Abstract

The invention is about trailers that are pulled by automobiles and motorcycles and can carry lightweight cargo packages such as commercial cargos, food packages, dispenser size water to houses, propane cylinders and pharmacies' medication packages in addition to daily life or transportation practices such as picnic, vacation, market shopping; that are easy to repair and maintain due to technical features and the preferred vehicle body can be easily changed according to the work to be done when needed. The repair and maintenance of the invention can be done based on having top chassis (10) and bottom chassis (11). Also one other feature of our invention is that because of an interconnected top chassis (10) and a bottom chassis (11), it can be divided from the unification hinges (14) so the vehicle body (16) attached to the top chassis can be easily changed with the preferred trailer vehicle bodies and cases according to needs.

Technical Field of the Invention
The invention is about a new trailer which is pulled bu automobiles and motorcycles and can carry lightweight cargo packages such as commercial cargo, food packages, dispenser size water to houses, propane cylinder and pharmacies’ medication packages in addition to daily life or transportation practices such as picnic, vacation, market shopping; the trailer is easy to repair and maintain due to its technical features, contains at least one moving mechanism, the preferred vehicle body and case can be easily changed according to the work to be done when needed and can be attached to automobiles and motorcycles.
Prior Art
When the automobile and motorcycle trailers are mentioned, the trailers that carry the materials used in the fields of agriculture and construction comes to mind.
These trailers aren’t preferred in city traffic because of their bulky structures and unaesthetic views. Due to trailer needs of the city, new city trailers at different shapes appear. These city trailers have more aesthetic vehicle bodies and more elegant styles than the ones used at the countryside and can manoeuvre easier at narrow spaces.
Motorcycles are used in small and medium sized transportations such as carrying food, pharmacy or cargo courier as well as shopping, picnic, travel and daily transportation. While carrying out these transportations, although boxes attached to the seat of the motorcycle or bags attached to the handlebars meet the need, these aren’t enough yet that endangers by disrupting the balance of the vehicle.
Automobiles and motorcycles are designed for the daily needs of life more.
Automobiles and motorcycles remain incapable when it comes to vacations which they have to carry more weight, trips or works that they have to carry weight. Because of these reasons, vehicle owners attach a trailer to their vehicles in case of need.
Automobile and motorcycle trailers are preferred to carry heavier weights fast, safe and cheap.
Due to the rapid increase in the number of automobile and motorcycle trailers, the repair and maintenance of them also increased and a new sector has come out.
Of course, like other vehicles, trailers need to be repaired or maintained when they break down. The main problem during the repair or maintenance is the difficulty or interfering the pieces positioned at the bottom part of the trailer such as wheels, shock absorbers, feet, fasteners, brake systems etc.
Single chassis trailers are small and low in height vehicles. Because of this, if what is wanted to be done is a process at the bottom parts, the trailer has to be lifted, pulled to the channel or turned upside down by tilting. The ways to lift the trailer and repair the bottom parts are to uplift it with a lever jack or a lift and then get under. Buying different trailers for every circumstance would be costly as well.

As a result, the existence of the problems above and insufficiency of the present solutions obliged developments in the related technical fields.
Aimed Technical Problem Solutions of the Invention
The present invention is a double chassis automobile and motorcycle trailer enhanced to resolve the disadvantages listed above and to provide new advantages to the related technical field.
The role of double chassis is to raise the top chassis and treat the down chassis from between two chassises instead of laying under the trailer when repairing or maintaining the bottom pieces.
The main aim of double chassis automobile and motorcycle trailer which is the subject matter of the invention is to serve the owners of the trailers about repairing or maintaining these trailers easily without getting any help from the others.
