请参照图1至图7所示,其显示出了本发明之实施例的具体结构。
一种防漏墨的可重复加墨型墨水笔,包括有笔杆、设于笔杆内的可重复加墨型笔芯组件、组装于笔杆下端的笔头套1;其中:
所述笔芯组件包括有墨水囊2、墨水导管3、软胶开关4及笔头5;所述墨水囊2具有可变形的内部容墨腔,其内部容墨腔具有下端开口;通常,墨水囊可以是由乳胶、聚氨酯、新型复合纳米、超级物料石墨烯等高性能材料制造,墨水囊的壁厚类似于小气球、避孕套等物件的壁厚,其耐候性好、拉伸度高,性能优异。空墨水囊呈扁平带状或自然收缩状,由于墨水囊具有弹性拉伸度,注入墨水到墨水囊中,墨水囊在墨水的压力下扩张呈圆柱状或其他膨胀状态。所述墨水导管3的上端连通于内部容墨腔的下端开口;所述软胶开关4具有上下延伸设置的可变形开合式开关孔34,所述软胶开关4上具有用于设置开关孔34的可变形阻挡壁;所述软胶开关4装设于墨水导管3的下端;所述笔头5具有下端设置的书写笔尖6和上端设置的笔尖接头7;所述笔尖接头7可拆卸式连通于软胶开关4。本实施例中,所述笔尖接头7的上段部位形成有台阶段26,即:台阶段26的上端部位、台阶段的下端部位均小于台阶段26,这样,一方面是便于笔尖接头7的装入,另一方面,笔尖接头7的台阶段26更好地撑开可变形阻挡壁,使之变形,以扩大开关孔34。
所述笔头套1可拆卸式组装于笔杆的下端,所述笔头5的书写笔尖6向下伸出笔头套1。此处,在笔头套1的内壁面凸设有两条以上的定位凸肋29,以便在笔头5穿过笔头套1内时更好地定位,笔头5不会相对笔头套1偏移晃动。
当笔头5被拆卸脱离软胶开关4后,软胶开关4的可变形开合式开关孔34处于自然状态,也可以理解为软胶开关4处于关闭状态,此处的关闭状态是指开关孔34恢复到自然状态,即下述的直径为0.05-0.50毫米之间的状态,由于墨水有张力,墨水囊2内的墨水不能经此状态下的软胶开关4溢出,但是,墨水囊2内的气体是可以经软胶开关4排出。
当笔头5被组装定位于软胶开关4的下端,所述笔头5的笔尖接头7向上抵推软胶开关4的可变形阻挡壁,开关孔随着可变形阻挡壁的向上变形而被撑大,笔尖接头7的上段部位穿过被扩大后的开关孔,笔尖接头7的外壁面与开关孔的内壁面一直保持密封式接触;笔尖接头7的上端伸入墨水导管3内,以与墨水导管3贯通;通常,墨水导管3内至少供笔尖接头7的上端伸入的部位,其孔位尺寸设计得比笔尖接头7的上端大,也就是说,当笔尖接头7的上端伸入墨水导管3内后,在笔尖接头7的上端的外围形成有让位间隙32,以用于供软胶开关4变形作让位,大致如图5所示,在软胶开关4受挤压变形后,会形成向上变形的飞边33。
软胶开关4处于打开状态(如图2和图5所示),笔尖接头7的上端一直与软胶开关4的可变形阻挡壁密封式接触,仅通过打开的可变形开合式开关孔与笔尖接头7的内部通道形成贯通,笔尖接头7与软胶开关4形成密封式导通,避免在书写过程中以及存放、携带该墨水笔时出现漏墨现象,墨水囊2内的墨水经墨水导管3、软胶开关4、笔头5溢出,此时的软胶开关4起到导流墨水作用,这样笔就可以正常书写了,书写的过程中随着墨水的不断减少也会排出墨水囊内的空气,墨水囊2部分呈自然收缩状,墨水用完了,墨水囊2就恢复成扁平带状或自然收缩状。
这时,需要加墨水到墨水囊2中;具体操作过程是:先拆下笔头套1,再拆下笔头5,利用注墨器插入软胶开关4的开关孔34,重新注入墨水到墨水囊2中,然后再装上笔头5、笔头套1,这支笔又可以书写了,如此重复加墨使用,达到了墨水笔可重复加墨使用的目的。
本实施例中的软胶开关4优选设计为硅胶材质制作,所述可变形阻挡壁的顶端具有向下凹设的凹弧面8,所述可变形阻挡壁的底端具有上小正大的锥形表面9,优选地,所述凹弧面8呈球冠状,整个可变形阻挡壁设计为中心轴对称结构,本实施例中,前述凹弧面8及锥形表面9的组合设计,并非是任意形状的选择,申请人有进行大量比对、分析、测试,该种设计具有较好的张力作用,确保在自然状态时具有很好的密闭性,防漏墨效果好。软胶开关4的可变形开合式开关孔34设计得十分小,一般直径为0.05-0.50毫米之间,考虑到制程简易性,优选0.25-0.5mm之间;开关孔34很小,墨水有张力,自然状态下,墨水不会溢出来,除非是非正常状况下用力甩笔杆,才有可能把墨水甩出来。
软胶开关4在自然状态下,由于其开关孔34很小,起到封闭墨水功能,拔掉笔头5不会漏墨;加注墨水时,由于开关孔34受注墨器的强制插入,开关孔34与注墨器的插入部是密封配合的,墨水从注墨器加注到墨水囊2中。
此处,大致总结前述软胶开关4在不同情形下的使用功能如下:
1、排气功能:墨水囊2没有装墨水时,墨水囊2的壁体受外界空气压力作用,经自然状态下的开关孔34可以自然排出墨水囊内的多余空气;
