本说明书一个或多个实施例涉及计算机技术领域,尤其涉及一种租借服务点的提供方法及装置。
背景技术
伴随着网络电商的高速发展,用户通过网络平台来搜索或者查找提供某租借对象的租借服务的服务点变得越来越普遍。
传统技术中,当接收到用户的租借服务点查询请求时,首先获取用户的当前位置,之后在该当前位置的周边范围内搜索相匹配的多个服务点,并将该多个服务点提供给用户。
因此,需要提供一种更优地租借服务点的提供方案,以提升用户体验。
发明内容
本说明书一个或多个实施例描述了一种租借服务点的提供方法及装置,可以向用户推荐最佳服务点,从而可以提升用户体验。
第一方面,提供了一种租借服务点的提供方法,包括:
接收用户的租借服务点的查询请求;所述查询请求包括租借对象以及用户标识;
获取所述用户的当前位置,并根据所述用户标识,获取所述用户的用户属性;
在所述用户的当前位置的周边范围内查找提供所述租借对象的租借服务的多个服务点;
获取所述多个服务点的描述信息;
根据所述用户的当前位置、所述用户属性、所述描述信息以及所述用户与所述服务点之间的交通信息,从所述多个服务点中选取目标服务点;
加载电子地图;
在所述电子地图上区别展示所述目标服务点以及所述多个服务点中除所述目标服务点外的其它服务点。
第二方面,提供了一种租借服务点的提供装置,包括:
接收单元,用于接收用户的租借服务点的查询请求;所述查询请求包括租借对象以及用户标识;
获取单元,用于获取所述用户的当前位置,并根据所述接收单元接收的所述用户标识,获取所述用户的用户属性;
查找单元,用于在所述获取单元获取的所述用户的当前位置的周边范围内查找提供所述租借对象的租借服务的多个服务点;
所述获取单元,还用于获取所述多个服务点的描述信息;
选取单元,用于根据所述用户的当前位置、所述用户属性、所述描述信息以及所述用户与所述服务点之间的交通信息,从所述多个服务点中选取目标服务点;

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本说明书提供的方案进行描述。
本说明书提供的租借服务点的提供方法可以应用于如图1所示的场景中。图1中,租借服务平台可以接收用户的租借服务点的查询请求,并根据该查询请求,在用户的周边范围内查找相匹配的服务点。之后,可以结合用户自身的信息以及服务点的信息,从多个服务点中选取目标服务点,并在电子地图中对该目标服务点进行区别展示。
此外,图1中租借服务平台还可以对各个服务点(包括目标服务点)的服务状态进行展示。该服务状态可以包括在线状态和非在线状态。具体地,租借服务平台可以从各个服务点的服务器中获取上述服务状态。此外,在某个服务点为在线状态时,还可以从 该服务点的服务器中获取所提供的租借对象的可借数量和可还数量。并在电子地图中该服务点的对应位置展示该可借数量和可还数量。
再者,图1中的租借服务平台还可以对天气服务平台(如,中国天气网或者其它的独立软件开发商(Independent Software Vendors,ISV))进行访问,以实现对当前天气的监测。具体地,在监测到用户当前所在位置为下雨天气时,可以在向用户推荐“雨伞”的租借服务。
图2为本说明书一个实施例提供的租借服务点的提供方法流程图。所述方法的执行主体可以为具有处理能力的设备:服务器或者系统或者装置,如,图1中的租借服务平台。如图2所示,所述方法具体可以包括:
步骤210,接收用户的租借服务点的查询请求。
在一种实现方式中,租借服务平台可以在用户登录成功后,获取该用户的环境信息。并根据该环境信息,向用户推荐相关的租借对象的租借服务。此处的环境信息可以包括但不限于用户的移动终端(IOS系统或者安卓系统)的电量情况以及天气情况等。由此,可以实现租借服务平台的智能关联推荐功能。
具体地,可以调用IOS系统或者安卓系统对外提供的应用程序编程接口(Application Programming Interface,API),来获取用户的移动终端的电量情况。在监测到电量情况满足预设条件时,可以向用户推荐“充电宝”的租借服务。此外,还可以从天气服务平台读取对应的天气数据,以实现对当前天气的监测。在监测到下雨天气时,可以在向用户推荐“雨伞”的租借服务等。
