本公开基于申请号为201810463639.1,申请日为2018年5月15日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本发明涉及炊具技术领域,尤其涉及一种双胆电饭锅。
背景技术
电饭锅由于具有煮饭、煲汤、煮粥、点心制作等功能而成为日常生活中必备的炊具之一。同时,由于常规的电饭锅功能有限,每次只能选择一种模式使用,在煮饭的时候就不能煲汤,由此增加了烹饪时间。为了有效解决该问题,双胆电饭锅应运而生。双胆电饭锅是具有两个内腔的、可以同时工作又可以单独工作的具有各种常规电饭锅功能的炊具。然而,现有的双胆电饭锅,存在密封效果差、两胆之间容易串味、占地空间大等问题。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供一种具有良好密封效果的双胆电饭锅。
本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种双胆电饭锅,包括一个锅体、两个锅盖、两个内胆、两个加热组件、一个隔热板,其中:锅体内部设有两个腔体并通过隔热板隔开;两个内胆分别可拆卸地置于腔体内;两个加热组件分别位于腔体底部;两个锅盖分别盖在腔体上方,并且锅盖的后端与锅体通过转动部件转动连接;锅盖包括上盖和位于上盖内部的盖板,上盖的前端连接有弹性组件,盖板的一端与弹性组件连接,另一端与上盖的后端连接;弹性组件被盖板压缩后能够与锅体卡接,从而实现锅盖的闭合。
进一步的,弹性组件包括弹簧、上部组件和下部组件,其中:上部组件和下部组件卡接,弹簧位于上部组件和下部组件之间,并且弹簧的一端连接在下部组件上,另一端与上盖抵靠;下部组件远离弹簧一侧设置有第一凸起,盖板的前端设置有第一卡台,第一凸起与第一卡台卡接;下部组件靠近弹簧一侧还设置有第二凸起,双胆电饭锅的锅体上设置有第二卡台,弹簧被压缩后,第二 凸起能够和第二卡台卡接。
进一步的,锅盖上还设置有蒸汽阀,蒸汽阀位于上盖和盖板之间;蒸汽阀包括环形阀壁、阀底、进气单元、回流单元、阀盖和底座;阀盖连接在环形阀壁顶部,底座连接在阀底下部,阀底连接在环形阀壁的底部,进气单元和回流单元位于阀底上;进气单元包括贯穿阀底的进气孔和挡板单元,挡板单元活动连接在进气孔顶部,以遮挡或打开进气孔;回流单元包括贯穿阀底的回流孔和回流密封单元,回流密封单元连接在回流孔底部,以密封或打开回流孔;盖板上设置有与蒸汽阀位置对应的通气孔。

进一步的,两个腔体之间的中间位置设有固定件,固定件上开设有插槽,隔热板插入插槽中固定;在隔热板的中上部、沿垂直于隔热板的方向水平设置有支撑板;支撑板上部设置有多个限位板,腔体侧壁上的连接部插入限位板之间,用于固定隔热板。
进一步的,锅体的外侧部设置有控制部件,控制部件包括电路板、导电橡胶套、操作面板以及密封壳,其中:锅体的外侧部开设有与操作面板形状对应的安装口;导电橡胶套套设在电路板上,电路板安装在密封壳内;密封壳位于锅体内侧,且固定安装在安装口处;操作面板位于锅体外侧,且固定安装在安装口处。
进一步的,锅体侧面下部设有两个位置相对应的盲槽,任意一个盲槽内设置有用于与双胆电饭锅的电源线插接的电源插孔。
进一步的,转动部件嵌装在锅盖与锅体相连处的边缘的内部;锅体与锅盖的后端连接的一侧面的上边缘低于锅体其他侧面的上边缘,且锅体与锅盖连接的一侧面的上边缘形状与锅盖与锅体连接的侧边边缘形状相匹配,任一锅盖打开后其上表面与锅体之间的夹角小于等于180度。
本发明的双胆电饭锅,具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明的双胆电饭锅,通过盖板压缩弹性组件,来实现上盖与锅体的卡接,以达到锅盖的闭合,若忘记安装盖板,由于弹性组件没有受到挤压,无法实现与锅体的卡接,将出现锅盖不能闭合的情况,由此来提醒用户盖板的安装,安装盖板的锅盖具有良好的密封效果,可防止煮饭过程中水分或蒸汽的溢出;同时通过盖板可实现双胆之间的阻隔,防止出现串味儿等现象。
(2)本发明的双胆电饭锅在工作时,较大的蒸汽压力可将蒸汽阀中的挡板单元顶起,使得蒸汽通过进气孔进入蒸汽阀,再通过上盖排出,若蒸汽阀内的 压力过大,还可在蒸汽的作用下冲开回流密封单元,使得蒸汽通过回流孔再回流至锅体内;进气单元和回流单元的设置使得电饭锅具有良好的保压效果;同时在非工作状态下,挡板在重力作用下位于进气孔的顶部来遮挡进气孔,回流密封片也处于密封回流孔的状态,保证了蒸汽阀的密闭性,保温效果好,且干净卫生,能够防止灰尘进入。