当然,在墨水囊2中有部分墨水的情形下拆卸笔头5后、加墨完成后、装上笔头后的多种情形下,都是可以通过开关孔34将墨水囊2内的多余空气排出;
2、加墨功能:拆卸笔头5后,注墨器强制插入开关孔34,可以往墨水囊2内加入墨水,加墨过程中,墨水囊2中的气体不会外排;
3、导墨孔功能:当笔尖接头7接入时,墨水囊2内的墨水经开关孔34导出墨水至笔头5以供书写使用;
4、封闭墨水功能:当墨水没有用完时,若拆卸笔头5,开关孔34会恢复至自然状态,其孔尺寸变得非常小,墨水不能从墨水囊2外溢,因此,可以起到封闭墨水功能;
软胶开关4的排气功能,可以确保墨水囊2内尽量少地存在多余空气,有利于提高墨水囊2的有效储墨水量;以及,软胶开关4的封闭墨水功能,可以起到防漏墨作用,提高该墨水笔的实用性。
本实施例中,对软胶开关4组装定位结构设计十分巧妙,其具有结构设计简单、组装方便、定位稳固、可靠性佳等诸多优势,具体描述如下:
针对所述软胶开关4设置有定位件10;所述定位件10为筒状结构,所述定位件10套于软胶开关4的外周,所述定位件10的上端连接于笔杆,所述定位件10的下段部位往内延伸有止挡台11以限位于软胶开关4的下端。所述定位件10的下段部位的外侧表面形成有第一外螺纹12,所述笔头套1的上段部位的内侧表面形成有第一内螺纹13,所述笔头套1通过第一内螺纹13可拆卸式组装于定位件10的第一外螺纹12处。所述笔尖接头7具有往外凸设的限位边14,所述笔头套1的内侧具有相应的限位台阶面15;所述限位边14适配于限位台阶面15上。所述墨水导管3的下段部位的外侧表面设置有第二外螺纹16,所述定位件10的上段部位的内侧表面设置有第二内螺纹17,所述定位件10通过第二内螺纹17可拆卸式组装于墨水导管3的第二外螺纹16处。
以及,为了使得墨水囊2在注墨水及书写使用过程中,能够保持拉直状态,本实施例中是采用内置墨水囊定位架18的方式,其主要是考虑到三个方面,其一是有助于排空墨水囊的空气,其二是有助于注入墨水,其三是有助于墨水向笔头移动,确保书写顺畅;具体结构设计为:所述墨水囊2内设置有墨水囊定位架18,墨水囊定位架18上下延伸设置且呈扁平状。如图7所示,墨水囊定位架18具有用于定位墨水囊的支撑周边27,来撑起墨水囊起到定型作用;支撑周边27之间设计为镂空区域28,这样,在墨水囊往外排墨逐渐收缩时,其排墨、排气更加彻底,可以使空墨水囊收缩为最小的扁平带状。此处,所述墨水囊定位架18的下端连接有接头管部19,接头管部19的外表面紧配式嵌套于墨水囊2的内部容墨腔的下端开口的内表面处,墨水囊2的下端设计有收口设计的窄小段24用于与接头管部19相紧配密封,也就是说,窄小段24的内壁面是套在接头管部19的外壁面上,两者紧密配合。相应地,墨水囊定位架18相较接头管部19略宽设计,墨水囊定位架18的上端支撑于墨水囊2的内部顶端,这样,墨水囊定位架18更好地支撑定位在墨水囊2的内部。所述墨水导管3的上端部位密封式伸入接头筒管部19的内部。所述笔杆包括有笔杆主体20、笔杆接头21;所述笔杆接头21具有上段结合台阶22、下段结合台阶23,笔杆主体20的下端套装于上段结合台阶22的外部,所述定位件10的上端套装于下段结合台阶23的外部。
以及,所述笔杆主体20为上、下端开口的杆状设计在笔杆主体20的上端组装有笔尾盖25,以及,通常配置有用于盖住笔头5、笔头套1的笔帽30。在笔帽30内通常设置有笔头封帽31,其主要起到保护书写笔尖6的作用。此处,对笔头封帽31的结构进行了改良设计,即:笔头封帽31优选采用硅胶等软胶制作,其截面呈H形,笔头封帽31的顶端向下凹设有上端凹位32,以及笔头封帽31的底端向上凹设有下端凹位33,这样,当笔帽30套于笔头5、笔头套1的外部时,书写笔尖6对应伸入上端凹位32处;下端凹位33的设置,主要是用于供上端凹位32的底壁受到书写笔尖6的抵压作用时产生变形。
综上所述,本发明的设计重点在于,其主要是兼具中性笔、白板笔、记号笔、美术笔、钢笔等多种书写笔的优势,可重复多次加墨使用,环保、耐用,尤其是,通过软胶开关的设置,有效避免在拆下笔头时、书写过程中以及存放、携带该墨水笔时出现漏墨现象,提高了该墨水笔的实用性,解决了传统技术中重复多次加墨使用的墨水笔所存在的漏墨问题,适于批量生产及推广应用,以真正成为惠及广大使用者的全新换代书写工具;
以及,本发明中,对该墨水笔的结构设计十分合理,确保了该墨水笔的产品质量及可批量生产性;尤其是,对软胶开关组装定位结构设计十分巧妙,其具有结构设计简单、组装方便、定位稳固、可靠性佳等诸多优势。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种防漏墨的可重复加墨型墨水笔,其特征在于:包括有笔杆、设于笔杆内的可重复加墨型笔芯组件、组装于笔杆下端的笔头套(1);其中:
