Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement interactif, un appareil et un dispositif de traitement pour une évaluation de perte de véhicule et un terminal client.
Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : un utilisateur ouvre une application d'évaluation de perte de terminal et permet à une fenêtre de prise de vue, conjointement avec un dispositif de réalité augmentée (AR), de photographier un véhicule ; un guidage de prise de vue et une rétroaction sont adressés à l'utilisateur en fonction d'une position réelle du véhicule, d'un angle et d'autres informations ; l'utilisateur peut accomplir une identification de dommage en réalisant une prise de vue selon les informations de guidage de prise de vue, sans avoir besoin d'autres opérations complexes telles que des vidéos de prise de vue, et ensuite l'évaluation de la perte et le règlement de la réclamation sont réalisés rapidement.
En utilisant le procédé, un utilisateur n'a pas besoin de disposer de compétences professionnelles de prise de vue d'image d'évaluation de perte ou d'effectuer des étapes d'opération de prise de vue complexes, le coût de traitement d'évaluation de la perte est inférieur, et l'expérience de service du service d'évaluation de perte d'utilisateur peut être encore améliorée par la prise de vue avec guidage en combinaison avec un dispositif AR.
