为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种浮球电源线一体式固定卡,用于将电源线固定于水泵出线盒一侧,其特征在于,所述浮球电源线一体式固定卡包括:一体式固定卡和电源线,所述一体式固定卡和电源线通过注塑实现连接,所述一体式固定卡包括:固定平面和包塑圆柱面,所述固定平面与包塑圆柱面一侧连接,所述固定平面上开设有通孔,所述浮球电源线一体式固定卡通过螺钉穿过通孔锁紧在水泵出线盒或水泵其它部位开设的螺丝孔中。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述固定平面与包塑圆柱面由塑料一体制成,所述包塑圆柱面与固定平面侧面通过注塑连接在一起。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述固定平面顶部由圆弧过度而成,所述固定平面中间开设有通孔。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述一体式固定卡整体注塑包裹在电源线上。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述一体式固定卡表面设置有至少一个凹槽。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述一体式固定卡由塑料材质制成。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型指出的一种浮球电源线一体式固定卡,具有以下优点:1、操作简单,可靠性高的特点;2、相对于使用独立线卡,一体式的结构对电源线零伤害;3、实现成本低,使用价值高,能产生巨大的经济效益。

所述一体式固定卡3的厚度t是电源线外圆直径的0.1-1倍。
所述一体式固定卡3的长度是电源线外圆直径的2-4倍。
所述固定平面b的厚度是电源线外圆直径的0.2-1倍。
所述通孔4的孔径尺寸是电源线外圆直径的0.4-1倍。
所述一体式固定卡3整体注塑包裹在电源线2上。
所述一体式固定卡3表面设置有至少一个凹槽9,所述凹槽间距是电源线外圆直径的0.1-1倍。
所述一体式固定卡3由塑料材质制成,牢固耐用。

  1. 一种浮球电源线一体式固定卡,用于将电源线固定于水泵出线盒一侧,其特征在于,所述浮球电源线一体式固定卡包括:一体式固定卡和电源线,所述一体式固定卡和电源线通过注塑实现连接,所述一体式固定卡包括:固定平面和包塑圆柱面,所述固定平面与包塑圆柱面一侧连接,所述固定平面上开设有通孔,所述浮球电源线一体式固定卡通过螺钉穿过通孔锁紧在水泵出线盒或水泵其它部位开设的螺丝孔中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的浮球电源线一体式固定卡,其特征在于,所述固定平面与包塑圆柱面由塑料一体制成,所述包塑圆柱面与固定平面侧面通过注塑连接在一起。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的浮球电源线一体式固定卡,其特征在于,所述固定平面顶部由圆弧过度而成,所述固定平面中间开设有通孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的浮球电源线一体式固定卡,其特征在于,所述一体式固定卡整体注塑包裹在电源线上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的浮球电源线一体式固定卡,其特征在于,所述一体式固定卡表面设置有至少一个凹槽。