(3)本发明的双胆电饭锅,隔热板置于两个腔体之间,通过底部的插槽固定以及顶部的限位固定,一方面使得隔热板位置稳固,另一方面实现了两腔体之间的密封,减少了热量散失,提高了电饭锅的工作效率。
(4)本发明的双胆电饭锅,电路板放置在由操作面板与密封壳组成的密闭空间内,能够有效实现防水防虫的效果,确保电路板线路的绝对安全,进而保证电饭锅的正常工作与控制,同时,将电路板固定在密封壳上,能够防止电饭锅在搬动时因晃动而损坏电路板上的电子器件及线路。
(5)本发明的双胆电饭锅,在锅身侧面下部设置两个盲槽用于搬动时手握的位置,既解决了搬运问题,还不会影响电饭锅外形的美观度,在任意一个盲槽内设置有用于和电源线插接的电源插孔,从而杜绝搬动工作状态中电饭锅的情况发生,进而不会出现漏电触电事故危及人身安全。
(6)本发明的双胆电饭锅,转动部件嵌装在锅盖与锅体相连处的边缘的内部,锅盖打开后其上表面与锅体背面之间的夹角小于等于180度,锅盖与锅体边缘无外凸结构,外形更加美观,收纳也更加方便,减小了双胆电饭锅使用过程中的占用空间。

本发明的一种双胆电饭锅,如图1至图3所示,包括一个锅体1、两个锅盖2、两个内胆3、两个加热组件4、一个隔热板5,其中:锅体1内部设有两个腔 体6并通过隔热板5隔开;两个内胆3分别可拆卸地置于腔体6内;两个加热组件4分别位于腔体6底部;两个锅盖2分别盖在腔体6上方,并且锅盖2的后端与锅体1通过转动部件8转动连接;锅盖2包括上盖21和位于上盖21内部的盖板22,上盖21的前端连接有弹性组件23,盖板22的一端与弹性组件23连接,另一端与上盖21的后端连接;弹性组件23被盖板22压缩后能够与锅体1卡接,从而实现锅盖2的闭合。
本发明的双胆电饭锅,通过隔热板5将两个内胆3隔开,两组加热组件4分别给两个内胆3加热,内胆3分别置于两个腔体6内并分别由锅盖2盖住,使得本发明的双胆电饭锅可以同时或分别单独工作,彼此之间相互独立,可以实现煮饭和煲汤工作的同时进行,简单方便,大大缩减了烹饪时间。
本发明的双胆电饭锅,通过盖板22压缩弹性组件23,来实现上盖21与锅体1的卡接,以达到锅盖2的闭合。盖板22与上盖21可拆卸地连接,便于拆卸下来清洗,干净卫生。若清洗过后,忘记安装盖板22,由于弹性组件23没有受到挤压,无法实现与锅体1的卡接,会出现锅盖2不能闭合的情况,由此来提醒用户盖板的安装。同时安装盖板的锅盖具有良好的密封效果,可防止煮饭过程中水分或蒸汽的溢出;同时通过盖板实现双胆之间的阻隔,防止出现串味儿等现象。
具体的,本发明的一些实施例中,如图4和图5所示,弹性组件23包括弹簧231、上部组件232和下部组件233,其中:上部组件232和下部组件233卡接,弹簧231位于上部组件232和下部组件233之间,并且弹簧23的一端连接在下部组件232上,另一端与上盖21抵靠;下部组件233远离弹簧231一侧设置有第一凸起2331,盖板22的前端设置有第一卡台221,第一凸起2331与第一卡台221卡接;下部组件233靠近弹簧231一侧还设置有第二凸起2332,双胆电饭锅的锅体1上设置有第二卡台11,弹簧231被压缩后,第二凸起2332能够和第二卡台11卡接。
弹簧231一端连接在下部组件233上,另一端抵靠在上盖21上,盖板22安装后对下部组件233产生靠近上盖21前端移动的力,下部组件233在盖板22给的作用力下挤压弹簧231,由于弹簧231另一端抵靠在上盖21上不能移动,导致弹簧231发生形变,使得下部组件233向靠近上盖21方向移动,从而实现与锅体1的卡接。弹簧231结构一方面简化了盖板22的拆卸与安装,另一方面通过弹簧231的形变来实现下部组件233的移动从而实现锅盖2的闭合,简单有效。通过第一凸起2331和第一卡台221的卡接实现盖板22与下部组件233之间的固定,使得盖板22可以安装在上盖21下部,结构稳定,同时易于拆装。通过弹簧231的压缩,使得第二凸起2332向靠近第二卡台11的方向移动,通过第二凸起2332和第二卡台11的卡接来实现锅盖2的闭合。
更具体的,在本发明的一些实施例中,如图5所示,下部组件233靠近弹 簧231一侧设置有十字形凸起2333,弹簧231的一端与十字形凸起2333固定连接。弹簧231通过十字形凸起2333卡接在下部组件233上,下部组件233受到的盖板22给予的作用力传递为弹簧231受到的挤压力,进而实现下部组件233向靠近上盖21前端方向的移动。作为选择,十字形凸起2333还可以为任何形状的可固定住弹簧的凸起结构,如“人”字形凸起、六边形凸起等。