One other feature of our invention is; as it is formed as two different chassises, the top chassis can be changed according to the needs by disjoining the hinges used to keep the pieces together. For example; when a closed vehicle body suitable for travelling or picnics is attached to the top chassis, in case of necessity, it can be changed with an opened vehicle body for construction materials, a vehicle body for advertising announcements or another vehicle body designed to take your dog for a walk. This feature would provide different choices with less costs and ease the process. On the other hand, the bottom chassis costs the most expense while manufacturing. Afterwards, the safety handle (7) connected to the bottom chassis (11) is attached to the safety fixing pin (13) positioned on the top chassis (10) so that the operating environment is secured. From that time on, all the bottom parts of the hanging trailer can be easily treated from between the chassises. After the required repair and maintenance is done, the safety handle (7) is lowered and reset. If the double chassis trailer is going to be used, it is attached to the motorcycle from the towbar (9) and taken by lowering the front foot (8). If the double chassis trailer is not going to be used, it is parked on the front foot (8).
At that, the main point of view is to lift the top chassis (10) up and do the required interventions to the bottom pieces between the chassises from upwards instead of laying under the trailer while repairing or maintaining the bottom pieces.
To carry out the constructional features of the invention, the grip handles on the case and the vehicle body provide simple lifting in case of a breakdown or during the repair and maintenance process and also the lifted trailer can stand on the front (8) and back ( 12) feet. The front (8) and back (12) feet provide the trailer to be hanged balancedly and parked.
The joint (5) that keeps the wheels (4), shock absorners (2) and fasteners together provides the trailer to travel smoothly while moving towards culverts and holes of the rough roads.
The safety handle (7) which is found on the bottom chassis (11) provides the top chassis to stay upwards when it is lifted and ensures it runs safely.
The safety handle fixing pin (13) which is on the top chassis fastens the safety handle (7) onto the top chassis while running and keeps the top chassis up.
The chassis fixing bolt (6) positioned on the top chassis and the chassis fixing bolt nut bearing (30) positioned on the bottom chassis provides the top chassis (10) and the bottom chassis (11) are attached and disunited.
The vehicle bodies (16) can be chosen from closed case, opened case, mini caravan, general purpose vehicle body, dog transport vehicle body or advertising vehicle body due to needs. The vehicle bodies are changed with their own fixated top chassises.
The closed vehicle body case occurs from a case at the bottom and a cabin covering it, with a rectangular or square shape. The cabin is designed from plastic, fiberglass, canvas, sheet metal or wood to protect the inner part from bad weather conditions. At the back, case cover (23) at the bottom and cabin cover (33) at the top that are used while loading and shedding the load are found. Grip Handles (17) are used when attaching or removing the vehicle body or case and lifting or lowering the top chassis (10). Also the closed case is fixated on top of it’s own top chassis (10) and it has the top (10) and bottom(l l) chassises fixing bolt (6), brake and signal lights (19) on the case and hinges (14) that are used to lift or lower the top chassis (10) and to attach or remove the vehicle body that lets the chassises to open. Opened case; the top of the case is open and it’s used for carrying loads such as construction materials, market goods, agricultural products etc. It has a rectangular or square shape and it is produced from sheet metal and iron shape, around the case there are cargo tie down hooks (31). At the back bottom ot it there s the case cover (23) for loading and shedding the loads. Grip handles (17) are used when fixing or removing the vehicle body or case and lifting or lowering the top chassis. Besides, the closed case is fixated on top of it’s own top chassis (10) and it has the top (10) and bottom(l 1) chassises fixing bolt (6), brake and signal lights (19) on the case and hinges (14) that are used to lift or lower the top chassis (10) and to attach or remove the vehicle body that lets the chassises to open.
Mini caravan is designed to be used at camps, trips and picnics. The vehicle body of the mini caravan has a door (24) and windows (25). The inside of the caravan is designed for the needs of the purposes listed above. There is a lock (22) on the door. Grip handles (17) are used when attaching or removing the vehicle body and lifting or lowering the top chassis (10). Also the mini caravan vehicle body is fixated on top of it’s own top chassis (10) and it has the brake and signal lights (19), the top (10) and bottom (11) chassises fixing bolt (6), the hinges (14) that are used to lift or lower the top chassis(lO) and to attach or remove the vehicle body or case that lets the chassises to open.
