- 제1항 또는 제6항에 있어서,상기 트랜스퍼 체인 관리부가 사용자로부터 소유 지시자 또는 전달 지시자에 기초한 콘텐트 제공 요청을 수신하는 단계;상기 사용자 인증부가 상기 사용자를 인증하는 단계; 및상기 트랜스퍼 체인 관리부가 상기 인증된 사용자에게 상기 콘텐트 제공 요청의 기초가 된 소유 지시자 또는 전달 지시자(이하 '기초 지시자'라 함)가 가리키는 디지털 콘텐트를 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 콘텐트 전달 추적 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 트랜스퍼 체인 관리부가 상기 인증된 사용자의 식별자와 함께 상기 기초 지시자가 가리키는 디지털 콘텐트를 제공한 결과를 상기 기초 지시자에 대응되는 트랜스퍼 체인에 기록하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 콘텐트 전달 추적 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 트랜스퍼 체인 관리부가 상기 콘텐트 제공 요청에 관한 매체 정보를 상기 기초 지시자에 대응되는 트랜스퍼 체인에 기록하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 콘텐트 전달 추적 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 트랜스퍼 체인 관리부가 상기 기초 지시자가 가리키는 디지털 콘텐트가 상기 인증된 사용자에 대하여 제공 가능한 상태인지 판단하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 제공 가능한 상태인지 판단하는 단계는,상기 기초 지시자에 대응되는 트랜스퍼 노드의 하위 노드가 존재하는지 여부를 판단하는 단계;상기 인증된 사용자가 상기 기초 지시자에 대응되는 트랜스퍼 노드에 사용자 식별자가 기록된 사용자인지 여부를 판단하는 단계; 또는상기 기초 지시자에 대응되는 트랜스퍼 노드의 콘텐트 접근 속성을 확인하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 콘텐트 전달 추적 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 인증된 사용자에게 기초 지시자가 가리키는 디지털 콘텐트를 제공하는 단계는,상기 인증된 사용자에 대한 추가 인증 절차를 수행하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 콘텐트 전달 추적 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 인증된 사용자에게 상기 기초 지시자가 가리키는 디지털 콘텐트를 제공하는 단계는,상기 인증된 사용자의 식별자와 함께 상기 기초 지시자가 가리키는 디지털 콘텐트에 대한 제공 요청을 디지털 콘텐트 제공 서버로 송신하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 콘텐트 전달 추적 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 디지털 콘텐트는 수량 속성을 가지며,상기 트랜스퍼 체인 관리부가 상기 제1 디지털 콘텐트는 수량 속성을 상기 제1 소유 트랜스퍼 노드에 기록하는 단계,상기 트랜스퍼 체인 관리부가 상기 제1 사용자로부터 상기 제1 소유 지시자에 기초한 분할 요청을 수신하는 단계; 및상기 트랜스퍼 체인 관리부가 상기 분할 요청에 따라 상기 제1 디지털 콘텐트를 수량 속성을 가지는 제2 디지털 콘텐트와 제3 디지털 콘텐트로 분할하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 제1 디지털 콘텐트를 수량 속성을 가지는 제2 디지털 콘텐트와 제3 디지털 콘텐트로 분할하는 단계는,상기 제2 디지털 콘텐트를 가리키는 제4 소유 지시자를 생성하고, 상기 트랜스퍼 체인의 상기 제1 소유 지시자에 대응되는 상기 제1 소유 트랜스퍼 노드의 하위에 제4 소유 트랜스퍼 노드를 생성하고, 상기 제1 사용자의 식별자, 상기 제2 디지털 콘텐트의 수량 속성, 및 상기 제4 소유 지시자를 상기 제4 소유 트랜스퍼 노드에 기록하는 단계; 및상기 제3 디지털 콘텐트를 가리키는 제5 소유 지시자를 생성하고, 상기 트랜스퍼 체인의 상기 제1 소유 지시자에 대응되는 상기 제1 소유 트랜스퍼 노드의 하위에 제5 소유 트랜스퍼 노드를 생성하고, 상기 제1 사용자의 식별자, 상기 제3 디지털 콘텐트의 수량 속성, 및 상기 제5 소유 지시자를 상기 제5 소유 트랜스퍼 노드에 기록하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 콘텐트 전달 추적 방법.
- 제25항에 있어서,상기 제1 디지털 콘텐트를 수량 속성을 가지는 제2 디지털 콘텐트와 제3 디지털 콘텐트로 분할하는 단계는,상기 제1 소유 지시자에 대응되는 상기 제1 소유 트랜스퍼 노드의 하위 노드가 없는 경우에 한하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 콘텐트 전달 추적 방법.
- 제25항에 있어서,수량 속성을 가지는 디지털 콘텐트들의 결합은 금지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 콘텐트 전달 추적 방법.
- 디지털 콘텐트 전달을 추적하는 중앙 서버로서,제1 사용자를 인증하는 사용자 인증부; 및상기 중앙 서버의 데이터베이스에 제1 디지털 콘텐트에 대한 트랜스퍼 체인을 생성하고, 상기 트랜스퍼 체인에 제1 소유 트랜스퍼 노드를 생성하고, 상기 제1 디지털 콘텐트를 가리키는 제1 소유 지시자를 생성하여 상기 제1 소유 트랜스퍼 노드에 기록하고, 상기 제1 사용자의 식별자를 상기 제1 소유 트랜스퍼 노드에 기록하는 트랜스퍼 체인 관리부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중앙 서버.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 및 제25항 내지 제27항 중 어느 한 항의 방법을 컴퓨터에서 실행시키기 위하여 기록매체에 저장된 컴퓨터프로그램.
