在一实施例中,所述第一触发组件3还包括第一复位弹簧34,所述第一复位弹簧34与所述第一锁杆32连接,在所述第一复位弹簧34的驱动下,所述第一锁杆32始终具有朝向所述锁紧位置移动的趋势。另外,为了防止第一复位弹簧34移位,在固定部11上设置限位孔,第一复位弹簧34远离第一锁杆32的一端插设在限位孔内,或者设置限位柱,将第一复位弹簧34远离第一锁杆32的一端套设在限位柱上。
在本实施例中,所述第一锁杆32上设置第一斜面,所述第一推杆33靠近所述第一锁杆32的一端设置有与所述第一斜面配合的第二斜面,所述第一推杆33的轴线平行于水平面,当所述第一推杆33沿水平方向挤压所述第一锁杆32时,在所述第一斜面和所述第二斜面的配合下使所述第一锁杆32沿竖直方向移动。
在其他实施例中,所述机器人的头部、身体部分21、腿部22、脚部23由上至下依次设置,其中,所述身体部分21内具有内腔211,所述腿部22包括第一腿部221和第二腿部222,所述第一腿部221的第一端与所述身体部分21的下端铰接,所述第一腿部221的第二端与所述第二腿部222的一端铰接,所述第二腿部222远离所述第一腿部221的一端通过第二铰接轴与所述脚部23铰接,所述第二腿部222和所述脚部23之间设置第二扭簧,在所述第二扭簧驱动下所述第一腿部221和所述第二腿部222始终具有朝向展开状态运动的趋势;所述第二触发组件4包括第三锁扣41、第四锁扣42、第二锁杆43和第二推杆44,所述第二铰接轴上设置所述第三锁扣41,所述第二锁杆43的第一端设置有与所述第三锁扣41扣接配合的所述第四锁扣42,所述第二锁杆43的第二端延伸至所述内腔211内并可在所述内腔211内沿指定方向移动,所述第二锁杆43具有锁紧位置和解锁位置。当所述第二锁杆43位于所述锁紧位置时,所述第三锁扣41与所述第四锁扣42扣接配合,此时所述第二玩具2处于下蹲状态;当所述第二锁杆43位于所述解锁位置时, 所述第三锁扣41脱离所述第四锁扣42,所述第二玩具2处于站立状态。由于所述第二推杆44的第一端与所述第二锁杆43连接,第二推杆44可推动所述第二锁杆43由所述锁紧位置移动至所述解锁位置,所述第二推杆44的第二端贯穿所述身体部分21延伸至所述身体部分21外。
在一实施例中,所述第二触发组件4还包括第二复位弹簧45,所述第二复位弹簧45与所述第二锁杆43连接,在所述第二复位弹簧45的驱动下,所述第二锁杆43始终具有朝向所述锁紧位置移动的趋势。另外,为了防止第二复位弹簧45移位,在内腔211的侧壁凸设一个固定柱25,第二复位弹簧45远离第二锁杆43的一端套设在固定柱25上。在本实施例中,固定柱25的轴线水平设置,且固定柱25和第二推杆44通过的通孔分别设置在内腔211的相对的两个腔壁上。
另外,为了便于机器人移动,在机器人的脚部23的下方设置轮子24,且还可以将脚部23设置为足够大,以增加平稳度。
本实施例还公开一种组合方法,采用如上任意实施例的组合玩具实施,使组合玩具的第一玩具1和第二玩具2相碰撞,所述第一玩具1上的第一触发组件3被所述第二玩具2抵压以触发,所述第一触发组件3驱动所述第一玩具1变形并包裹在所述第二玩具2外,实现所述第一玩具1和所述第二玩具2的组合。
在一实施例中,推动第二玩具2靠近第一玩具1,第一玩具1和第二玩具2通过第一磁铁5和第二磁铁6吸附在一起,此时,在两个磁铁的磁吸作用下,第一玩具1上第一推杆33和第二玩具2上的第二推杆44抵接,第一推杆33朝向第一玩具1的内部移动,第二推杆44朝向第二玩具2的内部移动,驱动对应的锁杆移动至解锁位置,使得第一玩具1立即展开变形并形成铠甲包裹在第二玩具2的身体部分21,与此同时,第二玩具2在第二推杆44的作用下由下蹲状态变化为站立状态,最终形成带有铠甲的机器人组合玩具。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种组合玩具,其中,所述组合玩具具有初始状态和组合状态,所述组合玩具包括:
    第一玩具,所述第一玩具可变形,所述第一玩具包括第一触发组件,所述第一玩具具有合拢的第一状态和展开的第二状态,所述第一触发组件设置为在被外力抵压时可使所述第一玩具由所述第一状态变化为所述第二状态;及
    第二玩具,可选择性与所述第一玩具碰撞;