    所述笔芯组件包括有墨水囊(2)、墨水导管(3)、软胶开关(4)及笔头(5);所述墨水囊(2)具有可变形的内部容墨腔,其内部容墨腔具有下端开口;所述墨水导管(3)的上端连通于内部容墨腔的下端开口;所述软胶开关(4)具有上下延伸设置的可变形开合式开关孔(34),所述软胶开关(4)上具有用于设置开关孔的可变形阻挡壁;所述软胶开关(4)装设于墨水导管(3)的下端;所述笔头(5)具有下端设置的书写笔尖(6)和上端设置的笔尖接头(7);所述笔尖接头(7)可拆卸式连通于软胶开关(4);
    所述笔头套(1)可拆卸式组装于笔杆的下端,所述笔头(5)的书写笔尖(6)向下伸出笔头套(1);
    当笔头(5)被拆卸脱离软胶开关(4)后,软胶开关(4)的可变形开合式开关孔(34)处于自然状态,墨水囊(2)内的墨水不能经软胶开关(4)溢出;
    当笔头(5)被组装定位于软胶开关(4)的下端,所述笔头(5)的笔尖接头(7)向上抵推软胶开关(4)的可变形阻挡壁,开关孔(34)随着可变形阻挡壁的向上变形而被撑大,笔尖接头(7)与软胶开关(4)形成密封式导通,墨水囊(2)内的墨水经墨水导管(3)、软胶开关(4)、笔头(5)溢出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防漏墨的可重复加墨型墨水笔,其特征在于:所述可变形阻挡壁的顶端具有向下凹设的凹弧面(8)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的防漏墨的可重复加墨型墨水笔,其特征在于:所述可变形阻挡壁的底端具有上小下大的锥形表面(9)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的防漏墨的可重复加墨型墨水笔,其特征在于:针对所述软胶开关(4)设置有定位件(10);所述定位件(10)为筒状结构,所述定位件(10)套于软胶开关(4)的外周,所述定位件(10)的上端连接于笔杆,所述定位件(10)的下段部位往内延伸有止挡台(11)以限位于软胶开关(4)的下端。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的防漏墨的可重复加墨型墨水笔,其特征在于:所述定位件(10)的下段部位的外侧表面形成有第一外螺纹(12),所述笔头套(1)的上段部位的内侧表面形成有第一内螺纹(13),所述笔头套(1)通过第一内螺纹(13)可拆卸式组装于定位件(10)的第一外螺纹(12)处。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的防漏墨的可重复加墨型墨水笔,其特征在于:所述笔尖接头(7)具有往外凸设的限位边(14),所述笔头套(1)的内侧具有相应的限位台阶面(15);所述限位边(14)适配于限位台阶面(15)上。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的防漏墨的可重复加墨型墨水笔,其特征在于:所述墨水导管(3)的下段部位的外侧表面设置有第二外螺纹(16),所述定位件(10)的上段部位的内侧表面设置有第二内螺纹(17),所述定位件(10)通过第二内螺纹(17)可拆卸式组装于墨水导管(3)的第二外螺纹(16)处。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的防漏墨的可重复加墨型墨水笔,其特征在于:所述墨水囊(2)内设置有墨水囊定位架(18),墨水囊定位架(18)上下延伸设置且呈扁平状。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的防漏墨的可重复加墨型墨水笔,其特征在于:所述墨水囊定位架(18)的下端连接有接头管部(19),接头管部(19)的外表面紧配式嵌套于墨水囊(2)的内部容墨腔的下端开口的内表面处,所述墨水导管(3)的上端部位密封式伸入接头筒管部(19)的内部。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的防漏墨的可重复加墨型墨水笔,其特征在于:所述笔杆包括有笔杆主体(20)、笔杆接头(21);所述笔杆接头(21)具有上段结合台阶(22)、下段结合台阶(23),笔杆主体(20)的下端套装于上段结合台阶(22)的外部,所述定位件(10)的上端套装于下段结合台阶(23)的外部。