图3为本说明书提供的租借服务平台的首页页面示意图。图3中,该首页页面可以向用户推荐“充电宝”的租借服务和“雨伞”的租借服务,同时还显示了电池图标和雨伞图标,这可以使用户快速了解当前租借服务的服务内容,从而可以大大提升用户体验。
需要说明的是,上述查询请求可以是在租借服务平台接收到用户对租借对象的租借服务的选择指令时发送的。如,可以是在用户选择“充电宝”的租借服务时发送的。该查询请求可以包括租借对象以及用户标识。其中,租借对象可以包括但不限于“雨伞”、“充电宝”、“图书”以及“wifi”等。此外,用户标识可以是指用户的登录账户或者账号等。
步骤220,获取用户的当前位置,并根据用户标识,获取用户的用户属性。
此处的用户的当前位置可以是指用户的地理位置服务(Location Based Services,LBS)信息。该LBS信息可以通过无线电通讯网络(如,全球移动通信系统(Global System For  Mobile Communications,GSM))或外部定位方式(如,全球定位系统(Global Positioning System,GPS)来获取。在一种实现方式中,当用户通过移动终端登录租借服务平台时,就可以获取用户的LBS信息。并将获取的LBS信息与该用户的用户标识进行对应存储。之后,当需要获取用户的LBS信息时,就可以根据用户标识,从上述对应关系中读取对应的LBS信息。在另一种实现方式中,也可以实时获取用户的LBS信息。
上述用户属性可以是指用户的年龄、学历以及薪资等信息。具体地,可以是根据用户标识,从后台数据库中获取该用户属性。
步骤230,在用户的当前位置的周边范围内查找提供该租借对象的租借服务的多个服务点。
以租借对象为“充电宝”为例来说,可以在用户的当前位置的2km范围内查找提供“充电宝”的租借服务的多个服务点。
步骤240,获取多个服务点的描述信息。
此处的描述信息可以包括但不限于位置信息以及服务状态等。其中,位置信息可以是指LBS信息。服务状态可以包括:在线状态和非在线状态。该服务状态可以是由租借服务平台实时地从各个服务点的服务器获取的。
步骤250,根据用户的当前位置、用户属性、描述信息以及用户与服务点之间的交通信息,从多个服务点中选取目标服务点。
此处的交通信息可以是指道路的交通规则等。在一种实现方式中,上述选取的过程具体可以为:首先根据服务点的服务状态,从多个服务点中选取服务状态为在线状态且租借对象的可借数量不为0的服务点(也称在线且可用的服务点)。之后,根据用户的当前位置、服务点的位置信息以及用户与服务点之间的交通信息,确定用户与各个在线且可用的服务点之间的行驶路径。从多个在线且可用的服务点中选取行驶路径较短的候选服务点。当该候选服务点的个数为多个时,可以根据其位置信息,获取周边环境信息。然后,根据用户属性,选取周边环境信息与用户相符合的候选服务点作为上述目标服务点。如,在用户的年龄超过50岁时,可以选取周边环境比较安静的服务点。
当然,在实际应用中,还可以结合其它信息(如,堵路拥堵状态)来选取目标服务点,本说明书对此不作限定。
步骤260,加载电子地图。
如,可以通过调用电子地图服务商所提供的API,来加载对应的电子地图。
步骤270,在电子地图上区别展示目标服务点以及多个服务点中除目标服务点外的其它服务点。
在一种实现方式中,该展示过程可以为:在电子地图上特殊展示目标服务点。如,高亮或者放大展示目标服务点;和/或,为目标服务点添加背景颜色;和/或,为提目标服务点添加提示信息;和/或,为目标服务点添加卡通图像;和/或,为目标服务点添加动画效果等等。
以图4a为例来说,租借对象为“充电宝”,服务点A为目标服务点。图4a以气泡图标的形式对目标服务点和其它服务点进行了展示。此外,对目标服务点,可以在该目标服务点对应的气泡图标上方显示相应的提示信息,如,“服务中,离你最近50m”。
需要说明的是,在实际应用中,图4a中的提示信息也可以显示在气泡图标的其它位置,如,下方等位置,本说明书对此不作限定。
总之,通过上述各步骤,可以方便用户快速找到最佳的服务点,从而可以提升用户体验。
可选地,当服务点的描述信息包括服务状态时,还可以展示目标服务点以及其它服务点的服务状态。
在一种实现方式中,上述展示的步骤具体可以为:当目标服务点或者其它服务点的服务状态为在线状态时,获取目标服务点或者其它服务点所提供的租借对象的可借数量和可还数量。以进度条或者图表的样式展示租借对象的可借数量和可还数量。当目标服务点或者其它服务点的服务状态为非在线状态时,置灰展示目标服务点或者其它服务点。或者,为目标服务点或者其它服务点添加相应的提示信息。