具体的,本发明的一些实施例中,如图3、图6和图7所示,锅盖2上设置有蒸汽阀24,蒸汽阀24位于上盖21和盖板22之间;蒸汽阀24包括环形阀壁241、阀底242、进气单元243、回流单元244、阀盖245和底座246;阀盖245连接在环形阀壁241顶部,底座246连接在阀底242下部,阀底242连接在环形阀壁241的底部,进气单元243和回流单元244位于阀底242上;进气单元243包括贯穿阀底242的进气孔2431和挡板单元2432,挡板单元2432活动连接在进气孔2431顶部,以遮挡或打开进气孔2431;回流单元244包括贯穿阀底242的回流孔2441和回流密封单元2442,回流密封单元2442连接在回流孔2441底部,以密封或打开回流孔2441;盖板22上设置有与蒸汽阀24位置对应的通气孔222(见图1)。
双胆电饭锅在工作时,较大的蒸汽压力可将挡板单元2432顶起,使得蒸汽通过进气孔2431进入蒸汽阀24,再通过锅盖2排出,保证锅体内具有一定的压力,可缩短米饭的制作时间。若蒸汽阀24内的压力过大,还可在蒸汽的作用下冲开回流密封单元2442,使得蒸汽通过回流孔2441再回流至内胆3内,保证内胆3内及蒸汽阀24内压力的稳定;进气单元243和回流单元244的设置使得双胆电饭锅具有良好的保压及稳压效果。同时,蒸汽阀24在非工作状态下,挡板单元2432位于进气孔2431的顶部,回流密封单元2442也处于密封回流孔2441的状态,保证了蒸汽阀24的密闭性,保温效果好,且干净卫生,防止灰尘进入。
具体的,本发明的一些实施例中,如图8至图10所示,挡板单元2432包括挡板24321、连接杆24322和支撑块24323,挡板24321在朝向进气孔2431一侧设置有凸块24324,支撑块24323分别设置在进气孔2431两侧,连接杆24322架设在支撑块24323之间,挡板24321与连接杆24322活动连接,并能够以连接杆24322为轴转动,以遮挡或打开进气孔2431;回流密封单元2442包括回流密封片24421和定位卡柱24422,定位卡柱24422与回流密封片24421的中心固定连接,回流密封单元2442通过定位卡柱24422卡接于阀底242上,以密封回流孔2441。
挡板24321在连接杆24322的作用下架设在支撑块24323上,并能以连接杆24322为轴转动,即挡板24321在进气孔2431顶部处于可活动状态。当进气孔2431有蒸汽进入时,较大的蒸汽压力可将挡板24321顶起,蒸汽通过进气孔2431进入蒸汽阀24,进而排出至大气中,保证了锅内压力的稳定。回流密封片24421通过定位卡柱24422连接在阀底242下部,从阀底242下部实现对回流孔 2441的密封。
优选的,挡板24321在朝向进气孔2431一侧设置有凸块24324,非工作状态下,挡板24321在凸块24324的重力作用下位于进气孔2431的顶部,遮挡进气孔2431。凸块24324的设置使得挡板24321在靠近进气孔2431一侧受力较大,非工作状态或蒸汽压力较小的情况下,挡板24321处于遮挡进气孔2431的状态,这样一方面保证了工作初期锅体1内压力的稳定,降低了升压时间,缩短了煮饭时间;另一方面也使得在非工作状态下起到一定的防尘效果,干净卫生。
更具体的,在本发明的一些实施例中,如图8和图9所示,支撑块24323上设置有缺口卡槽24325,连接杆24322嵌入缺口卡槽24325中卡接。通过连接杆24322嵌入缺口卡槽24325中可以实现支撑块24323对连接杆24322以及挡板24321的支撑作用,同时嵌入模式使得连接杆24322可在缺口卡槽24325中旋转,进而带动挡板24321以连接杆24322为轴转动,以达到遮挡或打开进气孔2431的目的。
优选的,连接杆24322两端还分别设置有限位块24326,限位块24326紧邻支撑块24323的内侧面或外侧面。限位块24326的设置保证了连接杆24322在水平方向上的固定,使得挡板24321仅存在竖直方向上的移动,保证了挡板24321对进气孔2431的遮挡效果,同时也可防止使用时间过长后连接杆24322的掉落,提高了蒸汽阀24的使用寿命。
