如图1和图3所示，所述上盖10下端口内侧设有第一卡点，所述内盖40外侧设有与第一卡点相配合的第二卡点，所述内盖40下端与瓶体50卡接或者通过胶水固定连接。所述上盖、内盖通过第一、第二卡点相互卡合，且上盖下端设有第一限位点，内盖上设有第二限位点，所述第一限位点和第二限位点相互抵靠而限制上盖旋转的角度，优选地，所述第二卡点设于内盖的连接部外侧。当然上盖10和内盖40之间还可以采用内外螺旋的方式相互连接。
如图4-8所示，所述刷杆20的外侧设有卡槽24，所述上盖10的内侧设有与卡槽24相配合的凸筋13，所述刷杆20的内侧设有内螺纹25，所述内盖40的外侧设有与所述内螺纹相配合的外螺纹45。在上盖的内侧对称地设有两个凸筋13，凸筋13沿上盖内侧竖直向下地延伸，相应地，在刷杆的外侧设有两个卡槽24，上盖的凸筋13插入刷杆的卡槽24内，这样，当上盖10旋转时能够带动刷杆20一起转动；内盖40和刷杆20通过内外螺纹螺接，使得刷杆20在旋转的同时沿着内盖40的外螺纹进行上升或者下降运动。所述刷杆20包括顶部21、沿顶部的四周向下延伸形成的筒体22和杆件23，所述杆件23沿顶部的中心部位向下延伸，所述卡槽24位于筒体的外侧，所述内螺纹25位于筒体的内侧，所述杆件23与筒体22 之间具有间隙，且杆件长于筒体，并延伸至瓶体50的内部。所述刷杆20的末端设有刷头30，所述刷头30上设有海绵头或者毛刷。所述刷杆20和刷头30可为一体成型件，也可为分体结构，如图3所示，刷杆的杆件23末端设有插孔，刷头30插于插孔内，而将两者连接，刷头的末端设有海绵头或者毛刷或者植绒处理。所述上盖的上端口11内侧设有一环形台阶14，当刷杆20完全置于上盖内部时，所述顶部21刚好置于所述台阶14内而将上端口密封。刷杆的顶部用于将化妆笔整体密封，进一步防止化妆物料流出。
如图9-10所示，所述内盖40包括连接部42，所述连接部一端连接头部41，另一端连接固定部43，所述头部的外侧设有外螺纹45，所述头部41的直径小于连接部42，所述连接部42的直径小于固定部43，所述头部插设于杆件23与筒体22之间形成的间隙内，并与筒体相螺接，所述固定部43插设于瓶体50内。所述连接部42和固定部43连接处设有一圈凸起44，所述瓶体50的开口端设有一圈凹槽51，当内盖插设于瓶体时，所述凸起44刚好卡于所述凹槽51内。当刷杆20完全缩进上盖内部时，刷杆的顶部21置于上盖的台阶14内，筒体22的底部刚好置于内盖连接部的顶端，上盖10的底端与瓶体50的顶端相接触，此时从外表看，只看到上盖和瓶体，其他部件都位于上盖和瓶体的内部。
如图1、图3和图12所示，本发明中还包括内塞60，所述内塞60置于刷杆和内盖之间，所述内塞60的外侧设有第一凸台61，所述内盖的内侧设有与第一凸台61相互抵靠的第二凸台。进一步，所述内塞60位于内盖头部和刷杆杆件之间，所述第二凸台设于头部内侧，内塞用于密封化妆物料；同时当刷杆的海绵头或者毛刷头被拨出经过内塞时，内塞还可以将过多的化妆物料刮下，从而防止海绵头或者毛刷头上粘有过多物料而无法达到预期化妆效果的情况发生。
如图10所示，所述内盖40上设有一圈密封槽，所述密封槽内设有密封环70，所述密封环设于所述内盖与瓶体之间。在成型过程中，密封环70与内盖40一起成型，密封环采用弹性材质制成，设于内盖与瓶体之间提高了化妆笔的气密性能，进一步地，所述密封环70设于内盖的固定部。
本发明的操作过程：如图13所示，图中的直线箭头表示操作顺序，图中的曲线箭头表示上盖的旋转方向，使用时，将上盖10逆时针旋转180°，刷杆20在上盖驱动下，通过螺纹沿着内盖旋转上升，最终与内盖脱离，此时刷杆20已伸出上盖的上端口11，消费者拔出刷杆20进行化妆即可；当化妆完毕后，将刷杆插入中盖和瓶体内，将上盖10顺时针旋转180°，刷杆20在上盖驱动下，通过螺纹沿着内盖旋转下降，最终刷杆20完全缩进上盖内部，即完成一次操作的全过程。