    其中,所述第一玩具设置为当所述组合玩具处于所述初始状态时,与所述第二玩具分离,且所述第一触发组件不与所述第二玩具接触;及所述第一触发组件设置为当所述第一玩具和所述第二玩具碰撞时,被触发,使所述第一玩具处于所述第二状态并包裹在所述第二玩具外,且使所述组合玩具处于所述组合状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的组合玩具,其中,所述第二玩具可变形,所述第二玩具具有下蹲状态和站立状态,所述第二玩具包括第二触发组件,所述第二触发组件设置为当所述第一玩具与所述第二玩具相碰撞时,被触发,使所述第二玩具由所述下蹲状态变化为所述站立状态。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的组合玩具,其中,所述第二玩具包括机器人,所述第二触发组件设置在所述机器人的胸部,所述第一触发组件与所述第二触发组件相对设置,所述第一触发组件还设置为当所述第一玩具和所述第二玩具碰撞时,与所述第二触发组件相互抵压,以使所述第一触发组件和所述第二触发组件同时被触发。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的组合玩具,还包括感应组件,所述感应组件包括设置在所述第一玩具上的第一感应件和设置在所述第二玩具上的第二感应件,所述第一触发组件还设置为当所述第一感应件和所述第二感应件彼此靠近时,被所述第二玩具抵压,以及所述第二触发组件设置为被所述第一玩具抵压;
    或者,所述第一触发组件和所述第二触发组件抵接;
    其中,所述第一感应件和所述第二感应件中的至少一个为磁性件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的组合玩具,其中,所述第一感应件和所述第二感应件均为磁铁。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的组合玩具,其中,所述第一感应件与所述第一触发组件间隔设置,且所述第一感应件邻近于所述第一触发组件;所述第二感应件与所述第二触发组件间隔设置,且所述第二感应件邻近于所述第二触发组件。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的组合玩具,其中,所述第一玩具包括固定部,铰接于所述固定部的周部的多个铠甲部,及设置于所述铠甲部与所述固定部之间的第一扭簧,所述铠甲部设置为在所述第一扭簧驱动下,始终具有相对于所述固定部展开的运动趋势,以使所述第一玩具始终具有位于所述第二状态的趋势;
    所述第一触发组件包括第一铰接轴、第一锁扣、第二锁扣、第一锁杆和第一推杆,每个所述铠甲部与所述固定部均通过所述第一铰接轴铰接,所述第一铰接轴上设置所述第一锁扣,所述第一锁杆上对应所述第一锁扣设置可选择性与所述第一锁扣扣接配合的所述第二锁扣,所述第一锁杆滑动地设置在所述固定部上,具有锁紧位置和解锁位置,所述第一锁扣设置为当所述第一锁杆位于所述锁紧位置时,与所述第二锁扣扣接配合,所述第一玩具处于所述第一状态;所述第一锁扣设置为当所述第一锁杆位于所述解锁位置时,脱离所述第二锁扣,所述第一玩具处于所述第二状态,所述第一推杆的第一端与所述第一锁杆连接,并设置为推动所述第一锁杆由所述锁紧位置移动至所述解锁位置,所述第一推杆的第二端贯穿所述固定部并延伸至所述固定部远离所述第一锁杆的一侧。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的组合玩具,其中,所述第一触发组件还包括第一复位弹簧,所述第一复位弹簧与所述第一锁杆连接,所述第一锁杆设置为在所述第一复位弹簧的驱动下,始终具有朝向所述锁紧位置移动的趋势。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的组合玩具,其中,所述机器人包括由上至下依次设置的身体部分、腿部、脚部、第二铰接轴及第二扭簧,所述身体部分内具有内腔,所述腿部包括第一腿部和第二腿部,所述第一腿部的第一端与所述身体部分的下端铰接,所述第一腿部的第二端与所述第二腿部的第一端铰接,所述第二腿部远离所述第一腿部的第二端通过所述第二铰接轴与所述脚部铰接,所述第二扭簧设置于所述第二腿部和所述脚部之间,所述第一腿部和所述第二腿部设置为在所述第二扭簧驱动下始终具有朝向展开状态运动的趋势;
    所述第二触发组件包括第三锁扣、第四锁扣、第二锁杆和第二推杆,所述第二铰接轴上设置所述第三锁扣,所述第二锁杆的第一端设置有与所述第三锁扣扣接配合的所述第四锁扣,所述第二锁杆的第二端延伸至所述内腔内并可在所述内腔内沿预设方向移动;
    其中,所述第二锁杆具有锁紧位置和解锁位置,所述第三锁扣设置为当所述第二锁杆位于所述锁紧位置时,与所述第四锁扣扣接配合,所述第二玩具处于下蹲状态;所述第三锁扣设置为当所述第二锁杆位于所述解锁位置时,与所 述第四锁扣脱离,所述第二玩具处于站立状态,所述第二推杆的第一端与所述第二锁杆连接,并设置为推动所述第二锁杆由所述锁紧位置移动至所述解锁位置,所述第二推杆的第二端贯穿所述身体部分延伸至所述身体部分外。
  10. 一种组合方法,采用如权利要求1至9任一项所述的组合玩具实施,所述方法包括:使组合玩具的第一玩具和第二玩具相碰撞,所述第一玩具上的第一触发组件被所述第二玩具抵压以触发,所述第一触发组件驱动所述第一玩具变形并包裹在所述第二玩具外,实现所述第一玩具和所述第二玩具的组合。