需要说明的是,上述获取的操作可以是高频执行的。如,租借服务平台可以高频地从各个服务点的服务器获取上述可借数量和可还数量。由此,可以达到实时同步服务点的数据的功能。
此外,在实际应用中,也可以通过其它的动画效果,来展示租借对象的可借数量和可还数量,本说明书对此不作限定。
以图4a为例来说,假设在未来某个时刻,服务点A因设备故障或者其它原因暂停服务,也即其服务状态变为非在线状态,而其它服务点的服务状态为在线状态,则图4a 中的各个服务点可以如图4b所示。图4b中,对于服务点A,可以置灰展示服务点A所对应的气泡图标。对于其它服务点,可以正常展示对应的气泡图标,并以进度条的样式展示“充电宝”的可借数量和可还数量。
需要说明的是,对通过电子地图展示的各个服务点,租借服务平台还可以接收用户对各个服务点的点击指令。具体地,当接收到用户对目标服务点或者其它服务点的点击指令时,可以根据该点击指令,展示相应的服务详情。该服务详情可以包括但不限于用于表示服务暂停的信息或者租借对象的可借数量和/或可还数量。和/或,根据点击指令,获取针对目标服务点或者其它服务点的用户评论。通过轮播的形式展示用户评论,并展示用户对用户评论的评价状态。在一个例子中,该评价状态可以是采用用户原创内容(User Generated Content,UGC)互动评论展示。需要说明的是,通过轮播的形式展示用户评论,可以方便用户快速地查看用户评论。
以图4b为例来说,若用户对服务点A进行了点击,则图4b可以如图4c所示。图4c中,在服务点A所对应的气泡图标上方展示相应的服务详情:“暂停服务”。此外,假设图4b中服务点A的服务状态为在线状态,若用户对服务点A进行了点击,则图4b可以如图4d所示。图4d中,在服务点A所对应的气泡图标上方展示相应的服务详情:“可借4,可归还6”。
在服务点A的服务状态为在线状态的情况下,若可借数量为0,则上述服务详情可以为:“已清空,可还10”。或者,若可还数量为0,则上述服务详情可以为:“可借10,不可还”等等,本说明书对此不再一一列举。此外,上述服务详情也可以展示在气泡图标的其它位置,如,下方等位置,本说明书对此不作限定。
需要说明的是,图4d中,除了在服务点A所对应的气泡图标上方展示相应的服务详情外,还可以展示针对服务点A的用户评论。当还展示用户评论时,图4d可以如图4e所示。图4e中,可以通过轮播的形式展示用户评论。此外,还可以对这些用户评论增加评价功能,如“点赞”功能。当用户针对某条用户评论进行“点赞”之后,可以对用户“点赞”后的用户评论进行标记(也即展示用户对该条用户评论的评价状态)。可以理解的是,针对一条用户评论,用户可以使用其对应的“点赞”功能一次。
还需要说明的是,租借服务平台在接收到上述点击指令之后,还可以生成相应的导航路线,并根据该导航路线进行导航,具体地,可以以用户的当前位置为起点,以用户所点击的服务点的位置信息为终点,生成导航路线。需要说明的是,在电子地图中,在确定的起点和终点之间生成导航路线为传统常规技术,在此不复赘述。
此外,在电子地图上展示各个服务点之后,还可以对该电子地图的显示比例尺进行监测。具体地,当监测到显示比例尺大于预设阈值时,以用户的当前位置为中心,对目标服务点和/或其它服务点进行聚合展示,并以进度条或者图表的样式展示聚合后的各个服务点所提供的租借对象的可借数量和可还数量。
上述聚合的具体过程可以为:根据位置信息把相近的服务点的数量统计出来,同时运算出聚合后的图形的中心点位置。
以图4a-4e中任一图为例来说,当监测到电子地图的显示比例尺大于5km时,可以以用户的当前位置为中心,对各个服务点进行聚合展示。对各个服务点进行聚合展示后,可以如图4f所示。图4f中,展示了3个聚合服务点,每个聚合服务点以区域地图的形式进行展示。该区域地图可以是以上述计算出的中心点位置为中心绘制的。对每个聚合服务点,可以以进度条的样式展示该聚合服务点所包含的各个服务点所提供的租借对象的可借数量和可还数量。此外,每个区域地图上还展示了所包含的服务点的个数(根据上述统计的步骤确定)等。