应当指出，对于本领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明构思的前提下，还可以做出若干变形和改进，这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此，本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种旋转式液体化妆笔，其特征在于：包括同轴设置的上盖(10)、刷杆(20)、内盖(40)和用于存放液体化妆物料的瓶体(50)，所述上盖(10)上下贯通且具有上端口(11)和下端口(12)，所述内盖(40)下端与瓶体(50)固定连接，其上端外侧与刷杆(20)螺接，所述刷杆(20)穿设于所述内盖(40)并伸至瓶体(50)内部，且密封于所述内盖的上端内侧，所述上盖(10)可转动地套设于所述内盖(40)上，所述上盖(10)和刷杆(20)相互干涉，当上盖(10)相对于内盖(40)旋转时，能够带动刷杆(20)相对于内盖(40)螺旋地上下运动，使得刷杆(20)突出于上盖的上端口(11)或缩进上盖内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的旋转式液体化妆笔，其特征在于：所述刷杆(20)的外侧设有卡槽(24)，所述上盖(10)的内侧设有与卡槽(24)相配合的凸筋(13)，所述刷杆(20)的内侧设有内螺纹(25)，所述内盖(40)的外侧设有与所述内螺纹相配合的外螺纹(45)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的旋转式液体化妆笔，其特征在于：所述刷杆(20)包括顶部(21)、沿顶部的四周向下延伸形成的筒体(22)和杆件(23)，所述杆件(23)沿顶部的中心部位向下延伸，所述卡槽(24)位于筒体的外侧，所述内螺纹(25)位于筒体的内侧，所述杆件(23)与筒体(22)之间具有间隙，且杆件长于筒体，并延伸至瓶体(50)的内部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的旋转式液体化妆笔，其特征在于：所述上盖的上端口(11)内侧设有一环形台阶(14)，当刷杆(20)完全置于上盖内部时，所述顶部(21)刚好置于所述台阶(14)内而将上端口密封。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的旋转式液体化妆笔，其特征在于：所述内盖(40)包括连接部(42)，所述连接部一端连接头部(41)，另一端连接固定部(43)，所述头部的外侧设有外螺纹(45)，所述头部(41)的直径小于连接部(42)，所述连接部(42)的直径小于固定部(43)，所述头部插设于杆件(23)与筒体(22)之间形成的间隙内，并与筒体相螺接，所述固定部(43)插设于瓶体(50)内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的旋转式液体化妆笔，其特征在于：所述连接部(42)和固定部(43)连接处设有一圈凸起(44)，所述瓶体(50)的开口端设有一圈凹槽(51)，当内盖插设于瓶体时，所述凸起(44)刚好卡于所述凹槽(51)内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的旋转式液体化妆笔，其特征在于：还包括内塞(60)，所述内塞(60)置于刷杆和内盖之间，所述内塞(60)的外侧设有第一凸台(61)，所述内盖的内侧设有与第一凸台(61)相互抵靠的第二凸台。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的旋转式液体化妆笔，其特征在于：所述内盖(40)上设有一圈密封槽，所述密封槽内设有密封环(70)，所述密封环设于所述内盖与瓶体之间。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的旋转式液体化妆笔，其特征在于：所述上盖(10)下端口内侧设有第一卡点，所述内盖(40)外侧设有与第一卡点相配合的第二卡点，所述内盖(40)下端与瓶体(50)卡接或者通过胶水固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的旋转式液体化妆笔，其特征在于：所述刷杆(20)的末端设有刷头(30)，所述刷头(30)上设有海绵头或者毛刷。
