清晰度等符号业务要求。上述所述的取景图像可以理解为包括客户端拍摄界面中呈现出的图像信息。
图5是本说明书提供的另一种实施例的方法流程示意图,如图5所示,所述方法还可以包括:
S6:检测拍摄到的票据图像上的信息是否存在缺失,若是,则显示提醒用户重新拍摄的信息,以及显示所述缺失的信息。
客户端在拍摄获取到票据图像后,还可以对票据图像进行检测,查看是否存在没有拍摄的信息,如果存在,则可以在取景框中或其他界面中提示用户重新拍摄,并可以展示检测到的票据图像所缺失的信息。例如图6所示的场景示意图,拍摄的发票图像中没有开票人的信息,则可以在拍摄的取景窗口中实时展示出提示信息“图像不符合要求,缺少开票人信息,请重新拍摄”。
上述中票据图像中信息是否存在损失的处理可以在客户端一侧进行处理,也可以在上传给服务器一侧,由服务器识别处理后返回给客户端。
这里,可以对拍摄的票据图像进行检测,实时提示用户拍摄后的图像不符合要求, 进而快速、高效的引导用户重新拍摄,避免该不符合要求的票据图像上传之后无法通过验证而导致理赔失败。
图7是本说明书提供的另一种实施例的方法流程示意图,如图7所示,本说明书提供的所述方法的另一个实施例中,所述方法还包括:
S8:获取业务所需的票据需求种类,将所述票据需求种类与已拍摄获取的票据种类进行比较,确定是否存在遗漏拍摄的票据;若存在,则显示提醒用户拍摄所述遗漏拍摄的票据的提示信息。
一些业务场景中,用户可能存在票据种类拍摄不全从而导致票据缺少,例如某理赔业务中,需要交警开具的2两种票据、4S店及修理厂开具的3种票据、已有开具的2两种票据,在理赔时需要上传者7种票据。用户拍摄上传后,可以在客户端或远程服务器进行识别处理。若发现用户当前拍摄上传了6中票据,还缺少名称为“部件维修发票”的票据,此时若用户仍有打开摄像头正在拍摄,则可以提示用户拍摄“部件维修发票”;若用户已经退出拍摄交互界面,返回了上一级应用界面,则可以根据设计需要在上一级应用界面的指定区域展示提示拍摄拍摄“部件维修发票”,或者以短信或应用内通知的其他方式来显示提醒用户拍摄所述遗漏拍摄的票据的提示信息。如图8所示的交互界面。当然,所述的遗漏在一些实施场景中可以并非是用户真实遗漏,也可以是用户当前还未拍摄上传的票据,本实施例可以提醒用户还有哪些票据没有拍摄上传。
这样,利用本说明书实施例方案,可以引导用户拍摄需要的票据种类,防止用户漏拍、遗漏上传业务所需的票据信息,提高票据处理效率,提高保险业务中理赔通过率,提高用户体验。
本说明书中上述方法的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处。相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。

本申请实施例所提供的方法实施例可以在移动终端、计算机终端、服务器或者类似的运算装置中执行。以运行在智能手机客户端上为例,图9是本发明实施例的一种票据拍摄交互方法的客户端的硬件结构框图。如图9所示,客户端9可以包括一个或多个(图中仅示出一个)处理器102(处理器102可以包括但不限于微处理器MCU或可编程逻辑器件FPGA等的处理装置)、用于存储数据的存储器104、以及用于通信功能的传输模块106。本领域普通技术人员可以理解,图9所示的结构仅为示意,其并不对上述电子装置的结构造成限定。例如,客户端10还可包括比图9中所示更多或者更少的组件,例如还可以包括其他的处理硬件,如GPU(Graphics Processing Unit,图像处理器),或者具有与图9所示不同的配置。
存储器104可用于存储应用软件的软件程序以及模块,如本发明实施例中的搜索方法对应的程序指令/模块,处理器102通过运行存储在存储器104内的软件程序以及模块,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述导航交互界面内容展示的处理方法。存储器104可包括高速随机存储器,还可包括非易失性存储器,如一个或者多个磁性存储装置、闪存、或者其他非易失性固态存储器。在一些实例中,存储器104可进一步包括相对于处理器102远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至计算机终端10。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
传输模块106用于经由一个网络接收或者发送数据。上述的网络具体实例可包括计算机终端10的通信供应商提供的无线网络。在一个实例中,传输模块106包括一个网络适配器(Network Interface Controller,NIC),其可通过基站与其他网络设备相连从而可与互联网进行通讯。在一个实例中,传输模块106可以为射频(Radio Frequency,RF)模块,其用于通过无线方式与互联网进行通讯。