再者,本说明书的租借服务平台可以提供多个类目的租借对象的租借服务,并且还可以将提供不同类目的租借对象的租借服务点组织在一个界面。在提供多个类目的租借对象的租借服务时,可以有如下两种情况。
第一种情况,租借服务平台可以接收用户对其它类目的租借对象的选择指令。查找提供其它类目的租借对象的租借服务的候选服务点。获取候选服务点的位置信息和服务状态。根据候选服务点的位置信息,在电子地图上展示候选服务点,并展示候选服务点的服务状态。
此处的服务状态可以包括在线状态和非在线状态。上述展示候选服务点的服务状态的步骤具体可以为:当服务状态为在线状态时,获取候选服务点所提供的其它类目的租借对象的可借数量和可还数量。以进度条或者图表的样式展示其它类目的租借对象的可借数量和可还数量。当服务状态为非在线状态时,置灰展示候选服务点或者为候选服务点添加相应的提示信息。
以图4a-4f中任一图为例来说,可以接收用户对“雨伞”、“图书”以及“wifi”的选择指令。当接收到用户对“雨伞”的选择指令时,可以如图4g所示。图4g中,展示了提供“雨伞”的租借服务的候选服务点,并展示了候选服务点的服务状态。如,在候选服务点为在线状态时,以进度条的样式展示了其提供的“雨伞”的可借数量和可还数量。 在候选服务点为非在线状态时,置灰展示该候选服务点对应的气泡图标。当接收到用户对“图书”的选择指令时,可以如图4h所示。
第二种情况,租借服务平台可以接收用户对全部类目的租借对象的选择指令。查找提供各个类目的租借对象的租借服务的各个服务点。获取各个服务点的位置信息和服务状态。根据各个服务点的位置信息,在电子地图上展示各个服务点,并展示各个服务点的服务状态。
此处的服务状态可以包括在线状态和非在线状态。上述展示各个服务点的服务状态的步骤具体可以为:当某个服务点的服务状态为在线状态时,获取该服务点所提供的对应类目的租借对象的可借数量和可还数量。以进度条或者图表的样式展示对应类目的租借对象的可借数量和可还数量。当某个服务点的服务状态为非在线状态时,置灰展示该服务点或者为该服务点添加相应的提示信息。
以图4a-4h中任一图为例来说,可以接收用户对“全部”的选择指令。当接收到用户对“全部”的选择指令时,可以如图4i所示。图4i中,展示了提供“雨伞”、“充电宝”、“图书”或者“wifi”的租借服务的各个服务点,并展示了各个服务点的服务状态。如,在某个服务点为在线状态时,以进度条的样式展示了其提供的“雨伞”、“充电宝”、“图书”或者“wifi”的可借数量和可还数量。在某个服务点为非在线状态时,置灰展示该服务点对应的气泡图标。
最后,本说明书提供的租借服务平台还可以向用户提供申请服务点的功能。具体地,接收用户发送的服务点申请请求,该申请请求可以包括用户所请求申请的服务点的位置信息。记录用户与位置信息的对应关系。通过记录该对应关系,可以统计在某个位置申请服务点的用户数。当用户数超过预设个数时,可以在该位置新增相应的服务点,从而可以提升用户体验。
以图4j为例来说,当前的租借对象为“充电宝”,在用户在电子地图上选择了某个位置,并点击按钮“去添加”时,租借服务平台可以接收到上述服务点申请请求。在记录上述对应关系之后,可以向用户展示相应的提示信息。如图4k所示,该提示信息可以为:“感谢你的支持,愿望终会有实现的一天”。之后,当该用户再次请求查询提供“充电宝”的租借服务的服务点时,可以从上述对应关系中读取位置信息,并在电子地图的该位置信息对应的位置渲染气泡图标,如图4l所示。可以理解的是,图4l中的气泡图标不与实际的服务点相对应。
综上,通过本说明书上述实施例提供的租借服务点的提供方法,可以使用户更快速更便捷的使用相应的租借服务。

本说明书一个实施例提供的租借服务点的提供装置,接收单元501接收用户的 租借服务点的查询请求。获取单元502获取用户的当前位置,并根据用户标识,获取用户的用户属性。查找单元503在用户的当前位置的周边范围内查找提供租借对象的租借服务的多个服务点。获取单元502获取多个服务点的描述信息。选取单元504根据用户的当前位置、用户属性、描述信息以及用户与服务点之间的交通信息,从多个服务点中选取目标服务点。加载单元505加载电子地图。展示单元506在电子地图上区别展示目标服务点以及多个服务点中除目标服务点外的其它服务点。可以使用户更快速更便捷的使用相应的租借服务。
需要说明的是,本说明书实施例提供的租借服务点的提供装置可以为图1中租借服务平台的一个模块或者单元。