更具体的,在本发明的一些实施例中,如图8所示,回流孔2441包括中间通孔24411和围绕中间通孔24411均匀设置的至少两组外周通孔24412;如图10所示,定位卡柱24422上设置有定位凸起23423,当定位卡柱24422从阀底242下部穿过中间通孔24411并通过定位凸起24423与阀底242卡接时,回流密封片24421密封回流孔2441。定位凸起24423具有上窄下宽的结构,从下至上穿过中间通孔24411后,较宽的下部会卡在中间通孔24411上,实现对回流密封片24421的固定。外周通孔24412以中间通孔24411为中心均匀设置,可以有两组、三组、四组等多组。同时外周通孔24412的最外径的尺寸小于回流密封片24421的尺寸,以实现回流密封片24421对回流孔2441的有效遮挡。
更具体的,在本发明的一些实施例中,凸块24324的材质为钢材或金属,凸块24324的形状为重心在中间的半球状结构,更优选的,凸块24324的重心在远离连接杆24322一侧,这样使得在相同的重力作用下,凸块24324更有利于使挡板24321回落至进气孔2431顶部以实现遮挡效果。
更具体的,在本发明的一些实施例中,回流密封片24421的材质为橡胶或硅胶,使得回流密封片24421为可弯折、易变形结构,且设置在阀底242下部,使得回流密封片24421在锅体内压力大于蒸汽阀内压力的情况下,可以紧贴回流孔2441实现遮挡密封;当锅体1内压力小于蒸汽阀24内压力的情况下,回流密封片24421会在蒸汽阀24内压力的作用下实现弯折,蒸汽阀24内压力即 可通过外周通孔24412再回流至锅体1内,从而保证整个电饭锅内压力的稳定。
具体的,在本发明的一些实施例中,如图7和图8所示,环形阀壁241的上部设置有限位卡槽2411,用于与阀盖245卡接;环形阀壁241的下部设置有限位凸起2412,用于与底座246卡接。卡接固定结构便于拆卸安装,使得蒸汽阀易于清洗维护,可有效提高电饭锅的使用寿命。
具体的,本发明的一些实施例中,如图2和图11所示,两个腔体6之间的中间位置设有固定件61,固定件61上开设有插槽62,隔热板5插入插槽62中固定;在隔热板5的中上部、沿垂直于隔热板5的方向水平设置有支撑板51;支撑板51上部设置有多个限位板52,腔体6侧壁上的连接部63插入限位板52之间,用于固定隔热板5。
本发明的双胆电饭锅中的隔热板5,置于两个腔体6之间,通过底部的插槽固定以及顶部的限位固定,从上下两端对隔热板5进行了固定,一方面使得隔热板5位置稳固,另一方面实现了对两个腔体6的有效隔离,提高了两腔体6的密封效果,减少了热量散失,提高了电饭锅的工作效率。
更具体的,本发明的一些实施例中,如图11所示,支撑板51下部、沿垂直于隔热板5的方向均匀地竖直设置有多个凸起片53,用于支撑支撑板51。由于支撑板51沿垂直隔热板5方向设置,支撑板51两端强度较小,通过在支撑板51下部设置凸起片53,可以起到良好的支撑效果。
优选的,多个限位板52两两交错设置。腔体6侧壁的连接部63通过插入限位板52之间实现固定,限位板52的作用即是起到两边夹紧的效果。采用两两交错设置的方式,既能减少限位板52的设置数量,又可起到良好的各个位置的夹紧固定作用。
优选的,限位板52外侧设置有加强筋54。加强筋54的设置用来进一步提高限位板52的强度,提高限位板52对连接部63固定的稳定程度。
优选的,限位板52的顶部紧邻腔体6侧壁上的连接部63的顶部。从而能够实现隔热板5从底部到顶部对两个腔体6的有效隔离,提高腔体6之间的密封效果,减少热量损失。
具体的,本发明的一些实施例中,如图11所示,隔热板5底部设置有通孔55,用于固定双胆电饭锅的线路的走线。双胆电饭锅的电源线设置在电饭锅的一端侧壁上,通过隔热板5底部的通孔55实现另一端电饭锅的线路的走线。对应的,固定件61上与隔热板5的通孔55对应位置处也开设有孔,以起到走线的作用。
具体的,本发明的一些实施例中,隔热板5的材质为尼龙或塑料,隔热板5的导热系数为0.05-0.26W/(m·K)。选用导热系数较低的尼龙或塑料制作隔热板,可以减少两内腔之间热量的传递。优选的,尼龙选用聚酰胺尼龙,塑料选用热固性塑料。
具体的,本发明的一些实施例中,如图12所示,锅体1的外侧部设置有控制部件12,控制部件12包括电路板121、导电橡胶套122、操作面板123以及密封壳124,其中:锅体1的外侧部开设有与操作面板123形状对应的安装口13;导电橡胶套122套设在电路板121上,电路板121安装在密封壳124内;密封壳124位于锅体1内侧,且固定安装在安装口13处;操作面板123位于锅体1外侧,且固定安装在安装口13处。
