Description

水性懸濁状農薬組成物Aqueous suspension pesticide composition
本発明は、水性懸濁状農薬組成物に関する。 The present invention relates to an aqueous suspension agricultural chemical composition.
農薬活性成分を水に分散・懸濁させた水性懸濁状農薬組成物は、保存中に凝集や再結晶等により農薬活性成分の粒子が成長するという問題を有しており、時として生物活性の低下を招く場合がある。 Aqueous suspended pesticidal compositions in which pesticidal active ingredients are dispersed and suspended in water have the problem that pesticidal active ingredient particles grow during storage due to aggregation, recrystallization, etc., and sometimes biologically active May be reduced.
As a means for preventing or suppressing the particle growth of the agrochemical active ingredient, a method of blending a resin such as petroleum resin, coumarone resin, ester gum or the like (for example, see Patent Documents 1 and 2) is known. In addition, compounding a resin and a lignin sulfonate having a specific average molecular weight further suppresses the particle growth of active agricultural chemical ingredients during storage and deteriorates the fluidity of the composition during storage at high temperatures. It is known not to do so (for example, see Patent Document 3). However, depending on the type and storage conditions of the pesticidal active ingredient, particle growth may not be sufficiently suppressed.

The results are shown in Table 1. The particle growth rate was calculated by the following formula.
Grain growth rate (%) = [- / immediately after preparation D 50 (after storage D 50 D 50 immediately after manufacture)] × 100

[5] Evaluation of storage stability [Examples 5-1 to 5-27, Examples 6-1 to 6-12, Comparative examples 2-1 to 2-3]
Aqueous suspended pesticidal compositions C1 to C27, D1 to D12, and E1 to E3 were placed in 30 mL vials and stored in a constant temperature bath at 54 ° C. for 2 weeks. The median diameter (D 50 ) immediately after production and after storage was measured by a laser diffraction scattering method using a particle size distribution analyzer LA-960S manufactured by Horiba, Ltd. The results are shown in Tables 2-4. The particle growth rate was calculated by the following formula.
Grain growth rate (%) = [- / immediately after preparation D 50 (after storage D 50 D 50 immediately after manufacture)] × 100