本领域技术人员应该可以意识到,在上述一个或多个示例中,本说明书所描述的功能可以用硬件、软件、固件或它们的任意组合来实现。当使用软件实现时,可以将这些功能存储在计算机可读介质中或者作为计算机可读介质上的一个或多个指令或代码进行传输。

Claims (26)

  1. 一种租借服务点的提供方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收用户的租借服务点的查询请求;所述查询请求包括租借对象以及用户标识;
    获取所述用户的当前位置,并根据所述用户标识,获取所述用户的用户属性;
    在所述用户的当前位置的周边范围内查找提供所述租借对象的租借服务的多个服务点;
    获取所述多个服务点的描述信息;
    根据所述用户的当前位置、所述用户属性、所述描述信息以及所述用户与所述服务点之间的交通信息,从所述多个服务点中选取目标服务点;
    加载电子地图;
    在所述电子地图上区别展示所述目标服务点以及所述多个服务点中除所述目标服务点外的其它服务点。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述接收用户的租借服务点的查询请求之前,还包括:
    获取所述用户的环境信息;
    根据所述环境信息,向所述用户推荐相关的租借对象的租借服务;所述租借服务点的查询请求是在接收到所述用户对所述租借对象的租借服务的选择指令时发送的。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在所述电子地图上区别展示所述目标服务点以及所述多个服务点中除所述目标服务点外的其它服务点,包括:
    在所述电子地图上特殊展示所述目标服务点。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述描述信息包括服务状态;还包括:
    展示所述目标服务点以及所述其它服务点的服务状态。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务状态包括在线状态和非在线状态;
    所述展示所述目标服务点以及所述其它服务点的服务状态,包括:
    当所述目标服务点或者所述其它服务点的服务状态为在线状态时,获取所述目标服务点或者所述其它服务点所提供的所述租借对象的可借数量和可还数量;以进度条或者图表的样式展示所述租借对象的可借数量和可还数量;
    当所述目标服务点或者所述其它服务点的服务状态为非在线状态时,置灰展示所述目标服务点或者所述其它服务点;或者,为所述目标服务点或者所述其它服务点添加相 应的提示信息。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收所述用户对所述目标服务点或者所述其它服务点的点击指令;
    根据所述点击指令,展示相应的服务详情;所述服务详情包括:用于表示服务暂停的信息或者所述租借对象的可借数量和/或可还数量;
    和/或,
    根据所述点击指令,获取针对所述目标服务点或者所述其它服务点的用户评论;
    通过轮播的形式展示所述用户评论,并展示所述用户对所述用户评论的评价状态。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    以所述用户的当前位置为起点,以所述用户所点击的服务点的位置信息为终点,生成导航路线;
    根据所述导航路线进行导航。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    监测所述电子地图的显示比例尺;
    当监测到所述显示比例尺大于预设阈值时,以所述用户的当前位置为中心,对所述目标服务点和/或所述其它服务点进行聚合展示,并以进度条或者图表的样式展示聚合后的各个服务点所提供的所述租借对象的可借数量和可还数量。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收所述用户对其它类目的租借对象的选择指令;
    查找提供所述其它类目的租借对象的租借服务的候选服务点;
    获取所述候选服务点的位置信息和服务状态;