优选的,密封壳124通过螺钉固定安装在锅体1的内侧,操作面板123通过螺钉固定安装在锅体1的外侧,更优选的,密封壳123、锅体1以及操作面板123通过同一组螺钉安装固定,在锅体1的安装口13周围开设至少两个通孔,并在操作面板123和密封壳124的相对应位置开设螺纹孔,为了电饭锅外观更加美观,将螺钉从密封壳124的外部螺纹孔处螺入,依次将密封壳123、锅体1、操作面板123通过螺钉固定在一起。本发明还可选用其他固定方法,并不仅限于采取螺钉固定。本发明实施例对密封壳124以及操作面板123的形状不做具体限定,密封壳124的大小及形状一般参照电路板121的大小和形状设计,且密封壳124应略大于电路板121,密封壳124内空间的厚度也参照电路板121上电子器件的分布而定,当电子器件安装高度较高,则适当增大密封壳124内空间的厚度。
更具体的,本发明的一些实施例中,导电橡胶套122的结构与电路板121上器件的分布结构相吻合。将导电橡胶套122套设在电路板121上,一方面是为了固定电路板121上的器件,防止维修或者拆卸时损坏,另一方面,当通过手指在操作面板123上操作时,可实现按压力的传送,保证外部手指的作用力准确地操作电路板121,以实现对电饭锅的精准控制。本发明实施例对电路板121的具体设计不做限定,根据其所实现的功能本领域技术人员可自行设计,优选的,电路板121上还设置有小型的液晶显示屏,操作面板123的对应位置上设置成透明材质。本实施例对导电橡胶套122的形状、大小、厚度等也不做具体的限定,只需能够实现本发明所达到的目的即可。
更具体的,本发明的一些实施例中,操作面板123上设有操作按键,用于控制电饭锅工作状态,优选的,在操作面板123的外部设有防水层或防水薄膜,以防止水从操作面板123的操作按键缝隙中进入损坏电路板121。优选的,设置温度、时间设定、烹饪模式、开关等按键,相对应的,在电路板121上设计相对应功能。
更具体的,密封壳124内设有至少两处用于限定电路板121位置的限位条1241。一般情况下,密封壳124尺寸大于电路板121尺寸,所以在密封壳124内设置限位条1241,可使电路板121卡在限位条1241的位置,防止电饭锅在搬动时,电路板121因活动对整个电饭锅的控制功能造成影响。限位条1241可设置在对应电路板121放置位置的上侧和下侧,也可以是左侧和右侧,限位条1241 还可设置三处,分别卡住电路板121的上侧、下侧、左侧、右侧中的任意三侧,三处限位条1241的限位效果相较于两处限位条1241的效果更佳,使电路板121的安置更加固定。如图13所示,本发明实施例的密封壳124内设有两处限位条1241,限位条1241的材质与密封壳124的材质相同,制造时直接一体成型即可。
具体的,电路板121通过螺钉可拆卸地安装在密封壳124内。在电路板121上无电子器件的位置开设至少一个通孔,在密封壳124对应位置开设盲孔,将电路板121与密封壳124固定安装在一起,防止电路板121晃动损坏其上安装的电子器件。优选的,在限位条1241上开设有螺纹孔,电路板121通过螺钉安装在限位条1241上。
具体的,密封壳124上开设有电线槽1242,电路板121的供电线路经电线槽1242为电路板121供电,电线槽1242的大小设计为仅允许线材通过即可,过大则起不到防虫效果,本实施例对电线槽1242的开设位置不做具体限定,优选的,如图13所示,本发明实施例中电线槽1242的开设位置在密封壳124的边缘处,当拆卸维修时,能够直接拆掉密封壳124,对电路板121直接进行维修。
具体的,本发明的一些实施例中,如图1和图14所示,锅体1侧面下部设有两个位置相对应的盲槽14,任意一个盲槽14内设置有用于与双胆电饭锅的电源线7插接的电源插孔15。设置两个盲槽14为电饭锅搬运时手握的位置,既解决了搬运问题,还不会影响电饭锅外形的美观度;在任意一个盲槽14内设置有用于和电源线7插接的电源插孔15,当电饭锅使用时,电源线7插入电源插孔15为电饭锅供电,此时电源线7占用设有电源插孔15的盲槽14位置,使用者无法通过盲槽14实现电饭锅的搬动,从而杜绝搬动工作状态中电饭锅的情况发生,进而不会再出现漏电触电事故危及人身安全。
本发明实施例对盲槽14的形状不做具体限定,可设置成4cm至7cm长、2cm至4cm宽、2.5cm至4.5cm深的槽,优选的,盲槽14尺寸与人体手部尺寸相匹配,或根据手握姿势设置相应的手指形状的盲槽14。
本发明实施例的盲槽14还可设置在锅体1侧面与底面交界处位置。优选的,本发明实施例的盲槽14设置在锅体1的左下侧与右下侧,在搬动的时候能够受力均衡且省力。
本发明实施例中的电源线7以及电源插孔15遵照现有电饭锅设计规格设计即可,包括接入电压大小、线径大小、线的长度、线的材质等等。
