Abstract

La présente invention concerne un évaporateur de glace à l'état d'écoulement, comprenant un boîtier d'évaporateur, un moteur, une boîte de transmission, une plaque de séparation supérieure, une plaque de séparation inférieure, des plaques déflectrices et une plaque de support supérieure. Une pluralité de trous déflecteurs sont formés dans une moitié de la zone de chaque plaque déflectrice dans l'évaporateur, et la zone de formation de trous d'une plaque déflectrice adjacente est disposée dans la zone de la plaque déflectrice adjacente de façon à être adjacente à l'autre moitié de ladite plaque déflectrice. Un fluide frigorigène à l'état liquide s'écoule dans le boîtier d'évaporateur en zigzag. L'évaporateur de glace à l'état d'écoulement est appliqué à un système de climatisation. Le système de climatisation comprend une boucle de circulation d'extrémité utilisateur, une boucle de circulation de fluide frigorigène, une boucle de circulation d'eau d'extrémité externe, un premier composant de vanne à quatre voies à deux positions, et un second composant de vanne à quatre voies à deux positions. Le système de climatisation obtient de la chaleur à partir de la chaleur de solidification de l'eau qui est 80 fois la chaleur sensible de l'eau, surmonte les défauts des systèmes de pompe à chaleur existants pour mettre en œuvre une progression révolutionnaire des systèmes de pompe à chaleur, et économise les coûts de fonctionnement du système de climatisation dans une plus grande mesure.