General purpose vehicle body can carry lightweight cargo packages such as commercial cargos, restaurant packages, pharmacies’ medication packages in addition to daily life or transportation practices such as picnic, vacation, market shopping. The vehicle body is completely closed and the trunk lid (20) on the vehicle body is for putting and taking materials. There is a lock (22) on the trunk lid. The vehicle body also has brake and signal lights (19), grip handles (17), the top (10) and bottom (11) chassises fixing bolt (6), the hinges (14) that are used to lift or lower the top chassis (10) and to attach or remove the vehicle body that lets the chassises to open. It is fixated on top of it’s own top chassis (10) with a unique design.
Dog transport vehicle body which is designed to carry dogs or other pets easily, has a ventilation grill (26) even though the vehicle body is completely closed and wouldn’t leak, a cabin glass (27) that lets the dog to see outside, rings (28) inside and outside the vehicle body to tie the leash of the dog, food and material sections (29) at both sides of the vehicle body or at the front, grip handles (17) to lift or lower the top chassis (10) and to attach or remove the vehicle body that lets the chassises to open, a cabin cover (33) and it is fixated on top of it’s own top chassis (10).
Advertising vehicle body which is designed to be used in campaigns, product promotions, workplace launchs, election campaigns so the population would hear; it has loud speakers (39) attached at the back and front sides of the speaker cabin boxes (40) positioned on two sides of a closed cabin to spread loud voice, a pennant/flag pole (38) that can be attached or deattached to the top of the vehicle body for hanging pennants or flags (37), , grip handles (17) to lift or lower the top chassis (10) and to attach or remove the vehicle body, brake and signal lights (19) on the vehicle body, the top (10) and bottom (11) chassises fixing bolt (6), the hinges (14) that are used lift or lower the top chassis (10) and to attach or remove the vehicle body that lets the chassises to open, the trunk lid (20), the light (23) that lightens the trunk and the amp to spread the voice , CD player (41) and the battery positioned inside the vehicle body. It is fixated on top of it’s own top chassis (10). Method of Application of the Invention to Industry
- Chassis and metal parts of the invention can be manufactured in agricultural machines and trailers producing factories, lathe and iron joining factories.
-The vehicle body part can be produced in wood, aluminium and fiberglass manufacturers, fiber bumper and plastic parts manufacturers, carpenter factories.
-The accessories such as brake and signal lights, handles, feet, joints, wheels etc. can be provided from stores selling automobile or motorcycle pieces.
-The pieces can be purchased as subcontracts and they can be manufactured and assembled in our own factory.

Claims

1- What's claimed is a double chassis car/motorcyle trailer comprising;
-a top chassis (10), a bottom chassis (1 1) which are constructed from steel and aluminum sections,
-a vehicle body(l 6) which is mounted on the top chasis (10),
-a safety handle(7) which lifts and keeps the top chassis (10) up,
-a fixing pin (13) which provides safety handle to be fixed to keep the top chassis (10) up,
-front foot(8) and back foot(12) which provides the trailer to he hanged and parked,
-a joint(5) which shock absorbers (2), wheel shaft (3) and wheel (4) are attached to,
-pins (15) that connect the joint to bottom chassis (11) and provides mobility to the mechanism,
-junction box(l) that combines the shock absorbers (2) atached to joint(5) with the bottom chasis(10)
-hinges(I4), which provides the ability to the top chassis(lO) to be foldable and vehicle body (16) to be margable and separatable from the bottom chassis (11),
-a towbar(9) which connects the trailer to the car/motorcyle and the chassis fixing bolt(9).
2- The vehicle body (16) according to the claim 1, which is constructed from lightweight /durable materials such as fiberglass, plastics, timber, steel sheet metal and is fixated on top of it’s own top chassis (10) wherein the vehicle body (16) comprises grip handies (17), brake and signal lights (19), a trunk lid(20), lights(22) and re-co binab!e from the hinges(!4), chassis fixing bolts (6) and bottom chassis (11) with either one of the preferred bodyworks of closed trailer case (FIG 8), opened trailer case (FIG 10), mini caravan (FIG 12), general purpose vehicle body (FIG-14), dog transport vehicle body (FIG 16) or advertising vehicle body (FIG 18).
