一种低压柔性LED灯 技术领域
本实用新型涉及LED领域技术领域,特别是指一种低压柔性LED灯。
背景技术
目前,市场上所使用的LED灯具大部分采用高压供电,因此会存在较多的安全隐患,例如:1、使用环境潮湿或容易与水源接触的环境,容易发生高压漏电的情况;2、即使采用低压的LED灯座,但是由于灯座与高压电连接,因此一旦灯座与灯座接触,容易发生电压过高而烧毁灯座,严重的会发生爆裂;
其次,现有的LED灯灯芯多为直形结构,灯芯不可弯折,不易造型,对使用造成局限性。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提出一种低压柔性LED灯,解决了现有技术中上述LED灯存在使用局限性缺陷。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种低压柔性LED灯,包括灯座以及与灯座连接的灯头,还包括设置于所述灯头内的灯芯组件,所述灯芯组件包括柔性基带和由若干LED灯珠相互电连接形成的LED灯珠组,所述LED灯珠组与柔性基带电连接,所述灯芯组件连接控制器,所述控制器与灯座电连接,所述的灯座的输入电压为12~36V。
进一步的,所述柔性基带为铜合金材料。
进一步的,所述灯芯组件的形状为波浪形、弧形、螺旋形心形中的任意一种。
灯芯组件的形状不仅局限于上述形状,也可以是其他的任意美观的图形。
进一步的,所述的灯头与灯座可拆卸式连接。
综上所述,本实用新型的优点在于:
本实用新型的一种低压柔性LED灯,灯芯组件中采用柔性基带,可以根据需要设计不同的形状,可塑性强,造型美观,并且采用低电压的驱动方式,能够有效的消除安全隐患。

如图1所示,一种低压柔性LED灯,包括灯座1以及与灯座连接的灯头2,还包括设置于所述灯头内的灯芯组件3,所述灯芯组件包括柔性基带和由若干LED灯珠相互电连接形成的LED灯珠组,所述LED灯珠组与柔性基带电连接,所述灯芯组件连接控制器(未示出),所述控制器与灯座电连接,所述的灯座的输 入电压为12~36V,实现低电压的方式为本领域技术人员根据现有的技术手段可以达到的技术效果,在此不再赘述,所述柔性基带为铜合金材料,所述灯芯组件的形状为波浪形、弧形、螺旋形心形中的任意一种,灯芯组件的形状不仅局限于上述形状,也可以是其他的任意美观的图形,所述的灯头与灯座可拆卸式连接。

  1. 一种低压柔性LED灯,其特征在于:包括灯座以及与灯座连接的灯头,还包括设置于所述灯头内的灯芯组件,所述灯芯组件包括柔性基带和由若干LED灯珠相互电连接形成的LED灯珠组,所述LED灯珠组与柔性基带电连接,所述灯芯组件连接控制器,所述控制器与灯座电连接,所述的灯座的输入电压为12~36V。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种低压柔性LED灯,其特征在于:所述柔性基带为铜合金材料。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种低压柔性LED灯,其特征在于:所述灯芯组件的形状为波浪形、弧形、螺旋形心形中的任意一种。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种低压柔性LED灯,其特征在于:所述的灯头与灯座可拆卸式连接。