具体的,本发明的一些实施例中,盲槽14内壁接触手指的表面设有防滑层,防止在搬动时手滑摔落。防滑层可为橡胶层上布有粒状突起或条状突起实现,还可为磨砂层,橡胶层或者磨砂层通过高粘性胶粘贴在手指接触面。为解决防滑问题,本实施例还可将手指接触面设置成为内凹结构,搬动时手指扣在凹面,也可达到防滑防摔落的效果。
具体的,本发明的一些实施例中,在电源插孔15外部设有与电源插孔15 的开口相匹配的扣盖。扣盖与电源插孔15之间通过橡胶条连接,将扣盖打开后,电源线7能够插入电源插孔15,电饭锅使用完毕后,拔出电源线7,再将扣盖扣合,防止异物塞入电源插口15处。本发明实施例对扣盖的材质不做限定,一般选用塑料或者橡胶均可。
具体的,本发明的一些实施例中,如图15-17所示,转动部件8嵌装在锅盖2与锅体1相连处的边缘的内部;锅体1与锅盖2的后端连接的一侧面的上边缘低于锅体其他侧面的上边缘,且锅体1与锅盖2连接的一侧面的上边缘形状与锅盖2与锅体1连接的侧边边缘形状相匹配,任一锅盖2打开后其上表面与锅体1之间的夹角小于等于180度。
转动部件8嵌装在锅盖2与锅体1相连处的边缘的内部,这样锅盖2与锅体1边缘无外凸结构,使得电饭锅整体外形更加美观,结构更加紧凑,收纳也更加方便。将转动部件8安装在锅盖2与锅体1相连处的边缘的内部后,为实现锅盖2完全打开,将锅体1与锅盖2连接的一侧面的上边缘设计为低于锅体1其他侧面的上边缘,且锅体1与锅盖2连接的一侧面的上边缘形状与锅盖2与锅体1连接的侧边边缘形状相匹配,如图15和图16所示,任一锅盖2打开后其上表面与锅体1背面之间的夹角小于等于180度。
本实施例对锅体1以及锅盖2的外观形状不做具体限定,附图中电饭锅的形状并不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限定。市面上其他外形的电饭锅采用本发明实施例中的转动部件8或者锅盖2、锅体1边缘设计均属于本发明实施例的保护范围。本发明实施例的转动部件8以及对锅盖2、锅体1边缘的设计还适用于单胆电饭锅。本实施例既实现了锅盖2完全打开的效果,还将转动部件8安装在锅盖2与锅体1的内侧,收纳与使用都更加方便。
具体的,在本发明的一些实施例中,如图17所示,转动部件8包括转轴81以及连接件82,其中锅盖2在与锅体1连接的对应位置设有转轴固定槽25,转轴81两端分别固定在转轴固定槽25的两侧;本发明实施例中转轴81固定在锅盖2上的方式还可为:在锅盖2对应位置设置两个具有盲孔或者通孔的柱状突起,将转轴81的两端分别安装在两个柱状突起的通孔或者盲孔内,还可采用其他固定方式,本实施例不做具体限定。具体的,锅体1在与锅盖2连接的对应位置设有凹槽16,连接件82的上部由转轴81贯穿连接,连接件82的下部固定安装在锅体1上设置的凹槽16内,从而可以实现锅盖2与锅体1的可转动连接。优选的,连接件82通过螺钉可拆卸地固定在凹槽16内,当电饭锅需要检修时,只需将螺钉拆卸下,就可将锅盖2与锅体1分离。
本实施例对转轴81以及连接件82的具体形状不做限定,本领域技术人员可参考本实施例的附图进行其他形状的设计,但均属于本实施例保护的范围。本实施例中的转轴81设计成为柱状结构即可,长度略长于连接件82的宽度。连接件82的上半部开设左右贯穿的通孔,转轴81通过通孔贯穿连接件82后, 其两端再固定在锅盖2所设的转轴固定槽25中;或者,连接件82的上半部设置成钩形结构,通过钩形结构将连接件82与转轴81实现可拆卸的转动连接,本实施例还可以选用其他安装方式。本发明实施例对转轴81、连接件82的材质以及尺寸不做具体限定,本领域技术人员视电饭锅的具体结构自行设计即可。
本发明的双胆电饭锅,具有两套独立的内胆、加热组件、锅盖,使得双胆电饭锅可分别单独工作也可同时工作,方便快捷,可有效缩短烹饪时间。其中,双胆电饭锅内胆的形状结构不做具体限定,附图中给出的“D”型内胆为一种优选的实施方式,还可分别为圆形内胆等任何可实现的形状结构,本领域技术人员可根据实际情况自行设计。
本发明的双胆电饭锅,锅盖上包括可拆卸的盖板,便于清洗,且利用盖板可实现对锅体的密封;同时通过盖板压缩弹性组件来实现锅盖与锅体的卡接,在弹性组件没有受到挤压的条件下锅盖不能闭合,从而可以实现对用户安装盖板的提醒,有效防止了由于盖板未安装而出现的水分或蒸汽溢出以及串味儿等现象。
本发明的双胆电饭锅,在锅盖上安装有蒸汽阀,双胆电饭锅在工作时,较大的蒸汽压力可将蒸汽阀中的挡板单元顶起,使得蒸汽通过进气孔进入蒸汽阀,再通过上盖排出,若蒸汽阀内的压力过大,还可在蒸汽的作用下冲开回流密封单元,使得蒸汽通过回流孔再回流至锅内;进气单元和回流单元的设置使得电饭锅具有良好的保压效果;同时在非工作状态下,挡板在凸起的重力作用下位于进气孔的顶部来遮挡进气孔,回流密封片也处于密封回流孔的状态,保证了蒸汽阀的密闭性,保温效果好,且干净卫生,防止灰尘进入。
