Description
ユーザ装置が前記第1の通信装置及び第2の通信装置と通信する場合において、前記ユーザ装置の上りリンク品質に関連する情報を前記第2の通信装置から受信する受信部と、
前記上りリンク品質に関連する情報に基づいて、前記ユーザ装置による上りデータの送信を制御する制御部と、
を有する第1の通信装置が提供される。
ユーザ装置が複数の通信装置と通信を行う無線通信システムの構成例について説明する。
本実施の形態では、基地局MNがPDCPレイヤの機能を持つノード(the node hosting PDCP)である例について説明する。
上記の動作例では、ユーザ装置UEが通信する通信装置が2つである例について説明したが、図1~図4を参照して説明した通り、ユーザ装置UEが通信する装置の数は1であっても3以上でもよい。
次に、これまでに説明した処理動作を実行する通信装置としてのユーザ装置UE、基地局MN、基地局SN、集約ノードCU、分散ノードDUの機能構成例を説明する。なお、分散ノードDUが複数存在する場合、それぞれの分散ノードDUは同じ構成を有し、上述した動作は、分散ノードDUのそれぞれが実行することができる。各装置は、本実施の形態で説明した全ての機能を備えている。ただし、各装置は、本実施の形態で説明した全ての機能のうちの一部の機能のみを備えてもよい。
図8は、ユーザ装置UEの機能構成の一例を示す図である。図8に示すように、ユーザ装置UEは、信号送信部110と、信号受信部120と、設定情報管理部130とを含む。図8に示す機能構成は一例に過ぎない。本実施の形態に係る動作を実行できるのであれば、機能区分及び機能部の名称はどのような名称でもよい。
設定情報管理部130は、予め設定される設定情報と、ダイナミック及び/又はセミスタティックに基地局MN又はSN等から送信される設定情報とを格納する記憶部を有する。
図9は、基地局MN及び基地局SNのいずれにも使用できる基地局(以下、基地局MN/SNと記載する)の機能構成の一例を示す図である。図9に示すように、基地局MN/SNは、信号送信部210と、信号受信部220と、設定情報管理部230と、基地局間通信部240とを含む。図9に示す機能構成は一例に過ぎない。本実施の形態に係る動作を実行できるのであれば、機能区分及び機能部の名称はどのような名称でもよい。
図10は、集約ノードCUの機能構成の一例を示す図である。図10に示すように、集約ノードCUは、FH(フロントホール)通信部310と、CN(コアネットワーク)通信部320と、設定情報管理部330とを有する。また、FH通信部310と、CN通信部320を含む構成は通信部340と称される。図10に示す機能構成は一例に過ぎない。本実施の形態に係る動作を実行できるのであれば、機能区分及び機能部の名称はどのような名称でもよい。
図11は、分散ノードDUの機能構成の一例を示す図である。図11に示すように、分散ノードDUは、無線通信部410と、FH通信部420とを有する。また、無線通信部410と、FH通信部420を含む構成は通信部430と称される。図11に示す機能構成は一例に過ぎない。本実施の形態に係る動作を実行できるのであれば、機能区分及び機能部の名称はどのような名称でもよい。
上記実施の形態の説明に用いたブロック図(図8~図11)は、機能単位のブロックを示している。これらの機能ブロック(構成部)は、ハードウェア及び/又はソフトウェアの任意の組み合わせによって実現される。また、各機能ブロックの実現手段は特に限定されない。すなわち、各機能ブロックは、物理的及び/又は論理的に複数要素が結合した1つの装置により実現されてもよいし、物理的及び/又は論理的に分離した2つ以上の装置を直接的及び/又は間接的に(例えば、有線及び/又は無線)で接続し、これら複数の装置により実現されてもよい。
以上説明したように、本実施の形態により、第1の通信装置であって、ユーザ装置が前記第1の通信装置及び第2の通信装置と通信する場合において、前記ユーザ装置の上りリンク品質に関連する情報を前記第2の通信装置から受信する受信部と、
前記上りリンク品質に関連する情報に基づいて、前記ユーザ装置による上りデータの送信を制御する制御部とを有する第1の通信装置が提供される。
