Abstract

La présente invention est applicable au domaine technique de la construction de bâtiments. L'invention concerne un procédé de construction pour une maison ayant un tuyau et un câble séparés d'une structure principale. Dans le procédé de construction, un plafond suspendu est disposé au sommet d'une pièce d'une maison, une plinthe (6) est disposé au fond de la pièce, un boîtier de porte (7) est disposé à la périphérie d'une entrée (3) de la pièce, et un évidement vertical (11) est disposé sur une paroi (1) de la pièce, permettant ainsi à un tuyau d'eau (4) et à un câble haute tension (5b) d'être disposés à l'intérieur du plafond suspendu et de s'étendre vers le bas jusqu'aux positions d'une douille et d'un robinet à travers l'évidement vertical (11) sur la paroi (1), et permettant à un câble basse tension (5a) d'être disposé à l'intérieur de la plinthe (6) et du boîtier de porte (7). En séparant un câble haute tension (5b), un câble basse tension (5a) et un tuyau d'eau (4) à partir d'une structure principale d'une pièce, le procédé de construction de la présente invention surmonte l'inconvénient de devoir créer une ouverture dans un sol ou une paroi lors de la réparation d'un tuyau et d'un câble incorporés classiques, ce qui permet de réaliser la séparation d'un tuyau et d'un câble à partir d'une structure principale, de réduire les dommages à la structure principale, et d'améliorer la sécurité, la fiabilité et la durabilité du bâtiment.
