本发明涉及一市政电缆处理技术领域,具体是一种方便穿线的市政工程用电缆清洗装置。
背景技术
在目前的建筑工程中大都使用了较多的机器,每一种机器都需要线缆和电源连接,在施工结束后,线缆的收集比较麻烦,而且线缆表面会在施工中附着大量的污垢,对线缆的存放带来较大的困扰,缩短了线缆的寿命,大都需要对使用后的线缆进行清洗,但现有的清洗装置大都是使用池子刷洗,占用了较大的空间,比较浪费水资源,同时清洗穿线需要将线缆置于清洗槽底部穿线较为麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种方便穿线的市政工程用电缆清洗装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种方便穿线的市政工程用电缆清洗装置,包括清洗槽体,所述清洗槽体凸缘相对的两侧分别设置有过渡辊轮和收卷电机,所述收卷电机输出轴上设置有收卷辊轮,清洗槽体另外相对的两侧壁上均设置有竖直的调节竖丝杆,且调节竖丝杆与清洗槽体侧壁转动连接,两个调节丝杆下端轴段通过传动机构相连接,清洗槽体下侧还设置有支撑横板,支撑横板上端面通过多根支撑腿柱与清洗槽体底部连接固定,其中一个调节竖丝杆的底端通过联轴器与设置在支撑横板上的调节电机输出轴相连接,两个调节竖丝杆上均设置有与之螺旋配合的调节螺旋套,两个调节竖丝杆之间还设置有安装横板,安装横板上端面两侧均通过两个固定吊杆与调节螺旋套连接固定,安装横板下端面两侧均设置有固定吊架,安装吊架上安装有有导向辊,所述安装横板的下端面还设置有固定杆,固定杆底端设置有安装横条,清洗槽体内部设置有过滤网板,所述过滤网板局部和安装横条均分布有清洗刷,所述清洗槽体底部还设置有抽水泵,抽水泵的出水端通过导管与设置在安装横板下端面上的清洗喷头相连接。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述传动机构包括两个分别设置在调节丝杆下端轴段上的传动链轮,两个传动链轮通过传动链条相连接。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述导向辊上设置有多个导向滚槽。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述清洗槽体靠近过渡辊轮内侧壁上设置有喷水管头,所述喷水管头与设置在清洗槽体底部的预清洗泵相连通。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述清洗槽体靠近收卷辊轮的内侧壁上设置有喷气头,喷气头的尾端通过导气管与设置在清洗槽体外侧壁上的热风机相连接。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述支撑横板下端面四角处均设置有移动滚轮。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:收卷电机带动收卷辊轮转动收卷线缆,线缆的收卷由于经过导向辊故而会经过清洗槽体内部,线缆的移动会通过清洗槽体内部的清洗水湿润污渍配合清洗刷可以双面清理掉线缆上的顽固污渍,同时抽水泵将清洗槽体内部的水经清洗喷头喷出可以带走污渍,故而清洗效果明显,效率较高,且水循环使用,可节约用水,而调节电机带动两个调节竖丝杆转动,调节竖丝杆转动通过与调节螺旋套配合使得安装横板上移或下移,从而可以使得导向辊上移脱出清洗槽体,故而线缆穿过导向辊与收卷辊轮连接时,避免人工将线缆在清洗槽体内部穿线安装,提高了安装效率,减小工作清洗时间。

请参阅图1~2,本发明实施例中,一种方便穿线的市政工程用电缆清洗装置,包括清洗槽体1,所述清洗槽体1凸缘相对的两侧分别设置有过渡辊轮2和收卷电机3,所述收卷电机3输出轴上设置有收卷辊轮4,清洗槽体1另外相对的两侧壁上均设置有竖直的调节竖丝杆5,且调节竖丝杆5与清洗槽体1侧壁转动连接,两个调节丝杆5下端轴段通过传动机构相连接,所述传动机构包括两个分别设置在调节丝杆5下端轴段上的传动链轮17,两个传动链轮17通过传动链条23相连接,清洗槽体1下侧还设置有支撑横板14,支撑横板14上端面通过多根支撑腿柱13与清洗槽体1底部连接固定,其中一个调节竖丝杆5的底端通过联轴器与设置在支撑横板14上的调节电机16输出轴相连接,两个调节竖丝杆5上均设置有与之螺旋配合的调节螺旋套6,两个调节竖丝杆5之间还设置有安装横板9,安装横板9上端面两侧均通过两个固定吊杆7与调节螺旋套6连接固定,安装横板6下端面两侧均设置有固定吊架10,安装吊架10上安装有有导向辊11,所述导向辊11上设置有多个导向滚槽24以方便多条线缆同时清洗而不会缠绕在一起,所述安装横板9的下端面还设置有固定杆20,固定杆20底端设置有安装横条21,清洗槽体1内部设置有过滤网板12,所述过滤网板12局部和安装横条21均分布有清洗刷22,所述清洗槽体1底部还设置有抽水泵18,抽水泵18的出水端通过导管与设置在安装横板9下端面上的清洗喷头19相连接,所述清洗槽体1靠近过渡辊轮2内侧壁上设置有喷水管头26,所述喷水管头26与设置在清洗槽体1底部的预清洗泵25相连通,喷水管头26的设置可以对清洗前的线缆预先湿润,提高清洗效果,所述清洗槽体1靠近收卷辊轮4的内侧壁上设置有喷气头27,喷气头27的尾端通过导气管29与设置在清洗槽体1外侧壁上的热风机28相连接,热风机2和喷气头27可对清洗后的线缆烘干处理,所述支撑横板14下端面四角处均设置有移动滚轮15以方便移动。
本发明的工作原理是:线缆一端经过过渡辊轮2,在两个导向辊11的导向作用下与收卷辊轮4连接,收卷电机3带动收卷辊轮4转动收卷线缆,线缆的收卷由于经过导向辊11故而会经过清洗槽体1内部,线缆的移动会通过清洗槽体1内部的清洗水湿润污渍配合清洗刷22可以双面清理掉线缆上的顽固污渍,同时抽水泵18将清洗槽体1内部的水经清洗喷头19喷出可以带走污渍,故而清洗效果明显,效率较高,而调节电机16带动两个调节竖丝杆5转动,调节竖丝 杆5转动通过与调节螺旋套6配合使得安装横板9上移或下移,从而可以使得导向辊1上移脱出清洗槽体1,故而线缆穿过导向辊11与收卷辊轮4连接时,避免人工将线缆在清洗槽体1内部穿线安装,提高了安装效率,减小工作清洗时间。