    根据所述候选服务点的位置信息,在所述电子地图上展示所述候选服务点,并展示所述候选服务点的服务状态。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务状态包括在线状态和非在线状态;
    所述展示所述候选服务点的服务状态包括:
    当所述服务状态为在线状态时,获取所述候选服务点所提供的所述其它类目的租借对象的可借数量和可还数量;以进度条或者图表的样式展示所述其它类目的租借对象的可借数量和可还数量;
    当所述服务状态为非在线状态时,置灰展示所述候选服务点或者为所述候选服务点添加相应的提示信息。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收所述用户对全部类目的租借对象的选择指令;
    查找提供各个类目的租借对象的租借服务的各个服务点;
    获取所述各个服务点的位置信息和服务状态;
    根据所述各个服务点的位置信息,在所述电子地图上展示所述各个服务点,并展示所述各个服务点的服务状态。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务状态包括在线状态和非在线状态;
    所述展示所述各个服务点的服务状态,包括:
    当某个服务点的服务状态为在线状态时,获取该服务点所提供的对应类目的租借对象的可借数量和可还数量;以进度条或者图表的样式展示对应类目的租借对象的可借数量和可还数量;
    当某个服务点的服务状态为非在线状态时,置灰展示该服务点或者为该服务点添加相应的提示信息。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收用户发送的服务点申请请求;所述申请请求包括所述用户所请求申请的服务点的位置信息;
    记录所述用户与所述位置信息的对应关系。
  14. 一种租借服务点的提供装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收单元,用于接收用户的租借服务点的查询请求;所述查询请求包括租借对象以及用户标识;
    获取单元,用于获取所述用户的当前位置,并根据所述接收单元接收的所述用户标识,获取所述用户的用户属性;
    查找单元,用于在所述获取单元获取的所述用户的当前位置的周边范围内查找提供所述租借对象的租借服务的多个服务点;
    所述获取单元,还用于获取所述多个服务点的描述信息;
    选取单元,用于根据所述用户的当前位置、所述用户属性、所述描述信息以及所述用户与所述服务点之间的交通信息,从所述多个服务点中选取目标服务点;
    加载单元,用于加载电子地图;
    展示单元,用于在所述加载单元加载的所述电子地图上区别展示所述目标服务点以及所述多个服务点中除所述目标服务点外的其它服务点。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:推荐单元;
    所述获取单元,还用于获取所述用户的环境信息;
    所述推荐单元,用于根据所述获取单元获取的所述环境信息,向所述用户推荐相关的租借对象的租借服务;所述租借服务点的查询请求是在接收到所述用户对所述租借对象的租借服务的选择指令时发送的。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述展示单元具体用于:
    在所述电子地图上特殊展示所述目标服务点。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述描述信息包括服务状态;
    所述展示单元,还用于展示所述目标服务点以及所述其它服务点的服务状态。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,所述服务状态包括在线状态和非在线状态;所述展示单元还具体用于:
    当所述目标服务点或者所述其它服务点的服务状态为在线状态时,获取所述目标服务点或者所述其它服务点所提供的所述租借对象的可借数量和可还数量;以进度条或者图表的样式展示所述租借对象的可借数量和可还数量;
    当所述目标服务点或者所述其它服务点的服务状态为非在线状态时,置灰展示所述目标服务点或者所述其它服务点;或者,为所述目标服务点或者所述其它服务点添加相应的提示信息。