本发明的锅盖在与锅体连接时,转动部件嵌装在锅盖与锅体相连处的边缘的内部,锅体与锅盖的后端连接的一侧面的上边缘低于锅体其他侧面的上边缘,且锅体与锅盖连接的一侧面的上边缘形状与锅盖与锅体连接的侧边边缘形状相匹配,使得任一锅盖打开后其上表面与锅体之间的夹角小于等于180度,因此锅盖与锅体边缘无外凸结构,外形更加美观,收纳也更加方便,减小了双胆电饭锅使用过程中的占用空间。
本发明的双胆电饭锅,在锅体外侧设置有控制面板来分别控制两组内胆的工作过程。电路板放置在由操作面板与密封壳组成的密闭空间内,能够有效实现防水防虫的效果,确保电路板线路的绝对安全,进而保证电饭锅的正常工作与控制,同时,将电路板固定在密封壳上,能够防止电饭锅在搬动时因晃动而损坏电路板上的电子器件及线路。
本发明的双胆电饭锅,通过置于锅体中间的导热系数较小的隔热板将两个腔体隔开,通过底部的插槽固定以及顶部的限位固定,一方面使得隔热板位置稳固,另一方面实现了两腔体之间的密封,减少了热量散失,提高了电饭锅的工作效率。
本发明的双胆电饭锅,在锅体侧面下部设置两个盲槽用于搬动时手握的位置,既解决了搬运问题,还不会影响电饭锅外形的美观度,在任意一个盲槽内设置有用于和电源线插接的电源插孔,从而杜绝搬动处于工作状态中的电饭锅的情况发生,进而不会出现漏电触电事故危及人身安全。
以上借助具体实施例对本发明做了进一步描述,但是应该理解的是,这里具体的描述,不应理解为对本发明的实质和范围的限定,本领域内的普通技术人员在阅读本说明书后对上述实施例做出的各种修改,都属于本发明所保护的范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种双胆电饭锅,其特征在于,包括一个锅体、两个锅盖、两个内胆、两个加热组件和一个隔热板,其中:
    所述锅体内部设有两个腔体并通过所述隔热板隔开;两个所述内胆分别可拆卸地置于所述腔体内;两个所述加热组件分别位于所述腔体底部;两个所述锅盖分别盖在所述腔体上方,并且所述锅盖的后端与所述锅体通过转动部件转动连接;
    所述锅盖包括上盖和位于上盖内部的盖板,所述上盖的前端连接有弹性组件,所述盖板的一端与所述弹性组件连接,另一端与所述上盖的后端连接;所述弹性组件被所述盖板压缩后能够与所述锅体卡接,从而实现所述锅盖的闭合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的双胆电饭锅,其特征在于,所述弹性组件包括弹簧、上部组件和下部组件,其中:
    所述上部组件和所述下部组件卡接,所述弹簧位于所述上部组件和下部组件之间,并且所述弹簧的一端连接在所述下部组件上,另一端与所述上盖抵靠;
    所述下部组件远离所述弹簧一侧设置有第一凸起,所述盖板的前端设置有第一卡台,所述第一凸起与所述第一卡台卡接;
    所述下部组件靠近所述弹簧一侧还设置有第二凸起,所述双胆电饭锅的锅体上设置有第二卡台,所述弹簧被压缩后,所述第二凸起能够和所述第二卡台卡接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的双胆电饭锅,其特征在于,所述下部组件靠近所述弹簧一侧设置有十字形凸起,所述弹簧的一端与所述十字形凸起固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的双胆电饭锅,其特征在于,所述锅盖上还设置有蒸汽阀,所述蒸汽阀位于所述上盖和盖板之间;
    所述蒸汽阀包括环形阀壁、阀底、进气单元、回流单元、阀盖和底座;
    所述阀盖连接在所述环形阀壁顶部,所述底座连接在所述阀底下部;
    所述阀底连接在所述环形阀壁的底部,所述进气单元和所述回流单元位于所述阀底上;
    所述进气单元包括贯穿所述阀底的进气孔和挡板单元,所述挡板单元活动连接在所述进气孔顶部,以遮挡或打开所述进气孔;
    所述回流单元包括贯穿所述阀底的回流孔和回流密封单元,所述回流密封单元连接在所述回流孔底部,所述回流密封单元用于密封或打开所述回流孔;
    所述盖板上设置有与所述蒸汽阀位置对应的通孔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的双胆电饭锅,其特征在于,