基于上述所述的图像物体定位的方法,本说明书还提供一种票据拍摄交互装置。所述的装置可以包括使用了本说明书实施例所述方法的系统(包括分布式系统)、软件(应用)、模块、组件、服务器、客户端等并结合必要的实施硬件的设备装置。基于同一创新构思,本说明书提供的一种实施例中的处理装置如下面的实施例所述。由于装置解决问题的实现方案与方法相似,因此本说明书实施例具体的处理装置的实施可以参见前述方法的实施,重复之处不再赘述。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。具体的,如图10所示, 图10是本说明书提供的可以用于用户客户端一侧的一种票据拍摄交互装置实施例的模块结构示意图,具体的可以包括:

本说明书实施例提供的设备型号识别方法可以在计算机中由处理器执行相应的程序指令来实现,如使用windows操作系统的c++语言在PC端实现,或其他例如Linux、android、iOS系统相对应的应用设计语言集合必要的硬件实现,或者基于量子计算机的处理逻辑实现等。具体的,本说明书提供的一种可以在客户端上实现上述方法的处理设备实施例中,所述处理设备可以包括处理器以及用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器,所述处理器执行所述指令时实现:

需要说明的是,本说明书实施例上述所述的装置、处理设备、电子设备,根据相关方法实施例的描述还可以包括其他的实施方式。具体的实现方式可以参照方法实施例的描述,在此不作一一赘述。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处。尤其,对于硬件+程序类实施例而言,由于其基本相似于方法实施例,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。
上述对本说明书特定实施例进行了描述。其它实施例在所附权利要求书的范围内。在一些情况下,在权利要求书中记载的动作或步骤可以按照不同于实施例中的顺序来执行并且仍然可以实现期望的结果。另外,在附图中描绘的过程不一定要求示出的特定顺序或者连续顺序才能实现期望的结果。在某些实施方式中,多任务处理和并行处理也是可以的或者可能是有利的。
本说明书实施例提供的一种票据拍摄交互方法、装置、处理设备及客户端,可以在用户拍摄拍票据时,根据不同场景下需要的票据的种类相应的展示所述需要的票据的引导信息。一般的,对于票据而言,其具有一定的规格,因此本说明书的实施例中可以针对所需的发票在拍摄交互界面中增加引导用户对准票据的提示信息。当瞄准后,可以提醒用户可以进行拍摄。这样,通过对票据拍摄过程中的票据对准引导以及在对准后进行的可拍摄提示,可以有效提高用户拍摄的票据图像符合业务需求的概率,在理赔业务中,可以有效提高理赔通过率。同时,对用户拍照时的对准交互引导,也可以提高用户票据拍摄的使用体验。
虽然本申请提供了如实施例或流程图所述的方法操作步骤,但基于常规或者无创造性的劳动可以包括更多或者更少的操作步骤。实施例中列举的步骤顺序仅仅为众多步骤执行顺序中的一种方式,不代表唯一的执行顺序。在实际中的装置或客户端产品执行时,可以按照实施例或者附图所示的方法顺序执行或者并行执行(例如并行处理器或者多线程处理的环境)。
尽管本说明书实施例内容中提到票据边界框、改变取景框图、图像中信息识别处理、票据种类比较等之类的数据获取、位置排列、交互、计算、判断等操作和数据描述,但是,本说明书实施例并不局限于必须是符合行业通信标准、标准图像数据处理协议、通信协议和标准数据模型/模板或本说明书实施例所描述的情况。某些行业标准或者使用自定义方式或实施例描述的实施基础上略加修改后的实施方案也可以实现上述实施例相同、等同或相近、或变形后可预料的实施效果。应用这些修改或变形后的数据获取、存储、判断、处理方式等获取的实施例,仍然可以属于本说明书的可选实施方案范围之内。