3-The safety handle (7) according to claim 1, wherein the safety handle is attached from a point with a pin to the bottom chassis (11) comprises a safety handle fixing pin (13) to keep the top chassis (10) up by fixating the top chassis (10).
4- The front foot(8) and back foot(12) according to the claim 1, which are constructed from either timber, steel or aluminium, shaped as either bipod, accordion, square, rectangle, trapezoid and fixable from the suitable connectible point of bottom chassis(! 1).
5- The closed case (FIG 8 8) according to claim 2, wherein the closed case is fixated on top of it’s own top chassis (10) comprises a vehicle body at a rectangular or square shape, covered with a case top cabin (32) produced from plastic, fiberglass, canvas, sheet metal or wood materials at half of the height of a case manufactured from sheet metal or iron profile, grip handles (17) to attach or remove the vehicle body and to lift or lower the top chassis (10), brake and signal lights (19), a cabin cover (33), a top (10) and bottom(l 1) chassises fixing bolt (6), hinges (14) to open the chassises and a case cover (23). 6- The opened case (FIG 10 10) according to claim 2, wherein the opened case is fixated on top of it’s own top chassis (10) with an open top at a rectangular or square shape and manufactured from sheet metal or iron profile comprises a case cargo tie down hooks (31) around the case, brake and signal lights (19), grip handles (17) to attach or remove the vehicle body and to lift or lower the top chassis (10), a top (10) and bottom(l l) chassises fixing bolt (6), hinges (14) to open the chassises, a case cover (23) and cargo tie down hooks (31).
7- The mini caravan (FIG 12) according to claim 2, wherein the mini caravan vehicle body is designed as a mini caravan and the case is fixated on top of it’s own top chassis (10) comprises a door (24) and windows (25), grip handles (17) to attach or remove the vehicle body and to lift or lower the top chassis (10), brake and signal lights (19), a top (10) and bottom(l l) chassises fixing bolt (6) and hinges (14) to open the chassises.
8- The general purpose vehicle body (FIG 14) according to the claim 2, wherein the general purpose vehicle body is completely closed and fixated on top of it’s own top chassis (10) with a unique design comprises a trunk lid (20), flooring inside, a lock (22) on the trunk lid (20) which has grip handles (17), a top (10) and bottom (11) chassises fixing bolt (6), hinges (14) that are used to lift or lower the top chassis (10) and to attach or remove the vehicle body that lets the chassises to open.
9- The dog transport vehicle body (FIG 16) according to claim 2, wherein the dog transport vehicle body is fixated on top of it’s own top chassis (10) comprises a ventilation grill (26) even though the vehicle body is completely closed and wouldn’t leak, a cabin glass (27) that lets the dog to see outside, rings (28) inside and outside the vehicle body to tie the leash of the dog, food and material sections (29) at both sides of the vehicle body or at the front, grip handies (17), brake and signal lights (19), a top (10) and bottom (1 1) chassises fixing bolt (6), the hinges (14) and the trunk lid (20).
10- The advertising vehicle body (FIG 18) according to claim 2, wherein the advertising vehicle body is fixated on top of it’s own top chassis (10) comprises loud speakers (39) attached at the back and front sides of the speaker cabin boxes (40) positioned on two sides of a closed cabin to spread loud voice, a pennant/flag pole (38) that can be attached or deattached to the top of the vehicle body for hanging pennants or flags (37), an amp to spread the voice , a CD player (41) and a battery (34) positioned inside the vehicle body which is fixated on top of it’s own top chassis (10), grip handies (17) to lift or lower the top chassis (10) and to attach or remove the vehicle body, brake and signal lights (19) on the vehicle body, a top (10) and bottom (11) chassises fixing bolt (6), hinges (14) that are used lift or lower the top chassis (10) and to attach or remove the vehicle body that lets the chassises to open, a trunk lid (20), the light (21) that lightens the trunk and the amp to spread the voice , a CD player (41) and a battery- positioned inside the vehicle body.