    所述挡板单元包括挡板、连接杆和支撑板,所述挡板在朝向所述进气孔一侧设置有凸块,所述支撑板分别设置在所述进气孔两侧,所述连接杆架设在所述支撑板之间,所述挡板与所述连接杆活动连接,并能够以所述连接杆为轴转 动,所述挡板用于遮挡或打开所述进气孔;
    所述回流密封单元包括回流密封片和定位卡柱,所述定位卡柱与所述回流密封片的中心固定连接,所述回流密封单元通过所述定位卡柱卡接于所述阀底上,所述回流密封单元用于密封所述回流孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的双胆电饭锅,其特征在于,所述支撑块上设置有缺口卡槽,所述连接杆嵌入所述缺口卡槽中卡接;所述连接杆的两端还分别设置有限位块,所述限位块紧邻所述支撑块的内侧面或外侧面。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的双胆电饭锅,其特征在于,所述回流孔包括中间通孔和围绕所述中间通孔均匀设置的至少两组外周通孔;所述外周通孔的最外径的尺寸小于所述回流密封片的尺寸;所述定位卡柱上设置有定位凸起。
  8. 根据权利要求4-7中任一项所述的双胆电饭锅,其特征在于,所述环形阀壁的上部设置有限位卡槽,所述限位卡槽用于与所述阀盖卡接;所述环形阀壁的下部设置有限位凸起,所述限位凸起用于与所述底座卡接。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的双胆电饭锅,其特征在于,两个所述腔体之间的中间位置设有固定件,所述固定件上开设有插槽,所述隔热板插入所述插槽中固定;
    在所述隔热板的中上部且沿垂直于所述隔热板的方向水平设置有支撑板;
    所述支撑板上部设置有多个限位板,所述腔体侧壁上的连接部插入所述限位板之间,通过所述限位板来固定所述隔热板。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的双胆电饭锅,其特征在于,在所述支撑板的下部且沿垂直于所述隔热板的方向均匀地竖直设置有多个凸起片,所述凸起片用于支撑所述支撑板;多个所述限位板两两交错设置;所述限位板的外侧设置有加强筋。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的双胆电饭锅,其特征在于,所述锅体的外侧部设置有控制部件,所述控制部件包括电路板、导电橡胶套、操作面板以及密封壳,其中:
    所述锅体的外侧部开设有与所述操作面板形状对应的安装口;
    所述导电橡胶套套设在所述电路板上,所述电路板安装在所述密封壳内;
    所述密封壳位于所述锅体内侧,且固定安装在所述安装口处;
    所述操作面板位于所述锅体外侧,且固定安装在所述安装口处。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的双胆电饭锅,其特征在于,
    所述密封壳通过螺钉固定安装在所述锅体的内侧,所述操作面板通过螺钉固定安装在所述锅体的外侧;
    所述密封壳、锅体以及操作面板通过同一组螺钉安装固定;
    所述锅体的安装口周围开设至少两个通孔,在所述操作面板和所述密封壳的相对应位置开设螺纹孔,螺钉从所述密封壳的外部螺纹孔处螺入。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的双胆电饭锅,其特征在于,所述锅体侧面下部设有两个位置相对应的盲槽,任意一个所述盲槽内设置有用于与所述双胆电饭锅的电源线插接的电源插孔。
  14. 根据权利要求1-13中任一项所述的双胆电饭锅,其特征在于,所述转动部件嵌装在所述锅盖与所述锅体相连处的边缘的内部;所述锅体与所述锅盖的后端连接的一侧面的上边缘低于所述锅体其他侧面的上边缘,且所述锅体与所述锅盖连接的一侧面的上边缘形状与所述锅盖与所述锅体连接的侧边边缘形状相匹配,任一所述锅盖打开后其上表面与所述锅体之间的夹角小于等于180°。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的双胆电饭锅,其特征在于,所述转动部件包括转轴以及连接件;
    所述锅盖在与所述锅体连接的对应位置设有转轴固定槽,所述转轴的两端分别固定在所述转轴固定槽的两侧;
    所述锅体在与所述锅盖连接的对应位置设有凹槽,所述连接件的上部由所述转轴贯穿连接,所述连接件的下部固定安装在所述凹槽内,实现所述锅盖与锅体的可转动连接。