在20世纪90年代,对于一个技术的改进可以很明显地区分是硬件上的改进(例如,对二极管、晶体管、开关等电路结构的改进)还是软件上的改进(对于方法流程的改进)。然而,随着技术的发展,当今的很多方法流程的改进已经可以视为硬件电路结构的直接改进。设计人员几乎都通过将改进的方法流程编程到硬件电路中来得到相应的硬件电路结构。因此,不能说一个方法流程的改进就不能用硬件实体模块来实现。例如,可编程逻辑器件(Programmable Logic Device,PLD)(例如现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA))就是这样一种集成电路,其逻辑功能由用户对器件编程来确定。由设计人员自行编程来把一个数字系统“集成”在一片PLD上,而不需要请芯片制造厂商来设计和制作专用的集成电路芯片。而且,如今,取代手工地制作集成电路芯片,这种编程也多半改用“逻辑编译器(logic compiler)”软件来实现,它与程序开发撰写时所用的软件编译器相类似,而要编译之前的原始代码也得用特定的编程语言来撰写,此称之为硬件描述语言(Hardware Description Language,HDL),而HDL也并非仅有一种,而是有许多种,如ABEL(Advanced Boolean Expression Language)、AHDL(Altera Hardware Description Language)、Confluence、CUPL(Cornell University Programming Language)、HDCal、JHDL(Java Hardware Description Language)、Lava、Lola、MyHDL、PALASM、RHDL(Ruby Hardware Description Language)等,目前最普遍使用的是VHDL(Very-High-Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language)与Verilog。本领域技术人员也应该清楚,只需要将方法流程用上述几种硬件描述语言 稍作逻辑编程并编程到集成电路中,就可以很容易得到实现该逻辑方法流程的硬件电路。
控制器可以按任何适当的方式实现,例如,控制器可以采取例如微处理器或处理器以及存储可由该(微)处理器执行的计算机可读程序代码(例如软件或固件)的计算机可读介质、逻辑门、开关、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、可编程逻辑控制器和嵌入微控制器的形式,控制器的例子包括但不限于以下微控制器:ARC 625D、Atmel AT91SAM、Microchip PIC18F26K20以及Silicone Labs C8051F320,存储器控制器还可以被实现为存储器的控制逻辑的一部分。本领域技术人员也知道,除了以纯计算机可读程序代码方式实现控制器以外,完全可以通过将方法步骤进行逻辑编程来使得控制器以逻辑门、开关、专用集成电路、可编程逻辑控制器和嵌入微控制器等的形式来实现相同功能。因此这种控制器可以被认为是一种硬件部件,而对其内包括的用于实现各种功能的装置也可以视为硬件部件内的结构。或者甚至,可以将用于实现各种功能的装置视为既可以是实现方法的软件模块又可以是硬件部件内的结构。
上述实施例阐明的系统、装置、模块或单元,具体可以由计算机芯片或实体实现,或者由具有某种功能的产品来实现。一种典型的实现设备为计算机。具体的,计算机例如可以为个人计算机、膝上型计算机、车载人机交互设备、蜂窝电话、相机电话、智能电话、个人数字助理、媒体播放器、导航设备、电子邮件设备、游戏控制台、平板计算机、可穿戴设备或者这些设备中的任何设备的组合。

在一个典型的配置中,计算设备包括一个或多个处理器(CPU)、输入/输出接口、网络接口和内存。
内存可能包括计算机可读介质中的非永久性存储器,随机存取存储器(RAM)和/或非易失性内存等形式,如只读存储器(ROM)或闪存(flash RAM)。内存是计算机可读介质的示例。
计算机可读介质包括永久性和非永久性、可移动和非可移动媒体可以由任何方法或技术来实现信息存储。信息可以是计算机可读指令、数据结构、程序的模块或其他数据。计算机的存储介质的例子包括,但不限于相变内存(PRAM)、静态随机存取存储器(SRAM)、动态随机存取存储器(DRAM)、其他类型的随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、快闪记忆体或其他内存技术、只读光盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、数字多功能光盘(DVD)或其他光学存储、磁盒式磁带,磁带磁磁盘存储或其他磁性存储设备或任何其他非传输介质,可用于存储可以被计算设备访问的信息。按照本文中的界定,计算机可读介质不包括暂存电脑可读媒体(transitory media),如调制的数据信号和载波。
本领域技术人员应明白,本说明书的实施例可提供为方法、系统或计算机程序产品。因此,本说明书实施例可采用完全硬件实施例、完全软件实施例或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本说明书实施例可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器、CD-ROM、光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种票据拍摄交互方法,所述方法包括:
    提供票据的拍摄交互界面;
    在所述拍摄交互界面中展示对应于业务所需要的票据的引导信息,所述引导信息用于指示用户对准票据的交互信息;
    当确定对准所述票据时,显示提醒用户进行拍摄的提示信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,所述引导信息包括:
    包含票据边界框和票据的印章框的取景框图,以及提醒用户将所述印章框对准票据印章的提示信息。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    当确定所述印章框对准所述票据的印章时,在所述拍摄交互界面中执行改变所述取景框图的颜色。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    检测到票据的取景图像符合拍摄要求时,显示提醒用户进行拍摄的提示信息,所述拍摄要求包括票据图像中票据的取景大小、票据个数、票据的倾斜角度、清晰度中的至少一项。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    检测拍摄到的票据图像上的信息是否存在缺失,若是,则显示提醒用户重新拍摄的信息,以及显示所述缺失的信息。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    获取业务所需的票据需求种类,将所述票据需求种类与已拍摄获取的票据种类进行比较,确定是否存在遗漏拍摄的票据;若存在,则显示提醒用户拍摄所述遗漏拍摄的票据的提示信息。
  7. 一种票据拍摄交互装置,所述装置包括:
    界面展示模块,用于提供票据的拍摄交互界面;
    引导对准模块,用于在所述拍摄交互界面中展示对应于业务所需要的票据的引导信息,所述引导信息用于指示用户对准票据的交互信息;
    引导拍摄模块,用于当确定对准所述票据时,显示提醒用户进行拍摄的提示信息。
  8. 一种票据拍摄交互处理设备,包括处理器以及用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器,所述处理器执行所述指令时实现:
    提供票据的拍摄交互界面;
    在所述拍摄交互界面中展示对应于业务所需要的票据的引导信息,所述引导信息用于指示用户对准票据的交互信息;
    当确定对准所述票据时,显示提醒用户进行拍摄的提示信息。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的处理设备,所述处理器执行所述指令时展示的所述引导信息包括:
    包含票据边界框和票据的印章框的取景框图,以及提醒用户将所述印章框对准票据印章的提示信息。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的处理设备,所述处理器执行所述指令时还实现:
    当确定所述印章框对准所述票据的印章时,在所述拍摄交互界面中执行改变所述取景框图的颜色。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的处理设备,所述处理器执行所述指令时还实现:
    检测到票据的取景图像符合拍摄要求时,显示提醒用户进行拍摄的提示信息,所述拍摄要求包括票据图像中票据的取景大小、票据个数、票据的倾斜角度、清晰度中的至少一项。
  12. 如权利要求8所述的处理设备,所述处理器执行所述指令时还实现:
    检测拍摄到的票据图像上的信息是否存在缺失,若是,则显示提醒用户重新拍摄的信息,以及显示所述缺失的信息。
  13. 如权利要求8所述的处理设备,所述处理器执行所述指令时还实现:
    获取业务所需的票据需求种类,将所述票据需求种类与已拍摄获取的票据种类进行比较,确定是否存在遗漏拍摄的票据;若存在,则显示提醒用户拍摄所述遗漏拍摄的票据的提示信息。
  14. 一种客户端,包括显示屏、拍摄装置、处理器以及存储处理器可执行指令的存储器,所述拍摄装置用于拍摄获取图像信息,所述显示屏用户显示拍摄装置获取的图像信息,所述处理器执行所述指令时实现:
    提供票据的拍摄交互界面;
    在所述拍摄交互界面中展示对应于业务所需要的票据的引导信息,所述引导信息用于指示用户对准票据的交互信息;
    当确定对准所述票据时,显示提醒用户进行拍摄的提示信息。