  19. 根据权利要求14-18任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述接收单元,还用于接收所述用户对所述目标服务点或者所述其它服务点的点击指令;
    所述展示单元,还用于根据所述接收单元接收的所述点击指令,展示相应的服务详情;所述服务详情包括:用于表示服务暂停的信息或者所述租借对象的可借数量和/或可还数量;
    和/或,
    所述获取单元,还用于根据所述接收单元接收的所述点击指令,获取针对所述目标服务点或者所述其它服务点的用户评论;
    所述展示单元,还用于通过轮播的形式展示所述获取单元获取的所述用户评论,并展示所述用户对所述用户评论的评价状态。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    生成单元,用于以所述用户的当前位置为起点,以所述用户所点击的服务点的位置信息为终点,生成导航路线;
    导航单元,用于根据所述生成单元生成的所述导航路线进行导航。
  21. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    监测单元,用于监测所述电子地图的显示比例尺;
    所述展示单元,还用于当所述监测单元监测到所述显示比例尺大于预设阈值时,以所述用户的当前位置为中心,对所述目标服务点和/或所述其它服务点进行聚合展示,并以进度条或者图表的样式展示聚合后的各个服务点所提供的所述租借对象的可借数量和可还数量。
  22. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述接收单元,还用于接收所述用户对其它类目的租借对象的选择指令;
    所述查找单元,还用于查找提供所述其它类目的租借对象的租借服务的候选服务点;
    所述获取单元,还用于获取所述查找单元查找的所述候选服务点的位置信息和服务状态;
    所述展示单元,还用于根据所述获取单元获取的所述候选服务点的位置信息,在所述电子地图上展示所述候选服务点,并展示所述候选服务点的服务状态。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的装置,其特征在于,所述服务状态包括在线状态和非在线状态;所述展示单元还具体用于:
    当所述服务状态为在线状态时,获取所述候选服务点所提供的所述其它类目的租借对象的可借数量和可还数量;以进度条或者图表的样式展示所述其它类目的租借对象的可借数量和可还数量;
    当所述服务状态为非在线状态时,置灰展示所述候选服务点或者为所述候选服务点添加相应的提示信息。
  24. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述接收单元,还用于接收所述用户对全部类目的租借对象的选择指令;
    所述查找单元,还用于查找提供各个类目的租借对象的租借服务的各个服务点;
    所述获取单元,还用于获取所述查找单元查找的所述各个服务点的位置信息和服务状态;
    所述展示单元,还用于根据所述获取单元获取的所述各个服务点的位置信息,在所述电子地图上展示所述各个服务点,并展示所述各个服务点的服务状态。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的装置,其特征在于,所述服务状态包括在线状态和非在线状态;
    所述展示单元还具体用于:
    当某个服务点的服务状态为在线状态时,获取该服务点所提供的对应类目的租借对象的可借数量和可还数量;以进度条或者图表的样式展示对应类目的租借对象的可借数量和可还数量;
    当某个服务点的服务状态为非在线状态时,置灰展示该服务点或者为该服务点添加相应的提示信息。
  26. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:记录单元;
    所述接收单元,还用于接收用户发送的服务点申请请求;所述申请请求包括所述用户所请求申请的服务点的位置信息;
    所述记录单元,用于记录所述用户与所述位置信息的对应关系。
